I have Purchased Bata Vouchers online rs [protected]@ 4 Means Rs 2000, when i went to ur bata store, they said only one voucher can use on one shopping but in back side of voucher, it clearly mentioned that only 4 gift vouchers can be redeemed on single bill, but they refused, pls help & support... i went to ur Gwalior Showroom, Infornt of Central Park Hotel.. It is clearly seems that they are trying to cheat us.. It is not like Bata Brand is...       Hi, I have bought sandals from bata showroom, rajahmundry but it got damaged with in 15 days, I tried for replacement in Bata show room, mumbai, the manager of the store is very reluctant for replacement since the sandals were bought from different from store Please look into the issue at the earliest

        I purchased a Bata power shoe article #[protected] worth rs 3499 from Bata showroon (Address Shop # 1714, Koramangala-III, Salarpuria Annexe # 351/10-5, Luskar, Hosur Road, Audgodi, Koramangala, Bangalore-560034) on 08 Feb 2015. I hardly wore it 10-15 times and the shoe started to tear from all possible corners. The mat quality used in the shoe is such low grade that I am sure it will tear completely if I'll wear it more. I purchased a top end shoe from the showroom and now looking at the show quality I am totally confused whether to wear it or frame this precious shoe. If wearing a shoe 10 times makes this condition then 20 times will surely make a difference. Is this your best quality for Make In India movement? I wouldn't have written all this information, if your customer care executives would not have assured me of a rapid resolution within 3 days. I tried to reach the store manager on 28April2015, however I waited for 30 minutes but the store manager did not bother to talk to me or look into the matter. After waiting a while I contacted the customer care on 11May2015 who took all the details and confirmed that my issue will be resolved within 3 days and I will get a call very soon. My complaint number is 401706. I have clearly told the fellow that I have to travel to my home time for some time and will not be available in Bangalore for atleast 2 months after 27May so please ensure that this issue is resolved prior to the date. After registration of my complaint I received the email acknowledgement along with my reference number (401706). I replied that email and shared the photographs of the shoe. On 14May 2015 I sent a reminder email; however I did not get any response, then I again sent a reminder email on 18May2015 but with result was the same and I did not get any response this time also. On 21May2015 I contacted the customer care again to check the status of the complaint and one executive named Mr. Williams responded me that I need to re-lodge the complaint and there is not supervisor available on the floor for higher discussion of the issue. He added that I have not provided bill detail earlier hence it might not have processed. I asked about the email id where I can send my complaint, for which he responded that I can drop an email to in-customer.[protected]@bata.com and their team will surely be replying my email within 3 days. Just to make it clear that I have sent 3 emails to this email id and never received any reply so far. I am not able to understand the working culture and inter-departmental cooperation in the organization. Today it is 21May2015 and I am writing this complaint with full disappointment and assurance that neither I nor any family member will ever wear any Bata product. And I will consider it my responsibility to aware my near and dear about this incident and avoid landing into the same situation. Regards Disappointed customer Ajay Saini

          I purchased a pair of shoe on 15.02.15. FROM GURGAON SEC-14. . Article - F[protected]. EAN CODE - PARTS-6012. One Right side shoe crack from upper side. During the purchasing they told me that there will be no problem for one year. this was verbal communication. and they did not provide ant written slip or warranty card. on the bill the warranty mentioned is only 60 days. but verbal they told that w are here you can come any time with in a year. on Sunday i.e. 17.05.15, I went to store and ask for the replacement, but they refused and said the warranty is for 60 days only. I think this is my mistake that I purchased a reputed company shoe and believed on there words. Now the store repaired my shoe(free of cost) but I think it would not be work for so long. Please arrange to give me replacement.

            Hi We had bought a hush puppies shoe from Bata Store for around 4500 INR. Within a month the sole got detached from the shoe. When asked for replacement they replaced the shoe after repetitive follow ups but again the sole got detached of the new shoe as well. We again escalated on emails, facebook page and calls and later they asked us to courier the shoe to them in their gurgaon office. We did it on our own expense last month and till date revert is awaited. We are tired of escalating but there is no revert. Regretting spending such huge amount on this shoe. Request you to assist. emails and escalation details can be shared when asked. Regards Reebhumika

              Hello, My old Bata Floaters (size 11) needed a replacement so I visited your shop at 101-102 Golden Trade Centre, Near S.T. Depot, Baroda 390002 (Tel - [protected]) on 25.03.2015. Size 11 is difficult to get at your shops anyway and this particular shop had just one pair to offer (Bill No. 25-03-15/1/[protected] dated 25.03.2015. Article No. 861-6216 Dept & Plan CNTR/4516X, Manufactured by Shamsons Industries, C-22 Dev Bhomi Ind Estate, Banta Khedi, Roorkee, Uttarakhand). I tried out that pair and strangely I found my left foot jutting out a bit. This was not happening in my Size 11 old pair. But since I had no option I bought the pair on offer. Now I find that I am getting a shoe bite in my left foot on wearing these new floaters. There obviously seems to be some Size manufacturing defect.                 I have brought a shoe from Bata showroom Karoll bagh, But only after 2 months while I wear maximum 20 times, the shole has been crack of both shoes and leather damaged very poorly. After this I was complain the issue to Bata show room but they told me that please come after 5 days, we will investigate with company and then revert you, This process with show room manager was in cycle three to four times. But finally they not respond anything. Finally I was escalate this case on Bata customer care through mail. It's going on more than 12 days but I have receive only a complain no. While I have send multiple reminder mail to him but they are nod responding. EvenI have to also try multiple time to call on his toll free no but they are taking 15 min to 30 min, they are given different type of excuse like server not working at present, we are not able to open your portal, and assure me every time you will get mail till toay eveinng, even I was also discuss with the team leader, but provide excuse at present server is not working so we are not able to provide any solution or mail, plz wait till today evening you will get mail with solution. While this is going on 4 days but I have no received any mail. I am totally regretting with Bata behavior, they have no time either they are interested to send a mail either provide any solution, honestly I have use my shoes maximum 20 times and after that it.s not capable for rough use even. Please help me. My bata complain no is- 400192.

                  I am a loyal customer of Bata, but today i am forced to move to other company, because i visited Bata India, Banaswadi, Bangalore- i have selected 4pairs of school shoes, 2 pairs of others, at the billing counter i had a arugment regarding the carry bag of Rs.3/-, the showroom incharge said he will charge for a carry bag, but i refused for paying a Bata logo carry bag, when i am purchasing 6 pairs, you are supposed to give free of cost, if the Bata India show room is providing me a plain cover i am ready to pay for that but not for a Bata logo carry bag. Then i told the showroom person if you are charging for logo carry bag, then i will not buy, but show room person said its upto your choice if you want to buy you can, and he was not in a position to convince a customer.
                  This incident happened at 9 pm on 16/05/15.

                  suggestion is either you include the carry bag cost in product or you give at free of cost, becuase of this you may loose customers.

                  i am sorry for the same.

                    I brought a sandle at month of Feb.from Bata Rajaji nagar Bangalore branch and with in 20 days it got broken . When contacted the branch they said me that they will replace the sandle i went so any times, but the stock didn't came for so many days, they told me to take a different sandle they will deduct that money, I added 300 Rs more and brought another sandle on 23 march 2015, it also get broken within 1 month now they refused to replace or repair that. I trusted Bata for quality and see the picture the quality hangs. Please help me and resolve the problem

                      Hi, I have ordered for Sandals for my dad..It wasn't fit for him...I sent it back and asked for refund.. They sent a gift coupon for that money to reduce the amount for my next purchase...I tried to use that coupon 13th May and got a info as "Gift Coupon Expired"... Actually Expire date is 13th May 23:59. I have mailed to Bata Consumer Service on 13th itself and didn't get any reply from them.. LMK to whom I can get my money back...

                            Sir i purchased a new shoe @ 899 cost in Bata showroom on21-02-15 in my home town at vellore Tamilnadu. I used your Bata product more than 20 years. This is the first and worst case i met problem. This shoe i took for regular use on march only. Within one month period left side shoe bottom completely seperated from pasting. Immediately i went your dealer showroom and informed this condition. But they informed this purchased 3 months completed so we cant do any thing. Then i asked how to correct this one? Then only they informed we will correct this one by charge basis and they are claiming 175 Rupees for repair charges. Today only i got the shoes after paying money. Really i am worried about your customer service. Like me 20 years of customer relationship your dealers simply collected money for the repair works. Please find enclosed the purchased bill and enclosed your dealer address. Kindly give suitable suggetion for the above it would great help for me.

                              i have purchased a pair of shoes from bata showroom in pavilion mall ludhiana on[protected]. A copy of bill is attached with the complaint. i was told that the company has given three month warranty on the shoes if the shoes sole is cracked. last sunday when i reached the showroom with the defected shoes with complaint then i was attanded by Mr. Harman. Mr. Harman told me that he is the manager of the store and told me that once the product is sold from the store company did not give any warranty of the product. He misbehaved me in front of many customers and throw the defected piece out of the store and used rude and vulgar language against me. I consulted my lawyer and he told me that if the company did not take any action against the salesman and did not entertain the complaint then we will file criminal case against the salesman and file consumer complaint against the company about the defected shoes. A copy of bill is attached with the complaint.

                                Managing Director, BATA INDIA, Kolkata. SUB : DECLINING BATA INDIA SHOE HEALTH. Dear Sir, I purchased a MOCASSINO 854-6349 #10, Depl&Plan : 472/4392G Bata pump shoe from your Kashmiri Gate Delhi Bata shop vide cash memo # 16-03-15/1/[protected]. I used this shoe for the first time on 05/05/15 . In this connection listen to my suffering, having purchased a BATA shoe this time . I am a regular user of Bata shoes since my childhood to this age of 69 yrs . I never used any other brand to date . My number since my adulthood has been consistently # 9 . Surprising, this time while trying #9 shoe in the shop, I found it very very uncomfortable & tight which never happened till date in the past . Consequently, I had to go in for a higher #10. Even #10 size is very difficult to push in . Surprisingly, when I wore it for the first time on 5th May 15, I found the new #10 also uncomfortable and it peeled of my skin on the heal on both feet . I am damn surprised by the change in the behaviour of age old Bata Shoes . There is no softness at all . How this change in sizes, needs to be explained by BATA . There is extreme quality deterioration . I talked to some of my colleagues on the issue who told me that they have stopped using BATA shoes any more . I, somewhat tend to believe that Bata management is in know of faulty manufacture either at its own factory or on out sourced facility but is inclined to push the faulty production through its outlets . Management must realise that this is a very serious matter and will have wide ranging repercussions on its image built over many decades .                                   I purchased a pair of sandals Comfit size 6 from your show room in 3rd Block Jayanagar, Bangalore two weeks back. Suddenly one slipper gave way while I was in my office leaving me in a very embarrassing situation as I could not walk. I had to buy a new pair by borrowing my colleague's slippers to reach the shoe shop. Today(10th May 2015) when I took the faulty sandals to the show room they flatly refused to exchange it. I was asked to leave the sandals with them to get it repaired and return. As I did not expect this situation, I did not retain the original receipt though the bag in which the sandals were given is still with me. The person at the counter was not at all helpful and when I said this could be my last purchase from Bata, he replied that it is my decision. We expect more customer friendly staff.                                       BATA is having such pathetic quality here. I am from Bangalore and over the past 1 year, we have bought 5 different stuff from BATA (yeah I was mad to buy my sandals, my mom-in-laws sandals, my father-in -laws sandals, my husbands sandals and my daughter's school shoes) every thing and mark my words EVERYTHING started either pealing the skin / school shoe started getting HOLES, tiny small holes!!! in jsut 3 months!!! What the heck are u guys doing?We really feel like packaging all these torn and useless sandals and send it to you..what are we supposed to use it for. I have promised never to buy from BATA again. we pay more and buy from BATA thinking the stuff will last for atleast a year, damn it, it didnt even stay for 3 months!!! But please don't cheat people like this.You are big cheats!!!

                                        i bought a hush puppies from udaipur bata showroom on[protected] and it left the sole with in a week after that as i am a resident of azamgarh-(u.p) i went to bata showroom regularly but they had given no solution a very poor service given by bata
