I am a loyal customer of Bata, but today i am forced to move to other company, because i visited Bata India, Banaswadi, Bangalore- i have selected 4pairs of school shoes, 2 pairs of others, at the billing counter i had a arugment regarding the carry bag of Rs.3/-, the showroom incharge said he will charge for a carry bag, but i refused for paying a Bata logo carry bag, when i am purchasing 6 pairs, you are supposed to give free of cost, if the Bata India show room is providing me a plain cover i am ready to pay for that but not for a Bata logo carry bag. Then i told the showroom person if you are charging for logo carry bag, then i will not buy, but show room person said its upto your choice if you want to buy you can, and he was not in a position to convince a customer.
This incident happened at 9 pm on 16/05/15.
suggestion is either you include the carry bag cost in product or you give at free of cost, becuase of this you may loose customers.
i am sorry for the same.
