My complain number is 474675, I called many times afterwords i got this mail,
"Dear Customer,
Greetings for the day.
We thank you for being our valuable customer and appreciate your feedback.
Further to the information provided by you and feedback from our store, we are happy to extend a 50% replacement for the product. Kindly follow the below procedure for replacement;
1. We will replace with the same product (article number / model) and size if available at the store.
2. If the same product (article/model) is not available in the store (due to non availability of same model, size, color etc) you can avail the replacement with any other product of equal or higher value. The difference of higher value needs to be paid by you.
3. Please note that there is no cash refund. Also, In case of replacement with a lower value item, there will be no refund of differential amount.
4. Damaged product must be submitted to Bata for replacement – mandatory.
5. THE ABOVE APPROVAL FOR 50% REPLACEMENT IS VALID TILL 25th September 2015.
Kindly visit Bata Store at 7/3, Thooparahalli Village Varthur Hobli Brooke Filed Bangalore-560066 Karnataka and get in touch with the Store Manager.
Please carry a printout of this email or show this email in your smart phone to the Store Manager at the time of store visit for availing the replacement.

What does it mean by 50 % replacement, Should i cut my shoe 50 % and get it replaced, i called them 100 times no one is helping me with the matter, i just want my shoe to exchanged as soon as possible, as it is in the warranty.
