Dear sir,
My self ashwani kumar uttam employee of bata india ltd. as a executive - quality and production (sourcing) i have taken leave by telephone with mr. siddhartha kumar my reporting boss. and timely i have sent clinical notes by e-mail from sourcing head and reporting boss. and company he told me for resign otherwise will be termination. my company he mr. vilas baijal always follow with people's. he told me that medical gals but i have also city scan reports.
Many times i sent mail for join co. but he doesn't stop in written. only tell me oral ' you can not join again'
I am attaching many mail for complain reference.
Kindly suggest my company hr and take leagle action and i am ready to do work. kindly help for join. plz consider below e-mail.

I have taken medical leave by my reporting boss mr. siddharth. by
Telephone and i have updated timely medical report of s. n medical
College agra india.
Before medical report every all satisfy. when i was getting effected
Medical ct scan report than bata india ltd. has been send notice and
Appear absent without information but i have already inform with
Medical report.
My company bata india ltd. has been created unwanted presser on that
Ituation. now i am well as a doctor advice but our co. hr and my
Reporting boss has been stopped my work and told me go back from
Company. kindly help i am ready to work. and please check my ability

Here within i ashwani kumar uttam was working with Bata india Ltd from 02 02 2014
where as from the time of joining till 30th of june 2015 i was very sincere hard working and devoted employee to the company where as here within i would like to state that i had fallen ill on 1st of july 2015 and was advised by the doctors for a medical check up in regards to which i had had a telephonic discussion with Mr siddharth who was my immediate boss he allowed me the leave for the medical check up telephonically the after that i had also sended him an e mail in regarding to leave .
after that i went to rainbow hospital agra for my medical check up, where as the doctors at rainbow hospital were not able to diagnose my disease so i was refereed to S.N. medical college agra where i was treated and was on bed rest till 20 07 2015 my medical tests and CT scan were done where as in the mean while on 13 07 2015 mr siddharth sensed me an e mail stating me to submit my medical reports to the company where as the same i had done on 10 07 2015
after that on 20 07 2015 after seeing all my medical reports the doctore advised me for 3 weeks bed rest and then visa versa after that for 2 time i was again advised for 1-1 week rest by the doctors simultaneously.
Then on 18th august 2015 i was medically fit by the doctors so i took all my reports in paper and went to Bata india office Bata house gurgaon to rejoin my duties as well as to submit all my medical reports but astonishingly Mr vikas baijal (Senior vice president ) did not allowed me to rejoin my duties where as inspite of which he asked me to resign or he would terminate me forcefully.
After that incident i had given several mails to the consered departments and people but i had not received any response from there side .
On 5th nov 2015i had given a call to H.R. department bata india then i had had a talk with some divya dara madam who again insisted me to resign or i would be terminated from the side of the company forcefully
PLnote------- i was mentally and economically torcher by the side of the company that i decided to resign from the post in the company because i thought that these people will ruin my carrier and will not allow me to work in any other organization because these people were having Masefield intention so i resigned from the company but in the mean while MSdivya dara forcefully compelled me to send the resignation again in back date stating to do it on dated[protected]the telephonic discussion to which is recorded. with me).
Here within i am attaching all the correspondence done with the officials.

The plea to this letter is this that i had been torcher mentally as to that much extend that i am hand to mouth on this date stated
THE request is that kindly take this matter on urgent basis and provide me with justice or else i would be force to take legal action against the company
where i had several times i had telephonic ally
stated that i want to revert back the resignation given in pressure.

    It is inform to you that I have purchased the shoe from your authorized showroom which is situated at Napier Town Jabalpur (MP) on 24.07.2015 at the cost of Rs 1050/- and paid the amount through my Debit Card and Shoo No. is[protected]. After some time it is found that upper layer of the right shoe is stripping from original shape. I immediately contacted to incharge of Show room for in this regard but they are not solving the problem regarding change the damaged shoe. It is only two month older. Therefore, I request to you kindly look in to the matter and direct to concerning authority/manager of show room to change the shoe as early as possible. Thanking you.       I bought a pair of hush puppies on 16/08/14 but recently the sole of the shoe got displaced.nowhere in Kolkata could the Bata outlets help me repair that.can I at least get to know from where can I repair the shoe.as repairing from outside would definitely spoil the shoe.

        I have purchased a pair of shoes from bata online store(Order No[protected] and when i tried, it was very tight on my feet then i mailed to customer care of Bata as well as i had talked to them regarding size issue and they said that they will repick that soon but after 10 days no one came to repick it and today(18-Sep-2015) i again talked to them over phone but they refused to repick my shoes and asked to send it via courier from my side and they also refused to refund courier charges as well. Bata is a cheater !!! Do not buy anything from bata online store ... Vivek singh

          [protected] Forwarded message[protected] From: "sushil dabas" Date: 1 Sep 2015 22:04 Subject: Compliant Resolution not provided---Order No:12075387 To: Cc: Hi, I have placed an order for Bata shoes on 23rd August and done payment of same by credit card.Within few minutes after placing my order I had called Bata customer care and asked for order cancellation.The customer care executive assured me about order cancellation and create sr regarding the same and confirmed that refund will be done within 7 working days.But Bata delivered the same order to my home in my absence and also no confirmation is taken from me before delivering this order to my home.Again I called Bata customer care and the same person picked my call and assured me for refund within 7 days.A compliant regarding this was registered both times I called up the customer care many times but till now no resolution is provided to me.That parcel is at my home since more than 7 days but no reverse pickup is done till now.Again I called customer care on 29th and same person picked my call and he assured me that resolution is provided maximum by 31st August but nothing is done till now.Finally again I called the customer care some other person picked my call and assured me a call back from higher authority for urgent resolution but I haven't receieved any call till now. Is your customer service all about Irating customers? I am having a recorded voice of all conversations done with Bata customer care executives with all false commitments. If I don't get any resolution within 48 hours as committed today, I will move to my local consumer court for resolution.This kind of bad service is hampering my daily activities and I am mentally retarded with such kind of response from Bata service.Kindly refund my amount within 2 days.             I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from bata company on 16 september 2015.i bought a pair of chapal and shoes after 15 august 2015. i have given complaint to bata coustmer care.i just wore chapal and it thread came out after 2nd day ..moreover shoes create sore on foot because of its hard sole inside. i get reply from company that it will only get repair not replacement. however according to the rules of company product get replaced within 60 days after it purchased ..i want replacement of product .if not is there any guranty that i will not happen again...my bill get misplaced at home. but i get email from company regarding product repaired

                Dear Sir, I am a person with a strong mindset to buy n use Indian products as much as possible. I am a happy & satisfied customer with BATA products for a long period. On[protected] I purchased a pair of shoes from your outlet in Empress Mall for a special Official visit. Though my intention was to purchase a budget price pair I gone for a costly one as Your salesmen insisted me saying it’s a good leather material shoe & will not lose skin easily end min. for next 10-12 months. But the next day when first time I wear it, its skin loose giving a bad look. I was feeling a embarrassing for the full hole day & not wear it after that. Meantime As out of station I couldn’t return it to your Outlet. But on 30.08.2015 when I visited to your Outlet near to my home to buy another one. I told him this all in detail, He suggested me to report it online as he can’t help me out. So thinking that you may help me out & take a positive response I am requesting you please do the needful.It will make me happy & feel satisfied for the trust on your products.                   My complain number is 474675, I called many times afterwords i got this mail, "Dear Customer, Greetings for the day. We thank you for being our valuable customer and appreciate your feedback. Further to the information provided by you and feedback from our store, we are happy to extend a 50% replacement for the product. Kindly follow the below procedure for replacement; 1. We will replace with the same product (article number / model) and size if available at the store. 2. If the same product (article/model) is not available in the store (due to non availability of same model, size, color etc) you can avail the replacement with any other product of equal or higher value. The difference of higher value needs to be paid by you. 3. Please note that there is no cash refund. Also, In case of replacement with a lower value item, there will be no refund of differential amount. 4. Damaged product must be submitted to Bata for replacement – mandatory. 5. THE ABOVE APPROVAL FOR 50% REPLACEMENT IS VALID TILL 25th September 2015.                     Sir, I have purchased a pair of shoes from Bata Show Room, Beach Road Branch, Kollam, Kerala State. (Shop Phone#[protected] from August 2015. Item #[protected] Size. Last week I found the sole was cut. I am working in Office. Unfortunately I lost the purchase bill from the showroom. When I submit the shoes to the showroom today 12 October 2015, they suggest to send an e-mail regarding this to the customer care.                         Hi Sir/Madam, I bought a Shoe on 8th september around 9 p.m. in Bata Shoe Store, Thuraipakkam, Chennai-600096. I did not notice properly when i am buying this shoe. Today(10th september) i noticed small tear on the side of the shoe. And i verified in my first photograph of the shoe which is taken at 9th september 10 .10 A.m. The photograph conformed that the damage is occurred at the time of purchase itself. Shoe Model No:[protected]. It is really disappointed the product is damaged when i'm noticing on the second day itself. Really Bata is great if they exchange the product. I attached the screenshot of bill and the damaged product.

                          My name is shiva reddy, I have purchased two pairs of sandals by using my SBI Debit Card (622XX4704) for a purchase worth of Rs.2200.00 in 8th July 2015, at DWARAKANAGAR No : 37 - 14 - 7A Dwaraka Nagar, Visakapatanam, Andhra Pradesh 530016, on 5th September 2015 one of my sandals has been damaged, immediately I have approach at above store where I have bought my sandals. I have not been received well by the branch manager and he is ignorant and not bothered to listen to my complaint and insisting me to get the bill but where I have submitted my account statement as I swiped my debit card to pay the bill at the store above, Branch Manager is asking me to come after two days for launching my complaint. This incident gave me immense dissatisfaction and I lost trust on Brand Bata and People working in it.

                          Hereby i would like to inform that complaint which was raised on 7th September 2015, complaint has been registered by Bata India and mail was send to my mail id with the reference complaint number 472188, and issued has been solved on 9th September 2015, by replacing damaged sandals with a new pair of sandals for which i am thank full to indian consumer complaint forum and Bata India for quick response on consumer complaint.

                            Dear sir, i have purchase shoes from mazgaon bata shop no. 02518 shoes model no. 821 - 6768 shoes no. 10 rs. 1299 / - its purchase on 24 / 5 / 2015. However, its has been damage in monsoon season within 3 months i have put complain on 17 / 08 / 2015, but customer care personnel told we have process your complain and you will get email on your email box. But i have received any from them. Kindly look into matter at the earliest and resolve the same

                              Customer Name : Mr. Avinash Article No. : 674-5164 Complaint No. : CRF466936 Store address: 01A71/3, DD Urs Road, Devaraja Mohalla, Mysuru, Karnataka 570001 10th of Aug 2015, I bought a pair of Dr Scholls sandals for my mother. After wearing it exactly once for 20 mins, she experienced severe pain on the ball of her right feet which resulted in limping for the next two days and repeated pain killer usage. I went and inquired politely at the store we bought about possible replacement of the product assuming that there must be something wrong with the product that is not apparently to the naked eye. The manager apparently is not available for any conversation physically or by phone between the times of 3.00 - 6.30 PM as it is his lunch time (3.5 hours and it wasn't even an exaggeration). The sales representative clearly disregarded our request and mentioned that he won't entertain any such exchange requests because it was tried once in the store before buying and was subsequently used for 20 mins. After repeated calls to the customer service people (First time the complaint was lodged but they couldn't find the complaint when I called to inquire about its progress), I have successfully managed to get my complaint officially lodged into the data base. Unfortunately their resolution team thinks that me going and talking to the store owner is the only way to resolve the replacement issue that I am facing. As a customer, this is what I am NOT going to do: Go to that store again ever in my life and talk to sales rep and the manager. However, I want to give another shot to the resolution team to help me with this issue. I want to get a replacement of the product, or I will continue with escalating this issue. Not because I have spent 1999/- on a product from your company but because of the way you make me feel as a customer when I come to your store or call your customer service people.

                                I had ordered two shoes on[protected] having order no[protected].but it was cancled by bata automatically, because the order had in sale.next time on[protected] having order no[protected] i had ordered 3 shoes among which they delivered 1 shoe which was not in sale and the rest 2 shoes they didnot deliver.i called customer service to know the reason but they simply told that the order had been canceled, they didnot have stock.but still the shoe was showing in bata.in site.and the order tracking status is processing.they simply make people fool by showing sale in their site bata.in.i wanna my order should be delivered to me.

                                  I purchased formal bata shoes from M.I. Road, Jaipur bata showroom on 1st August, 2015. After use of less than one month, top layer from front part has started to come out. Now, I can't wear it because it started seeing ugly from front now. I don't think it is leather shoe for which bata company is known. Can you suggest me what solution I have ? Should I go to store for replacement ?
