I bought a pair of shoes from your Mahagun Metro Mall Vaishali Ghaziabad Store on 7th Feb with the cost of INR 1499 (My hard earn Money), but on 13th Feb I realized that my shoe soul getting torn, I went to you the same showroom, but your well experinced and well mannered guys given me a very polite answer " Hum kuch nahi kar sakte ". I want to say one thing only please change my shoes other wise I have to go legal against you. I am a regular customer of yours since my school days. I hope you can check this issue and do the needful for me on urgent basis.

Moreover its bill lost from my hand. In addition to this i am totaly dissatisfied with the quality o[censored]r product.       Hi, I purchased a black formal shoe in one of the BATA store in Malleshwaram, Bangalore around October 2013 and I have been using it since then twice every week. I noticed that there was a small tear in my left shoe and I approached the Bata store located on Sampige Road 10th Cross Malleshwaram, Bangalore today (24th February 2015) at around 7.30 PM. I showed the tear in the left shoe concerned person and asked him if it can be repaired and he replied saying that he can and it would take him a week to repair. I thanked him and told him that I will be back by 8.30 PM. I returned to the store at 8.30 PM and approached the person to hand over my shoe for repair. He replied saying that he will have to apply glue to the shoe and he said that he cannot assure me that the repair will be of good quality. I was a little bit taken aback especially since I had got this confirmed before returning to the store. The concerned person called the Manager and the Manager also told me the same thing. I told the Manager that I didn't expect this kind of response from an Organization of repute and I expected more from Bata and not such a response. The Manager replied that it is the Company policy that service is not done by the Organization and instead they get it done through the cobblers on the road! I told the Manager that I would have to register a formal complaint saying that the after sales of Bata is not what I expected and requested his name so that I could log a complaint. The Manager refused to give his name and argued saying that he will in turn complain saying that the Customer was abusive! I am really disappointed that Bata treats its customers so badly and I am equally disappointed that Bata doesn't provide a good after sales service. You have lost a customer for life. And I am quite interested to find out if you will do anything at all in this case or if this will gather a pile of dust and pushed under the carpet. PS: When I approached the store for the first time, I even mentioned that I have lost the bill and the person assured me that a bill is not needed to repair the shoe. Sincerely, Subramani.         I have purchased two pair of rubber slippers from BATA show room from Vapi, Dist. Valsad, Gujarat . before 1/2 month . I started using rubber slipper after 15 days from the purchase date. the rubber slipper is having design with blue color flower design. when slipper is wet with water, color goes and it stick to foot . We have contacted to above showroom and complaint . but hey are not ready to listen and co-operate about complaint. This is unbelievable that BATA having such big co. and name in India . Having like this product? And their showroom staff are non co-operative? Please look in to the matter and replace it immediate.           I had bought sandle costing 2000 rs in November from ur showroom at shipramall indrapuram ncr ghaziabad. Within 2 week of wearing the sol cracked in 2 half's and the leather torn out as if the old leather. I hav been wearing bata shoes since long time dats the 1st experience. I stay in hostel so can't come from lucknow. Nw on 15th Feb 2015 I went to ur same shop with ma problem the moment I stared ma complain of replacement a very stupid ill mannered and miss behaved sale man o[censored]rs instruct me that today no complains would be entertained. And can't b helped and asked me to come on some other day as if i was begger. Not excepted beviour. Nw what I want is the replacement for the same and a strict action against the same person. Also I have to think fo further purchase for the product o[censored]r company.same has happened with my mother she recently purchased a shoes from bata near our house n shoe didn't work but they conveniently replaced the same den and there. I want a quick and best possible action regarding ma problem. Otherwise forcefully I had to go for consumer court..

          this complained has not been resolved till now. its been more than 8 years have visited the shop more than 5 times but, later tired of doing that. and also there was no correspondance not even once from the company they themselves have written resolved they would not be knowing which pair of sandle was being purchased.

                I am Vajravelu.M bought a Formal shoe and a sandal from Bata shoe store, #115, Sampige Road Malleshwaram, Bangalore Karnataka on 08 SEP 2014 billing a total amount of Rs 2749 /- the shoe costing around 1800 and sandal around 949. The reason for this mail is that just within four months of purchase and normal use (4 days a week ) the shoe sole of both the shoes are tearing apart ( pictures attached ) and when i informed this to the store they claimed warranty is only for 60 days and it will cost me around 450 rs to get it repaired i bought the shoe for 1800 Rs expecting that bata shoes will give good life, but I am totally unhappy and dissatisfied with the product and service. I am expecting a proper solution from your end. please find the pictures of the shoe and bank statement of the purchase made in attachments. Thank you in advance... i am requesting you to look into the issue and restore some consumer confidence in the brand BATA

                    Sir, I had purchased a Bata Shoe from your one of show room at Howrah, West Bengal and the price is Rs.1299/- for the shoe and product code is F[protected] on 12.09.2014 and the man assured me that being a Bata product the product will last atleast for 2 years without any problem. But on 07.02.2015 that is before expiry of 5 months I found that external leather of my the right shoe has torn out though the inner lining is intact as it seems that stitching as well as the pasting of the outer skin is made very poorly and as such it come out. Immediately I went to the said shop and informed them, but they made such an attitude as such I had made an offence complaining them for the defects. My question is when the company is claiming that of quality product and longevity of their product and price of the product is so much high, why don’t we, the customers get the quality of the product as claimed. Even a shoe purchased from footpath last more than the quality product of Bata. I feel to be cheated by Bata India Limited.

                        Hi Sir, We have been using bata product since child hood. But now the Quality of product has reall gone down. I have purchased a pair of 7in Shoes 3 week back ( @999/- RS) from Bata Show room located at Suryodaya Colony, LB Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana . The shoes has developed cracks on the top surface where the foot folds. This is completely unacceptable. Give me a reason why we should we trust the Brand any longer.

                        The quality for which BATA was known earlier, i think there is no one to care for that now .

                        Just after use of 3 months all stitches has been come out, and there is no one to exchange or repair, when we approached to the company they said warranty is just valid for 2 months not beyond that.

                        It's very painful to see such product has been sold by BATA with out any quality check..

                          Please Suggest me what to do or whether I had done biggest mistake by purchase of your product. Your customer support representative are continuously giving me false statement and misguiding me. Please suggest me what to do in clear words or I have to go to consumer court . I purchased shoe model no.8089526, Rs 2999 from Bata Shoe Store (553/02356) G-10 INORBIT Mall, Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 18/12/2014.At the time of Purchase I clearly asked sales boy Deepak Pathak and Owner of Store as Iam not from Mumbai iam here fore few days for some work in case of any problem in shoes where I have to report and what is your SOP or protocol .They clearly told me as sir[protected] is our customer care number and in future within two months if you face any problem just register your complain with number and after that they will send you a mail and with that mail you can go to any authorized Bata Store anywhere in INDIA and can replace your shoe. I registered complain on 01/01/2015 my complain number is 337401 as my shoe got damaged within four day of Purchase. But it is more than one month after registering complain but till now I didn’t received any positive response from your team. Now they started stating that I have to go to same store from where I purchased the shoe .                             Sir, We had picked up a pair of Black Hush puppies Article # 8546604 Mens shoe from the Bata Store 6 months back.On regular usage of the same, the right leg shoe is changing color from Black to Brown.We have shown this defect to the Stores Manager at Orion Mall Stores Bangalore from where we had purchased the shoes.The shoes is given to the stores and still kept there for replacement.                               I am very surprised to see the quality of product from bata.I have purchased Bata Hush Puppies shoe Rs.3499 on your Show room. 2/205, Vinayak Mall, Deewani Crossing, Agra (U.P) on 23.November.2014 through credit card. Within a month sole of the shoe started to come out from the main body. It was unbelievable for me to see with such a brand name you guys are selling such cheap quality products. Its my request to replace these shoes and get me the new original pair of Bata and stop selling fake goods at your outlets. Thanks Manoj Singh Chauhan [protected]

                                Hi, i am very surprised to see the quality of product from bata. i have purchased a show on 11 Nov, 2014 from Sarojini nagar, Bata showroom. But it has torn up just in 3 months. When i raised a complaint with bata, they give me reference number/Complaint number as 351123 on 26 January, 2015.                                   I have Selected size 8 shoe.but it is very tight for my legs.i have noticed today(27th) morning.i levied the shoe at home and i went to office

                                  after come to the office today evening i went to showroom.i requested for size exchange.But your store manage refusing to provide size exchange

                                  he is saying bottom of the shoe foolish is slightly disappearing.you will not put the shoe in display again.He has advised me to contact Bata india customer care

                                  i have received reply email from Bata customer care on 29th JAN.they asked me to provide the Amount paid for the Article, cash memo number or scan copy of Cash memo, credit/debit card statement indicating the Date of purchase

                                  I have replied to the mail with complete details on the same day.But till now there is NO RESPONCE from Bata Customer care

                                    Purchased shoe Article no.F[protected] from Bata Shoe Store at shop no. 1E/17 BP NIT Faridabad. phone no.[protected] on 26.01.2015 vide cash memo no.26-01-15/1/13 store code 03679 M.R.P.Rs.999.00Ps. at 50% discount for Rs.499.50PS. charged Rs.500.00Ps. at14.00Hrs. .My son wore it to his school and came back with shoe upper at toe region and at lace region upper portion worn out and cloth beneath became visible, giving the shoe very shabby look.Note no games period on tuesday.Went back to the shop, waited for the Manager to appear for 15 miniutes, who completely disowned the shoe and said read below lines it is written no warranty/exchange for discounted items and blankly did not listen when we tried to explain that NOBODY in the store informed about No warranty /exchange on items on discount. Complained the same at customer care and registered the complaint got no.351834 and was advised to wait for 05days.

                                      i purchased pair shoes and sandal in October 2014. And within months time shoes were torn and sandals were completely worn out which his beyond repair too. We approach bata store from where we purchased it. They kept it for a week and later when we checked we were informed that warranty is only for 15 days. Which no where mentioned on the bill receipt. I am regular customer of bata and too my knowledge warranty is minimum three to six months. Poor response from store and worst quality products.                                         Need to bring to your notice that I am a regular buyer of bata shoes but last month I purchased a pair of slipper from from bata shop Andheri. To my surprise the slipper broke in 3 days time. I went to the shop but they gave me ur contact no which i did call on and spoke to and i was told that I would recieve an email regarding the same but within 8 days unfortunately I am still waiting for the same. Pls do look into the matter.
