I have purchased two pair of rubber slippers from BATA show room from Vapi, Dist. Valsad, Gujarat . before 1/2 month . I started using rubber slipper after 15 days from the purchase date. the rubber slipper is having design with blue color flower design. when slipper is wet with water, color goes and it stick to foot .
We have contacted to above showroom and complaint . but hey are not ready to listen and co-operate about complaint.
This is unbelievable that BATA having such big co. and name in India . Having like this product? And their showroom staff are non co-operative?
Please look in to the matter and replace it immediate.

I had registered a complaint (reference no:376028) in your portal for which I had received back a reply stating that the article purchased was under a special sale scheme and under “No Claim, No Warranty” policy. You have mentioned these service policies as well to support your claim:

*As per the service policy, articles purchased under Discount Sale are not considered for any repair or replacement.
I had a thorough search for the above mentioned policies in the cash memo (which I have attached along with this mail), but unfortunately I couldn't find any such statements being listed out there.
I've worn this shoe only for one day and the sole got separated fully from both the shoe. When I brought back the shoes to the shop from where I’ve purchased this one, they told that it is neither possible to exchange the product nor to do any kind of repair works.
I feel ashamed for having experienced such a situation, which was not expected from an esteemed organization like Bata. I have chosen Bata rather than any other unbranded companies only because of the trust I have in the quality of your brand.
I will be obliged if you could look in to the matter and do the needful as soon as possible and replace the product. Awaiting a positive reply from your side.
