    I had purchased power play on shoe on 12th April 2014, paid through debit card. On using it I found that the Tound was not properly fitted there by the inner flap of the lace is getting crumpled. I took to the BATA showroom at Tirumalagiri, secunderabad, Telanagana state where in purchased this shoe. The manager simply suggested for repairing, Inspit of my request for exchange he did not agree. On[protected] with no alternative i gave it for repair. details noted on the slip given to me are :[protected], Toand open. After a fortnight the shoe was returned saying every thing is ok, To my surprise the problem remains the same. I did not approach the show room again with a feeling of having brought substandard and defective shoe. My friend suggested me this site hence I'm now making this complaint. You may depute your personnel to check the shoe and would notice it is manufacturing defect. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. I have paid Rs 2000/- and the shoe remains useless to me.

        I am a regular customer of Bata since so many years and I was fully satisfied with the products of this company. This time I bought Black School Shoes (size-3) for my son from Bata, Sector-19, Chandigarh. But, it has a manufacturing defect and the same defect was brought into the notice of the concerned Shopkeeper with 20 days. But till today, despite my numerous visits to the shop, the replacement of the shoes has not been made till today.                 I have bought 1 shoes from bata showroom located in amanora mall. After 2 months the condition of shoes is very poor. Though i am very old user of bata i know the quality of product and want to continue with you products. Please replace my product, unfortunately i lost my bill.                   Dear sir, I have purchase one sport shoe from the Gariahat branch of Bata [ kolkata] in the month of Sep'14 for my cousin brother who has come to kolkata for tour purpose. The cost of the shoe is Rs. 999 /- Unfortunately the size of the shoe is smaller and it was not used by my cousin brother. And when i go to the store at end of the month of Oct. The store manager has refused to accept. As per him this product is sale product and we are not able to accept this . The shoe is lying intact in my house.                     I bought shoes from bata showroom on 1 November 2014 from phase 3B2, Mohali . After one wash the colour of the shoes faded (within one week).                             I purchased two pair of shoes in Hyderabad India two months back it was a brown and black formal shoes. Each shoe costed me 1700/-Rs and 2100/-Rs respectively. I was very happy to be the owner of those shoes from BATA but my happiness did not last long. Within a month's time both the soles of the shoe were damaged and the sole started to come out from the main body. It was unbelievable for me to see with such a brand name you guys are selling such cheap quality products. Its my request to replace these shoes and get me the new original pair of Bata and stop selling fake goods at your outlets and stop fooling people around. It was purchased from two different shops one was at Banjara hills after Care hospital and the other was at Panjagutta both authorized outlets of Bata. I'm sending you the pictures of the new shoe purchased. If you need the damage pictures too please feel free to reply me but you guys will faint after seeing the pictures which I'm not sending at this time.

                              *****NEVER BUY A BATA SHOES EVER AGAIN...THEY JUST SELLING IN THE NAME OF BATA***** I have purchased two pair of shoes for my office a month back from hyderabad India. I trusted the brand BATA and i always admired the way it has been over the years SINCE MY CHILDHOOD. To my utter surprise both the pair of my shoes got damaged within one month. The soul of both the shoes and the sides have damaged and i cannot even wear them now. As I'm an Software Engineer working for an MNC I hardly walk as I sit in one place for the whole office time busy with work. It made me feel embarrassed in front of my college and boss when the soul of my shoe came all out and I could not attend the meetings for that day. THIS IS NOT THE SAME BATA BRAND WHICH I USED TO ADMIRE. I RECOMMEND EACH AND EVERY PERSON ON THE FORUM DONOT VISIT ANY BATA SHOP. THEY HAVE LOST THE TRUST OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.

                                On 12/11/10 I visited your Rattan park, delhi store.Seeking for the information thatthat mygftr voucher will be redeemed at this particular store. Store manager redeemed the voucher without my permission and misguided me on the same that voucher has not been redeemed.i logded complaint for the same aat customer care comp. No 308219 voucher no V[protected] and called several times and marked mail to helpdesk. Reply from bata is visit our bangalore store for more clarity. Without any purchase voucher was redeemed and it is FRAUD done by bata. I want my voucher as fresh.Strict action should be taken against such employee those who bring disgrace to the company. I will recommend my friends and family not to purchase anything from such store after my ridiculous experience and there is nobody to assist on the same.                                   I am a regular customer of BATA from my childhood. On 03 Oct. 2014, I brought a pair of Sandals: Model no: 571-5063 and Size:5; from Bata show room at Brook fields Coimbatore. It costs Rs349.00/-. But unfortunately on 19 Oct. 2014; ie after 15 days the strap of the right-leg got detached. Immediately I went to the same shop, where I brought this and informed; and showed them the acknowledge message for the card payment I had, on the day of purchase. Then they asked for the bill. I told, now I came for an outing and hence I don't have the bill and take this sandal and do the needful help. They refused to take it without bill and told they will do a free service by replacing the entire strap and stitching a new one. After 2 weeks I enquired about my sandals and they told, I will take one more week. Finally, I got my sandals on 16 Nov. 2014. They didn't replace the strap and the stitching was so poor and horrible. Today it seems to be getting cut-out again. I liked that model and hence I bought the same. Kindly do the needful to replace the sandal and provide me a new pair. I have my original bills with me. Regards An esteemed Bata customer for the last 30 years!

                                    I have purchased a nine no shoe, gents 15 day back frm east gorakh park, shahdara, kings footwear..near hanuman mandir...sole of the shoe got opened..we approached the shop..he got it pasted and returned it back.aftr 2 days the pasting also got opened..we again went to the shop reqstng to replace the shoe...shop keeper denied to replace it.i request u to plz replace my shoe or refund my money

                                      Hi!! This is to bring forth that the product quality provided was highly pathetic, leaving me no choice but to write this Complaint. I bought a Hand Bag Article# F[protected] Cash Memo# 17-08-14/1/0008 Marie Claire, and it got badly damaged in less then 2.5 month.It feels like increasing your line of products is doing no good to the consumers as the quality is degrading attracting bad name for the brand.I would seriously hope someone takes this matter seriously & attends this case on priority as I don't believe in doing unnecessary follow ups. The concern is genuine & I feel cheated, hope you won't prolong the matter & force me to approach Consumer forums/court & online blogs. Let me know when can I go to your store, as I want my Hand Bag to be replaced on PRIORITY/ Refund of amount PS: All the necessary information attached, Pictures of damaged Bag & the bill.
