I had purchased one pair of chappals from Bata Online. Since I needed a different size, I contacted Bata Customer support. I was provided with a Reference number for the reverse pick. The customer service persons told me that I should return the item, and after inspection they will either provide me the correct size - or provide a gift voucher for the same amount. As per the instructions I received, I sent back the item I had received. I had also replied to their mails with the proof of dispatch. Last week, I received a call back from Bata. They said that they found only old magazine in the package. They say that since the item has not been returned, they cannot give any refund to me. Order Num 12055630 / Reference number for complaint / reverse pick : 327926 Can the concerned people please investigate this ?

    Sir/Madam, I recently purchased a pair of shoe(1 pair- 8243826, size- 8) from your store Hush Puppies, Shop no. 103, City Center Mall, Rohini, Delhi-110085 in mid December. However, to my disappointment, the shoes were of substandard quality and the sole of the shoe started detaching within few days. I immediately asked the store to replace the shoes on 27/12/2014. I was promised to be reverted back by[protected]. However, no action has been taken yet. Moreover, I was told that the shoes will be repaired and not replaced. This is an absolute disappointment and against your image that you have earned among your customers. The problem of sole pasting may appear again and it would be great discomfort. I would like to receive a new pair of the same shoe and not repaired one. If no action is taken within time, I will be forced to take an action against your company.       Dear Concerned, This is with reference to hush puppies casual shoe (half leather & half suede) which i bought in the month of September 2014 from Mumbai, Thane. Since I was buying a new shoe I asked sales person to also give me a shoe polish. I used the shoe polish but to my surprise the shoe I bought and the shoe i saw after applying shoe polish were poles apart, Apparently the polish had spoiled the entire shoe and the whole purpose to buy shoe was lost and so was the shoe style. I had spent a lot of time and energy to zero down on this particular shoe. In fact a great friend of mine who is a regular customer of Hush Puppies took me to your store. I was impressed by your collection and the edge you have in your design, however now i have a shoe which I cant use. I went to the same store and explained to the particular sales person who had sold me the shoe. I was perplexed and alarmed by the way he handled the matter and confronted me that it was my fault that I had used the polish the wrong way and he had given me instructions. I thought earlier that may be he is right, but then i discussed with my friend who introduced me to Hush Puppies about the instruction he gave to us for applying shoe polish, he categorically said there were no instructions given to us. I did try to discuss the same with the store, however the time passed by and there was no concrete solution, I have also shifted to Bangalore in the meantime and it also makes it difficult to come to thane and sort the issue and this has been going on for long. I have faced this ordeal for too long and I don't have any patience left, the shoe is still at the store itself. The objective is I don't want to get into the mud slugging fest/ he said she said kind of discussion, I have already tried to explain to the store, they must have their own limitations, all I want is replacement of the shoe, i have already spent time, money and energy since September and have not been able to actually use the shoe which i liked at the first place. I know its a human error from the sales person side, in fact it could have happened with any of the sales guy with so many footfalls in the store and he missed out. I don't want to make it a case wherein he is taken to task, I am not that kind of person. I have been told about Hush Puppies at great length by my friend and I appreciate it and that was the only reason to buy your product. As mentioned earlier i look forward for the replacement. I am also attaching pics for your ready reference, which will help you to understand the condition. Look forward for a prompt response

        I have purchased sandal from Bata. I have very little use it in 2 months. Its sole is removed and colour is also fade. I lost the invoice taken from store.

        Please help me to get replacement.

          Dear Team, I had purchased Bata Power shoes from below detailed Bata showroom few weeks back.but these shoes got damaged very soon . hardly i have weared these shoes 10-12 times. for the solution & replacement i visited the showroom on dated 20th Dec'14 & they got agree for replacement & they asked for the invoice so that replacement could be done. I tried to find the bill but unluckily the same has been lost. today again i visited the showroom, but they said without bill replacement can't be given. shoes box & article detail's also attached herewith. Purchases is less than 2 months & usage is also very low.             I have bought executive shoes of brand hush puppy shoe rs 2999/- from
            "BATA INDIA LTD C 8, sector 13, vasundhra ghaziabad shop n0-03668 on
            25sep2014. See the enclosed bill for details and proof

            The shoe has caused severe injury on my foot causing swelling and pain.
            The shape and size of the shoe is not as per my satisfaction despite the
            quality being assured by the sales executive of the shop. The sales
            executive ensured me that the size fit is as per the one desired for me
            however after usage i found out that the shoe is not meeting my
            requirements and has caused trouble to me .
            You are requested to provide me the replacement or refund my money as the
            shoes have caused not only physical but also mental pain.
            Kindly do the needful otherwise i may opt for consumer court for my problem.

I had purchased two slippers, 1 belt and a socks set vide above bill.later i found that the size of one slipper was 7 where as the size of other Slipper was 6. the slipper no 6 given to me does not suit me and i had requested for next size no.7.i had visited your shop thrice but they have not exchanged the same by giving flimsy excuses which is almost annoying.i hope you will take suitable action in exchanging the slipper.the service rendered by your staff is not satisfactory but also annoying.                   Sir, I had purchased a Bata shoe from the Bata India Ltd Show room, Opposite SMV School, Over Bridge, Trivandrum.I had purchased the above Mentioned shoe at the rate of Rs:1699/-, Article No: 824-6224, Dept& Plan 422/3341.I purchased the shoe on the May of this year ie 2014. I could not use the above mentioned shoe even for 5 months or 100 days. The sole of the shoe cracked and broke damaged with in this short span of time.I had purchased the branded shoe with an expectation of long lasting and its quality material. But all of my expectation failed with this incident.I am requesting to you please replace the defective shoe unless i will take both civil and criminal action against you.

                      I had purchased power play on shoe on 12th April 2014, paid through debit card. On using it I found that the Tound was not properly fitted there by the inner flap of the lace is getting crumpled. I took to the BATA showroom at Tirumalagiri, secunderabad, Telanagana state where in purchased this shoe. The manager simply suggested for repairing, Inspit of my request for exchange he did not agree. On[protected] with no alternative i gave it for repair. details noted on the slip given to me are :[protected], Toand open. After a fortnight the shoe was returned saying every thing is ok, To my surprise the problem remains the same. I did not approach the show room again with a feeling of having brought substandard and defective shoe. My friend suggested me this site hence I'm now making this complaint. You may depute your personnel to check the shoe and would notice it is manufacturing defect. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. I have paid Rs 2000/- and the shoe remains useless to me.

                          I am a regular customer of Bata since so many years and I was fully satisfied with the products of this company. This time I bought Black School Shoes (size-3) for my son from Bata, Sector-19, Chandigarh. But, it has a manufacturing defect and the same defect was brought into the notice of the concerned Shopkeeper with 20 days. But till today, despite my numerous visits to the shop, the replacement of the shoes has not been made till today.                                 Last week on 1st Dec, 2014, I purchased formal shoes from a bata store in Delhi (franchise). The price was Rs. 1099.95/- He gave me for Rs. 700/- . He said there is no warranty. On reaching home I found shoes old, with old broken sole...How can they dupe people by selling old Bata shoes..Please suggest how to proceed with the complaint...                                   I have bought 1 shoes from bata showroom located in amanora mall. After 2 months the condition of shoes is very poor. Though i am very old user of bata i know the quality of product and want to continue with you products. Please replace my product, unfortunately i lost my bill. Kindly help me, i spend 1800rs on the shoes and not satisfied with product, all stitching are coming out from sides. waiting for you positive response. Thanks Aakash [protected]

                                    Dear sir, I have purchase one sport shoe from the Gariahat branch of Bata [ kolkata] in the month of Sep'14 for my cousin brother who has come to kolkata for tour purpose. The cost of the shoe is Rs. 999 /- Unfortunately the size of the shoe is smaller and it was not used by my cousin brother. And when i go to the store at end of the month of Oct. The store manager has refused to accept. As per him this product is sale product and we are not able to accept this . The shoe is lying intact in my house.                                       I bought shoes from bata showroom on 1 November 2014 from phase 3B2, Mohali . After one wash the colour of the shoes faded (within one week). We complained to the shopkeeper and he told to wear shoes for some more days and after that they will replace shoes.On 29 November 2014 again we went to the shop to return shoes but they seemed to drag their feet regarding this.
