Hi, i am very surprised to see the quality of product from bata. i have purchased a show on 11 Nov, 2014 from Sarojini nagar, Bata showroom. But it has torn up just in 3 months. When i raised a complaint with bata, they give me reference number/Complaint number as 351123 on 26 January, 2015. But till date, i have not get any follow ups from bata.     Dear Sir/madam,
    I have purchased Bata formal shoe model number:851-6339 Rs.1499 on your NIZAMPET, HYDERABAD Show room on 26 JANUARY 2015 TIME:20:27:55

    I have Selected size 8 shoe.but it is very tight for my legs.i have noticed today(27th) morning.i levied the shoe at home and i went to office

    after come to the office today evening i went to showroom.i requested for size exchange.But your store manage refusing to provide size exchange

    he is saying bottom of the shoe foolish is slightly disappearing.you will not put the shoe in display again.He has advised me to contact Bata india customer care

    i am requesting you all Kindly please provide size exchange for the shoe

    i am unable to wear the shoe with size 8.please provide size exchange for the shoe with 9 size

    i am expecting a positive reply from your end.please help

    i have received reply email from Bata customer care on 29th JAN.they asked me to provide the Amount paid for the Article, cash memo number or scan copy of Cash memo, credit/debit card statement indicating the Date of purchase

    I have replied to the mail with complete details on the same day.But till now there is NO RESPONCE from Bata Customer care

      Purchased shoe Article no.F[protected] from Bata Shoe Store at shop no. 1E/17 BP NIT Faridabad. phone no.[protected] on 26.01.2015 vide cash memo no.26-01-15/1/13 store code 03679 M.R.P.Rs.999.00Ps. at 50% discount for Rs.499.50PS. charged Rs.500.00Ps. at14.00Hrs. .My son wore it to his school and came back with shoe upper at toe region and at lace region upper portion worn out and cloth beneath became visible, giving the shoe very shabby look.Note no games period on tuesday.Went back to the shop, waited for the Manager to appear for 15 miniutes, who completely disowned the shoe and said read below lines it is written no warranty/exchange for discounted items and blankly did not listen when we tried to explain that NOBODY in the store informed about No warranty /exchange on items on discount. Complained the same at customer care and registered the complaint got no.351834 and was advised to wait for 05days.

        i purchased pair shoes and sandal in October 2014. And within months time shoes were torn and sandals were completely worn out which his beyond repair too. We approach bata store from where we purchased it. They kept it for a week and later when we checked we were informed that warranty is only for 15 days. Which no where mentioned on the bill receipt. I am regular customer of bata and too my knowledge warranty is minimum three to six months. Poor response from store and worst quality products.           Need to bring to your notice that I am a regular buyer of bata shoes but last month I purchased a pair of slipper from from bata shop Andheri. To my surprise the slipper broke in 3 days time. I went to the shop but they gave me ur contact no which i did call on and spoke to and i was told that I would recieve an email regarding the same but within 8 days unfortunately I am still waiting for the same. Pls do look into the matter.

            Dear sir /Madam, I have purchased a pair of shoe from M/s V.K.G ENTERPRISES ( BATA DELAR ), SCO 102-103, SECTOR - 16, FARIDABAD, HARYANA via BILL NO. 47122, DATED :- 02/11/2014, STYLE NO 831/6910, SIZE 07 due to pasting problem it got damaged from front side. On 14.12.2014 i return that pair for claim but till date i don't get any proper answer from their side but every time ( SUNDAY ) they give excuses that company has closed the manufacturing of this STYLE & SIZE ur claim is passed, our billing is closed for this SIZE & STYLE etc...               Hi, I am Elangovan. I had purchased Bata Power shoe on[protected] from Bata show room in KR puram, Bangalore. Article No - [protected]X357 - 08 Price - Rs.1799 In the pair, the left leg shoe is 5mm smaller is width than the right side shoe. ( remember that not in length, in width) Without observing this manufacturing defect, i purchased it and start to use it. Due to this defective shoe, i got pain in my left leg knee. The shoes are unfit to wear. It is surprising that such a good brand shoes have manufacturing size mismatching. I believe that this particular item did not go into the QC dept.I am regular user of bata shoes. I already used north star model shoe which was with me 2 years, working like anything. But this time it is really very disappointing. Today I approached to the shop where i had purchased the shoes. They are observed the shoes, agreed with me and asked me to send a complaint to this mail ID so that i will get the replacement. I have the bill.

                The product no.[protected]Hush Puppies-Bata Shoes) has been purchased by me on cash payment of Rs.2999/- from Bata outlet at Kakkanad, Kochi about six months(approx) back.In the maiden use itself the sole of both shoes has been crumbled to dangerous level and the outlet properietor was also convinced the fact. The money that spent for an attractive product of Bata-Hush Puppies for a along use has been shattered my hopes and lost.A local brand of shoes purchased for half of the price of Hush Puppies which is being used by me since three years also placed before the proprietor of the said shop to have a comparitive analysis.                             Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter in deep anguish and frustration. I had bought a pair of Hush Puppies some time back (around 4-5 months, as I don’t remember the exact date of buying the shoes) from Lifestyle, located at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, New Delhi. This was my first purchase of a Hush Puppies shoes, as I am a great fan of Red Tape since last 7 years. I decided to migrate to Hush Puppies listening to great reviews from my friends and Internet. I started using the shoes only after the monsoon season (understanding that the leather might get damaged in the monsoon season) In the last few months, I use these shoes not on a very regular basis, as I use them only for my important meetings (considering they are hush Puppies) as I generally use my Red Tape shoes along with another brown pair I have. Last month, I noticed that the leather is peeling off from the back part (Heel) of shoe, I thought that It might happen due to my mishandling – may be it got shrugged off with some rough surface or my cars break or clutch paddle. But last week I noticed that the same thing is happening on both the shoes and the back part is peeling off without any reason and now the shoes is looking like only a cheap piece of leather. I had a great respect for hush puppies while buying, but when I see this, I seriously doubt, if the piece sold to me is original or not. I would like to raise a complaint through this mail to the concerned authorities regarding the quality of the material used and the pair sold to me through lifestyle. I hereby would like to request you to kindly direct the concerned authorities to take action and kindly replace the pair sold to me. I bought my pair with high hopes and great respect for the brand, but considering the quality of shoes sold to me, I would never ever either recommend anyone to buy Hush Puppies Last week, I received a call from Ms. Barkha Kapoor from your office, who was very polite and asked me about my query. Upon telling her the incident, she told me that she will get back to me in half hour. I am still awaiting here call since then. Attaching is the pictures, which shows that how bad is the quality of shoes sold to me. I am seriously now regretting my decision to migrate to Hush Puppies from my older brand A line of confirmation in this matter would be highly appreciated. Expecting a quick and positive reply.                               I had purchased one pair of chappals from Bata Online. Since I needed a different size, I contacted Bata Customer support. I was provided with a Reference number for the reverse pick. The customer service persons told me that I should return the item, and after inspection they will either provide me the correct size - or provide a gift voucher for the same amount. As per the instructions I received, I sent back the item I had received. I had also replied to their mails with the proof of dispatch. Last week, I received a call back from Bata. They said that they found only old magazine in the package. They say that since the item has not been returned, they cannot give any refund to me.                                 Sir/Madam, I recently purchased a pair of shoe(1 pair- 8243826, size- 8) from your store Hush Puppies, Shop no. 103, City Center Mall, Rohini, Delhi-110085 in mid December. However, to my disappointment, the shoes were of substandard quality and the sole of the shoe started detaching within few days. I immediately asked the store to replace the shoes on 27/12/2014. I was promised to be reverted back by[protected]. However, no action has been taken yet. Moreover, I was told that the shoes will be repaired and not replaced. This is an absolute disappointment and against your image that you have earned among your customers. The problem of sole pasting may appear again and it would be great discomfort. I would like to receive a new pair of the same shoe and not repaired one. If no action is taken within time, I will be forced to take an action against your company.                                   Dear Concerned, This is with reference to hush puppies casual shoe (half leather & half suede) which i bought in the month of September 2014 from Mumbai, Thane. Since I was buying a new shoe I asked sales person to also give me a shoe polish. I used the shoe polish but to my surprise the shoe I bought and the shoe i saw after applying shoe polish were poles apart, Apparently the polish had spoiled the entire shoe and the whole purpose to buy shoe was lost and so was the shoe style. I had spent a lot of time and energy to zero down on this particular shoe. In fact a great friend of mine who is a regular customer of Hush Puppies took me to your store. I was impressed by your collection and the edge you have in your design, however now i have a shoe which I cant use. I went to the same store and explained to the particular sales person who had sold me the shoe. I was perplexed and alarmed by the way he handled the matter and confronted me that it was my fault that I had used the polish the wrong way and he had given me instructions. I thought earlier that may be he is right, but then i discussed with my friend who introduced me to Hush Puppies about the instruction he gave to us for applying shoe polish, he categorically said there were no instructions given to us. I did try to discuss the same with the store, however the time passed by and there was no concrete solution, I have also shifted to Bangalore in the meantime and it also makes it difficult to come to thane and sort the issue and this has been going on for long. I have faced this ordeal for too long and I don't have any patience left, the shoe is still at the store itself. The objective is I don't want to get into the mud slugging fest/ he said she said kind of discussion, I have already tried to explain to the store, they must have their own limitations, all I want is replacement of the shoe, i have already spent time, money and energy since September and have not been able to actually use the shoe which i liked at the first place. I know its a human error from the sales person side, in fact it could have happened with any of the sales guy with so many footfalls in the store and he missed out. I don't want to make it a case wherein he is taken to task, I am not that kind of person. I have been told about Hush Puppies at great length by my friend and I appreciate it and that was the only reason to buy your product. As mentioned earlier i look forward for the replacement. I am also attaching pics for your ready reference, which will help you to understand the condition. Look forward for a prompt response

                                    Dear sir, we bought one Chappal in Coimbatore RS puram show room . it has manufacturing defect. They refused to give an Copy bill even we have mentioned the purchase date, they ask to contact you. we bought the Product by paying more than Three Thousand Rupees because the faith we have in your product. we did not use the Product, it is in original mode as we bought, Kindly refer and give details where to send them for replacing . Give instruction to the Show room to give a copy bill of purchase. It is your product, it has been bought from your show room, We are mentioning the date of purchase, why they are not ready to give duplicate Bill. is it is Duplicate one they are selling on your name. we need your kind attention and immediate reply. we have bought the Product for the faith on your product, if it is a cheaper variety we may ignore, we paid over Rs 3000.00, the odd amount what we pay we forgot.                                     I have purchased sandal from Bata. I have very little use it in 2 months. Its sole is removed and colour is also fade. I lost the invoice taken from store.

                                    Please help me to get replacement.
