A bad experience I have gathered. The reason I choosed Bata Product was i was looking for the durability & comfirt. & I purchased the Bata Product from the Company outlet 03/10/2015 BATA INDIA LTD 33 34 TILAK NAGAR NEW DELHI 110018 CST NO [protected] TIN NO [protected] Problem Statement 1. Product Defect The Product Get damaged within few days o[censored]se only, cracks have developed in the sole of a shoe. Pictures of the same are attached with this email. If you closely Observe the Pictures attached, you will find the developement of the crack is from the top so there is no question of mis handling of the product while use.Its Cause of Poor Quality of Material/Manufacturing. If this would have been multibrand store i would have no objection about store managers responce, but being company outlet was asking to register the complaint through net.With regret it is pointed out that more than one month has gone by after sending complaint regarding flop product of Bata slippers . Action for the same is still pending at your end. Please expedite action & mail the decision to me There I spent around 35 Mins to register my complaint & getting complaint number. [That Poor Lady("Indu": As told by Executive) was not able to generate Customer Complaint Number as server was under maintainance: So After Wating for Long Time I got my Registered Complaint Number After Investing so much of my time nothing has happened till date. Kindly tell me what should i do? Is there any way to get full compensation ? KINDLY REPLACE D MY SLIPPERS Please help me out. Good afternoon Bata store manager I made my purchases at Vikrampuri Bata out let in the month of Aug- Sep 2015 These were costly pieces frm hush puppies Leather belt is of poor quality... Within few months it is now. I had been using BATA from last 5 or more years.Till date I never encountered much problems, but the latest bata I bought, which costed me 899/- for a model of Power Brand of BATA, the stitching on the strap, started to get peeled off, as I have kind of ignored in the begining, expecting it to be a small issue, but later as per days crossed by it became bigger, where the skin got completely peeled off.. Iam kind of very much frustrated with the product, as I also use a Woodland Sandals, with which I havent faced any issues from last 2 years..I dont why I should be writing this complaint, but still hoping for a satisfactory response.

Actually i got a pair of sneakers from your local shop but it got torned within a month.i just wanted to exchanged it with the new one but the store keeper is not exchanging it.please help me as soon as possible.i trust bata n buying shoes from there only but if you guys are not using the good material than i would not buy it again.exchanged my product .

I bought a Dr. Scholl's footwear a year back. The bar broke in less than 10 months. When I went to the showroom from where I had purchased it, I was told that Bata does not take up any repair works. I am absolutely upset. If a R's 1700 footwear does not last even a year, there are serious quality issues. And Bata so irresponsibly washes its hands off! In fact I have been spreading this information and advising friends not to buy Dr. Scholl's stuff.

We purchased 2 scholls slippers from Bata in New Delhi in May, 2015 for which Bata gives a 6 month warranty. Within 2 months, both the slippers got badly damaged (cracked, slippery sole, belts slacked) We checked with our same New Delhi vendor and he straight away denied for any repairs or replacement. (Though Bata claims of 100% replacement for major manufacturing defects in its so called policy) My next action was to follow up with customer care for more than a month, after which they agreed to replace one of the slippers or at least repair it. There was still no reply from customer care for the 2nd slipper, which is severely damaged. As instructed, I submitted my slipper in a Bata showroom. Now after another month of follow up, they have conveyed that they will neither replace nor refund for both the slippers. How unprofessional behaviour We have been using Bata for years, probably since our school days, but never expected this from Bata

A chappal which i bought on date 20 August 2015... and a month ago it get craked on both sides and belt get slacked... so it is in warranty period so it is returnable... I purchased a new shoes on 13.12.2015 for Rs.499/-from Bata Shoe Store, #40/9648, M.G Road, Ernakulam, Cochin, Kerala. Firstly i tried a size 6 shoes but that wasn't fit for me so the sales boy said that size 7 will be ok. He bought a size 7 shoe from the go-down but i didn't looked it carefully. When i reached home i noticed that the shoes is very dirty inside and outside. So i again went to the showroom on 24.12.2015 to meet Showroom manager to request for a replacement. But the attitude of that man really provoked me, that's why i am registering this complaint. A family friend of ours suggested me to register a complaint in the Consumer court through an Advocate, but before that i need to know what the authorities can do on this matter.Hoping for your consideration and i would appreciate your response.

I purchaed a shoe on 26.11.2015 for Rs.399/-from ur TRIPLOIA BAZAR, JAIPUR BR.ON 18.12.2015 I VISITED ur shop at 1.00PM shop Mnager told that shoe that the life of this shoe for 3 months only he showed his inability to redeem loyalty point lame excuse server is down I VISited ur MIRD, JAIPUR shop he redeemed loyalty point mob.no[protected] v.k.jain, jaipur

Hi..BATA I hve purchased shoes and sandels on 09 sep/2015 from sodala store, Jaipur for rs 2250. only .My contact no.is [protected].I purchased bata products first time, BT my experience is very bad, today 18 Dec 2015, my shoes and sandels both are Badely damage from lower side, lower lever badley cracked. Plz sir look into the matter, I also send mail you about it.

This is to inform you that, i have purched the shoes from your authorized showroom which is situated at avenue B, 31 sarojni nagar market New Delhi on 03.12.2015 at the cost of 999/- and after 2 days, it is found that upper layer of the both shoes is stripping from original shape(also pesting problem). I immediately contract to incharge of show room for in this regard but they are not solving the problem regarding change the damage shoes. I Request to you kindly look in to the matter and direct to concerning authority/manager of showroom to change the shoes as early as possible... Find the attached damage shoes pic & shoes bill. I bought naturalizer sandals last year from bata showroom at connaught place, new delhi. in one year the sole of one sandal is broken into two pieces. when i spoke to customer care, they showed inability to attend as their policy handles only products when defect occurs within 60 days. i bought these sandals for rs3000/ and wore only in summer season and that too only as office formals. Strange bata is only concerned about policy. regret buying their premium product.

I purchased Bata's shoes as on 08/11/2015 @ 1199/- with out discount and after used of 29 days i.e. till as on 07/12/2015 . On the day 07/12/2015 it damaged on toe cap side and peel of black lather film and shown white inside it . I visited to the Bata Priority Dealer R.P. Company Shop No 25 Vishvasariya Nagar Near Triveni Piliya Gopal Pura By-pass JAIPUR then after handed over on 07/12/2015 Evening and come back barefoot . Also the person Mr. Rahul gave me receiving on bill for damage shoes and till 14/12/2015 no response from the person ( Mr. Rahul ) who committed for 03 days of final conclusion but i didn't get any response on call whenever i call to him . Finally, His brother spoke to rahul and said that company has rejected because of stumble . I spoke that it doesn't happen and why is black film peel of and why is showing white after peel of & It is not genuine shoes . i didn't accept my shoes from the shopper and its kept over there . The person in billing counter (Manager?) has informed that off cannot be given as this "Off" is not seen in company billing system. Dear sir I have purchased a pair of shoes .The quality of shoes are not up to The Mark the upper of the shoes are made of totally different material.when I have brought this fact before local dealer he bluntly refused to listen any thing and told that there is no guarantee o[censored]pper. Hi here i am jairam shewani from vadodara gujarat. i purchased above mentioned product from bata show room at niharika complex, vadodara gujarat as per b. no. 17/10/15/1/[protected]. i faced problem from this prod. as colour going on. so chaapple looks like very old and dirty. i contact to your store but they said without bill we can not help u. so i take duplictae bill and do mail to u. so pl. look in to the matter and do the needful as early as possibl.e

A purchase of silver coloured ladies chappals was done at the BATA STORE in Pentagon Mall, Haridwar 249403, Uttarakhand in AUGUST 2015 . This chappal has been used very infrquently & has now turned into black spotted chappal . Actually i had bought a similar pair in the 1st week of July 2015 which sadly waas stolen in our Dubai visit. On return finding the chappal to be good we bought two more pairs one for myself & one for someone else which is still unused. The pair which has been used by me has become discoloured though it is not being used very frequently. I am a regular customer at Bata & i was told by the the shopkeeper to put complaint on customer care. The Ref. No. of the chappal is 5722014 & cost is @ 499/ pair Please help in this & issue orders to the store to replace the chappal. Had purchased a black pair of velcro shoes from bata in the month of may. its used hardly 4 months . now the sole is out . had gone to the bata stores . they said that only online complaints r accepted as the kids are wearing shoes to school they need to be repaired over the weekend ... so now should i request to the bata services atleast look into this and get the sole fixed as soon as possible or convey a message to the nearest store to do it my contact details are...[protected]
