At peak time, early morning 6:20Am on 9th Of June, 2022, there is seen a huge line in front of the operating desk. Out of the 4 counters only 1 is operating, on reaching the counter to recharge, the lady answers that there is no digital payment accepted, and refuses to recharge, but asks me to move to customer section. On asking, why is there no information displayed Atleast on a board regarding this, she says nonchalantly Its not there.
In this digital era, there is no digital payment in the capital city of Karnataka. And moreover, in the very heart of the capital city, out of 4 operating desks, at peak time when most of the outer city buses arrive to Bangalore, only 1 is operating.
This has caused me a delay of 30 mins. Horrible experience

We are unable to sleep. Pls restrict the loud work to afternoon. It starts when it's still dark in the morning disturbing the sleep of senior citizens arround. There are so many hospitals near by. Also I have not been able to sleep peacefully since this work started
