Hi team,

Thank you for the wonderful service.

One thing that I faced last time when I used metro train there are no restroom after the check-in . So i had to ask the helpdesk to check out with the staff ID and check in again and catch the metro. Since that day i had emergency it was difficult to wait for all the process. So kindly provide restroom after the check in. Thank you

    I am writing this at 11pm, and there is high machine sound due to metro construction on sarjapur-marthahalli road.
    My 2yr old toddler is scared due to the sounds and unable to sleep. Pls restrict the loud work to morning. It's tough to focus on work tomorrow with such disturbance.
    Pls understand!!!

    We are unable to sleep. Pls restrict the loud work to afternoon. It starts when it's still dark in the morning disturbing the sleep of senior citizens arround. There are so many hospitals near by. Also I have not been able to sleep peacefully since this work started

      Hello sir good evening... Today I meet security guard in platform.. She was crying I ask wt happen.. But she told me s/sup giving tortur each guard ... But no one else security guard complaint not accept yy. There are also people only.. There are protect the public... Plzz accept the complain... S/sup name sunil... He not giving to respect for women... He making rule...

        Am the resident of Ibbaluru, Sarjapura main road.

        We are facing heavy noise due to metro construction in Ibbaluru, Sarjapura main road, both day and night.

        My self have small kids and me working from home, due to this heavy construction noise small childrens and we couldn't sleep during night also.

        We request to stop Metro Construction work during night (10 pm to 6 AM) and implement noise absorption mechanism during day time.

          I had entered the station where my mask broke infront of two female officials. When asked if they have any extra they said no and continued to talk me down to the point where it became extremely embarassing for me. I've travelled by train for the last 24 hours and a metro ride is the easiest way to get home. Now I understand the rules of protection due to covid but how is it possible that a whole government powered institution as big as the metro does not carry a spare face mask. Apart from this when my mask has broken RIGHT INFRONT OF THEM. I'm being treated like a common criminal, I'm being belittled and yelled at and when I've asked for the female security guards names they have once again yelled at me and then instructed another male security guard to havee removed. I'm not using the metro station services to be manhandled and at the mercy and moods of the security guards. They have been put there to make us feel safer, not to feel like we've committed a crime when something as simple as a mask breaks. Please be informed that masks are made of cloth that has the capability of ripping especially when you've been travelling for a day. I have been embarrassed and manhandled today by people who are put there to make me ( a 23 year old woman) feel safe from the hands of men and women we don't know however today, both of those have been trampled upon along with humiliating me and embarrassing me to no extent. I had requested to see their OD cards to which they very rudely and using local language to have me kicked out in front of many others standing there.

            Dear Banglore metro Authority.

            I am new to Bangalore City we opted for metro travel while visited the city. We asked for metro recharge cards but the customer care desk sujested to take 1-day travel cards worth of 150/- per card with 50/- can be refunded back after the day travel even we can return next day as per customer desk person detailed. But when v went to return cards next day the staff told to get refund we should return on same day of taken.
            There is really disappointed management from Bangalore metro authority. Firstly we asked for rechargeable metro cards but given 1-day travel and second they didn't took back cards for refund amount.

                My pink Colour lunch box and Black colour ear phone stuck in the metro train gate and i missed the train. It happened at majestic station on 14.06.2022 at 6.15 pm in the train towards Byapannahalli. I checked at next three stations and byapannahalli station also. But nobody able to give me any information.

                  Dear Concerned,
                  Today i was travelling from Vijayanagar to Baiyapanahalli and i was told to give Rs 40 for the fare is actually Rs 38 and untill i demand / urge the ticket counter person was reluctant to give the change as if i could go away with it

                  Complaint to CC but of no use as Mamatha was quoting that she was there for almost 6yrs and taking things easily and reluctant to give the complaint register

                  One more Supervisor who was there was also of no use

                  Later spoke to Deepashree where in she was not interseted to talk nor meet

                  Hope concerned to view this seriously as we suspect something going on at the ticket counter

                    13th June on 10.20 am i went to take tickets from the counter, the lady staff who was providing ticket was extremely rude and started screaming at me in the public for touching the display as my token went behind it,
                    I felt so embarrassed and bad i was almost about to break down into tears,
                    I clearly do not understand are these staff are really there to assist public or to harras public,

                        Hello Team

                        At peak time, early morning 6:20Am on 9th Of June, 2022, there is seen a huge line in front of the operating desk. Out of the 4 counters only 1 is operating, on reaching the counter to recharge, the lady answers that there is no digital payment accepted, and refuses to recharge, but asks me to move to customer section. On asking, why is there no information displayed Atleast on a board regarding this, she says nonchalantly Its not there.

                        In this digital era, there is no digital payment in the capital city of Karnataka. And moreover, in the very heart of the capital city, out of 4 operating desks, at peak time when most of the outer city buses arrive to Bangalore, only 1 is operating.

                        This has caused me a delay of 30 mins. Horrible experience

                          We live in Kalyan Nagar Bengaluru and metro construction is in progress around here. It is very noisy throughout the day which is hardly bearable. But even in whole night the construction is carried on which is making our lives miserable with terrible noise pollution. How is this permitted and why don't BMRCL consider the lives of people living around. Please do bring some regulations and stop the work.

                                  Hi, your constructions work is starting and causing sleepless nights. There is banging noise at repeated breaks from 11pm-1 am- 4 am- 5 am. Pls can you stop the noise at night times when we are sleeping after working hard all day. I am all for the metro- pls continue during day hours but not night time when we are fast asleep and being woken by loud thud sounds repeatedly!

                                      Metro construction near HSR flyover.
                                      Construction loud noise at late night is causing lot of disturbance. 9 months old baby is not able to sleep because of loud noise. Please keep one fixed working times. Kids are not able study and old age people and babies are not able to sleep. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

                                        Today i and my wife had terrible experience at Yelchenhalli metro station parking. It was raining and we went and parked our two wheeler in parking so that we can go catch a metro to travel to KR market. I entered parking it was raining and i parked my two wheeler I came to collect the receipt. The guy started speaking very abusive for no reason. He wanted me to park somewhere else which he never informed even when I passed infront of him, he waited till i park, and once I came walking till gate, he started literally absuing showing fingers and all which was very bad. Why will we park our own vehicle in wrong place?? If he would tell us prior where to park, we would park there, that too in rain, that too we were only two people who were there to park, not that he was busy. He was very rude and his body language was as if he would attack. When I asked him, why dint you inform me before, he started scolding me n was about to fight . This was very bad experience. I literally took back my bike and went on bike and cancelled my plan. I request metro management to please take action against him so that this doesn't repeat with others, especially ladies, it's not safe
