Hi, your constructions work is starting and causing sleepless nights. There is banging noise at repeated breaks from 11pm-1 am- 4 am- 5 am. Pls can you stop the noise at night times when we are sleeping after working hard all day. I am all for the metro- pls continue during day hours but not night time when we are fast asleep and being woken by loud thud sounds repeatedly!

      Metro construction near HSR flyover.
      Construction loud noise at late night is causing lot of disturbance. 9 months old baby is not able to sleep because of loud noise. Please keep one fixed working times. Kids are not able study and old age people and babies are not able to sleep. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

        Today i and my wife had terrible experience at Yelchenhalli metro station parking. It was raining and we went and parked our two wheeler in parking so that we can go catch a metro to travel to KR market. I entered parking it was raining and i parked my two wheeler I came to collect the receipt. The guy started speaking very abusive for no reason. He wanted me to park somewhere else which he never informed even when I passed infront of him, he waited till i park, and once I came walking till gate, he started literally absuing showing fingers and all which was very bad. Why will we park our own vehicle in wrong place?? If he would tell us prior where to park, we would park there, that too in rain, that too we were only two people who were there to park, not that he was busy. He was very rude and his body language was as if he would attack. When I asked him, why dint you inform me before, he started scolding me n was about to fight . This was very bad experience. I literally took back my bike and went on bike and cancelled my plan. I request metro management to please take action against him so that this doesn't repeat with others, especially ladies, it's not safe

          I wanted to raise a complaint they are not giving the complaint book to raise a complaint
          I have not worn a mask two three times I have my metro card as proof of travel and today they did not let me to pass by they had to inform the first day itself that I had not worn a mask and they shouldn’t have allowed today I assumed it’s not compulsory I have photos of metro staff not wearing a mask as well It was raining heavily and they forced me to buy a mask
          I want to raise a complaint since they have not followed the rule in the first place

            I was not able to get though the gates even though I had enough balance in my card, when enquired they informed us that we did not exit in stop.
            How come this is even possible, how can someone exit the metro without the amount deduction, if it’s not deducted how can we even come out of metro.

            The employee sitting in Vijayanagar metro is so irresponsible and I does not even respond properly.

                I have travelled in Kochi metro as well but no one told me anything about such kinda rules. Anyone can sit there. Nobody come and throw you out there. However here in Bangalore one security came and asked me to board next train and cant wait here for a long time. I was actually waiting for my friend to travel together.

                  The highly efficient metro work which is in Phase II is praise worthy of their progress. However in their endeavor they are constantly overlooking the inconvenience it is causing to the residents in the locality.
                  Although nighttime construction is banned legally from 10pm to 6 am, the construction work in Mahadevapura, B. Narayanpura is not following any such measure.
                  The senior citizens, students, working professionals are facing high troubles due to the noise of night construction in this area. I request to the authorities in charge to look into this issue.
                  Your cooperation is much needed.

                      It's been a month but the money which has been debited from my account has not yet been reflected in my account. The top up failed but still it was debited from the account and it's the second time I am posting the complaint but there is no response. Such a scam and so irresponsible.

                        We travel all over India by trains, flights, Metros and Public transport too…
                        But today we had very bad experience at your metro outlets…
                        we are having our electric tool kit along with but at metro they denying to us and I request to all staff to give us permission because we have to catch train at KSR railway station. But no one allow us.
                        We travel by flights they allow us even we travel all metro except todays everyone allows us they take our details and allow us..last we travel at hydrabad metro station they just take our adhar details and allows us.
                        I request them to take adhar card details but no allowed to us and finally I missed my train…

                        Metro is for public transport and some of people are workers and usually they carry there tools along with for work purposes.

                        Due to Benglore metro i wasted my time and money both…

                        Very pathetic service i ever had at metro….
                        Very poor staff and bad attitude…

                          Today I was travelling from Nagasandra metro station, while travelling inside running metro in last bogie found insects(bees) which was around 10nos and this is not first time I am seeing it kindly take necessary steps to travel peacefully.

                            Though BMRCL had issued order to stop piling and excavation works between 10pm and 6am, it is not followed. Excavations are being continued throughout the night, Causing a lot of disturbance in sleep for residents living nearby ORR area. Due to this our whole days got destroyed and we are not able to work.
                            To experience personally, I urge BMRCL officers to reside (specifically during nights) near ORR line for few days.
                            I suggest BMRCL, instead using excavation machines 24x7, add sufficient number of machineries and work from 6am to 10pm.

                                Dear Sir,

                                The Entry/Exit Gate near Chinnaswamy stadium is closed due to shortage of staff (which is not at all acceptable).
                                I am travelling in NAMMA METRO since day 1 from Rajajinagar to Cubbon park since i am working in Chinnaswamy Cricket stadium.
                                The said entry / exit gate is closed since lock down took place and now i was told that due to shortage of staff the said gate is closed, but you are taking full charge and apart from that also you are keeping Rs. 50/- as secured deposit.
                                When it comes to providing facility you will look into only financial matter. Due to close down the said gate i and also other people even old and woman(pregnant) etc has to cross the Cubbon road or Queens Road which is too busy during peak hours.
                                So, by considering all other factors too please open the gate which will be convenient all the travelers who get down near cubbon park .

                                  I am a resident of Devarabisanahalli, Bellandur. Due to the ongoing metro rail construction work, citizens are unable to sleep here. The construction work in this area happens round the clock and at nights too. When will we sleep if this construction doesn't stop?

                                  It is my humble request to pause the construction between 11 PM to 7 AM. We're lower middle-class working people and without proper sleep we cannot work.

                                  Please consider this request. Thank you.
