    The bus starts from Dahisar Bridge to Shivaji Nagar depot and the frequency of this bus is so low. Waiting time for this bus is more than 1 hour sometimes. This issue is faced by alot of people and this has been daily problem for regular travelers. Please look into it.

            Sub: Requested to resolved my complaint toward the wrong meter billi reading

            Sir
            I am residing at above address, which s having an electricity connection bearing consumer no.[protected]*2 Meter no.2 256275 area GN. My monthly electrical bill amount generally range between Rs. 80t to 150. & meter reading between 300 to 438. But since last 6 months there was non living in house . This room is locked last 6 months ie October 2020 due to paramedic situation I living at village and your bills are showing regular meter bill reading . Last month bill reading is 439 and current bill also same. I don't understand since last 6 months, there was no one living in house and no usage of electricity and your are sending regular bills.

            I therefore, kindly request you to correct the bill & issue a fresh bill for the current month.otherwise please adjust the excess amount to be paid by for the current wrong bill amount in the next months bill amount.

            I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

              The bus bus frequency between Dharavi Depot to Maharana Pratap Chowk Mazgaon is every half an hour however the bus leaving from Dharavi does not seem to keep up with the frequency the travellers had been waiting at the bus stop from 12:30pm until 1:55 and there was no bus to be seen whereas according to timetable a bus is to leave from Dharavi Depot at 12:55 and another one at 1:25 however there was no bus for almost 90min and this has caused deep inconvenience to the travellers not only this it is also the reason why people abstain from travelling through public transport because there is no surety the timing which leaves the passengers in a stressful condition hanging I would request you to kindly take the necessary action against the people responsible for this chaos because it’s the only bus that runs on that route.

                        I boarded ac min-bus from Goregoan(East) Bus No 447 at around 13.35 on 4.2.21. The Driver of Bus bearing badge No 193349 has kept the Bus A/c Off . On my pointing out he grudgingly started the AC. And ordered me to go and occupy a back seat. I replied that he has no business to tell be where to sit, I am occupying a separate seat . But he started shouting that in in Rs 6/- you want AC. Then I asked him why did he switch off the AC in the AC bus, then he replied the AC would only be on when BUS is moving. He kept on shouting, I warned him that I would complaint, but he was not stopping. He also threatened me that he would de-board me from the bus as I am not changing my seat.

                        The issues are following
                        1. These buses are contract with BEST including driver & Fuel, the bus owner have instructed the drivers not to operate the AC to save fuel, there is no mechanism or nobody in BEST checks whether AC is kept on in BUS or not.
                        2. Most Buses take excuse that their AC is not functional, but BEST puts them in service which is not correct.
                        3. As a Tax payer and Sr. Citizen I as told by the driver that I have no right to ask for AC because I am paying Rs 6/- for the ride. How come such an arrogance can come in the driver of the BUS.
                        4. I would like to know is BEST doing favor to us by providing AC buses at Rs 6/- and we as beggars have no right to have disciplined respectful drivers who should do their job instead of telling what a customer's worth for BEST.

                        Strict action should be taken against the driver, if such things continue, BEST would harass travelers as a part of their culture.

                            I dr ramesh gavli date14/01/2021 time 11.05 i catch bus no 364 from govandi station to chembur drop condactor given me light print ticket of rs 60 whiche is runing full day upto 1 or 2pm so i told condactor print is not proper so you can write sign and date he not agree and dont given sign you take another 60rs ticket that day i am take dicision to punish him if my loss of time and money then igone to deonar depo here also tc saheb not given res[one and no given complant book they told me what name of condactor and batch no i told him bus no 3150 364 mahul at 11.05 but he send me anushakti nagar for complain they also given me complain book i write my complain but inspector sign or best ceal not give he says our time is important but passanger time and money not valuable so punish conductor and tc deonar foe passanger misguide and bad behave

                              Address: best electricity

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              Before Lockdown my average electricity bill was around 3000 rs every month. But now it is coming as 10000, 7000, like this. Please look into this. I know that the unit rates have increased but my electricity bill is doubled and tripled. Please look into this as I cannot affort this much.

                                I Mrs. Chitralekha Chauhan would like to raise a complaint regarding a best bus driver holding licence no. [protected].
                                The incident tool place at Golden nest circle signal bhayender east at around 12:10 noon 14th January 2021. The bus no. MH03 CV 7369 driven by the so said driver and my car was halted by the signal at Golden nest circle. Suddenly the driver trying to move ahead in traffic when the signal was still red bashed into the car from the left side and in trying to do this damaged my car's left mirror.
                                I understand accidents do happen on road but what I don't understand is the arrogant behaviour of the so called bus driver holding licence no.[protected]. He wasn't at apologetic for the damage done. On asking him why he drove so rash lessly . He laughingly said that he was running late so he moved ahead still when the signal was red..
                                Best motto is safety for commuters, but i would like to ask what about the other people who travel by the personal vehicle on the same road. Isn't their life precious. Aren't we allowed to use road for travelling. Are we always going to be treated as a common man.
                                I would like you to please take some strict action against this driver. His behaviour was just not acceptable. He just can't go plying buses on road by risking other driving on the road.

                                As a citizen of India I do ask u to please listen to us just once.

                                      I hereby Manoj Rambali Rajak having issue of over billing for my electricity bill. I paid my electricity bill online Rs.2860 for the month of Oct and again i got my electricity bill of Rs.2810, how it is possible iam not consuming that much of electricity then to getting over bill.
