Please note that since last few months our House billing is coming too much in comparison to previous years.

I m residing in A1 1003 Shree Laxmi Residency Byculla West. I got light bill wrongly charged for 23 and 44 units for June and July months light bill as I was out of station during the period. My consumer no.[protected]*6 electric meter which was replaced few days back with a new electronic meter by the BEST undertaking people is not perfect.
My monthly meter reading is showing 3 times more units then the previous meter reading.
Kind request to check my meter as soon as possible.
Please send your officials to check my new electronic meter.

I paid Rs.2270/- using the Paytm App on Oct 26th and got confirmation of payment and amount has been deducted.
But when I check the app this consumer number is not showing the credit. A message says "bill payment appears to be in process".

This has gone on for few days now.

Kindly verify if you got credit....
