    I have received a very high bill for electricity even though i was not available on flat since last 2.5 months. I received the bill of around 2300 rs for the month of may 2021, but i am not available in the flat since april. Kindly rectify this complaint

      Hello,
      I have paid my bill through cheque on 10.06.2021 in the drop box as i wasn't having my bill so they told me to drop the cheque in the dropbox. Now its been 13 days and the balance amount has not been deducted from my Bank. My consumer number is[protected]. I have submitted the cheque at Paiduni branch opposite to IDBI bank.
      Please let me know why its not been cleared yet.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I am currently residing at Address- 0-91, Floor-9, Plot -110, Kalpataru Royale, Sion Road No 29, Sion Telephone Exchange, Sion (E), Mumbai-400022, which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no.[protected]*4. I was receive the current electricity bill no .[protected] Date - 21/05/2021 of Rs.18930 for the period of 15/04/2021 to 14/05/2021

        Please Find below Our historic Consumption Details of Meter No.M202658 month wise, our consumption average is not more than 250 units per month. My electricity amount generally range between 1300 to 1500 the bill for the this month is too high as compare my regular bills we are paying our bills very properly.
        I request you to immediately depute a person to check our meter reading and send revised bills as per our regular billing cycle.

          शिवटेकडी बस स्टॉप शेजारील पुटपाथ (श्याम तलाव बस स्टॉप ते रामवाडी बस स्टॉप दोन्ही बाजु ) मुर्त्तु चा साफला नजदीक जे वी ऐल आर रोड जोगेश्वरी पूर्व मुंबई ४०००६० दिवे बंद असल्या कारणामुळे स्तानिक लोकांना रस्ता वापरताना अंधार असल्या मुळे जीवास धोका निर्माण होत आहे. अधीच मेट्रो रेल्वेच्या कामा मुळे रस्ता निमूलता झाला आहे आणि स्काई ब्रीज़ लोडल्या कारनाने रस्ता क्रॉस करताना लोकांना अड्चणी निर्माण येत आहे. व रेल्वे पिलर च्या कामा अधिक धोका निर्माण जाला आहे, वरन् वार येथे अपघात होत असतात, तरी आपनास नम्र विनंती आहे की रस्त्य वरील दीवा बत्ती (बंद दिवे) लावकरात लवकर चालु करावे. संदर्ब:- BMC तक्रार नंबर [protected]

                I really Thanks for Best Official For Quick Action In meter tamper case in 15 lane kamatipura, Building Number 24 A Dabir House, 1 Floor, Person Name Abdul Waheed Fayyazi is using this meter tamper activity since more then 12 years, I am aware that meter has taken away by BEST official, Strict Action must be taken and penalized. .. Despite o[censored]sing Ac in each room 3 nos, washing machine and many electric 🔌 device enjoying the flavour of tamper and less bill since 12 years... Must this fraud be penalized with High Charge..

                  I am a household maid servant and only earning member in my family. I leave in a single room with family of 4. I use 3 fans, 1 fridge, 1 TV and a small exhaust fan.

                  Since last one year or so I received average monthly Bill of Rs. 2000 plus and now it increased to Rs. 3000 plus. Which I am now unable to pay.

                  Sir, I humbly request you to check my meter whether it faulty. If it is faulty, please do the need full at your earliest.

                      Resp Sir, Madam,

                      This is regarding an incorrect electricity bill against my consumer number[protected]*9 of Rs. 4, 562. I reside near Sweri bus depot. When I checked the bill, i see net other charges of Rs. 2, 386 being added wrongly. Due to which total bill amt has gone up to 4, 562/-
                      Even without these net charges the base bill amount appears to be tooo high. Prior bill of1, 680 is paid already and reflecting correctly in the current bill.
                      We kindly request you to please do further investigations and reverse the extra incorrectly charged bill amount as soon as you can

                          Sir My name is Mahendra Prasad Jaiswal, I stay in Wadala East. Sir I have a problem for High Electricity Bill this time is very high bill for this month because you will check last 6 month my bill is same but this month is high bill and used unite is 522 is ti not possible because every month I used 200 to 250 unite and one is most important is that if you calculate 522 unite and par unite charge is 26.4rs. The amount will 13, 780 how is possible sir but this month is the bill is 4281 it is very high. I m not to paid this bill because I m texi driver you now the lockdown Please I request to carrection the bill as soon as possible and I send you my last 6 month bill. One more thing sir I m sending 2 video of my miter one is the switch off the miter and second is switch on the miter. Please accept the complaint and resolve the issue.

                              room no 17 & 18 .

                              It is observed that my billing for the above consumers no is coming too high beyond imagination . Last time may 2021 the amount was rs 1600 rupess, there after it came rs 2050 rupess and now june bill came rs 4010 rupess.[protected]*7)

                              for the consumers no[protected]*5 the billing as follows rs 650.00 to rs 1310 .00 to rs 1630.00 and now lates to rs 3220.00
                              what is wrong, some mistakes it seems to appear .

                              This time bill received and last time bills are 95% to 97% more .

                              Therefore please look into the matter and reverse my excess amount of biiling done immediately

                                  Excess bill received for the month of May '21. Electricity bill no[protected]*1.previously we used to get the bill of rs 500 to 600 suddenly it's gone up to rs 2283. Unit consumption for the month of May is 118 units. So kindly check n revert asap as we don't have money to pay due to pandemic issue..

                                    I’ve been treated unfairly because of the color of my skin.
                                    Your Office Manager at your branch in somerset west Cape Town James Miles has treated me unfairly. Even after writing 3 emails to him no reply whatsoever.
                                    I applied for a bed and a washing machine December of 2020 and got approved and have been paying for it ever since. It just so happened I missed one month due to the fact that I’m a pensioner and I firstly wrote an email explaining this to him requesting him to either Lower the installment or take the bed and I would continue payingg for the washing machine as that’s what I can afford. I even proceeded to going down to the branch in somerset we came to an agreeement that he would reply to my email before proceeding to taking any steps further. He sent two men with no uniform and no legal papers claiming that they can collect the bed baring in mind that they refused to give me a copy of the contract. I could have been raped and even after I wrote to him the 2nd and 3rd time no reply.
                                    I will take the legal steps and i’ll Leak this to the media

                                      My self Raj Chaubey living at Mahim Qureshi Court building room no 5.
                                      I paid my bill online on 15.06.2021 at 6.30 pm and my bill amount was rs.3090 and i also received the msg from bank to deduct 3090/- against best but at the end of the payment i got error msg and deduct money from my account and still my bill is showing unpaid. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.
