For the last four months of lockdown we got a bill of of around 5900( for four months combined)which is ok..

How can we have 4900 bill in just one month.?...

kindly send proper bills with proper readings...and don't torcher middle class people like us with this kind of wrong bills..

Too high bill of 4900 for just one month...how can a middle class person pay for this extremely wrong bill...

    Bill for the month of july 2020 is 1770 for units consumed 144 kw/h consumed. Which is quite more than usual. After checking the bifurcation of the bill its been found out that rs. 943 has been charged under "total adjustment amount".
    Our bill generally varies between 600 to 800.

      I am getting a very excess bill july - 20 rs.15460 since 2 months. Our consumption of electricity is not so high. Our all previous bills were in between rs. 3000 to rs.4000/-. I request you to please look in this matter seriously. Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill. I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

        This is to inform you i have received excess bill in the month of August, average unit consumed are below 150, if you take entire year non of the month units crossed 200 unit, i have never received bill above 1000 Rs, and in the month of august i have received 3880 Rs, bill, i am continuously paying bill from month of march since lockdown also, there is error in the bill, kindly correct the bill and send the corrected bill.

          I paid my bill of April-June which was of ₹5800
          But I got July bill of ₹8520 which is extremely high amount so I took this complaint to my nearest best electricity office And they are claiming there is no report of my paid bill of ₹5800
          I request you to look into it and take action upon it

            My name is vishwanath sunil gupta, consumer no[protected].in month of june 2020 we got 2240/- for including may month bill which we already paid in month of may. But we paid june full amount then we got msg that after obtaining meter reading, your bill for lock down period is re estimated on actual basic. The difference is adjusted in you current. Bust we didn't get any confirmation amount in july 2020 bill they charge june bill amount n month of july amount bill amount was 4006/-. I m requesting you to kindly check over meter reading n confirm amount of july n august month bill so we can pay.

              Last month, 16 th july i complained of inflated (Excessive) electricity bill (Rs.2340/-)... I got an sms to pay corrected bill of rs 1169/-, which though seemed more to me, i paid
              This month also the bill is rs 2330/- which is very high.. Plz correct the bill as our usage of electricity is not much. My consumer no is[protected]

                We are residing in prabhadevi. Today, aug 14, 2020, best offici also came to our apartment to change the meter from the old meters to digital meters.in the process, there was voltage overload and my laptop and ipad were destroyed as they were on charge. Their incompetency has caused a lot of financial loss and distress due to loss of the time, work and data on the laptop and the ipad.

                      I am writing this email to you, as I have received three times double bill amount for the period 15.06.2020 to 14.07.2020.

                      My regular bill used to be between 400 to 550 but now you have sent me bill for one month of Rs.1560/- which is unacceptable.

                      You are requested to delete other charges and send revised bill to enable us to pay the same.

                        In the month of July 2020 we got the bill of Rs.2150 which is very higher. In this lockdown you are really charging us unbearable amount of bill. Please don't do that. And send the revise bill to us, so that we can pay the bill before due date. As i already submitted the complaint. This is my reminder to you to please cut-off the extra amount from the bill and send the revised bill at the earliest.

                            I am writing this email to you, as i have received my july months electricity bill and the amount is rs.13, 370 and this is for two month. I have paid all my previous electricity bills on time and my records are clear except june month. I used to get a monthly average bill of rs.[protected] rupees for a month which is okay but this time you have sent bill higher which is not acceptable by us.

                            We request you to kindly send someone for reading of meter.
