      Dear Madam/Sir,

      I, Waseem Ismail Pangarkar, presently residing at A - 1302, Emgee Greens Building, SMD Rd, Near Dosti Estate, Wadala East, Mumbai - 400037. I am residing at this address on rental basis and consuming the electricity for my daily use. The Consumer Reference number is[protected]*8
      I am writing this complaint against the exorbitant electricity bill of INR. 10, 647.15 received for the month of 22/04/2021 to 20/05/2021.
      I say that time and again I have received such bizzare electricity bill and despite writing complaint about the same and informing to the customer care no action has been taken.
      After receiving normal regular bills for 3 to 4 there is one such bill that comes which is illogical and has no basis since the consumption of electricity is almost the same every month.

      I making this complaint and urge you to kindly take prompt action against the same and stop this abuse.

      I also request you to take immediate measure to calculate the proper units of electricity consumed and send the revised bill so that I can pay the same at the earlier.

      Request you to kindly look into this complaint with urgency and seriousness.

        Address: Flat no 14 ,b wing Amarjiwan society, tulsi pipe road matunga west Mumbai 16.

        Consumer no[protected], meter mo H118462.
        I usually get a bill of 600 to 800 rs per month. But have received a bill of 6500 rs for month of May which is almost 10 times the usual bill amount. This residence is occupied by 2 persons also the entire last year inspite of being at home the bill was never above 700 rs.

          I have received a bill of 1020 on consumer no.[protected]. I (Renter) have been residing here from March 2021. My usual bill does not exceed 300-400. As i have basic usage.
          I do not understand how did i receive such a high bill.
          Could you please look into this and resolve the issue.
          Also could you please check the meter as well.

          I received a mail. Thanks for your reply.

          But I am not satisfy with solution. Because It is not possible to consume such an amount for a single individual. I am the renter for this flat and have been residing since 10th march 2021. That's why the bill for the reading date 08/04/2021 is low (only 80 units). You are considering consumption patterns of the time when a family was residing. So please don't consider as a reference those time periods. You should consider only last month's bill for reference and understand the pattern of consumption. I request you to please check the meter once again.

                          I Mrs.Sabira Liyakat Ali Shaikh consumer no[protected] would like to inform that since April 2020 my billings are increased and even in the lockdown period 2020 my house was locked since April 2020 till September 2020 and my units in closed house were 96 every month. Since October month my bill got a high unit approx 700 above since then my electricity bill have been constantly increasing every month as my house consists of normal electronic appliances which can be inspected by your officer.
                          Since Jan 2021 i have been getting a constant bill of above ₹ 6000 and in month of May 2021 suddenly it was all time high of ₹ 10075 that is a height of my billing as we haven't received such a high bill in our whole life.
                          My request with BEST undertaking is that please we in lockdown period cannot bear such high bills and please send your officers to inspect our metres, and also check if somebody is stealing our electricity.
                          As it is unbearable to pay such high bills that too during pandemic.

                              We have been trying to submit change of name application to the G North Customer Service Counter. We were asked to submit the application at the gate at 2pm on 4 June, 2021 but the same was returned saying it can be done on Monday, the 7 June 2021.
                              You will appreciate that it is difficult for an elderly 70 + consumer to come to your Wadala office time and again.
                              Can you suggest a way out of this.
                              We are ready to pay a fee for collection of the application at a convenient centre. Hope you will advise us in the matter.

                                      Rash driving of best vehicle number mh 01 la 6636 .
                                      This is reagrding to the above complaint which has occured today on 2.6.21 near bhaichand textile mill compound lbs marg bhandup west, time 11.35 am .
                                      The driver of the above vehicle was driving very rashly, as we all were stuck in the jam because of the repair work going on lbs marg, this driver dashed the vehicle from left rear side trying to move ahead in that jam, on inquring with the other vehicles standing there, it seemed that he had already dashed two vehicles already on his route .
                                      This is highly negligence on the part of the driver who is risking his life as well as the lifes of other general public .

                                      Please try to to sought this matter and also please guide us how torecover for the damages done by the best driver .

                                        Sir my monthly reading is not above 92/93 units. Last time when meter reader met me personnaly I shown him that you are writing wrong meter reading that you can see for the reading for the months of OCt, Nov and Dec 2020. Then he verified and correct readings were recorded .For the months of JAn FEB MAr 21and April 21 readings were correct now again this time in the Bill dt.19.5.21 the reading is taken as 156 units. Sir I request you to change my meter as I can not afford to pay money for wrong meter readings in this CORONA time.
