I, Waseem Ismail Pangarkar, presently residing at A - 1302, Emgee Greens Building, SMD Rd, Near Dosti Estate, Wadala East, Mumbai - 400037. I am residing at this address on rental basis and consuming the electricity for my daily use. The Consumer Reference number is[protected]*8
I am writing this complaint against the exorbitant electricity bill of INR. 10, 647.15 received for the month of 22/04/2021 to 20/05/2021.
I say that time and again I have received such bizzare electricity bill and despite writing complaint about the same and informing to the customer care no action has been taken.
After receiving normal regular bills for 3 to 4 there is one such bill that comes which is illogical and has no basis since the consumption of electricity is almost the same every month.
I making this complaint and urge you to kindly take prompt action against the same and stop this abuse.
I also request you to take immediate measure to calculate the proper units of electricity consumed and send the revised bill so that I can pay the same at the earlier.
Request you to kindly look into this complaint with urgency and seriousness.

But I am not satisfy with solution. Because It is not possible to consume such an amount for a single individual. I am the renter for this flat and have been residing since 10th march 2021. That's why the bill for the reading date 08/04/2021 is low (only 80 units). You are considering consumption patterns of the time when a family was residing. So please don't consider as a reference those time periods. You should consider only last month's bill for reference and understand the pattern of consumption. I request you to please check the meter once again.
