        In lockdown period on april 9 we have paid 3110 and on may 9 we have paid 2800 resp. Same credit was not given you have prepared for 4 months with new tariff we want to know you have calculated the bill on slab basis per month we find it higher kindly look into the matter and correct and inform us so we can immediately make the payment our consumer no is [protected]

          We have been charged more this month. The electricity bill was not as high as in last 3- 4 months. There is a incorrect charge getting in this month. There is 2000rs ammount difference between previous month and this month. Kindly look into this as soon as possible and decrease our bill ammount.

              I have received a very high bill amount for month of june ₹6640 compared to the rest of the months which is between ₹2000. I request you to re check the bill amount as there seems to be a mistake in calculating the meter readings.

                Dear sir.
                I am mr. Sampat ramesh hoval. Son of late. Ramesh m. Hoval. I have received electricity bill of rs.1830/-for the month of jully20. It is too much high where as i have paid previous estimated three bills (April may june). You have taken reading one time in three month. Therefor used unit treated as extra consumption, in this manner tarrif will increases. Due to lockdown my company paid me half salary. I am able to pay actual bill but no capacity to pay extra charged with rate, tarrifs, etc. Please do the needfull. Thanking you

                      Today, i got a message from best towards the month of july 2020 bill amt. As below:

                      Due to covid - 19 lockdown we are unable to deliver physical bills. Your jul-2- elec. Bill for con. No. Xxxxxxxx is rs.16550/- ppi date is 13/07/2020. Due date is 24/07/20
                      Our average monthly billing is rs.2300/- and didn't know how it increases that much.

                          My consumer number is[protected]
                          Missionary settlement for university women is a hostel, the amount stated in the bill is in accordance with the presence of students in the premises, but due to covid 19 all the students have vacated and hence it is not possible to be charged with such extreme bill. We have already paid the incorrect bill for the months of march and april. If it is not possible for you to read the meter and give us the appropriate bill then it is not possible for us to pay such large and incorrect amount.
                          Kindly look into the matter and provide us with the correct bill in order to pay the bill as soon as possible.

                            My bill for month of jan, 2020 was rs. 880 and feb, 2020 was rs. 690.
                            But from the month of march till june, 2020 i am getting continuous inflated bills
                            March, 2020 - rs.1450
                            April, 2020 - rs. 1450
                            May, 2020 - rs.1310
                            June, 2020 - rs. 2660
                            I do understand that your representative is unable to take the meter readings due to lockdown and covid 19 issues. But the bills which you are sending are not average they are way above the average, they are almost twice or thrice the amount i used to pay the previous bills. Still i had already paid the inflated bills for the months march 2020 to may 2020.
                            I was shocked to receive june, 2020 bill rs. 2660 which highly excessive amount charged inspite of my consumption hasnt changed its the same what i used to do in month of jan and feb 2020. Kindly resolve my complaint against the excess bill for the month of june, 2020.
