Dear Sir,

I am currently residing at janta colony, Adarsh nagar, worli village, Mumbai-400030.which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no.[protected]. I was shocked to receive the current electricity bill amount of Rs.630. My monthly electricity bill amounts generally range between Rs 300 to 400.The bill for this month July -2020 is almost twice the amount of my regular bills.
As you will notice there is clearly an error in it. I, therefore, kindly request you to correct the current bill and issue a fresh bill for the current month. Otherwise, please adjust the excess amount to be paid by me for the current wrong bill amount in the next month’s bill amount.

I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

    Hi i have received a bill of rs.1410 for the month of june
    my consumer no is [protected]
    we have been receiving bill amount in the range of 500-1000 and suddenly in this month we have received high bill irrespective of our usage is same

        I am holder of best connection bearing consumer number-[protected]
        In the name of shobha kishor rathod. I have received the bill for the month of july 2020 of rs. 6970. This amount which is charged is much more than what we have consumed. My bill is always paid through bank from my account. The amount will be deducted automatically as i have set auto payment option. However my objection to this bill may kindly be recorded and necessary inquiry must be made. I request you to deduct the excessive amount from my next bill payment. Everyone in mumbai using best connection have received excessive bills. Necessary inquiries may be made and excessive amount should be reduced in next bill.

              I am staying at chintamani (Judge
              ) chs ltd at prateekshanagar, sion. My consumer number is[protected]*5. I wish to raise a complaint with regards to my electricity bill which i received for the month of 25/05/2020 and 25/06/2020. The said bill is issued for the sum of rs. 9209.41. My bill is never so high and there is definitely something wrong this bill. Plus in the said bill i have been charged a sum of ₹5634 for some adjustments. Now there is no clarification of what this adjustment is because i have been regularly paying my bills and there is no due that is receivables from me. I request you to kindly look into this and issue me a proper bill. I am attaching here my disputed bill.

                Normally we receive bill around 800-900 rs every month, but this month it's more than double. We have received bill of rs. 2230.

                  I hve received the bill amount of ₹ 3910 for the bill period of 27/05/2020 to 25/06/2020.
                  This just to bring to your notice tht we are not staying at the above billing address from 21/05/2020 till date.
                  Therefore the bill reading n the amount is a concern for me.

                      I usually recieve electricity bill around 2500 to 2700 per month.
                      However for the month of june, the amount charged is 7970 which is much higher than the electricity i did not consume.

                      It appears to me that this bill is highly inflated.
                      I have already paid the inflated bill.
                      In this regard i request you please go into the details, check the record and consider my complaint/application and let me know the result.

                        Our recent bill was of amount 14160 which is very wxcessive. Normally we recieve bill of amount 1600 to 1800 rs. Per moth, during summer months.

                        Our consumer number is[protected]*9.

                        We have all the previous bills including this excess bill also and there is no any due on our account.

                        We request to take our complain and rectify this excess bill.

                          1. June bill dated 16/06/2020 - units consumed 22 - bill received for rs. 8200/- please explain the bill and kindly clarify the fixed charges of rs. 1195 has been increased to rs. 6600/- while we have not requested for increase in load during the lock down period.

                          2. July bill dated 16/07/2020 - last reading as per june bill was 1301 units - but you have considered 837 units which was in the month of mar bill. Request you to rectify the units and kindly explain why are you charging fixed charges of 6600/- for last two months.

                            Best electricity bill is very high of month july 2020

                            I pay all bill on time as my usage is not much.
                            My last bill was ₹470 for june 2020.
                            But in july the bill amount is ₹1980.
                            Not used much so how the bill is genrated so much high

                              I have received a bill of 2360 on consumer no. [protected].
                              My usual bill does not exceed 700
                              As i have basic usage.
                              I do not understand how did i receive such a high bill.
                              You have charged 1314 for net other charges which i dont understand.
                              Could you please look into this and resolve the issue.
                              Also could you please check the meter as well.

                                        I am nilesh revaskar, saw my jully month electricity bill amount of 6050 online best portal it's very very huge comaparitively last 1 year bil, my consumer no.[protected]and my ca no. 1382798. My average bill for the one year is 780 to 790 maximum but in this jully month ist showing 6050 and that is very very huge wich is not correct. Ist serious issue which is facing now.
