Sub int: excess amount of light bill in the month of july 2020.
This has reference to my house situated at room no.50-12/14, himmat nagar, near acme company, s. M. Road, wadala (East), mumbai – 400 037, b. E. S. T consumer no.[protected]*1, invoice no.[protected].
I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy electricity bill of ₹6640 in the month of july 2020, whereas normally the bill comes in the range of ₹800-1500 but july’s bill is 4 times the normal bill. Needless to say, that there has been some anomaly or breach of duty. Either the meter readings have not been taken properly or our meter is faulty.
I am quite disturbed how such an exaggerated amount in bill could have been reached. So, i request you to have my meter checked and also get the meter readings confirmed. I shall pay only ones conformed by your respected authorities.
I would like you to kindly look in this matter very very urgently and send someone to see to it in accordance with the provisions to the satisfaction of your customer.

I would also like to know how to increase the bill limit. Becoz we have auto debit from the account. Becoz this was high bill it was not debited.
