    In lockdown period on april 9 we have paid 3110 and on may 9 we have paid 2800 resp. Same credit was not given you have prepared for 4 months with new tariff we want to know you have calculated the bill on slab basis per month we find it higher kindly look into the matter and correct and inform us so we can immediately make the payment our consumer no is [protected]

      We have been charged more this month. The electricity bill was not as high as in last 3- 4 months. There is a incorrect charge getting in this month. There is 2000rs ammount difference between previous month and this month. Kindly look into this as soon as possible and decrease our bill ammount.

          I have received a very high bill amount for month of june ₹6640 compared to the rest of the months which is between ₹2000. I request you to re check the bill amount as there seems to be a mistake in calculating the meter readings.

            Please i have request from best electric, please take the bill as per the unit
            You are overcharged for this month of july

            As we are in a pandemic and also the worst affected city in the country people have not work for month and have uncetertiy about future and many people already lost their jobs please for god sake fix you billing system

            I have consumed about 326 kwh units this month
            As per your manual calculator that i have to pay 1979

            Please fix this

              Dear sir.
              I am mr. Sampat ramesh hoval. Son of late. Ramesh m. Hoval. I have received electricity bill of rs.1830/-for the month of jully20. It is too much high where as i have paid previous estimated three bills (April may june). You have taken reading one time in three month. Therefor used unit treated as extra consumption, in this manner tarrif will increases. Due to lockdown my company paid me half salary. I am able to pay actual bill but no capacity to pay extra charged with rate, tarrifs, etc. Please do the needfull. Thanking you

                    Today, i got a message from best towards the month of july 2020 bill amt. As below:

                    Due to covid - 19 lockdown we are unable to deliver physical bills. Your jul-2- elec. Bill for con. No. Xxxxxxxx is rs.16550/- ppi date is 13/07/2020. Due date is 24/07/20
                    Our average monthly billing is rs.2300/- and didn't know how it increases that much.

                        Missionary settlement for university women is a hostel, the amount stated in the bill is in accordance with the presence of students in the premises, but due to covid 19 all the students have vacated and hence it is not possible to be charged with such extreme bill. We have already paid the incorrect bill for the months of march and april. If it is not possible for you to read the meter and give us the appropriate bill then it is not possible for us to pay such large and incorrect amount.
                        Kindly look into the matter and provide us with the correct bill in order to pay the bill as soon as possible.

                          My bill for month of jan, 2020 was rs. 880 and feb, 2020 was rs. 690.
                          But from the month of march till june, 2020 i am getting continuous inflated bills
                          March, 2020 - rs.1450
                          April, 2020 - rs. 1450
                          May, 2020 - rs.1310
                          June, 2020 - rs. 2660
                          I do understand that your representative is unable to take the meter readings due to lockdown and covid 19 issues. But the bills which you are sending are not average they are way above the average, they are almost twice or thrice the amount i used to pay the previous bills. Still i had already paid the inflated bills for the months march 2020 to may 2020.
                          I was shocked to receive june, 2020 bill rs. 2660 which highly excessive amount charged inspite of my consumption hasnt changed its the same what i used to do in month of jan and feb 2020. Kindly resolve my complaint against the excess bill for the month of june, 2020.

                              I am tenant and living in flat of mr. Satish tanaji wable.
                              My address is flat no. 906, shree yogeshwar chs ltd, d. P. Wadi, ghodapdev, kalachowki, mumbai-33. Best consumer number is [protected]. Since 11 may 2020 we were not living on the above mentioned address and all the electric appliences are turned off. Still i have received bill of rs. 580/- for the month of may 2020. After regular use of electricity for full month, my bill remains in the range of rs. 450/- to 500/-.
                              I am surprised to see this bill of rs. 580/- for the month of may 2020 where i was not using electricity for 19 days.
                              I request you to please look into this matter and reduce my bill as per use o[censored]nits of electricity.

                                This is with regards to my inflated electricity bill for june 2020.My consumer no is[protected]*1. I am a resident of matunga east and have paid during the lockdown all bills for March (Rs 780), April (Rs 1060) and May (Rs 970) for the year 2020.
                                I have received an sms saying that for that above consumer number we are unable to deliver the physical bills, your june 2020 electricity bill is Rs 7070.
                                My complaint is:
                                1. Why such inflated bills?
                                2. Even if the bill is not sent physically why m i unable to c the bill at all?
                                3. If this is an estimated bill sent by MTNL, on what basis is the assessment done. How can a customer know your estimated amount?
                                4. The bill says adjustment amount. Pls explain the basis for the same and on [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com

                                  My last two months electricity bill amount for the month of may and april 2020 was rs 1420 and rs 1560 but in the month of june 2020 they have sent inflated bill which is double amount of last two months. They have sent rs 3000 bill amount for the month of june 2020 which is double than what we use to get every month bill

                                  Also unit consumption for the month of May was 249 unit...bill amount was RS 1420 while in June unit consumption is 277 units and bill amount sent is RS 3000?. How that possible? Kindly rectify your mistake and resent new bill amount asap

                                    My sel[censored]zair ahmed complaining about my excessive bill amount of 61790 for the month of may-june.
                                    Normally my bill amount for every month is 5000 to 10000.
                                    But this is out of the box..
                                    Due to lockdown we can’t earn money on top of that this shocking bill.
                                    Plz check there must be a big mistake. As physical bills aren’t coming from last 3 months so we cannnot check the units also.. But this 61790 bill is fake i suppose or there is a big big mistake. Please please we can’t pay amount as we know surely that we have not consumed so much units.
                                    Whoever concerned person is reading this please check my bill or else i will go in the media.

                                      I just have two tower fans, three tube lights and one tiny exhaust fan..
                                      No refrigerator, no tv, no geyser, no iron, no ac.
                                      I am getting electric bill as rs 1200 to 1300.

                                      Where as those who have refrigerator tv are getting bill as rs 400 to 500.

                                      I had been to phatak wadi best office several times but i did not get any solution.

                                        I pay electricity light bill every month and there was no pending bill. Never ever my bill has come so high.
