I have got the bill for the month of april which is Rs 3030 it is more than my usage. I would like to mention that I expect the bill of rs 1700 to 1900 which I had got in the month of March. I have not used that many units but have got the high amount bill.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest....

From satrasta to lalbaug there are only 3 buses running 30, 66, 61. These buses are not coming in time. Some time these buses comes same time. How will a person buy ticket when there is no ticket provider at the stop or in the bus ? On[protected] I Mrs. Vaibhavi Gawde was travelling from Kanjur West to Kokan Nagar Bhandup West through bus no. 608 at 8:00 p.m. and there was no Ticket Provider and so we could not purchase ticket and had to wait for more than 1 hour. I am a regular passenger of BEST Bus service for the past several years. I travel by route 85, 89 and 87Ltd from AC Market to Bhadkamkar road OR YMCA while travelling by route 85 and Irani Bridge while travelling by 89 or 87.

The conductor of 22 number limited best bus never allows primary school students to board from front door and they have to undergo physical and mental agony. When i requested the conductor regarding it, he flatly refused and said there's no such provision for primary students.
