I have got the bill for the month of april which is Rs 3030 it is more than my usage. I would like to mention that I expect the bill of rs 1700 to 1900 which I had got in the month of March. I have not used that many units but have got the high amount bill.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

      I'm the manager in bank of baroda. Banking is under essential services, so i had to go to my duty daily from anushaktinagar to chbur. While coming home in the evening, i don't get auto so i had to depend on bus service. Im 57 yrs old. Today at 3.30pm, i waved for the running bus in the middle of the road just 1/2 away from the bus stop standing in the hot sun (382). The driver didn't show any humanity &drove fast the bus though it was fully empty. I understand he is not supposed to stop the bus other than the stop, but under this covid conditions, he could ve stopped the bus seeing an old lady, standing in hot sun on humanity ground. When we are taking risk of our lives &coming out of the house, to serve the people, it is not the duty of the best staff to help us to reach home. Kindly take a note of this. I request you to look into the matter &revert me back at the earliest.

        I am a resident of sweri west mumbai 400015. I want to complaint about a regular power cut-off for about 30 to 45 minutes during the night time around 3:30 am to 4:00 am

        Due to this current lockdown situation i am working from home in the night shift, and due to regular power cut-off its effecting my work.

The current bill is 2070 which i have check your person had put a wrong reading which is absolutely not acceptable current reading as of now 15902 and your person had taken reading on 25/02/[protected] now you can imagine how he had taken the reading. If you check the previous years also in the summer month its not reaches to 316 units.

            From satrasta to lalbaug there are only 3 buses running 30, 66, 61. These buses are not coming in time. Some time these buses comes same time. But 44 bus take satrasta to lalbuag route but this does not take stop at satrasta bus stop. Some driver take stop or some arrogant driver or conductor not take stop. They argue with passenger by rudely. Kindly support to passenger 44 bus take stop at satrasta bus stop.

              Akruti solanki one of proud mumbaikar, i would like to lodge a complaint on the bus driver, who was driving the bus at the moment when the incident happen, so basically me and my brother were heading towards station, we were on our activa and were driving at the left side of the raod which as as ususal our space of side, and all of sudden the bus started cornering us towards the footpath side, he dint crashed us but unfortunately i got hurt o n my right leg as the backward bonet of bus crashed onmy leg, he was drivng very rash, and when we shoted with polite manner, he told us i[censored] want to complaint go to bus depo and do, and after that we went t obus depo, we spoke to them and they are more helpless people, the ask for n number of question, bus driver name n all other stuff

              Hope i fond a solution for the same, kindly help me as a mumbaikar, not as a government official.

              All this happend i nsantacruz east, between pnt colony to santacruz station

              Hi,

              For the bus number 221 from Andheri West to versova, Everytime in the evening it is not on time and creating inconvenience to passenger please take action since the frequency is not maintain.

              Also for mini bus 221 can't it be extended till Machlimaar since the fare is same of 5rs in the bus

                Today in morning about 10am i took bus 340 from ghatkoper to go sakinaka. It was very croweded. Conductor abuses me and also clamps me rudely.

                It is very shameful that these conductors behaves rudely with passengers.

                I am humbly requested you to take a strict action against bus conductor.

                  How will a person buy ticket when there is no ticket provider at the stop or in the bus ? On[protected] I Mrs. Vaibhavi Gawde was travelling from Kanjur West to Kokan Nagar Bhandup West through bus no. 608 at 8:00 p.m. and there was no Ticket Provider and so we could not purchase ticket and had to wait for more than 1 hour. Similar incident happened on[protected] at 10:00 am while going from Kokan Nagar to Kanjur West the bus driver did not allow us to climb into the bus as we needed ticket before climbing. There were many such passanger waiting for bus for more than one and half hour. Please keep ticket conducter at each and every stop so that your passenger don't suffer.

                    I am a retired senior citizen. I had paid deposit of rupees 3866/= towards name
                    Change of meter. I sent my person to collect the same initially but one mr. Makwana from refund department told him only rupees 250/ will be refunded. Doubting my person again i sent him. This time mr. Makwana told him 25% amount will be deducted from the amount. So i went personally as i thought something fishy. My person said mr. Makwana wanted bribe to release the amount. Inspite of my visiting twice and giving all documents as per his instructions mr. Makwana phones me and refuses to clear my dues on some flimsy grounds. I clearly suspect malfeasance by mr. Makwana. I request you to take this seriously and order inquiry into refund department. I shall soon take up this matter with top vigilance authority of the state.

                    Im taken bus from pmgp colony at 10.00 am daily, bus no. 255 that was bus no. Is mh01lh6738, i noticed regularly the driver was behave rude with the peple, cunductor also came support to driver. Many of the stops he didnt stop the bus anyone saying him he shouts to that people.
                    The frequency of Bus no. 80 is so bad. Most of the time have ended up waiting for 1.30hrs to 2 hrs. Especially in the mornings and evenings.

                        On 21/02/2020 while coming to office by bus no 351 (At 10.02 am at khodadar circle (Dadar tt) and got down at umarshi bappa chowk i found that while getting down my bag was open and my mobile was missing. I have made complain to police but request you also to check your cctv footage of bus no.351 from 10.02 am to 10.30 am of 21/02/2020. (I am enclosing fir copy for your reference).

I need to report his rash driving so that you can take necessary action against him.

                              I the undersigned mr. Valiraza ansari in whose name the old electricity supply meter was installed on 02-june-1998 having consumer ac no.[protected] was changed to the name of askari akhtar husain ansari on 30-august-2013 vide application no. 1534923 bearing new ac no.[protected] on fraudulent and bogus ground through an affidavit mentioning that i valiraza ansari had expired since long back (This information was derived by me through your ref rti no. Ccne/igr-e/rti/1365/2019, dated 06-november-2019), whereas i’m very much alive.
                              So, i strongly raise an objection to the change of name and would request you to please re-transfer the meter to the name of the previous consumer i. E. Me valiraza ansari and oblige.
                              In the event if the said objection letter is not honoured, i valiraza ansari would be compelled to take legal action against all the concerned involved.

                              Still, there is no BEST Authority to check the said meter reading is correct or there is an error in meter reading i request BEST authority to check so that our meter reading will be corrected if needed. As i leave alone no much usage of electricity.

                              4 street light are totaly dead in our area ladies and senior citizens are facing problems to walk.always these street light are off even today 2 senior citizen fell down and they got stiches in there fore head

                                I am a regular passenger of BEST Bus service for the past several years. I travel by route 85, 89 and 87Ltd from AC Market to Bhadkamkar road OR YMCA while travelling by route 85 and Irani Bridge while travelling by 89 or 87.
                                As you are aware, due to colosure of Grant Road Bridge, route 85 is diverted via Nana Chowk to Opera House. BEST has NOT provided the stop for route 85 on Irani Bridge, due to which one has to walk a long distance from opera house YMCA bus stop. Generally bus drivers oblige passengers to drop on bridge if passengers request. However, today the driver of 85 (6 PM at Nana Chowk) was very rude and argued that he can't stop unless the stop is provided on the bridge by BEST.
                                Can BEST provide stop on Irani Bridge for 85?
                                Besides this I have a serious complaint about the bus driver who stopped the bus at Nana Chowk (Shastri Hall) bus stop and asked the conductor to get some snacks from the vendor inside the gully. This delayed the bus by 5 mints. This delay should be avoided to save passenger time.

                                Waiting for 1 hoir 20 minutes already and no 705 bus yet at at the depot, average waiting time here considering my one month experience is 40 minutes!

                                I am a regular traveller by Bus nos. 42, 57, 67, 105 on my way to Malabar Hill. Several times I have to get down at Walkeshwar as many a times buses go only upto Walkeshwar and from there I have to wait for another bus to Kamala Nehru Udyan. I wish to draw your kind attention to Bus Stop used for getting down at Walkeshwar which is exactly opposite the Terminus and is now completely occupied by a woman who has made it her residence for drying washed clothes, keeping food packets and is completely out of bounds for bonafide passengers like me who is a senior citizen. Today I complained to a bus conductor who simply told me what was he supposed to do about this bus stop being converted to a private residence? I told him to inform some ticket inspector who will evict this trespasser from the bus stop. My request to BEST authorities to immediately take action to evict this woman from the bus stop please.

                                  This bus driver was not driving properly and when the people in vashi where trying to enter in the bus they were about to fall down as the bus driver was not waiting for the customer 😠.
                                  Someone had complained but the bus driver shouted at him only. During airoli i said i want to get out here since the bridge was closed he had harrased me and closed the gate by a rod and was talking rudely and the speed of the bus too much. It was an emergency to get down he didn't stopped at all.. Very rude driver 😠😠😠😠. Giving bad words also 😠😠😠😠😠.

                                  Please remove him from the job at that time the time was 12:20 in airoli sector 16

                                  Please take action 🙏 i don't want others to get suffer 😠😠😠😠😠😠

                                    I ms navaz s mehta am using a smart card since 2017. My card no. Is [protected].

                                    My last refill was done in may 31, 2018 (Receipt attached). From august 2018 your machines were not working / out dated and needed upgrade and all the buses were giving manual tickets. I went and complaint about my refund from my card (Copy of complaint attached) i was told to wait till november / december and the new machines are coming. So i waited and now october 2019 i came to know that the machines are working. I started using the card in october end and everyting was working fine. At that time i had about rs.800/- balance in my account. My last ticket from my card was issued on 18th november and after that my balance is showing rs. 0.

                                    I tried going online and check my monthly report but your systems are not working since many days. I request you to please check your records and rectify this mistake,. I should have atleast rs 600/- in my card which is showing as rs.0.

                                    Kindly let me know further action.

                                      Bldg no 7 Seva samiti Chs sion koliwada, sion east flank road, mumbai 400037 had given written communication to wadala BEST office that there has been a dead wall of BEST since many years and due to the same public has thrown debris in that area, we need to demolish the wall so that BMC can come and clear the debris from that area, due to this garbage Dengue & other diseased have caused health issues to our people of the blfg

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        The conductor of 22 number limited best bus never allows primary school students to board from front door and they have to undergo physical and mental agony. When i requested the conductor regarding it, he flatly refused and said there's no such provision for primary students.
                                        Kindly reprimand such personnel to behave properly. I talked to mr mangesh patkar, an instructor from midc depot regarding it, he said that there's a provision for primary students and he suggested to lodge a complaint against the erring conductor.
