I pay electricity light bill every month and there was no pending bill. Never ever my bill has come so high. This month i received bill a whopping/incredible amount of 12500 which is not possible at all. Kindly look into my previous consumptions and the present bill. Please correct the bill amount.

    With the increase in passenger flow towards thane area, i would request the best department to increase the no of buses towards thane as tmt buses are not in operation.
    This is an earnest request from a commuter as this will help us travel safely and on time.

      In my house we use only 3 tube lights, 3 fans, 1 t. V and 1 fredge then too electricity bill come 3k to 3.5k per months how it can be possible. Please do something for this as soon as possible.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        This is with ref. To my above best electric consumer no.[protected] where in as per government covid19 guidelines, the shops are kept closed since 20-mar-2020 till date.

        Then also best elect. People are sending SMS about disconnection notice-in lock down period stating to pay Rs. 11890.00 for closed shop??
        As my shop is closed as per lockdown, please refund us the security deposit along with its interest amount as from three months i have no source of income.

        And also I request you to waive off the bills pending as till February-2020 I have paid all the bills regularly without any default.

          My room has been empty since march 2020, still my bill is coming high like 750rs. I called all possible best numbers on the website but no number is valid. I want the bill rectified and a refund for the amount i have paid extra.
          Please help, as i am staying far away and cannot physically visit the best office or room.

            Hello sir,

            This is prashant sadanand akre, a resident of g/north mahim fishermen colony 400016 (Building no:08; room-312, floor-3) is facing problem as some person is doing nuisnace in the cabin room. When checked with local electrician found that multiple lines were attached in my electric line.
            My meter number is “c172661”.
            I request you to make a survey in our electric cabin room and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

              Dear sir,
              I have been charged for kwh consumption of 1445 units for the month of march, april and may 2020 - whereas my commercial store was shut down because of the lockdown!

              Request you to please check the meter readings and us on the same. We have already paid 38, 500 rs. For the 3 months because we don't want best to cut our electricity - but we want to know the calculation of the bills? I have not consumed 1445x3 kwh during lockdown!!

              I was charged for 1445 units consumed every month for march, april, may 2020 and the bill amount charged was inr 12135, 14111 and 12607 for the same units consumed!!! Also, i did not consume a total of 4335 units in the lockdown - that is not possible because our store was not open!

                Dear sir,

                I am residing at b3 co-operative housing society, rajesh bldg, kalpak estate, s. M. D road, next to s. B. I bank antop hill wadala east, mumbai-400037. My consumer number is[protected]. My electricity bill for the month of march april and may 2020 is very very high compared to earlier bills. My average bill is rs.1200/- sometimes rs 1340 per month, and even i dont use air conditioners aswell rather charging to the earlier bills they had send me bill of rs 2540/-for each three months that is march april and may, the usage has not changed; no new appliances have been added.

                You are requested to kindly look in to the matter at the earliest.

                Your early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

                Yes same has happened to me. They charged me for 1445 units consumption during lockdown for March, April and May 2020 (and my store was closed) and the bill amount for the same units consumed is different (12135, 14111 and 12607)

                    Both premises are presently not in use. (Locked)
                    I have received a bill for rs 390.00 in respect of con no[protected] andrs 170.00 in respect of con no[protected] on 20 may 2020
                    Request you to verify high billing when the premises are not in use and secondly why such difference in two bills - rs 390.00 and rs 170.00 under identical conditions o[censored]sage. Please note that both bills have been paid through my ecs mandate to my bankers.

                          Our society main line was not taking the load so best has put one temporary line from the main station due to some drizzling lots of sparks with loud noise happened at 6.3 with lots of sparks. Companys personal were going to replace the line request you to please do in immediate basis since the electric supply to 50 flats has been discontinued

                                  Respected sir, i have not been using my electricity power of my shop which is working on commercial meter. The mains is switched off taking into consideration that lockdown is applicable in our state. Taking into consideration the minor charges that are applicable, we are getting bills that are much similar to the previous bills when the shop was functional. My account number is[protected]. I am being charged with the same amount that i was being charged when the electricity was being used. Please take this complaint into consideration as there are economic problems every business person is having at the moment. Please that's a request.

                                      I would like to lodge a complaint on the extremely high bill for the months february march & april 2020 as the property has been empty and can not understand why the bills are so high. This electric meter is installed in my flat at 74 venus apartments, altamount road, mumbai 400026. This property is used from time to time and the reason for my complaint is that it’s been empty so how could the consumption of electricity be so to warrant a bill of rs3400 for the month of april. I believe bills are just being raised randomly and i would like you to kindly investigate and revert please.

                                        I have informed you by letter dated 6th march 2020, that we will be out of mumbai till 24th november 2020 & there will be no electrical consumption.
                                        Instead of charging me for no consumption, you have send me the bill with the average consumption units. Due to the extraordinary situation in the country, i am afraid my april onwards will be also on an average basis until i return to mumbai. Which may create a problem for adjustment of bills.
