I want to congratulate best transport undertaking for starting the bus route no. 113 from churchgate rotating through cst, crwford market, etc. Via aayakar bhavan, i. T. Office to again churchgate. This route is extremely useful for all the passengers going from churgate to cst and vice versa especially in the evening for office-goers, senior citizens, handilcapped etc. Who work in churchgate but want to catch train from cst to go to central railway suburbs.

But the problem is it starts only from 2 pm every day. This totally deprive the passengers who mainly want to go to churchgate to cst or vice versa in the morning for reaching their offices at respective locations of the best service.in fact the buses currently running attract big crowd. It will also be in the same way even in the morning to travel either. So, i request to start the service right from 730 am to at least 11 am if not throughout day.

    Bus queue regulators at your bus stops at bandra east catering to passengers traveling to bkc always argue with those in queue. One of them, clad in khaki is always quarrelling. Today he even questioned about quality (Layaki in marathi) and advised them to travel in auto. Sir days are not far away when best may traverse same route as bsnl. Be aware and act fast

      The 245 bus from kandarpada to borivali has really bad frequency and comes after almost an hour and a half. And because of this, the bus gets so crowded at the initial stops that there's no place to get in, that is if it even comes. It is highly inefficient and inconvenient. And sometimes there are 2 buses in the time span of literally 2 minutes which is no use

        Date 17 september 2019timing 11 a. M. Bus no 27 was stood at signal i wanted to board in bus and due to one vehicle was also stand besides back door so i board inside from front door. While boarding in the bus, the driver start shouting & abusing me there is no rule like to board in the bus from front door he said, and stop the bus for 5 min.

        This behaviour of bus driver not acceptable and because of this no body wants to travel the bus. This is the main reason of deficit profit of best bus.

        I wanted to take very serious action against this driver, i also taken snap of of driver. Please punish him anyhow.

        Looking forward to hear from you asap.

          I catch bus from kalina nafa company bus stop due to over crowded bus unable to move a head, i taken ticket conductor was so rudely saying "chal ho pude" i said back you move head then i will move, conductor using abusing language to me and saying "mala shikau nakos" i am never answer back

          I was travelling today by C12 - Santacruz to Dahisar depot, boardedthe bus at Mith Chowki at 8.00 am.
          The driver was driving very rashly and I missed falling off my seat more than twice.
          Given below is the detail of the bus -

          Requesting you to kindly look into this as lady passengers and children also travel in this bus
          We are facing Black out in Sheetal Apartments and the adjacent areas for more than an hour now. It's near Dockyard Road Railway station, Mazgaon.

            We are facing a power fluctuation at our hotel for the last one month or so and this has effected our fridges and air conditioners as well as the tube lights. Some official had paid a visit to our premises but that did not resolve the same and our sincere request for you to solve the issue. Our's being hotel we are getting customer complaints.

              Bus 354 from kannamwar nagar 1, vikhroli. After 7:30 am, there is no bus till 8:30. Due to heavy traffic at ghatkopar and sion, bus reaches dadar by 10:00. Kindly leave a bus by 7:45 - 8:00 so that we working class and school boys are not delayed. It has been observed that other bus 185 is left 3 times in the same time frame. Kindly divert busses in this route.

              Many people like me are facing the problem because of irregular timing of bus no. 703. This bus makes us wait for more than an hour sometimes. Bus no. 703 is mostly late and never on time.

                Please be informed there has been a sudden power fluctuation at our hotel rajdoot. There seems to be a problem from the main supply box which is why the fluctuation takes place.

                  Hi as i residing from last 25 years in sion laxmi baug, and we are regularly paying the monthly bill before due date carefully. But from last 3 months the person who are delivering that bill in my house he was literally throwing the bill outside the house, in rainy days there are wet floor out the house and every month the bill gets wet and get broken.

                  Today i am literally dissapointed with your service and your management.

                  When we are paying the bill amount regulary then why you guys are not provide us the better service.

                  I am not supposed to paying the bill till i am not getting a new bill copy in my address.

                  The frequency of Bus No.348, 448, 180, C72 is very less during morning hours. The said Bus No.348, 448, 180, C72 come very late sometime half hour or one hour standing in bus stop not seems good. All other buses from the same route comes on times only this bus having traffic

                    First of all on behalf of all mumbaikar and particularly all best passenger i am thankful to all of you for reducing fare
                    As you are well aware that after reducing fare passenger in bus increase but at the same time there are some issues to be resolved for better and comfortable service to passenger
                    First of all it is required to stop allowing front door entry to best staff
                    As best staff is allowed to travel free but no where it is mentioned that they are allowed to board from front door but practice is that they are boarding from front door and standing there only and creating nuisance for handicap, senior citizen and ladies who want to get down and handicap seating on handicap seat
                    I had earlier also complain regarding this at the time of mr. Khobragade (Gm)
                    Now my humble request to all of you to stop allowing best staff to board from front door and also instruct driver not to stop bus for best staff and police personal anywhere even without bus stop
                    Second thing is that if you observed that as per time table on all route there will be difference of 10 to 20 minutes between two bus but reality is that when bus is coming that time two to three bus of same routes are coming together and than after for more than 45 minutes to an hour no bus will come and when ask we will get simple answer because of traffic now i will ask all of you onething if traffic hurdle than how all bus coming together so this things to be resolved immediately

                    We thank you for various suggestions and observations regarding best bus operations.
                    We have planned to increase midi and mini buses through hiring to operate on feeder services connecting railway stations, cbd areas and housing complexes. This would definitely reduce the waiting time of passengers at the bus stops and increase the availability of best buses.
                    As regards the staff boarding from the front exit, the instructions are being issued to the bus drivers.

                    However, if you find bus drivers allowing the passengers other than permitted to board from the bus you may inform the best helpine with details or write toi us so that immediate action can be taken

                    Even after so many email there's no progress or improvement in the situation this prove only two things
                    1) either you haven't issue any instructions or revised instructions to your staff
                    Or
                    For your staff higher authority instructions is nothing they will do what they want
                    If you have issued any instructions than why your staff is not following and why you are hesitate to display notice as i suggested

                    If this is attitude of best management and best staff than it is sure the day are not far away that best has shut down and mumbai will become first metropolitan city in which public transport is in hand of private party
                    It is because of bmc best survive because of such attitude only best had made such a huge loss

                    The handicapped persons, senior citizens and expectant mothers are allowed to board the buses through front exit. The revised instructions are being issued to the bus drivers and bus conductors to ensure that the above category of the passengers should only be allowed to board through the front exit.
                    When above revised instruction will be applicable

                    As regards your query, we have to inform that the police personnel or best employees are not allowed to board the bus through front exit.

                    Can you display this in all bus and all bus stop on
                    Prominent place that police personnel or best employees are not allowed to board the bus through front exit

                      I am daily commuter who travels from badhwar park to csmt in mornings during 8 am. I face a great challenge here to get a csmt bus which is 138 because during this time 138 buses operate till churchgate only. 138 bus for csmt during this time arrives after half an hour's which gets me late to reach the office. This problem occurred after the ticket fares were cut down recently. If this is the reason then best is really on the verge of heavy loss. Also when i come back from office during 9 pm there are hardly any 138 buses that come so i have to go by alternate transport i. E. Share taxi to reach my home. If this is the condition of most frequential bus then best is losing every bit of money.

                        From bhyandar to kandiwali bandongari bus stop there are only 3 buses running c-72, 706, 718. I want to suggest them that there is no proper frequancy is maintaining by them. Very 3 out of 5 occations this buses comes same time then there will be a half hour break. I faced lots of trouble with best buses. Plz do take immediate actions on best buses

                          My sister who’s a senior citizen and having knee issues was travelling from dadar to koperkhairane by bus number 521 was treated arrogantly by bus driver today (3rd august 2019) at late night hour at 2320 and he took her one stop ahead from sector 20 koparkhairane to ghansoli and she was new to this area and we had issues in tracing her and to bring back home at this hour at night. Safety too was issue. She has no idea about the bus registration number but we have time and bus number noted.

Please increase bus frequency. All public turns to best because of you reduce the charges. We are working people can not wait for bus for long time.                               Txn ref no MK[protected] plz check this i m request to u that this amount 4440 rs not added in next bill
                              Check the consumer no and txn reference no if found all ok plz updates to all details so i pay the next bills continuously
                              I have paid this amount 4440 rs on 10Aug 2019 but till time not updates in your records plz updates

                                Yesterday, i caught bus no. 241 from laxmi industrial estate andheri west at around 6.05 pm. Till bus reached to lokhandwala complex junction both conductor and driver was discussing whether they can go ahead or not, as there was smell of oil from bus engine. Conductor told passengers that bus will be going till goregaon bus depot, hence no passengers get in the bus from adarsh nagar to anand nagar. But driver stop the bus near to mega mall signal and told passengers that they can not go ahead. Few passengers got down from the bus and could manage to walk till goregaon bus depot. We were waiting at goregaon bus depot for another bus for few minutes and then we saw that the same bus was moving ahead. Can you please investigate why the driver and conductor making fool to passengers and bothering them like this. I am attaching herewith bus ticket so that you can trace conductor and bus driver (Sorry but i could not take bus registration no.) hope you could investigate the same.

                                  I am a daily traveler of 492ltd. Many times it changes it's destination till cadbury/teen hath naka specially at 5:00 pm. We all need to wait for another to come for atleast 45 mins. Who allowed them to change the bus destination.

                                  As this is the only bus till garden court, we need to face heavy rush, wasting a lot of the time in waiting for the bus.

                                  I request you to take action against it. And please try to increase the frequency of the bus.

                                    From mahalaxmi station to acharya aatre chowk (Worli naka) there are 7 buses running 154, 164, 165, 172, 351, 124 and 82 i want to suggest them that there is no proper frequency is maintaining by them, every 5 to 10 minutes buses comes on this route but from last 1 month and same problem i have today with best buses there are no one bus in the morning pickup time from 10:10 am to 10:40 am. (Means from half hour there is no bus - attached herewith photos) i have to mention here that there are too many offices (I. E. Mmc, acharya aatre chowk, charity commissioner (St office), poonam chamber and nehru planetarium. I have drought about best bus there is some compromised between best and share taxi. Because of more then 22-25 share taxi are running in same time where i wait for bus. This problem i have face every alternate working day in this route, on best buses we public have to face lots of trouble because there is very poor bus frequency. I would like to request you to kindly take immediate action on best buses/authority for take the survey here and do the proper action.

(means from half hour there is no Bus- Attached herewith photos) I have to mention here that there are too many offices (i.e. MMC, Acharya Aatre Chowk, Charity Commissioner (ST Office), Poonam chamber and Nehru Planetarium. I have drought about BEST bus there is some compromised between BEST and Share Taxi. Because of more then 22-25 share taxi are running in same time where I wait for Bus. This problem I have face every alternate working day in this route, on best buses we public have to face lots of trouble because there is very poor Bus frequency. I would like to request you to kindly take immediate action on BEST Buses/Authority for take the survey here and do the proper action.
