I bring to your kind notice that in the month of November 2019, I have paid twice the BEST electricity bill Rs. 1620/- on 17/11/19 through Paytm and Rs. 1620 on 27/11/19 through SBI YONO (Rs. 1620+1620 = Rs 3240) against the consumer no.[protected]*6.
I therefore request you to kindly adjust the excess paid amount of Rs. 1620 in the upcoming/next electricity bills please.

    Bus no 5108 with bus driver with no 009578 driving bus on route no 298 from rawalpada to borivali station time 6.45 pm dis not stop even after waving hand. He sped past us and stopped way ahead. When asked why he did not stop gave vague answers. Then why the option of wave hand and stop bus from best is started. Also the driver said that do whatever you want i dont care.

      We are travelling in the bus no 124 & 125 but since last 02 months we are facing very much problems for these two no’s buses now a days bus no 124 coming one hour late in morning session and bus no 125 passing directly from mohmmed ali road instead of via pydhonie.
      Today we are standing from 8.45 a. M. To 9.50. A. M. There is not a single bus available during this time.
      We are going from last week by taxi.
      As you know taxi fare can’t affordable for us.
      You are humbly requested to pls look into the matter seriously and try to resolve our problems asap.
      I am a disabled person and facing very much problems from few days.

        I am trvelling bus no 124 & 125 from paydhonie but previously few months ago bus services has been changed of bus no 125 from mohmeed ali raod instead of pydhonie in the morning session and also bus no 124 comming half hour late between 02 buses services.
        Senior citizens and disabbled persons suffering very much problems from last one months. I am a disaabled person and travelling since 30 years from this route.
        You are requested to look into the matter at the earliest.

            Dear sir,
            I am getting a very excess bill that is anove rs. 500/- since 7 months.
            The bill appears to be inflated as i know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill. Our all previous bills were in between rs.300/- to 350/-.
            I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check weather somebody is doing theft of electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty. Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter.
            I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

              Respected sir / madam,

              There are only 2 bus for samta nagar 703, 209 which comes so late we have to wait for 30 mins. It creates problem for us no can reach on time at their office, college, school and even on holidays also it is late. It should have an time table for this so people can come accordingly. And if comes so it comes back to back, so why is this problem?

              Please look into this matter and solve this as soon as possible.

                My company rnv industries pvt ltd is located at 15-b, chandermukhi building, nariman point, mumbai-21. We are getting heavy load factor penalty since feb 2019. We rectified our internal problems to avoid the penalty. However still we are getting penalty in the bills.

                On checking from your office (Best) it has came to notice that our demanded load is much more to the actually requirements.

                Our demanded load is 71.20 kw where as as per bills our requirements is approx 35 kw.

                It is request you to change our demanded load to 40 kw and also change electric meter accordingly.

                  Regarding sub i want to bring ur kind notice that, as metro work is going on below andheri weh bridge, 348 bus gets stuck in traffic below this bridge fo so many minutes.
                  Because of this besr is also facing loss as customer dnt choose 348 bus due to this traffic.
                  So its my humble request to divert route of 348 bus to andheri weh bridge.. As if it goes above bridge bus will not face traffic problem.

                    I am an advocate by profession and i stay at nepeansea road, the problem here is that every morning the buses here are parked for longer time and the entire public keeps waiting for hours to board the bus, the drivers are busy inside chatting or sleeping but doesn’t take the courtesy to drive. Also, the tc and the person making the chart never speak politely to the customer, they always keep shut when asked by the customer that when and which bus will move. It’s now a story of every day, kindly look into this or else i’ll be forced to file a legal complaint against best

                      I am daily travelling from mantralaya to jaihind cinema with bus
                      Most of the times in the evening from 5.00to 6.30p. M. There is no 19 ltd frequency and if it comes it gets converted in 8ltd or c 8 but vice a versa if 8ltd comes by 10 minutes gap and if we request to change it to 19 ltd they says it can not be possible
                      We don't know how the time table works
                      This is the only harassment of people like us who are dependent on bus
                      Today there is no 19 ltd bus from 4.30 to 6.30 a. M

                        I made twice payment of rupees 5680 through paytm.
                        First i paid the amount on 9th october but i didn't receive any confirmation from best then i paid same amount on 25 october 2019. I called to paytm service center they replied me to contact best about this concern. So, i humbly request you to kindly look in to the problem and please reply back as soon as possible.

                          Bus no 63 which runs between byculla & j mehta road frequency is very abrupt.
                          During the peak hours when there are large number of passengers i. E office goers, students, workers etc i. E from 8:30 am to 11 am & from 6pm to 8:30 pm the buses frequency drops drastically the buses are extremely overcrowded. People push each other to get in, since they know there wont be bus for another 45 mins. Besides that during the non peak hours there are buses at the interval of 10 mins sometimes even 5 mins. Hence the buses are vacant then.
                          I would request the best department to please look in to this and provide the buses when there are passengers, wanting to travel. This would evenly distribute the expenses of the best department and also help in giving the passengers a comfortable travel

                            Bus no. 57 is supposed to be going every 20 minutes but in reality only 1 bus per hour is available. Why is this bus so late/infrequent. This happens everyday. The bus is also never on time. Please fix this. Because of this when the bus arrives it too full with no space to stand. Kindly speak to the drivers and ask them to comply to the proper bus timings.

                            He is on duty but we have to reach can't this be explain to them

                                    Whether BEST is able to monitor their Bus frequency or it's depend on Bus Driver & Conductors... Further, in case of reducing frequencies on some occasion, how BEST is informing to customers.
                                    Due to poor monitoring & updates, the following situation was worst..
                                    Today when I & various other travelers were standing at Borivali Rly Stn West Bus stand to catch 245 bus at 21:20pm...After huge gap of time, Bus came at 22:18 after almost one hour... Here issue is - Travelers should know about any change in Bus schedule more than 10 / 15 mnts delay as compared to regular. Which will help Travelers to use an alternate mode of transport.

                                      मैं मनीषा 1/10/19 दोपहर में 2:45 बजे नेहरु प्लेनेटोरियम से पंडित पलुस्कर चौक के लिए बस नंबर 88 में चढ़ी थी। वह बस में मेरा बड़े पाकिट में रखा हुआ छोटा पर्स उतरने के बाद लॉस्ट हो गया है। उसमें मेरे अगस्त्य के आईडी कार्ड और करीबन हजार रुपया कैश था। वह बस की टिकट मेरे पास मौजूद है। कृपया मुझे यह नंबर पर फोन कीजिए। Mera number[protected] hai.

                                        Actually we travel are from vikhroli station to kailash complex which is in 20 min walk able distance front station to kailash complex but there is no bus since 6 months it take 1.30 hours to reach office due to lack of frequency of buses we are facing lot of problems reaching office sometime we get half day mark on salary due to lack of frequency of buses. So i requested you to solve the problem asap or otherwise we do strike for no best buses in maharashtra state. We will promote private buses to do the services
