We request you to check the meter. We would request you to please resolve our issue. During last three months our bill was rupees 11360. And our room was locked for 1 and half month. With all the appliances turned off.. We request you to please check the meter and do the needfull. Thank you

    Note that for route no 418 (Vikhroli station to hiranandani powai) from station to crisil house stop you have charging rs.10 for distance of 4.2 km. According to latest ticket fare rule, you are suppose to charge rs.5. Snapshot of google map is attached for your reference.

    Hi, my consumer number is[protected]. I was used to get monthly bill of 1000—1500rs per month but last month I got bill of 5.5k and we didn't pay the same assuming this month we might get the less but now again we got the bill of 7.5k. Not sure whom to contact for the same tried couple of numbers but no luck. Please help

        Bus 517. 5:45pm kamani bus stop. Bus number mh - 01 - la - 5012. (8692). 8 aug 2019. Going to santacruz east. The bus stop was very crowded. All men rushing and pushing to enter the bus. The bus was empty so i thought of entering through the front door. The driver so rudely told me to go back and enter from the back door. I went. The next stop there were 2 passenger's who entered one of which was a senior male and a middle aged woman. I went an approached the driver and told him that the rules should apply to all and not to a few people. He started arguing with me and telling me to shut up and that the people who entered were senior citizens. I told him that all who entered were not and that i can see who was senior. Again another lady was allowed to enter who was clearly not a senior. So i do not know why he behaved like this but it is not at all appropriate and theyneed to be more patient and understand that we are humans, it's the end of the day where the common man is tired and wants to reach home early. I have never come across such behavior with drivers it'svery sad that people are treated differently. Please train your drivers that if tells something to someone to follow the same to others too.

          While travelling by bus-399 from Chembur(basant talkies) to Ghatkopar(Pant nagar), i carried my guitar with me and conductor asked me luggage charges. As I wasn't aware about guitar is being charge in bus, I asked him for luggage charges sheet. He refused to show me the sheet because he was not having it and stopped the bus at Chembur camp. He shouted on me and asked to pay otherwise he will not start the bus.I paid at that time because there were many passengers in the bus and they would be delayed as well.The conductor was so rude that he was continuously talking about education and literacy of me and girl sitting beside me.Conductor's batch no-15301. Bus no-399 (MH 01 CR.[protected]. This happened on 6th Aug, 19 at evening around 7.15-7.30.

            As typically 2:30-3pm it is observed that the frequency of 415 is less also no tc to maintain que for the same which creates chaos. There are frequent chances of passengers getting injured while getting. I had raised the same complain on twitter and is falling on deaf ears. Are these officials waiting for major injuries or deaths of people to take action

              Need to raise a complaint on the 601 bus route which is for our kurar village people. We welcome the fare reduction but we are not happy with the frequency of bus. We need to wait for 45 mins to 1 hr to catch a bus to malad station & same back to kurar. We had raised this complaint many a times but no action is being taken. If there is shortage of bus why can't you reroute the bus going to appa pada (624) through 601 alternatively so that we can take the benefit.

              Please consider our request seriously which will also increase your commuters. Hope some action will be taken on this.

                The bus 545 ltd from andheri to airoli via seepz has a very low frequency and above that majority of the crowd takes ticket of seepz or even shorter distance. Due to this, people who actually wants to travel beyond seepz towards powai doesn't get to board the bus and gets stranded at the bus stop for hours.

                I don't know why people who are well educated behaves like # and board this bus even though there are direct buses to seepz every few seconds.

                My request to best is to look at this issue and do something.

                Suggestion :
                Charge a minimum of rs.10 instead of rs.5 in this bus so that people are motivated to take the right bus so that every one could travel to their work in a hassle free way.

                  This is regarding bus stand near huma cinemas kanjurmarg west which blocks the entire road as the road is already narrow due to metro work.
                  This bus no.403 blocks the entire road making it difficult to walk, especially with kids. We are having a harrowing time.
                  Pls look into this matter as soon as possible before any major accident happens.
                  Its a humble request to pls look into this matter and do the needful act if removing this illegal bus depot frm here.

                    Bus no 77 from j mehta to wadala agar, bus frequency is after 1 hour, one driver who always there for his who drive bus which departs from j mehta in evening 5:45, driver is misbehaving, during this time there is rush in bus due to peak hr. There is always fight with this driver. Today i just travel.. I was waiting 30 min for bus and bus came with rush.. I tried to enter bus using back door.. But because of rush i couldn't so i went near front door.. Because there is lot of space in front.. Firstly he didn't stop bus after seeing also i am trying to enter into bus.. But somehow i manage to enter, after that i told him.. It 1 he frequency please stop bus.. But he started misbehaving with me.. I kept quiet still he continued his open mouth.. And continuously.. Talking.. Rubbish which is unbearable.. He stops bus in middle and told me to drive bus he will not drive. He is very rude.. After some time i came to know. All ladies having same problem.. With this driver.. Kindly advise drive to keep calm and drive safe.. And don't unneccesarry mess with ladies..

                      On date 24/07/2019 at around 7:30am -7:38 am, i was standing on sasmira bus stand in front of sbi bank, worli. Bus having no 124 single decker leaving from worli depo did not stop at sasmira bus stop even i gave the signal to stop and it has a 124 bus stop. Exact time when i checked in my mobile is 7:38 am. I was standing around 10 min. After 5 min double decker 124 bus came and i was asked who is driver... He told me name like ajjya/rajya.
                      At the same time i called complaint register no [protected] for registering the complaint.. Noone pick up the call
                      Pl take a necessary action on driver and conductor

                        After waiting for more than hour in pick hours bus number 348 is not coming what we have to say more about. This is happening regularly now a days. Bus fares are reducied but frequncy service is the same as it was earlier or may be worse. And then you asked people are not using bus. Why and how they will use the service if your services are not on time. From last one hour five 348 bus gone from kala killa to kala nagar and all those were empty because there are many buses available for the this route. Don't understand what is the use of your services.

                          There is a problem at charkop. The frequency of buses not maintained in the morning. My daughter has to wait for half an hour at charkop gaon stop on 20/07/19 from 7.10 am to 7.40 am then had to catch rickshaw to kandivali station. Kindly look into the matter. U will have to find out whether it's done deliberately. Kindly post one inspector at charkop gaon bus stand in the morning.

                              Dear sir..
                              There is total chaos at the suject stop although there are 3 to 4 best controllers at a time in the morning around 9to 10am
                              The main reason being either too many ques.. Actual que then one standing que and another pushing que. One for a/c bus and what not.
                              The said controllers are unable to correct the situation despite our requests everyday.
                              I request you to look into the matter and correct the siuation and post efficient people at the said bus stop.
                              Reduction in rate of bus fares are of no use. If this is the way passengers are going to be treated.

                              Noted your complaint. Actually there is no proper place to erect bus stops at reasonable distance. Our bus inspectors taking efforts to the control the queue and gave first preference to the passengers who are in the actual queue.

                              The passengers in standing queues/ pushing queues must have civic sense to stand in actual queue like other people.

                              We will find out the solution.

                              Inconvenience caused to you is highly regretted.

                                At 12.30pm on 11th july 2019 (Today), bus driver for route no 69 with bus no mh 01 la 6690 overtook me from the right to go under the lalbaug bridge and cut inside my lane with speed. I had to jam the brakes else he would have crashed into my car since there is only one lane exit to get under the lalbaug flyover after byculla station. This driver was very reckless and is a danger to people driving as well as pedestrians. Please take appropriate action. Thanks

                                  Everyday in the evening at around 3.30 even though there are two or three 231 bus at juhu depot just standing. The buses will not start. All the public, many who are senior citizens have to wait in the rain for more than an hour. Today as it was raining all entered and sat in the first 231 bus which was stalled. After nearly 1hr 15 mins the driver entered into a 231 bus which was behind and all the public started rushing into that bus. One poor old lady nearly fell. Please increase the frequency of the bus. On the noticeboard it is written that there is a 231 bus every 5 mins. Please do not harass the public. Every day we have to deal with the same problem and if we go to ask at the depot when the bus will start, they say there are no drivers, then how did the bus reach the stop. Please do something about this as soon as possible.

                                    Street lights on road no. 2 sion east are not working for last 4 days pole number sfm 4/2 the road has become very dark and it has become very dangerous in the night.                                     I got a bus number 205 today after waiting a long at around 8.40 am from shastrinagar goregaon. Which took almost 45 minutes to reach poisar depot..the driver was continuously on phone...request pls advice the drivers to attend the phone when they are not driving

                                      Passengers are standing in q for more than 30 minutes including senior citizens and womens. Not even single bus is departing from kanjur west railway station. Even though buses are halted out side not ready to schedule it on time.in mansoon season it is more difficulty for senior citizens to stand in q for such a long time.
                                      Please look into the solution rather than part of problem.
