I have received a very high electricity bill for the period - nov 2018 - dec 2018.

Seeing the records from the past 4-5 months and there being no change in the way it is used this month. My bill for the month is double the cost i have paid in the past.

And it is not possible that suddenly the bill has been generated of a high amount. No new appliances have been added and neither has any usage changed.

The meter reading is almost 175 -200 kwh more than it should have been.

Request you to look into the issue and give me the new corrected bill.

    Hi there I live in a PG at JB Nagar, Mumbai. Where I'm facing electricity bill issue, last month it was ₹3600 (approx) and this month it's ₹4659. There are two rooms in my PG and the electrical appliances that are present in those two rooms are 1 AC (2star) and 1 Fridge and 2 Fans and a couple of LED lights. I'm a student and very concerned about this Hike, please help me.

      Request you to kindly send some electrician at our house as we are getting electric shock in complete house like earthing shocks. We have changed the complete wiring new at our house. Kindly help and change full earthing of the meter.

        We are getting very high electric bill since past 6 months, our bill has been doubled since past 6 months. Request to compensate the extra charges in upcoming bills.

        I doubt that there might be someone else connection joined with our meter.

          I was driving my bike on one side softly and a bus driver tried dashing me then i let him go ahead then i stopped my bike at a side and then he started shouting me for no reason. Then he started the bus and again tried to smash me. My foot just missed to smash under the tyre. So i went forward and asked him what is ur problem he started abusing me and he told me 'gand mei bamboo daalega" idhar se jaa warna dekh tuu... As i saw passengers nd the road is facing problem i let go things but i wanna punish him for this harrassment he has done pls do something

            Bill is coming more since last few months inspite of hardly any use of airconditions
            And not being in the house for most of the time. Pls check the meter urgently. Summer season has gone since past few months, so we use less of electricity.

              The frequency of best busses is absurdly weak. There are hardly any busses to parle between intervals of even 1hour and even if the bus arrives... Its either 2 busses of same number or busses which goes to the same route right behind each other. Recently the bus fare were also increased but there is no change in the frequency nor in the timings of the busses, also the timings of busses stated in m-indicator is sheer lie. The best is for the service of the public! Please do the needful.

                We have paid the amount of rs.6680/- online to the best electricity for the consumer number[protected]*4 on 4th december 2018. This amount has been debited from my bank account but i have not received the receipt of payment done and the payment status still shows payable on the best electricity website for the above mentioned consumer number.

                    My self pachan badlu dhobi consumer number "[protected]*2" living at dadar kohinoor building e-1 room no. 102. I paid my bill online on 04.12.2018 around 8pm on your website www.bestundertaking.net and my bill amount was rs.1440 and i also received the email notification from bank that rs. 1440/- is debited from my account against mumbai electricity supply but at the end of the payment i got error msg but money is debited from my account and still my bill is showing unpaid.

                    Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      With reference to your complaint, inspection is carried out on 7/12/2008 for low bill of A/C no. 405/031/003 and found that, meter no. D90946 is stopped. ID no. 4455527 is generated for replacement of stopped under OT (Official Testing in lab). After replacement of meter necessary amendment in the bill be carried out.

                        In bkc during prime time there are no buses for kurla station. Bus no. 1 comrs which goes towards kurla and is always empty but doesnt take any of the passengers. many bus no 1 goes empty but bus no. 310 doesn't come.
                        If during prime time bus won't come then when will it come.
                        This is the reason best is always in losses.
                        If this keeps on going on then best will never earn profits

                        Bus no. 1 which always empty can be used for the passengers who wants to go to kurla. But the driver and the conductor doesn't listen .
                        They just want to complete the rounds per day allotted to them. This is utter waste of resources. This is public money. You cannot waste it like this

                        1. 9 buses of route 310 plying between Bandra Terminus to Kurla Stn(W) are available at an interval of 10 mnts.
                        2.10 buses of route 310 plying between Anant Kanekar Marg bus stn (E) to Kurla Stn(W) are available at an interval of 10 mnts.
                        3. 13 buses of route 303 plying between Bandra Terminus and Mhada Colony are available at an interval of 21 mnts. which is passes through Kurla Depot on LBS marg.
                        4. Due to en-route traffic congestion and Metro -3, 2B civil work some times buses of these routes running behind the schedule.
                        5. Buses of other routes are also switched over from Bandra Rly Stn(E) and Kurla Rly STn(W) taking in to consideration the passenger response to maintain reasonable interval during peak hours.

                          Every evening i wait at the bus stop at deepak talkies for bus number 63 from 5.15 pm onwards. And regret to inform you that this bus has no fixed timing, sometimes the bus doesn't come for more than 35-45 minutes. Even today while i'm writing this to you, bus hasn't come. 167, 168, 57 have good frequency. Why can't you cut on their numbers and send 63, 52 instead. At least we can reach half way. Thanks,

                            Despite several complaints in dadar best undertaking, street light section for providing lamps on pole numbers ah 10, 11&12 at shaikh misri road, antop hill, mumbai-400037, no action has been taken. The street still remains dark in nights. Almost 6 months are passed, but no response from careless and inefficient best authorities.
                            Is there any higher authority to pull the ears of these incompetent workers to get the work done?

                              I believe best is a profit making company as its least bothered about its customers or passengers... Rude conductors who are tired of their jobs and treat passengers inhumanly.. Just be reminded that ur salary comes from our pockets and though we can afford rickshaws, we travel in best keeping environmental wellness in mind..
                              I personally would never prefer best again and won't do any thing thinking o[censored]r well being.. Get treated as u treat others.. Say u r a conductor and u will get the # service from my company... A straight middle finger to u for being the # people alive.. Regards, a citizen of india

                                At 5.30 pm, on monday, nov.19, i was waiting for 492 at cadbury junction, thane. There were other commuters who travel regularly by this bus. There were several buses with no display passing by. A similar bus arrived just before 6 pm. It was not crowded and it stopped away from the bus stop. The conductor did not call out that this was 492. As we ran toward it, the bus left. The ladies at the bust stop told me that this was 492, and they identified the conductor. I was angry and i waited another 35 minutes before the next bus arrived. The conductor confirmed that the earlier bust was 492 and several commuters also told me that this was the general attitude of this conductor and driver. They wait each day over 2 hours for this bus and many a times the bus does not stop and there is no display or indicator. I request you to take action against these insensitive and errant public servants and stop harassment of the common man who does not have a voice to protest against such apathy and inhuman behaviour. I expect an early response from you and will keep a watch on the buses.

                                  Driver & condotor has not stop bus on bkc telephone exchange bus no 181, time - 6.40 pm. Bus - mh01 - ap 0479, condotor blame no stop but 7- 9 person were standing on stop we all ran further & catch bus on signal. After waiting for, 20 minutes bus is not stopping which has no rush inside. Bus conductor not giving name or i'd no, speaking rash language. Please take action against such conductor, driver has appolize for his mistake i don't know there was stop but conductor responsibility to stop bus & guide of bus driver is new. Waiting for your prompt action.

                                    Respective sir 16/11/2018 i was waiting bus 223 osh deposit sai bai mandir samata nagar road is one way bucz road work is going on 223 route so bus had divided coming towords sevenbunglow bus no osh 1598 depo dint took right turn to come inside (Dittani park) and
                                    {thakur cinema} the goes straight and we all was waiting at stop past 35mins bus board was osh depo book i call samata nagar chowki and took detail of conductor driver i told them to complain of both even i'm complaining you sir so plz take action bucz they don't care people r waiting inside and they r going empty bus bus timing was 8:30pm after 10 mins i got last bus 223 at 8:40 bus plz save best bus v love to travel but like this staff spoil best bus name thank you

                                        We, the residents of raheja vihar chandivali powai mumbai would like to draw your kind attention towards the poor upkeep of street lights in our region.


                                        Entry road off chandivali fatm road in our region have not been repaired for quite a while. There are wear and tears all over the wiring mechanism. The state of the street lights is more terrible amid the stormy season. During the evening individuals frequently stagger down. Additionally, non availability of proper lighting across the streets increases a further chance of accident and other mishaps.

                                        Also, this has added to dimness in the area. It has brought about a spurt in the frequency of wrongdoing in the region. There are regular episodes of people drinking on road. Especially women are in danger in leaving their homes at night.

                                        I, accordingly, request you to kindly take necessary move to mend the ways so that people of the region have proper street lights.

                                        Cons no[protected] current bill has never been this high. This needs to be rechecked as incorrect. Our montly BEST electircity bill has never come so high there is definetly a mistake and needs to be re checked and corrected.
