B.E.S.T. Undertaking Customer Care's response With reference to your complaint, inspection is carried out on 7/12/2008 for low bill of A/C no. 405/031/003 and found that, meter no. D90946 is stopped. ID no. 4455527 is generated for replacement of stopped under OT (Official Testing in lab). After replacement of meter necessary amendment in the bill be carried out.
