Since last 3 months i had follow up with my electricity bill payment issued with g south ward at wadala but my query not resolved yet. As i had seen in current month also i get bill of rs.7, 150/- which was actually need to resolved in last month so please look into this matter on urgent basis & revert back with satisfactory answer

With reference to your High Bill complaint, it was observed that your Old meter no. D099354, billed under A/c[protected] was replaced for the reason 'No Display'.

During the period of No Display, your meter was billed on estimated units auto generated by the system.

Thereafter the defective meter was replaced on 30/10/2018 by new meter no. E145597.

Now your are billed as per consumption recorded by new meter.

    If you are unable to locate the bill number kindly send us the copy of any new or old bill or kindly provide the Complete address of the shop and the Name on whom the supply is taken and we will contact the concerned ward to resolve your matter.

      My self prabhakar mahadik living at lalbagh harharwala building no.2 room no. 11. I paid my bill online on 19.10.2018 at 7.25 pm and my bill amount was rs.520 and i also received the msg from bank to deduct 520/- against best but at the end of the payment i got error msg and deduct money from my account and still my bill is showing unpaid. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

        On 5th sept. 2018 i had put in your drop box at mahim best depot (Because of big queue so unable to speak to your man at the counter) the completed mandate form duly signed by my bank - union bank of india, mahim (West) for ecs payments of my bills - consumer no.[protected]*5, together with a xerox copy of a blank cheque.
        So far i have not received any confirmation that it has been registered. I paid the sept. Bill by cash at the depot, and at the time your man told me the form must have been sent to your dadar office. I have now received a message on my phone about my october bill.
        Please confirm that the bill amount will be collected from my a/c as per the mandate.

          This is for the kind attention of the best undertaking regarding the bus shortage and also buses just being parked and not operate for minutes together.
          I would like to tell u that i and my husband are senior citizens aged 73 and 72 resp. We reside at lalbaug in the parsi bldg., hilla towers, and we have to travel to destinations where we need bus route 1, 1 ltd., and 51, going towards dadar and tilak bridge, many times, and we are totally tired and fed up waiting for these three buses, for more than 45 minutes at any given time. I would like to ask best, that other buses' frequency is much better like 5, 156, 66, and why not these three buses? Taxis refuse to ply more than 80% of the time. While some buses keep coming regularly but these 3 buses' frequency is not there only. Please listen to our difficulty and look into this matter. Best claims that they are going in loss, but if they treat the public like this, then what do they expect?
          Another thing, i have to go to nariman point (Mantralaya) lot of times as i was an employee of air india, and now retired, and have to go there time and again, during the month and every time i go there, the buses like 45, are there lying idle, and that too 3-4 of them, while the no. 8, 19, 5, 15, and very less and even if they are there, they don't ply and the passengers have to wait either on the bus stop or inside the bus a longtime, and if the driver or conductor is asked about the departure they straight answer that we have to go to the bus official, sitting under the fan in the booth provided for them. Is it not a citizen's right to question them for their apathy? The public gets so harrassed. If the best want to make profit, then isnt it their duty first to see the public get what they need? The whole of nariman point bus depot is crowded with taxis and private cars, double parked and drivers sitting inside either sleeping or idling.
          I as a senior citizen would like to appeal to you about these problems, and help the public, i[censored] want them to use the public transport.

            Best smart card for travel in bus in mumbai has been suddenly made useless though credit balance in the card. The authorities in wadala bus depot and a request to gm in colaba through wadala depot has not yielded any response to refund the amount credited to the card during demonetization period by cheque or cash. The reason given is the government has said not to refund the amount credited during demonetization period. The amount credited was our hard earned money and not an exercise to convert black money. Many bus conductors were not provided with the card reading e vending machines or they were unable to read the cards has caused us distress. We bought tickets in cash as we were asked to either get off the bus or take a bus where conductor had the vending machine or e card reader. The amount already spent by cash far exceeds the credit on card. We are senior citizens residents of mumbai and request the concerned authority to refund the cards urgently.

              Dear sir,

              This is to inform you that in our tulshetpada bhandup area only one mini bus service that bus number is 607 route tulshetpada to bhandup station it's frequency between two buses in morning and evening time is more than 30 to 40 minutes and it's leads to very much problem to school students as well as office going workers. More than 1 year i follow up with the vikhroli depot and they suggest two bus change every day for that short route and reject my request of new bus service
              After that bjp leader kirit somaiya jee also wrote a letter to ghatkopar depot about this but till date we not get positive reply.

              I also request them take a trial run tulshetpada to nahur and also provide route also. But that can not be done. Its public transport service and that directly reject our request without checking route and how much crowd going to nahur railway station everyday. There is two school also in that route. And this route you further extend up-to airoli or mulund also if possible.

              Kindly take a trial run for 15 days tulshetpada to nahur railway station and further if you want airoli station or mulund station

                Myself & my wife planned to go marol naka. We waiting at citylight cinema on 7/10/2018 for bus no.35 from 2.30 noon to 4.30 p. M. But bus no.35 not come till 4.30 pm. We wait 2 hours. We got tired and catch the 440 and get down at new aagripada and after that bus no.35 arrived, we get in.
                Please clarify that what is the reason for delay of bus. How we know bus will come or not, no any idea. Do the needful for this harassment.

The bus stop at dindoshi depot, 2 officer already drank, sit in the bus and while journey from araey colony, the vomited so bus stop for 10min.                     I have been making complaints each week at the dadar best office through telephone number provided on your website and the street light outside our house on kushaldas parekh marg at five gardens has not been fixed.
                    The lamp post number is jjr/10/7.

                    This exposes our safety.

                      However the same amount has been added to the bill for the month of September 2018 too.

                      It is observed from the system details that the payment of Rs. 2060 is made on 17.09.2018 through PAYTM i.e. after due date of 12.09.2018.
                      In our system payment made on or before due date is reflected in next bill and the payment made after due date is reflected in the bill thereafter.
                      In view of above the payment will be reflected in the bill for the month of Oct 2018. However you may pay the current bill in view of the payment made after due date.

                        The bus conductor of bus route number 59 morning 9.40 am from veer kotwal udyan to kural bus depo. Bus number 1853 and mh 01 ap 0737. The school student boarded the bus from five garden stop and unfortunately he didnt had a pass receipt the conductor started using abusive language and when i tried to intervine between them he started abusing me. I'm the regural commuter on this stop. He doesnt even stop the bus on the right stop. Do take the necessary action.

                          Bus no 106 frequency is very less near 1-1.30pm at strand cinema bus stop and the bus that comes also is only till churchgate. Please incarease the frequency of the bus at this time and dont make the bus only till churchgate as then there is no bus then for half an hour. Increase the frequency and also dont make it only half route as it is very inconvenient for all passengers

                          Two electric poles are recently stalled on S.M.Road, Antop Hill on either side of Janak House housing coop society, but the lamps are still not fixed atop. Ad such the area remains dark in night. The road is full of ditches, hence pedestrians face great difficulty. Please fix the bulbs and illuminate the street at the earliest.

                                Very pathatic service and bad behavier of driver, cunductor, depot security and bus starter.

                                Tell me lie.

                                I call to the depot get lie answer.
                                Tell me one person bus coming in 4 to 5 minutes but no one bus came after 1 hour till.

                                I go to in depot got a reply bus not available, driver not available.

                                But i want to reply for fare.
                                Fare increase properly time to time but bus not why.

                                  Hi,

                                  I am not satisfied with this light bill cause I use to get bill of the Amount RS. 300/- previous and suddenly its coming Rs. 970/- since last two months. Please send me the details of your calculation how u calculate the bill.
                                  I am not happy the way i am getting this bill amount please check at your side.

                                    This is with regards to the bus numbers 83 and 84 which have pathetic timings especially in the morning
                                    I travel from santacruz to worli daily and depend on these buses
                                    The buses are always late and hence i am never able to reach on time
                                    I have complained in the past as well
                                    They work okay for a month or so and then they are back to their pathetic work ethics
                                    How can they even hike the bus fares if their service is so poor
                                    Please sort this out asap

                                      Myself ashneet singh.. I am leaving near 7 bungalows bus depot... Currently i am studying at smt. Mmk college (Bandra west).
                                      My college starts at 12.30 pm.. So for reaching college on time, i want to catch the bus @11.00 am.
                                      Everyday i reach 7 bungalows bus depot @11 am.. The bus to my collage are 355, 200, 255, 4, etc.. But i am not able to catch any of these bus.. These bus are never on time. They have very low frequency. Everyday i have to wait for almost 40-50 mins... And due to this waiting time i am not able to reach my college at time.. And i am not able to attend my lecture. Our exams are also starting soon.. So it will be a great issue for us..
                                      This problem is not only for me but for my friends too who are in same college.
                                      Hence i kindly request you to increase the frequency of these bus during peak timings. So that we students dont miss our lecture.

                                        I have given so many complaints on phone for reinstalling street light pole, which is removed by best men 6 months back, even after reminding plenty of time, only one answer i could get that is light pole is not in stock. We local people are facing lots of trouble because of darkness from late evening to early morning. I request you to execute the reinstalling work of light pole. I give the details of removed pole was bearing number cs 6. And i have attached the photos also.

                                        The above pole is removed by your best men 6 months back, till today it is not reinstall. Please make arrangements for reinstalling the same
