Purse has rupees 900, photo, keys, rings. Purse is golden in color. I took bus from motilal nagar number 2 bus stop at 10:15 am and got down at jay coach signal. Please help me i am poor

    I was on my way to hatiskar marg from seaface and after the prabhadevi koliwada bus depot, at the turning, i was waiting for the cars to move. The bus was coming from the opposite direction and came really close to the car. I kept honking but he didn’t stop and brushed through the back portion of the car. I parked the car slightly ahead and rushed behind the bus to talk to him. He refused to accept it. Everyone around witnessed it and asked me to go complain in the bus depot. Just managed to get the bus picture from the back the number of which is 2545/wr and plate no. Mh 01 la-5709. When i went there to complain, they checked the bus number and told me this bus doesn’t belong to their depot and asked me to go to the worli depot. I would like to lodge a complaint against the driver of this bus. Please do the needful and let me know.

      I was waiting for best bus to travel from andheri bus station (West) to ajit glass factory bus stop at jogeshwari (West). At about 10:57 pm, best bus route no.203 (Bearing no.3218 / p) jump the bus stop and or not halted at andheri station bus stop, near paneeri showroom at s. V. Road, andheri on[protected] whiling bus going to poisar depot. Such negligence in duties by best staff has resulted in best financial loss.

        The frequency between dadar to antophill is very worst, have to wait for 1 hour for the bus, dadar being the prime area where the station is situated really has very less frequency and when it comes its back to back, instance if 172 no. Bus comes, the other 172no. Comes behind it which is of no use or it comes after one hour. The time intervel between two bus should be atleast 15 min so that the wait time of the passenger will decrease.

        The 170 no. Bus between antophill and sion has been stopped for no reason, which has paved way for the taxi drivers to advantage by running share taxi by taking 8 passengers at a time charging rs.10 for each passenger that means he earns rs. 80 whereas the actual meter charges comes around rs.40-50. The frequency between this route is also very less. Please start 170 no. Bus

          One latif janmohamed khan is trying to usurp my property and we have lodged civil writ petition 9248 of 2019 against him.             Dear Sir

            Kindly note that we were travelling by bus number 422 towards Mulund on 15th April 2019. The bus reached at Marol Naka at around 6.10 p.m. Few passengers noticed that the bus driver was on call when the bus reached at Marol Naka bus stop and he continued speaking over phone till little ahead of Sakinaka signal while driving. He ignored the warnings given by the passengers. Many passengers told him that he is speaking on phone while driving at the cost of passengers' life. One lady requested the Bus Conductor to warn the driver. Instead of warning the driver, the bus conductor started enquiring whether the lady daily travels by this bus / at same time. The lady warned him for asking personal questions. The Bus Conductor told the lady to ignore it and said that he being a new conductor doesn't know about such rules and hence, he doesn't know that a driver cannot speak on mobile while driving...Its so strange to get such answer from him.

            Request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary actions against the driver and the conductor so that their mistakes won't cost others' lives.

              No buses available from ghatkopar station nor from l&tgate no.6 due to which we need to wait for 1 hour and the buses are not on time less frequency of filter pada buses (421) as due to this prblm we get late to work and traffice is also a havok. From ghatkopar station the buses are not that frequent for filter pada and frm l&t yesterday i have waited for 2 hours and then got the bus from l & t gate no.6 and today i waited for 1 hour and then i hot the bus from ghatkopar station

                To whomsoever,

                The conducter of bus no 231 today on 2nd april at 8.45 pm was shouting on an old women because she was not carring change money bus number- 429 MH - 01. AP- 0640.
                I would understand if there is 1 or 2 person in bus and the counducter dont have change. But the bus was full.
                These people dont have mananer at all she was litteraly shouting infront of the other peopl. This is one thing why the best serveces are worse. As they dont respect an old women.
                It's not going to harm the conducter if they talk properly.
                We are not their personal servants. Some conducters do so.

                  My consumer num is[protected]*5, i am not receiving my electricity bill since last 2 months., since 28/3/2019 i am continuous calling on[protected], had a talk to mr desai and ghagre sir, but still my problem is not solved. As per desai sir they told that bills are reaching n destination every month but when we checked with the person who is reciving the bills he told that he didnt received our bill.

                  Request to please look into the same and let me know the exact issue

                      Today morning i was traveling from green field bus stop to kanjur marg morning by 6 am. I got bus of number 459ltd mh 01 9846 from green field towards kanjur marg. I gave signal to bus driver to stop the bus but he stopped bus 100 m ahead from bus stop. Driver was driving so badly through out the journey. Please take this complain as warning and punish the respective driver. Even though i asked conductor to say something to driver and drive vehicle properly, he wasn't responded properly. Please take appropriate action on both driver and conductor.

                        This is regarding the frequency of the bus to mulund route. There are no bus services during the afternoon around 2.30 pm to 4. It gets very inconvenient to travel through the scorching heat and the traffic on the jvlr junction due to the metro work assignments. Requesting you to kindly look into this matter.

Saturday the bus is very late, some time the bus not their, when we question they always answer that the driver was not available and the morning they also dnt have a proper change go give sometimes i not got the change bck

                            Good evening respected sir/madam

                            Sir it has been years since this has been happening on the roads of sacred bengal, on the roads of a place where people have loved to share and prosper!! Sir nearly every bus that runs from howrah to sealdah or vice versa charges a fare for the luggage with the passenger on their own which i totally understand is not a problem but they do so with us without the issuance of any ticket as a whole... For eg-if i travel from howrah to sealdah with a luggage (I guess people should have understood that anyone is not visiting a station for fun) than the fare for one person is rs 9 including the luggage amount which sometimes becomes 30 or 50 (Depending on the discrertion of the experience of the conductors) and finally they would give us no ticket as a proof of our travel!!! Its not a big deal for us but i find this to be a fraud with the government who gets nothing out of this whole 30 rupees that a passenger has paid!! It gives me a feeling of immense shame to say this but people are cheating the system... Sir it would be convenient for us if a proper guideline could be laid for this (I. E-1 bag/approx 15 kg should amount to a currency fixed by the government itself) and bus conductors should also issue a ticket for the same!!! Sir this small change would make the travel facilities more acceptable to public on the streets of the bengal and would bring in more faith and trust of the people for the people we have as our leaders!!!

                              Overhead cables are running across our society. They originate from bombay market at tardeord near a. C. Market. These cables have come so low that they are obstructing movement of water tankers and large vehicles in our compound. They are very unsafe and may cause serious accident. We had complained last year and this year to the bmc and they have advised us to inform you. Request you to kindly remove this cable from overhead of our society.

                                Respected sir,
                                Today i am standing at dadar bus stop 63 from 8:48pm and now 9:39 pm writing this message, to check why such delay bus coming.

                                Similarly same in the morning, bus doesn't come on frequency time, this is only one bus 63 number connect to dadar, till that location stop is a enough.

                                Traveling time in bus is not more than 20mins with traffic and signal including but need to wait for this bus 63 40-50mins. Very great 👍.

                                We are living in a urban city, such cases heard in rural areas travelling.

                                  Whereas our normal / average consumption per month from 131 to 226 unit, suddenly for february consumption reading is shoot up as 31992 unit. Subsequently bill amount also shoot up from 3000 to 283412 which is unbeleivable. Hence please look into this as urgent basis and revised the bill for actual reading.

                                      In our tulshetpada bhandup west area only one mini bus that always late by 20 to 30 minutes and due to this school and college students and most office going people suffer. We raise so many request in last one year but till date same situation. We told them increase one bus towards nahur railways station that also rejected. Till date no improvement in bus frequency. That's late coming buses benefited to autorikshaw.

                                      If you have doubt send your officer for 5 days to inspection of mini bus 607 area without informing 607 drivers and you see that bus not on time in morning and evening time also.
                                      Till Date Best Service not improved same crowded bus in morning and evening so many reasons like traffic jam, bus is not there, already bus is leave from station people waiting at tulshetpada more than 30 to 40 minutes for bus. I suggest tulshetpada to Nahur bus they rejected but what about this one bus service?????
