    My consumer number is[protected]. I dont have pass word as my son used to make payments and he has shifted. Now i am trying to make payments and find it impd opted for to answer the security question so that i can get password and/or one which i would like to go for is [3] i should be able to replace new telephone number for the old registered number. I need a guidance who can help me? Ossible since i stay in usa. I do not know what sport he has opted as answer to security question, nor do i have the same telephone bearing the number he got telephone number registered.. With the result i have to take obligation of my relative asking her to make payment on my behalf. I need help :
    [1] to obtain password to operate make payment on line. And /or
    [2] i need to know what sport he has opted to a security question which will enable me to know the password. And/or
    [3] i should be able to replace new telephone number as registered phone in place of old one which no more exists. Or
    [4] any best authority who can be approached by a e mail as approaching on phone is difficult because of time difference of two countries.

      Bus number: 461 from borivali station time around 8pm, the driver is so pathetic, he is literally abusing everyone because they are using their phones. He is also using unnecessary language which he shouldn’t use being a service provider.

      Also the conductor is laughing because he is enjoying this.

        Address: Don bosco link road bus stop , Borivali, Mumbai City, Maharashtra

        The don bosco link road bus stop is totally occupied by poor people as expected the place is dirty unnecessarily we have to stand in the hot sun on the rains for upto 40 minutes!!! This is terrible!! And 30 minutes is the average waiting time!
        The poor people literally hang clothes sleep on it and the area surrounding the bus stop is as if it is their own home!!
        We can't even stand next to it... Forget sitting!

        So i request the concerned authorities to take quick action and resolve this problem.

        Hope to see the bus stop in good condition.

          Bus stop number 02005 which is a stop for busses numbered 3, 46, 60, 126
          Is obstructing the view of my office and I request for removal of the back board as I'm unable to attract attention and my shop is completely covered because of the bus stop. I've just started up with a business here and look forward to keeping the area clean and develop with it. Please request to have the bus stop board removed as soon as possible

            From last 2yrs i have seen the bus is not coming on time . mostly 1hr 3-4 buses have to come but we have to wait for more than 30min for a single bus to arrive . Due to this in evening too much of crowd is there . although they are not frequent on time . Since no one taking action against them .They r free to do their own without caring about people.
            It's request to take some action against them . Thank You

              Bus no.206..around 4:15 pm on Wednesday..the bus was empty and was stopped at busstop near Dena bank..I get in the bus.the bus Driver said me calmly that bus was not going till boriwali..it will be stopped at Kandiwali itself.. but the bus conductor was there was extremely rude..don't have any manners..so irresponsible type of person...As I was talking on the phone .he said me."idhr aa"matlb wht kind of language is this..is this a language u should talk to public..as u r providing service to public and we do pay money for the ticket..so how can u use such harsh language..y do u appoint these people who doesn't have any manners to talk..this would have Happen with many..but I can't be calm and I won't be patient at all..this service that u people provide is ur responsibility..n government is paying for u that..so bus conductor are not doing any kind of charity work..they r getting paid..so it's better appoint good people who doesn't uses harsh words..hope strict action would be taken..

                  186 bus route service is very very poori
                  Today i was standing at police training centre bus stop to go to andheri station but at around 7.50 pm
                  At about 8.39 pm i got the bus i.e. nearly 50 minutes there was no bus

                  Even from andheri to police camp same situation
                  Now a days 186 divided into two route filterpada and vicharale
                  For us filter pada bus required
                  But the service of 186 is not proper
                  For eg if if one viharlake bus schedule then at same time filter pada also basto ne schedule but next bus is 20 to 30 minutes i.e. passengers of filter pada already waited previously and plus this 20 to 30 minutes

                  More than that the public rushed to get in bus without line and lined people has to travel standing even though they are in que

                  Some drivers and co conductor not allowed the people to get in but this should be observed by every driver and conductor or their higher authority

                  Another point police training center bus stop is quite lonely specially at evening and night time
                  To wait for such along periods very risky for a alon lady

                  For apposite side also when we get down from bus the bike riders are not wait and they try to overtake bus from left and it is dangerous to specially sr citizens like us, as at night time headlights of bike are very heavily came on their face and for the moment we couldn't able to see anything or so.r ti.e there may be chances of accident.

                  You are requested kindly both stop of police training center shift little i.e.station to filter pada at little behind and filter pada to andheri station is little ahead to station direction.

                  Please improve this bus route service and increase the bus frequency.

                    The bus 507 is delayed every day by 1 hr.
                    This bus should be coming after 15-20 mins but it comes after a gap of 1 hr which is really tyring and disgusting.
                    I took bus from Vashi depot, i could see 507 going to nerul but that bus doesn't come back again for almost 1 hr. Instead bus 517 are more than regular, they come after every 15 mins back to back. This bus goes to santa Cruz via ghatkopar which takes almost 1 n half hour to reach kalina. Adding to it we reach late to our office which affects our work. One day we will be ask to leave my job.

                    Please look in to this.

                      Bus number 110 from pawar nagar to mulund station is the most irregular bus. This bus never comes on time. Most of the time bus is late by 1 hrs... Please take the strict action against 110 bus. The drivers are doing timepass on bus stop and all passengers getting frustrated against the same scenario. So my request to you, please take strict action against bus and find out the reason why it is taking that much of time.

                        There is a sudden change in the electricity bill amount as in march, 2019 the amount was 1, 330/-, in april its was 3, 020/- and now in may it has crossed the boundary which is 10, 140/- and there is no addition of new appliances no use of excessive electricity the same month as we were travelling.

                        Please look into the matter at the earliest as we are already fed up of complaining for the same matter since a long time now.

Every time best customer care says its an major issue but till now after electricity cut the labours come and resolve the query stating its an temporary issue. Since we are facing the same issue again n again i request please get this issue resolved permanently. Even i have dropped the email to best dept for same concern but i haven’t received thr response.                           Since last time i dropped an complaint and it was resolved a very next day and i really appreciate for the quick service. However today again there is a electricity cut for same address Building no.5&6, Century Colony, PB Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400030 and this is becoming more complicated i again request please get this issues resolved permanently.

                          When previously it was resolved that time the supervisor told us it will be keep repeating so dropped an complaint stating put a “Red Box” for two building separately otherwise it will keep going again n again due to high load. So i request please do the needful asap as we are facing a huge problem.

                            Vikhroli east bus stop before signal (Bus coming from godrej side and going towards jvlr) is not having proper bus stand, due to which old people are not any provision to seat while waiting for bus.
                            Now one motor vehicle garage opened beside stop. It's finding very uncomfortable for standing long time for waiting bus.in night time having low light.

                            Now days many vehicles coming opposite side which are going for godrej soap, which also risky if we stand little away from bus stand.

                            Earlier bus stop was after signal and it was very safe.

                            Kindly provide urgent attention.

                                Also see trend of receiving the bill increasing each month.

                                    I took the bus no 382 from shreyas cinema for chembur naka and the conductor charged 22rs whereas it should be 18rs when i checked the ticket it showed that he put the wrong bus stop and when questioned he said that there was no such stop. a humble request to take an action against the conductor

                                      I am Commander Jenish George and has shifted to new quarter/house D18 in NOFRA. The previous occupant had cleared the bills on his account[protected] and received clearance certificate. The same along with deposit amount was submitted by me on 14 May 19 and receipt Req/05157649 / 001 was issued to me. A new account number[protected] was issued to me. I was also told that the meter would be replaced. I went sailing on 14 May 19 and on return on 19 May 19, I found no electricity supply in my house. The BEST duty team and Military Engineering Service team checked and found that the meter has been removed. The BEST team indicated that the meter replacement is done by different department of BEST and hence they cannot do anything about it. Complaints to customer care and duty section of BEST also was of no use as they said nothing can be done on weekend. This kind of attitude towards customer speaks poorly of BEST. Removal of existing meter without replacing new meter is unheard practice and is only done to harass the customers.

                                        Route n0 57 starts from sewri (Prabhodhan thakre udyan) depot has no timing and completely depends upon the mood of tc's or the operational officer sitting there. When asked for the reason they have two reasons to answer. The first is no staff for that particular route and the second is no buses in hand.
                                        Does best digest all such talks and allowed their staff to have no discipline.
                                        Then why best should not be in loses. Why their turn over is not expanding as it need to be.
                                        Many people just make a move by going by share cabs which are just next to the wall of sewri depot.
                                        I suppose your staff themselves promote the share taxi's.
                                        What a shame and still you people go on strike for want of bonus.
                                        How will the institution survive if the govt servants are ignoring the root cause of their loses.
