Hi,
I have received a bill of 3920 on consumer no. [protected].
My usual bill does not exceed 400.
As I have basic things like 1 tubelught, 1 Television and a fan.
I do not understand how did I receive such a high bill.
Could you please look into this and resolve the issue.
Also could you please check the meter as well.

    Yesterday i uploaded quarterly pass amount for magic pass through ridlr app.
    I found out later that the app has charged me Rs.5970 for a quarterly magic non ac pass against Rs.4690 i pay at the bus depot.
    Why this difference.
    Pl refund me the extra amount taken from me.
    Because of rain issues i recharged online.
    This is daylight robbery.

      BEST buses 77 & 63 come every 10 to 15 minutes. Bus 37 does not come on time in the evening .We have only.Bus 37 bus from our hospital to go home. 37 comes after 30 mts but very often later.Because of delay of arrival of this bus we are unable to reach home in time. We are nurses working for 12 hours tired, hungry, longing to go home.Please increase the frequency of this bus. Thanx May JESUS bless u & your family.

        Apr-18 to Jun-18 elec. Bill for con. No:[protected]*7 is Rs.312300.00 to Rs 20300.00.
        I have been staying in this flat on rental for last 3 years and even in peak summer season my monthly bill has never gone beyondRs 6000.00. You may refer to the bill records for the same.
        In may 2018 the bill was Rs 31230.00 and now it is Rs 20300.00??? I would like to know on what basis is this bill calculated?
        I don’t think the usage has been so high that this amount is justified. If you see my bill history, you can take an average count and then check.
        I want an explanation as to why this inflated bill?

          It has been noticed that there is a sudden increase in the elctricity bill of consumer no.[protected] named uder the Kavita Somnath Prajapati, residing in Ajay Apartment, Byculla east.
          The electricty bills for the months of May and June 2018 have been very high even though the usage was the same as the previous couple of months and even lower at times.
          We request an immediate action to be taken for the same and an inspection of the bills at the earliest.

            Hello Sir,

            As per internet bus number 422 was scheduled to depart at 8.50 AM on Friday Morning 6th July. However the bus didn't showed up.

            I was waiting for bus at Moti Mahal bus stop (5-6 mins from Bandra Station) since 8.49 AM.

            Request you to please make sure customer/common people are made stranded for irregular bus timings

            Finally the bus came originating at 9.00 AM arrived at Moti Mahal at 9.06 AM.

            Request you to consider our concern.

              My name is Amit Kadam, Bill is under name of Mrs . Sujata Sitaram Kadam . I am residing at Wadala, Mumbai.
              My consumer number is : [protected]
              My electricity bill for the month of May and June 2018, is very very high i.e. Rs. 1032/- in May & 1025/-in June, compared to earlier bills. My average bill is Rs.500/- to 550/- per month. Even though the usage has not changed, no new appliances have been added in the house from last more than six months and still the bill is being generated for the higher amount since last two months.
              It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter at the earliest as there may be possibility of power theft in the matter or some other issue.

              Your early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

                This is a case of old meter C 085342 replaced under 'Mass replacement' by D183303 on 20/4/2018, but updated in the system on 30/5/2018, due to which the consumer was billed for zero units in May'18 and accumulated bill for 1379 units was billed in Jun'18 ( as per Final reading of old meter for 42 units & 1337 units as per new meter reading) for Rs.15300/-.

                We have now worked out the slab benefit of this case and NET Credit of Rs.2082.54 will be adjusted in the consumers bill after due Audit.

                    We are really facing problem since last few days as maintenance work of electrical department from best is hoing on in our compund. Electricity gets cutted of as work is carried out multiple times in a day.. But today after carrying out electrical work electricity resumed but only in half houses of our building.                         The street lights in the middle of waccha gandhi road is off since one whole week. This street is situated behind westside department store hughes road at gamdevi. Please see that the street light problem is solved as soon as possible because of security issues
                        This road is the third road further from gamdevi police station

                        Infact these lights in the middle of the road have always been giving us a problem

                          It"s quiet a dissapointment to understand that since last 1 + month we resident's of sleater road are been complaining to your office on[protected] about street light (SLR24/5) not functioning but nothing is been done till date execpt false promises from the persons who attend the calls.
                          Currtnetly since last 2 days all the lights in the lane & area has stoped functioning & being rainy season as our area has water logging issue how are the citizen/residents of the area are going to travell its quiet scary in the night time since without any lights its very dark and vision is poor.
                          We are requesting you to please look into the matter on and Urgent basis.

                            My name is shaukat hadwani residing at 13, floor-1, plot-44c, aga irani building, mirza galib marg, nagpada, mumbai central, mumbai-400008. My consumer number is[protected]*1
                            The electricity bill for the month of may 2018 is of the amount 25, 900 rupees to be paid after due date which is too much. We have not used so many units it is too much. You can check the earlier bills also in your records. The units consumed in may 2018 as per bill shows 2161 units. Please send someone to check the metre as it can be theft of electricity or incorrect metre reading. The due date of the bill is 15th june 2018.
                            I will not be paying the amount unless your executive does not check the metre personally. There is some mistake somewhere. Kindly send your officer or person concerned at the earliest.

                            I will not be paying the bill until the problem is not checked and solved. You need to send your officer to visit and check personally.

                              Monthly electric bills are sky high, always.

                              Last year, without written permission, some best officer came and changed old analog meter to digital meter, without any notice or intimation to end user. After that, they backdated and took double charges for power consumption based on a trend from previous years. Changing a meter without customer knowlege is breach of trust and sounds very suspicious!

                              I have fitted entire home with led lights, power saving cabling and all the works. Aircons with invertors (4star eerc) yet my monthly billing is very high.

                              Have given a written complaint after visiting local wadala office and the department head there but no response nor refund of all the extra money paid for nothing! They are indifferent to any such complaints.

                              I suspect a current leakage underground and before the new digital meter, which is giving highly inflated billing, monthly.

                              Will soon be contacting consumer lawyers and claiming the money and harassment over last 30 years of inflated billing!

                              With reference to above complaint of A/c-, meter no. Q960225 was replaced by new meter M164773 under mass replacement on 20.01.2017. As per the complaint of consumer new meter was Accu checked on 27.06.2018. % error observed was 2.63.i.e. within accuracy limit. The consumption of consumer is ok within limits of accuracy as per connected load.

                              However consumer is not satisfied hence consumer may be asked to approach CGRF by considering this mail as Annexure 'C'.

                              Many thanks your prompt response regarding 1 issue.

                              Am still awaiting the reponse for Additional Charges made in 2016 and 2017 before and AFTER changing the meter. Those Additional ( read DOUBLE charges) were made based on HISTORY o[censored]nits consumed ( as per your BEST Wadala Office representative) and not as per the UNITS clocked on the meter, physically itself. Kindly check all your previous YEARS records, as THAT is tantamount to cheating and not a justifiable expense, although payments were made. a WRITTEN complaint was given by self, to which am still awaiting your kind response.

                              2) Please see attached snapshot of CURRENT monthly bill. Electricity used and chargeable is Rs 3500 approx, whereas TOTAL BILL is Rs 6000 approx. WOW! Please explain WHEELING CHARGES and other TAXES which translates to 90% over and ABOVE the ACTUAL consumption.

                              Would like to know how many countries and Electric Service Providers, charge 90% of over and above the ACTUAL consumption made?

                              Wondering how many Consumers are affected by the above 90% margins and would it warrant a PIL Public Interest Litigation?

                              While you can see, Rs 3 arrears of yours are accounted for perfectly, why all these EXTRA duties and charges?

                              I await your response for Points 1 & 2 as above, before proceeding with Legal Counsel.

                              Dear BEST Undertaking,

                              Would kindly suggest you do your DUE DILIGENCE in back tracking my past records for last 2 to 3 years as there is DEFINITELY causa proxima for self to approach NCDRC for inflated bills NOT based on Meter Clock but on rather flimsy excuses of HISTORY which cannot be adjudicated as have changed ALL my Lighting to LED and ALL my power hungry appliances to invertor based technology.

                              Am a CAPTAIN and very concerned about unnecessary waste of precious energy and god given resources. I take Environmental Pollution n Factors VERY seriously.

                              I shall await another 30 days for a satisfactory closure from you prior approaching the Courts, where am 101% sure you will LOSE the case, IF you can find my written compaint given to your WADALA Ward Officer. Everything has been documented and am ready to launch a strong case against BEST, should this be a re occurence issue.

                              Am Awaiting your response for the above, failing which I really MUST take legal action for falsification of your accounts and records.

                              Please see attached snapshot of my payments till date.

                              10th Nov 2017 Rs 12, 730 charged as DOUBLE, not yet adjusted in ensuing bills.

                              July 2018 shows 3 payments, 2 in cash which is FALSE and ridiculous!

                              Once again, am kindly requesting you, with all DUE RESPECT to check your accounting /arrears correctly, else will need to seek legal recourse through the Consumer Courts for false billing and sometimes inflated billing. Will back date the same with a Forensic Auditor and produce their findings in Court.

                              Please DO NOT take my email lightly.

                                  This is the second time the meter has changed and the bill has been increasing day by day. Although i am reducing the usage of all appliances, the bill still keeps increasing.
                                  Please immediately stop this fraud billing and replace my meter immediately with a proper correct meter that bills me for the right usage.
                                  This is harrassment on the part of best.
                                  I am a single person living in this house, using one ac only and the bill is never more than[protected] rs since the past 30 years.
                                  Since april you see how it has increased.
                                  I am ready to take the matter to court as i am being incorrectly billed.
                                  Never before has this household billed 950kwh o[censored]sage in onec single month.
                                  This is fraud billing as usual and as expected by best a faulty meter.
                                  Please revise the last 3 months bills. I refuse to pay the june bill of 10, 000 rs till i have received satisfactory response and correction of my last 3 months bills.

                                    We are getting High amount of electricity bill we have complain so many times but same issue we have changed out Meter also many times but service is very poor highly disappointed for April month we got 4750 RS how will we pay you charging so High
                                    I need check up as false bills are generated we are unable to pay such high amount
                                    Even last month we were out of town but we got high bill amount please look at our issue as it's high time we are tired of visiting office and no problem is solved no proper response are got
                                    We have filed so many times written complain also but as usual

                                      Bus no.61. Timinig 10.00 am date 15/06/2018. The bus conductor have no manners to talk with passengers. He have change money but he not ready to me the change. They expecting from us to give them change. I don’t have the change because i withdrawn from atm rs 100. He directly told me that if you don’t have change then you no need to travel. Very cheap treatment they giving to the passengers. Please take it seriously to this incidents. Because in morning people have to go in time on their work and for this silly thing they can’t reach in time.

                                        We are resident at Sankli street Badlupura my Consumer number is [protected].

                                        The electricity continuously having problem since last 3 days.
                                        Electricity going 5 hours 7 hours and today is the too much from morning 10 o'clock evening 7 o'clock stil don't know what is the problem is going on and we call on customer care but the phone is continuously busy I think they have dis place the receiver from landline phone.

                                        Electric supply at Badupura, Sankli Street was affected due to transformer tripping of Water Street DSS on 10-6-18 & 11-6-18. Electric supply to affected services was primarily restored by giving temp. supply.
                                        Permanent Fault is also repaired on 21-6-18.
