We had paid rs.2000/- as advance payment to clear the following months payment in the month of april. The bill for april was only rs.610/-.in the month of may the bill was 460/- in june rs.810/-and july rs.805/-. However, the bill continued to reflect and addition amount of rs.2080/- as arrears. I have paid the total amount of rs.2080/- in the month of august. Can you rectify the bill amount for the advance paid by us in april, 2018, so that the amount can be adjusted in the next bill for sept/oct 2018 with immediate effect. Appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
Also note that this bill belongs to a senior citizen so your timely assistance will be highly welcomed.

    Hi am trying to pay my electricity bill from 9th august onwards via airtel app. But the payment is not gone through yet. The bill no is [protected]. It's in name of navina harishchandra shetty and bill amount is 820. Airtel customer care is telling it's problem from merchant end.. My due date was 27th and its already overdue. I don't wknow what's the issue, as i don't want to pay any extra amount next month
    Kindly let me know the status of payment.

      The electricity bill produced for consumer no.[protected] for the month on august 2018
      Is highly inflated as the room has been locked for past two months.

      I've been sent a bill of rs. 850 and mains of the room have also been switched off since two months.

      How could such a bill be generated with no usage of electricity.

      I've tried reaching best helpline but it doesnt connect.

      Please help me resolve this issue at the earliest.

      Dear Sir,

      In context to the consumer complaint having A/c No.[protected] regarding inflated bill of Rs. 850/- for august'2018 as their room has been locked for past two months, it is to state as follows:

      The unit consumed in the month for July' 2018 (i.e period from 06/06/2018 to 05/07/2018) is 148 units amounting to approx Rs 766/-

      The unit consumed in the month for August' 2018 (i.e period from 05/07/2018 to 03/07/2018) is 01 units amounting to approx Rs 76/-

      From the above consumption pattern it is clear that the consumer has been nominal charged for Fixed charges, Energy charges and Delay payment Charges in the bill month of August 2018.

      Regarding inflated bill of august 2018 of Rs. 850/-, it is to state that consumer had not made payment for previous bill i.e for July 2018 amounting to Rs 766/-. Thus in august 2018 bill, the accumulated bill of Rs. 840/- is reflected.

        My daughter miss siddhi raorane had applied for bus pass on 16-07-18 from dindoshi bus depot vide receipt no [protected] for rs. 1110/- but till date haven't received bus pass yet in-fact it is not ready. She had visited twice to depot for the same. Sir, it is highly ridiculous to say that, this much time they need to issue pass.

          But not getting happy.
          Becouse some buses are window not proper and some buses celling not proper.
          So today i open a window for air but not opened after force opened window then not close window at rainning time. So wet my uniform.

            I am waiting on garden court circle hiranandani for more than an hour now.. There is no bus one bus was scheduled at 12 pm and another at 12:26 pm and it's 12:44 when i am submitting the complaint. This complaint is against mumbai best bus services (Govt run). School children who can't afford school bus fees were waiting here and went back. Similarly i am waiting to reach office on time. I am an hour late now. And so are others

              Am Awaiting your response for the above, failing which I really MUST take legal action for falsification of your accounts and records.

              Please see attached snapshot of my payments till date.

              10th Nov 2017 Rs 12, 730 charged as DOUBLE, not yet adjusted in ensuing bills.

              July 2018 shows 3 payments, 2 in cash which is FALSE and ridiculous!

              Once again, am kindly requesting you, with all DUE RESPECT to check your accounting /arrears correctly, else will need to seek legal recourse through the Consumer Courts for false billing and sometimes inflated billing. Will back date the same with a Forensic Auditor and produce their findings in Court.

              Please DO NOT take my email lightly.

              Previous complaint/ issue you have marked as RESOLVED, which is NOT resolved YET.

              Will keep raising complaints as you have NOT RESOLVED my issues!

              False Billing with INFLATED amounts, sometimes charged DOUBLE. PLEASE BACKTRACK to last 5 years and CHECK your accounts.
              Attached is LATEST SNAPSHOT of your billings, 3 transactions in July 2018, 2 paid in CASH and 1 by Online Billdesk! COmpletely RUBBISH!

                I want to put forward my grievance against the bus no 382 which arrives late everyday by 45 mins to 1 hour between time slot of 1:45 to 2:30pm.
                I board the bus from punjabwadi or anushaktinagar stop.
                I get late to office everyday.145 bus arrives at 230, 2:00 bus arrives at 3pm.
                When asked i get to hear driver shortage or shortage of bus at the depot, while i don't see these problems with other buses which arrives at the bus stop within a frequency of 15-20 mins.
                I truly hope this will be taken into consideration soon

                  Sir we at bibjan street mumbai having a street light pole right at our entrance which has been hitting people head and since the electricity underground has been in problem they have given a overhead connection and tyhe connection box on the pole donot have any cover the wire are fixed in such a way that it might be an accident zone if it touch the body of the pole kindly do the need ful

                    My relative who is handicapped got injured due to driver's rash driving may be he was applying emergency brakes and my relative was sitting in the second front handicap seat on the outer side, in that no rod or any other kind of protection was not there and she fallen down and got badly injured because of sudden brakes.
                    It happened between "pai nagar" and "ram mandir" bus stop inside the bus of number "207" occurred around in evening at 7:15pm
                    And its registered number is "mh o1 l 9952"
                    Please do the needful help please and add seat blelts or handle on handicapped and for ladies seat especially in front or any other kind of protection.

                      I boarded a bus mh01 5285 from cadbury junction thane to sion circle. While getting in the bus i patiently waited in the queue and got inside last. The bus driver and conductor however started shouting and harassing me, telling me to get down. With no fault of mine. Such treatment is encountered very often. They have no respect or the right attitude to talk to passengers. The bus was also 30mins late than usual time.

                        On 23/07/18 my prepaid best card was debited & due to shown invalid balance on debiting machine the conductor no 112113 on route no 224 collected cash too!
                        Such incidents have occured in last too werein i end up paying twice for the same journey / transaction!!
                        Why should i bear consequences for best system / staff mistakes, if not attended too - i should move back to cash only medium for payments!!!

                          We are working at bkc g block and we're not getting any bus at this side from kurla bus station. On the other side, there are many buses coming from bandra station but no any buses from kurla station. I think there is need of one bus route at this block from kurla station at least. Many people are used to walk from kurla station for half n hour to 45 min due to no single bus from kurla but there are many buses from kurla station which are going from main road of bkc. Even i heard that, there was one bus route no 183 which was coming at this area but right now it's not in service here. Please help to restart the route no 183 bus again from mca club to kurla or you can choose your stops as per convenient but you should add chartered institute, mca club n dheeru hai ambani school.

                            In 3rd victoria cross lane, sant savta marg byculla, there are loose wires taken from the junction box of victoria terrace compound which are connecting to other consumers of the street. These wires are hanging overhead, passing through a metallic gate, connected with other wires only by insulation tapes. This is just a huge accident waiting to happen. There is a school in the lane and a hospital as well and with these loose wires overhead there are lots of lives being put to risk. Please look at the photographs attached and take action immediately.

                              I provided the form for new bus pass and was asked to come on 17 July 2018 but they said it hasn't arrived so they told me to come after week but still they said so.                                 This SHRIDHAR M V i stay in filter pada powai. I was waiting for bus no.320 by 11 o clock since there is no ticket vending machines in your best busses i have to pay ticket amount of 22 rs to travel filter pada to kurla depot...bus no[protected] i am travling to diamond market from filter pada. So i asked them for ticket 60rs. They said we dont have machines and non of our busses are having machines so go and catch other bus, he was doing time pass on that last bus stop 25 min. What is going with u best peoples. Better if it goes privatised.. you peoples do not take action on time, so now i have find busses where there is machine to get 60rs ticket, why dont you provide machines to them, atleast provide punching tickets of 60 rs and 90 rs if you cant provide ticket vending machines... We want results

                                  I am travelling from chembur railway station to chembur camp in 364 route bus no 5464 around 7.30 pm date[protected] I showed my bus pass to the conductor but he din’t had the machine so he ask me to take a ticket or you may go out of the bus and after some time at golf club (chembur) stop he taken my bus pass and saying that I will not give your card until you get out from the bus otherwise take a ticket and rang the bell to stop the bus ans scolding me that get out of the bus other wise i will take you to the police and i asked him what is your cheq no? he argued with me and saying that i don't have such no he din't wear the ch no batch and even a conductor licence batch

                                    Please relocate bust stops as the whole area in front of the two stops going towards Juhu/andheri have 8-10 inches of water collected even after the rains have stopped. People are scared of getting infections such as leptospirosis, etc. Children, old, disabled are not able to jump 2-3 feet to board the buses as drivers stop buses in the middle of road and away from bus stops.

                                      This has reference to the complaint about A/c. No.[protected], Mtr. NO. F973211 was replaced on 19.4.2018 by Vigilance department. However it was updated in the month of July 2018. After replacement since the meter was not updated in the system has charged estimated 245 units. In the month of June 2018 NIL units were charged. Hence after updation consumer was billed for 1348 accumulated units.

                                      New meter no. D183123 was also tested on 10.08.2018. During testing meter found OK. As per consumer, Consumer had purchased new Air Condition in the month of April 2018, hence the consumption has increased. Mrs. Devika Bajpe was present at site during testing . She has been explained in detail .

                                        Last month I was registered for pay bill by netbanking online. But accidentally my mother paid the bill of Rs. 2111 in the electricity office. and same bill amount deducted from my account today. In short, I have paid my this month bill twice.
                                        Can I get the refund or it will adjust in next bill amount.

                                        Please confirm me what is refund process.
