advance amount paid but not deducted in the bill for the following months.

We had paid rs.2000/- as advance payment to clear the following months payment in the month of april. The bill for april was only rs.610/-.in the month of may the bill was 460/- in june rs.810/-and july rs.805/-. However, the bill continued to reflect and addition amount of rs.2080/- as arrears. electricity bill payment not going through

Hi am trying to pay my electricity bill from 9th august onwards via airtel app. But the payment is not gone through yet. The bill no is [protected]. It's in name of navina harishchandra shetty and bill amount is 820. Airtel customer care is telling it's problem from merchant end.. My due date was 27th and its already overdue. I don't wknow what's the issue, as i don't want to pay any extra amount next month

erroneous electricity bill

The electricity bill produced for consumer no.[protected] for the month on august 2018
Is highly inflated as the room has been locked for past two months.

I've been sent a bill of rs. 850 and mains of the room have also been switched off since two months.

How could such a bill be generated with no usage of electricity.

bus pass for student

Dear sir,

My daughter miss siddhi raorane had applied for bus pass on 16-07-18 from dindoshi bus depot vide receipt no [protected] for rs. 1110/- but till date haven't received bus pass yet in-fact it is not ready. She had visited twice to depot for the same. Sir, it is highly ridiculous to say that, this much time they need to issue pass.

window issue.

I am waiting on garden court circle hiranandani for more than an hour now.. There is no bus one bus was scheduled at 12 pm and another at 12:26 pm and it's 12:44 when i am submitting the complaint. This complaint is against mumbai best bus services (Govt run). School children who can't afford school bus fees were waiting here and went back. Similarly i am waiting to reach office on time. I am an hour late now. And so are others...

false erroneous electricity bill

Am Awaiting your response for the above, failing which I really MUST take legal action for falsification of your accounts and records.

Please see attached snapshot of my payments till date.

10th Nov 2017 Rs 12, 730 charged as DOUBLE, not yet adjusted in ensuing bills.

July 2018 shows 3 payments, 2 in cash which is FALSE and ridiculous!

382 bus late always and less frequency

I want to put forward my grievance against the bus no 382 which arrives late everyday by 45 mins to 1 hour between time slot of 1:45 to 2:30pm.
I board the bus from punjabwadi or anushaktinagar stop.
I get late to office everyday.145 bus arrives at 230, 2:00 bus arrives at 3pm.
When asked i get to hear driver shortage or shortage of bus at the depot, while i don't see these problems with other buses which arrives at the...

street light right front on my shop entrance

handicapped person got injured due to driver

My relative who is handicapped got injured due to driver's rash driving may be he was applying emergency brakes and my relative was sitting in the second front handicap seat on the outer side, in that no rod or any other kind of protection was not there and she fallen down and got badly injured because of sudden brakes.
It happened between "pai nagar" and "ram mandir" bus stop inside the bus of number "207" occurred around in evening...

harassment by bus driver and conductor

I boarded a bus mh01 5285 from cadbury junction thane to sion circle. While getting in the bus i patiently waited in the queue and got inside last. The bus driver and conductor however started shouting and harassing me, telling me to get down. With no fault of mine. Such treatment is encountered very often. They have no respect or the right attitude to talk to passengers. The bus was also 30mins late than usual time....

prepaid card debit

On 23/07/18 my prepaid best card was debited & due to shown invalid balance on debiting machine the conductor no 112113 on route no 224 collected cash too!
Such incidents have occured in last too werein i end up paying twice for the same journey / transaction!!
Why should i bear consequences for best system / staff mistakes, if not attended too - i should move back to cash only medium for payments!!!...

We are working at bkc g block and we're not getting any bus at this side from kurla bus station. On the other side, there are many buses coming from bandra station but no any buses from kurla station. I think there is need of one bus route at this block from kurla station at least. Many people are used to walk from kurla station for half n hour to 45 min due to no single bus from kurla but there are many buses from kurla station...

loose wires from the best junction box could lead to big accident

In 3rd victoria cross lane, sant savta marg byculla, there are loose wires taken from the junction box of victoria terrace compound which are connecting to other consumers of the street. These wires are hanging overhead, passing through a metallic gate, connected with other wires only by insulation tapes. This is just a huge accident waiting to happen. There is a school in the lane and a hospital as well and with these loose wires overhead...

I provided the form for new bus pass and was asked to come on 17 July 2018 but they said it hasn't arrived so they told me to come after week but still they said so. flooded bus stops machlimar near versova

Please relocate bust stops as the whole area in front of the two stops going towards Juhu/andheri have 8-10 inches of water collected even after the rains have stopped. People are scared of getting infections such as leptospirosis, etc. Children, old, disabled are not able to jump 2-3 feet to board the buses as drivers stop buses in the middle of road and away from bus stops....

I have paid my bill twice

Last month I was registered for pay bill by netbanking online. But accidentally my mother paid the bill of Rs. 2111 in the electricity office. and same bill amount deducted from my account today. In short, I have paid my this month bill twice.
