05 April, Evening time she returns from office (Andheri)dd to home (Bail Bazar) – (Time 4:45 Pm To 5:15Pm In Andheri Side ) that Time in bus stop she allows to catch bus from front door but that time bus driver & Bus Conductor not good behavior with my sister . They Followed wrong question like this bus is private not goverments & 60% Handicap Allowed from front door ,after some they cross area in SAIKINAKA bus stop, there 1 leady she normal it means she not handicap but driver allowed to catch bus front door ........this is not good .Rules Are everyone it should be same .........plz Followed

    Everyday I travel by BEST bus no. 384 from Chirag Nagar to Domestic Airport.
    Sometimes the bus drivers dont stop at bus stop & speed away. Today as on 30th March i was standing at the bus stop, after waiting for 45 minutes the bus arrived at 9:20 p.m. but instead of stopping at the bus stop the driver increased the speed of the bus and zoomed off without stopping at the designated bus stop inspite of me running behind desperately to catch the bus. Not letting down the matter as i was getting late for my work i took an auto rikshaw and followed the bus, managed to catch the same bus at the signal. On boarding the bus when i questioned the bus conductor why he didnt stop the bus at Chirag Nagar bus stop he said me to question the bus driver. When i did so the driver started abusing me. When i asked him to speak decently he started abusing me more and said that it is his wish whenever i'll feel i'll stop the bus at the bus stop or i'll sped away do what you want to do. Then when i asked to show his batch no. but he removed his batch & kept it in the pocket, but i managed to note down the conductors batch no.- 55495.

      A 460 limited bus plying from Mulund Depot to Gorai Depot on 30 March 2010 is at the Bhandup station bus stop at 8.20 AM and reaches the signal on Western Express Highway near Dindoshi at 10.20 AM. No traffic or obstruction on that side of the lane when inside Aarey colony.Bus (MH-01 L-8005) keeps moving at unreasonably slow pace for unknown reason.Picks up speed only when irate commuters protest , only to be halted two hundred meters away before reaching the Dindoshi bus depot.The men on duty proclaim the bus to be 'on verge of breakdown' and ask all passengers to alight.

      I request authorities to confirm if there is indeed a technical issue with that bus as on 30 March 2010.If not, please justify how a vehicle could take two full hours to go from Bhandup to Dindoshi with moderate traffic at that time on the route till Aarey colony and a freeway till Checknaka.

        I travel daily from Mulund Check Naka stop to MIDC Andheri stop via AS 422. Today morning at 11.30 a.m i bought a ticket to my destination, the conductor No. 4135 gave me the change for Rs. 100 but didnot issue me the ticket. When i insisted for the ticket he told me he has already issued a ticket which he didnot. I cross checked my pocket and confirmed that he hasn't given a ticket. At this he behaved very rudely and left without issuing me a ticket. This is very embarissing experience, on one hand we are requsted to use public transport to minimize traffic congestion on the other we are humilated. Kindly take stern action on the conductor for not issuing the ticket and talking rudely to customer. Your earlier action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

          I am staying at Jogehswari east and working at JB Nagar Chakala. To travel to my workplace I have to take buses routed thru Mahakali road. But unfortunately there are only two buses (226 & 410) are there. Of which 226 is always crowded, specially we ladies can not board in the bus from chakala stop in the evening and another 410's frequency is so poor that there is only one bus after one and half hour. In the evening we have no option but to wait on the stop for more than one hour.

          Also they have cancel the bus route of 418, which was going thru Mahakali, so if we want go via thru Nelco, only one Bus is there 333, there is also same frequency problem.

          Do BEST can understand inconvenience and problem which general public are facing..

          Thanks to BEST to provide more Bus route 473, 373 to Bandra and Mulund

          kindly extend 363 route upto Plaza Dadar west or Kabutar khana to facilitate the people to get buses from dadar etc., for railway long route pasengers to reach the remote area

          One new route is requested for major public towards Vashi, Koperkhairane, Airoli route as such Releance infotech, and other MIDC Navi Mumbai working people it is useful . Secondly the Bharat Petroleum refirenary thousands of workers and officers coming in cars useful who are staying in Panvel, Vashi, Airoli, Koper Khairna is benefiting the BEST, Kindly put trail to observe the load of traffic if required.

          Also we would request you to start AC buses from Mahul Goan to Kurla Station since the rush of public is more always.

          At bus stops the drivers should take side, allow other vehicles trafic and pickup public and then go

          Worst BEST service Route No 288
          Lokhandwala township has Bus route no 288 which has frequency of 30 to 45 minutes for one bus in the Evenings. Passenger wait for 45 minutes of get in bus. have wait least for 2 bus since the queue is longest from kandivili ...You can measure from Bus station kandivili east to Big Bazzar ...The length of the queue.

          Whereas route 300 has service every 5 Minutes what is the difference .

          When will be BEST provide frequency of 5 minutes to Lokandwala. Pls divert Route No 289 from Vasa Hosiptal to Sai garden/Lokhandwala circle, Anita Nagar, Neighour hood, anita vihar, Green Meadows, Back to Lokhandwala circle to station which will provide relief to Lokhandwala and Kranti Nagar.

          Traffic Controller please get your Green JEEP and check for One month.
          I totally agree with Mansi, the frequency from Poonam Nagar will Chakala is very poor and the bus conductors also are rude. The Auto rickshaw wala's also show so much attitude and total dadagiri, they are never ready to go to Chakala.

            The drivers of BEST Route No.333 from New Quarters to Mahakali Caves Road in Andheri East, Mumbai 400093, are probably the rudest and most ill-behaved drivers in BEST. They refuse to halt the bus in case anyone, including women and school-going children, boards it by mistake. Boarding Route No.333 in the wrong direction has become common because the road outside Andheri station is blocked to vehicular traffic, owing to civic works, and there is utter confusion. BEST headquarters must crack down on these insolent drivers who bully women and children the most.

              After a tiresome day at my engineering college, @5.20pm i stood at the andheri (e) station bus stop for bus no 445,496 .but the buses were not there till 6.05pm.
              about 45-50 minutes i was waiting for these buses with a heavy bag on my tired shoulders.But frequency of 415 bus was so good that it came almost every minute.This story repeats itself almost every day
              the BEST BUS SERVICE must look into this matter and shud increase the frequency of bus 445,496

                RESPECTED SIR,

                I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE THAT THE BUS SERVICE FROM MALAD(W) STN. TO MARVE BEACH I.E. BUS ROUTE 272 IS GETTING PATHETIC. DURING THE PEAK HOURS COMMUTERS HAVE TO FACE A LOT OF PROBLEM. EARLIER IT WAS OCCASIONALLY HAPPENING BUT NOW IT SEEMS TO BE A PERPETUAL PROBLEM. THERE IS NO SIGN OF BUSES SOMETIMES FOR MORE THAN 20 TO 25 MNTS. MAKING IT STILL WORST YOU'II FIND 2 OR 3 BUSES COMING IN TOGETHER RESULTING IN BREAKING OF THE QUEUE AND SO ON.
                THE BUSES ARE TAKEN ON A SHORT TRIP UPTO MALWANI NO.1, WHEREBY THERE ARE ALREADY SO MANY 273 BUSES PLYING AFTER 5 TO 10 MNTS.
                INSTEAD OF THESE MALWANI NO.1 BUSES WHY NOT HAVE BUSES GOING UPTO MALWANI CHURCH THAT WOULD DEFINITELY LESSEN THE CROWD TOO.
                HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE PAIN OF THE DAILY TRAVELLING COMMUTERS AND INCREASE THE FREQUENCY OF THIS BUS ROUTE 272.

                BEST Undertaking - Mumbai — SKIPPING OF BUS STOP BY BUS DRIVER

                08/05/2010.

                Respected Sir,

                I am a Cenral Govt. Employee & am working for Central Railway. I am staying at Vasinaka, Chembur (East). Daily I travel by BEST Bus to reach my office.
                Today morning I got in Bus No.351 from Shanker Deval Bus Stop at 07:00 am.
                On my journey till Maheshwari Udyan I was surprised to note that the Bus Driver Skipped the Bus Stops at Golf Club though the Bus was empty. The Passengers who were egarly waiting for this Bus started giving Bad Words since the Bus never halted to pick them up. Same thing was repated on other Stops.

                The Badge No. of the Driver is 977 with a Gandhi Topi. Bus No.[protected].
                Sir, I am proud to say that the Service of BEST is one the BEST in our country.
                But I am also sorry to say tha due to such Characters who are very few in number, the name of the company gets spoiled.

                Hence I request you to please look into the matter and initiate action against this Bus Driver as per his Service Rules & Regulations.

                Arrogant behaviour of Bus driver Bus no. 6701 from Mulund can not be tolerable.
                On 14th March 2011 my family was travelling in the auto hit by above bus around 1:00 PM near Sai Radha Complex at Bhandup(W). After the accident both conductor and driver started beating up the auto driver without his fault. Please take action on the culprit.

                Hope this complaint is worth registering and both driver and conductors will be punished.
                272 BUSES ARE VERY VERY IRREGULAR, IRREGULAR. THERE IS NO SYSTEM AT ALL. NO MATTER HOW MUCH THE QUEUE IS BUT BUS NO.272 WILL NEVER COMES IN TIME.

                VERY OFTEN THEY GIVE EXCUSES OF TRAFFIC, ARE NOT MAHADA BUSES, JANKALYAN BUSES GOES FROM THE SAME ROUTE.

                REQUESTING THE BEST TO TAKE THIS MATTER INTO CONSIDERATION.

                i do agree with the above statement of irregular bus service of 272 from malad station to marve beach especially at office hour time. though i work in churcgate after returning home i want to buy something from the malad station but because of the big queue thinking i may miss the bus i don't buy anything. even on sunday one can't think of going at station in the evening time as the buses are crowded from marve beach itself because many people board at marve beach because of the picnic spot.

                why don't the BEST taking this matter seriously.
                i too face lots of problem because of the irregular service of 272 bus from malad station west. standing in a queue for several hours had cause me spinal cord problem. one can't affor rickshaw on daily basis.

                  ATTENTION AJS INVESTORS:-
                  I want to bring to your notice about the planning the planning that AJS management (Fraudsters) has done. They are planning to run away and already under process to sell their properties. They are intentionally extending time period for refunds and providing false information about projects by making you fool. Their plan is to wind up everything in next 5-6 months.

                  Earlier tactics adopted was:
                  All those applied for refunds earlier are told to sign their legal agreement and they will deduct 10%-20% from TOTAL COST of flat/plot booked(which people not aware) and put the blame on investors for withdrawing from their project and eventually ended up getting nothing.
                  Now they are fooling people that they will start the process of refund in june by the time they are close to their plan.

                  I advise to all to get together as a group and put these fraudsters behind bars by approaching police and take stay order from court on their properties before they run otherwise forget about your money.

                  The information is 100% correct and is provided by close associate internally involved in the management of AJS builders.

                    Sir,
                    I have just commuted by bus route no. 411 bearing its RTO PLATE NO.MH/01 H 9263 from Wadala Vittal MANDIR stop to Maheshwari Udyan at 7.00 p m. I have asked for ticket, but the conductor punched the ticket for Rs.4.00, where as the fare for this distance is only Rs 3.00. When I asked for the clarification the conductor replied in attacking mood. My ticket no. is[protected], secondly it is punched outside the margin of the ticket between stage n. 1 and 2. Where as I have boarded the bus at stage no. 2.
                    Instead of justifying the fare or his error he started arguing with me in attacking mood by instigating me to counter- argue. Since the bus was just came out of Wadala Depot one of BEST staff was sitting in the bus in civil dress and started shouting at me. I am regular commeter from that place I know the fare is Rs3.00. If it is a Limited bus route the fare is Rs.4.00.
                    The question here is not I lose one rupee, but the BEST staff erring and misconducting with help of their staff. If the person is some SAHEB does his authority govern me as consumer? when I am not at all at fault.
                    Hence I request the concrned authority to take cognigence of their staff be trained to behave to maintain the image o[censored]NDERTAKING.

                    Even i faced one problem when i was travelling to bhayander, i was with my family and we went to one of my friends place during weekend we were on Navghar road bus stop near railway station we were standin on last stop of bus stop where all the buses comes and arrives there was a bus heading a way to Magathane ( borivali) i asked the bus driver is this bus going to Borivali he informed that the bus is going to come but the bus was standing there, i went to the conductor and asked the same thing he told bus will come for borivali and i was carring my child in my hand he is 3 years old and waiting at the stop i was watching driver and conductor came and they get into the bus, some passangers also went into that bus so i ran carring my child in my hand the bus was moving and i managed to get into the bus any how and i asked the conductor when i asked you why you didnt tell me, why you are providing the false information you need to understand i was with my family they cannot get into the moving bus right he told what you want to do ( do what you want ) his Batch number is 41452 and the bus number is MH-01 LA 6218 if there are laws in india please suggest me what to do abouth this kind of people who are not helping customers they dont want people to get into the bus .
                    I am sure almost 80% BEST Commuters would be looking for a portal / contact number or any other media to get in touch with a superior person, to voice their experiences w.r.t the behavious of the BEST drivers and conductors. Not all of them, but a few staff members dominate the normally well-behaved once and spoil the overall impression of the BEST organisation. This has to change.
                    The newly launced AC buses all across Mumbai and Thane is the changing face of BEST. As far as my knowledge goes, in spite of overcrowding, BEST transport has to undergo heavy losses in any given financial year. I have not gone through the statistics. But I wold like to mention that we all mumbaikers / Thaneites appreciate the service BEST has been offering. It has definitely helped increase the numbe of cummuters who prefer public transport and if the service continues, I am sure it can help us overcome the cngestion issue in Mumbai to some extent - we understand that unless Mumbai has an improved and robust infrastructure, the BEST service is definitely the "ray of hope".

                    To add, I have experienced a short tempered driver who drives the AS-5 from BKC to Cadbury junction at 6:10 PM. This guy has been noticed arguing with almost every commuter. He has problems if people stand, he has problems if there is a request to increasr the AC temperature as the ACs in these buses is ice-chilling. HE keeps his window half open, which also may put some extra load on the AC, hampering the performance of the buses.

                    I understand that the AC buses are not expected to open the door on the signals. But on request if a lady /gentleman commuter wants to get down, to avoid unneccessary crossing of the road, he/she CAN be allowed to do so. If its the decision of the driver, he needs to be polite and not use a language with " do you want to die? die after getting down on the bus stop" and so on. He has problems with almost everything in the world.

                    I would sincerely request you to train the drivers and conductors as they are also the deciding factor for commuters wether to hire a bus or not!!!

                    This is with regards to the Bus 489, today there was no bus in the morning from 7:00am, bus arrived at 7:15, but did not not halt at kandivali mahindra stop, Called the depot got a response, go to magathane depot and launch a complain .

                    Everyday there is problem of this bus . we complain but no use no seriousness of the complain . CHAL THAT HAI . There are no buses in the evening after 5:30PM TO 6:30PM, IF WE CALL THE DEPOT AT SHIVAJI Nagar they say Bus driver are not yet come OR BUS BUSES ARE STRUCK IN TRAFFIC .If the buses are on time, buses failed at Aery even the cops laughs saying this is everyday issue . What a fun of 489, but still the management do not care .

                    I would like to draw your attention to route no.296 starting from Shanti ashram in the morning, you will agree that this time is very important for school going children who has to carry 5-6 kgs of weight by their bags.My contention is perticularly for the bus starting at 6.31am scheduled time from the said chowki but the bus always goes before time there by leaving the children stranded, the next one is at 6.44 am so the children have to walk down to their school which is more than 0.5km with the heavy bags if they opt for the next one the gates of schoolare closed pl look into it or rescedule the 6.44 bus to 6.38 am so that the boys can avoid this harrasment as the starter on duty is not ready to cooprate in this regard I hope the dept will take some action otherwise there is no point in making time table for the starting point.You may varify this by your plain clothes men by deputing them say at st francis school/church bus stop.

                      Dear all @ BEST ,

                      we are waiting since long time BEST direct Bus services from Kharghar to andheri station ....in khaghar many people are working in andheri / marol naka /j.b nagar, and on daily basis they are facing lots of problem . either they have to go to belapur or they have to wait for train ..........please take as request & start Direcrt BEST services to Andheri from Kharghar ...

                      Hi All,
                      I'm a resident of Kharghar.It is a Beautiful place and surroundings but don't know should I be happy or sad to stay at such a place which don't provide proper or at least sufficient Infrastructure. I have been here since 3 years and everyday wait patiently for autorickshaw or Buses to come. Auto are toooooo costlier to spend everyday. I should say they wait only for passengers who hire them for far off places. Look like they don't need us. Above all even if we try and rely on Buses, they are amazing. Till they reach Hiranandani it is heavily loaded that it is too difficult to move. I[censored] move inside these buses from front, driver are their to Insult you to grate extent that you will get down from bus. Is their a Research and development who keep check on this Basic facilities and provide more Buses and keep track of Fare for auto's. They provision has been made to support Infrastructure and not try to torture us like this
                      Very frankly, I tried ignoring Auto's / Taxi on 12 th to support the stand taken by 3 people. Unfortunately I could not. Can anyone do something about this and increase Bus frequency plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz and make like more convenient. Waiting desperately for someone to take a stand on this.

                      Many people from Khargar work at Andheri.As a resident of Khargar I propose / request the NMMT to start buses From Khargar to Dindoshi Depot goregaon.

                      Proposed Route Khargar Jalvayu- CBD Belapur, Vashi, Chembur(Eastern express High way), Sion, Bandra (western express Highway) Andheri (E), Dindoshi Depot. High way is prefered for quick reach of destination.

                        This is to bring to notice the bad connectivity and poor frequency of best buses between Gandhi Market and Lower Parel/Elphinestone Road.
                        Recently due to lots of offices coming up in lower parel, India bulls buildng, there is a serious need of frequent buses, currently only direct bus is #63 which also takes a very round about route and takes 30-40 mins.

                        This bus is said to be every 15 mins but my experience says that I have to wait atleast 20 mins and sometimes even 1.5 hrs in order to take the bus in the evening time from Deepak Talkies stop in lower parel.

                        In the morning the frequency seems to be 15 mins.

                        Request you to kindly help people with the same.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am regular commuter from Bhandup (Mangat Ram Petrol Pump - West) to Hiranandani, Powai. From last one year, out of 6 days a week, only 3 days i able to catch the bus as atleast no one is standing on steps though the bus is fully crowded .Another 3 days, no one will dare to enter into bus as atleast 5-6 members are standing on last step of the bus door. I would say, the conditions of travelling between eastern to western area through powai are increasingly collapsing every day. Further i do not know the reason why BEST bus no. 444 is suddenly stopped without checking with commutters. I request some representative should stand at Mangat Ram Petrol Pump bus stop between 8.30 to 9.30 & can observe the conditions of commutters as how they are travelling. I hope everyone is having accidental insurance. The best remedy i request to you that please restart bus no. 444 which starts from Mangatram Petrol pump at regular intervals of 20-25 minutes. Hoping that this request will be fulfilled at the earliest.

                            Hi,

                            I stay at borivali and i am completely fed up with the way BEST Buses break Traffic Signals. I would further like to add that BEST Buses dont even bother to use signals while changing lanes and often stop in the middle of the road instead of stopping near to the bus stop thus giving passage to other vehicles on the road.
                            I would highly appreciate if something can be done to discipline the Bus drivers.

                              Lot of peoples are working in Seepz, Andheri, There are lot of companies, factories and offices from Seepz to MIDC Marol Bus depot. and thereare hardly countable few buses which travels from Andheri to LBS road(Mulund, Thane etc.)
                              Buses coming from Andheri are always packed and sometimes doesn't hault at MIDC, Seepz bus stop. Same cases from travelling Kanjur marg to Seepz. Buses started from Thane, Mulund are always packed.
                              BEST is requested to start routine buses on the basis of bus no 340( ghatkopar to Andheri) from MIDC Bus depot or Seepz Bus depot to Kanjur Marg railway station.
                              This will help many public to travel safely.

                              Very Good Idea. More buses for SEEPZ or Andheri from Kanjurmarg is the need of the hour.

                                BEST 496 travels from Thane- Teen hath naka to Andheri Stn. Bus Stop set up at Teen Hath Naka in Thane is just ahead of Public Toilet. it is horrible to stand for 2 minutes in front of Public Toilet. It is request to BEST authorities to shift bus stop either earlier Stop of 399 bus or even before that. As frequency is very low, all peoples travelling to Andheri need to stand for atleast 20/25 minutes infront of Public toilet by keeping hankerchief over nose. It is hazardous to health also.

                                the best should start a new bus from ghatkopar to kalamboli through lbs
                                their are many people who travel by private buses[ghansoli, koparkhairne also]
                                the new route can be
                                ghatkopar depot/ghatkopar stn - vikhroli depot - gandhi nagar - bhandup sonapur - nahur railway station - bhandup pumping station - airoli - rabade - ghansoli - koparkhairne - vashi - turbhe naka - d.y patil nerul - cbd belapur - kalamboli

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  Bus No. 5025 (Mulund - Dindoshi) Vehicle No. MH01-LA-6029

                                  Today (25/02/2010) one senior citizen got into the above bus from HUMA stop. Driver asked him to show the ticket, in reply to this that person said to the driver that he has no right to ask the ticket as being senior citizen they have right to get into the bus from front (Please note that sr. citizen had the ticket).

                                  The above conversion got established into argument. The driver asked the person to get down or else he wont start the bus and the passenger insisted on not to get down. But with the interference of some other passengers the driver started the bus.

                                  Though the driver started it, but he was driving very slowly as if he was in no mood to drive.

                                  Here the question may arise that there may be any technical problem with the bus, but it can’t be as when we got into the bus after that till HUMA the bus was in its normal speed.

                                  We request you to be look into the matter as such behaviour of driver creates problem for the passengers such as not reaching the destination on exact time etc.

                                    BEST bus no 521. Conductors Badge no:116510. The bus conductor was extremely arrogant. He was too lazy to come to my seat to give me a ticket. So he yelled at me because i couldn't listen to his faint noises made by the metallic instrument he had in his hand. To make matters worse, he decided to give me a Rs.10 ticket as against a Rs.4 ticket, because he wanted to do as he wished. Extremely abusive and harassing behaviour, very uncharacteristic of a mumbai bus conductor. i would like to take strict action against this rude bus conductor. If no action is taken against him, i will ensure he is taken to court for over charging me on purpose and harassing me!

                                      After 12 am in night, buses 164/165/168 are available on one way & not available on other way. Previously they were available but last 6 months no buses. There is last bus 165 at 11.50 pm but many times, it gets cancels because it is conductors/drivers not available.
                                      Very bad service.

                                      165: KASTURBA GANDHI CHOWK --> DHARAVI DEPOT (Available till 1 am)
                                      Problem --> 165: DHARAVI DEPOT --> KASTURBA GANDHI CHOWK (only available till 11.45 pm)

                                      there are no buses from podar hospital,worli to Breach candy and J.mehta marg..
                                      the previous buses 39 and 81 have been also stoped..!
                                      there are 2-4 buses from Jamuli maidan..!!
                                      so please reconsider the routes..and provide a better bus service in this area..!

                                      There are no buses in route No.355 from 8.30 am. Please increase the frequency of this route as Bus Nos 354 have been cancelled and Route No.355 gets filled up from Sion upto Santa Cruz depot.

                                        Driver was very rude in talking. Not halting exactly on bus stop & stopping almost 10 meters ahead of bus stop. Very rude to passengers. Cannot see in left-front mirror is passengers are boarding or not & suddenly goes ahead without picking all passengers. Rude to senior citizen when he asked something about route.

                                        Congratulations to BEST for useful routes like 100, 111, 112 for fort area. I suggest that a new route may be started from Churchgate(East) to Kala Niketan to Metro to Crawford Market to Times(CST) to Fountain to Churchgate(East).
                                        Presently Route No.286 is running from Kandivali(West) station to Charkop Village. I suggest that a new route be started from Charkop Villge to Sahyadri to M.G.Road to S.V.Road to Dahisar Bridge to Dahisar(East) to Highway No.8 to Kashi Mira to Bhayender(East) Station. A similar route may be started from Charkop Village to Mira Road(East) and back as ring service like Route Nos:701 & 703.
                                        There are many useful bus routes from Poisar Depot to various destinations. I suggest that a new bus route may be started from Poisar Depot to Bal Bharati School to new Shankar Lane Fly Over to Kandivali(East) Highway to Pushpa Park to Dindoshi to Sanosh Nagar extension.
                                        Route No.207 from Dahisar Bus Station to Malawani Depot/Gaikwad Nagar is very successful. I suggest a new route be started from Dahisar Bus Station to Dahisar Bridge to Borivali(West) to Kandivali(West) to Bal Bharati School to Shankar Lane to Orlem Church to Marve Road sea beach.

                                        My question is what will you analyse in 1 day most of the public were unawre that the a/c bus is going to run early you should atleast run a trial for 1 week to 15days then you will be able to get the exact feedback and response.I hope that i conveyed my message properly to you there are many commuters who trave to office from 7.30 as the Share market timings have also increased you will definately get a good response we are atleast 3 passenges from who would board the bus daily from dahanukar wadi stop @ 8.10am to citimall.Hope you would start the trial service again.
