Dear sir,

Due to Metro work at Marolnaka & it's near by area, the traffic problem is pathetic. In the morning, the bus no. 332, is there frequency is also ok but the problem is that the people ctake the bus without coming in que, the BEST Supervisor/Authority just stands there & watches the mess up in all this the female commuters face a problem while boarding the bus.
One humble request is to the BEST Supervisor/Authority to restrict the people to come in que,so that the female commuteras will feel comfortable.

Second thing is about bus no. 185 & 392 from Andheri (E), in this the bus never reaches on time, it's always late so we have to stand in the que for more than half an hour, which leads to delay in reaching the office.

this is not a individual compalin, this is a representative complain/suggestion from all the female commuters & also male travelling on Andheri (E) to Kurla side.

Hope you will understand our pain & will take the necessary steps.

    I was waiting on the bus stop from 8.10am and at 8.25- 8.30 i want to go to Amboli naka, and as you know only this bus reaches that destination from my house. i have been noticing from past couple of days this driver never stop the bus on the bust stop of Tilak nagar.

    How are ppl like us comute at that time we cant even think of takin a 340. I have to either walk till sakinaka junction and reach late at work. TODAY i had to catch a rickshaw all the way to stop that bus and then walk in.... but how long will this go on. I am sick and tired of this incompetent drivers and rude cinductors. Travelling is the worst part of the day. I would hereby like to complaint agaisnt this driver bus no - 8792 bus driver fair in complexion... bus conductor dark in complexion did not give me thier Id's this happend on 17/11/2009 at 8.25 am.

      Best bus number 33 from Santacruz Depot to Goregoan banged into our car on its route to Goregaon on Sunday 2nd november at approx 4:30 PM. The bus driver did not have the patience to wait for giving him a side after one horn just banged into our car causing damages/ scratches to the door on the right side.

      Bus number : MH 01 LA 5601.
      Driver license num : 7965
      Conductor License num: 9496.

      I am writing to this forum hoping that there would be a follow up or action.
      Bus drivers in mumbai drive without thinking of the crowds and public.

      A ac best bus banged into my car at dadar tt circle heading towards wadala. I was in the main lane. The bus was on the extreme lane heading towards lower parel. The driver turned the bus towards the left. I was honking away to warn him as he first touched the mirror. But then he kept going on and scraped the rear of the car.
      When I spoke to the driver, he replied "so what if I was in the lane heading towards the straight lane, I can turn left. You should've moved".
      Since we were blocking the traffic, I moved ahead to the side ahead to take note of the bus number and took pictures. The conducter alighted and threatened me to start a fight with him and said I could complain to anybody. They don't care.

      The bus number is mh 01 ap 0186. This was heading to wadala depot at 9:44am on 03/08/2011.

      BEST — Accident

      BEST bus MHO1 LA2827 hit my stationary car (waiting at the signal) on the right side at the Andheri (E) turn (3rd signal while coming from Mahim) at 9.15 today morning 04th April 2012 and went driving past. The impact was so huge that a metal strip of the bus got thrown into my car.
      There has been no response on this!!!

        Dear Sir,

        Last 2-3 months, after 5.45 p.m. we are not able to get the BUS from Family court BKC Bandra stop to Bandra Station. The BUS are coming in the interval of 25 minutes & fully loaded, not able to catch the BUS at Family court STOP BKC Bandra to Bandra Station the route is 310 & 303 & 390....

        All Office person are suffering too much ...as there is no other means of transport from these point...rickshaws are also not available at the time of 5.45 p.m till 7.00 p.m.....

        previously it was some special BUS for BKC only,
        now the BUS are coming from Kurla, hence fully loaded no place to catch the BUS at all...we ladies have more problem we can not get in to the BUS at all... it is very difficult to reach station in these time....

        Please look into the matter & arrange more BUS for this routes after 5.45 p.m. till 7.00 p.m.

        Dear Sir,
        We are resident of Kausa/Mumbra located at Thane district. Sir, we are facing serious problems while travelling. This is because BEST buses are not plying in MUMBRA/KAUSA regions. Since, Mumbra is HIGHEST tax paying city in Thane district & revenue from MUMBRA station is also greatest & the population MUMBRA city is increasing very fastly and one of the greatest in THANE DISTRICT.Yet there is no PROPER means of transportaion. TRAINS are here is only the LIFELINE. During peak hours we not EVEN get ANY SPACE TO GET INTO TRAINS.There is no other means of transportation. BEST buses which is utmost need of today is plying upto RATIBUNDUR IN KALVA. There is the most need of BEST buses plying from MUMBRA/KAUSA upto MUMBAI CST since 85 % of MUMBRA population including (employees, students etc) are daily travelling from MUMBRA via TRAINS & their major destination are
        THANE, MULUND, GHATKOPAR, KURLA, SION, DADAR, PAREL, BYCULLA, MASJID, MUMBAI CST.
        Sir, OUR HEARTEDLY request is for YOU for PLEASE start BEST BUSES IN MUMBRA/KAUSA BECAUSE WE ARE IN NEED.

          Dear Sir/Ma'am,
          I am a regular traveller of BEST bus Route No.: AS-700. There is a big number of people who travel daily on this route. Most of them have montly DIAMOND pass which cost Rs 1000. But the service provided by BEST is not upto the standard except the buses. The frequency is very low that people stand for 1 and half hour. There must be more buses to run on this route specially in the morning and evening. This is the quickest route compare to railway trains and thus its populer.
          The 700 route numbered buses are worst. These buses always go fully packed with commutents. BEST must provide more buses on this route.

          Yes there is a proplem for the route between Thane - Borivali AC bus 700 . Buses frequency needs to be extended & also the time duration nees to decrease .More bus are required, frequency after 09 :00 pm in evening is also to be extended.

          bus driving speed to increase .
          between manpada & majiwade fly over traffic needs to be reduce as we are wasting daily 30 - 45 mins or 1 hr in trafiic . which is very irritating to everbody sitting in bus.

            Hello,

            I'm a regular traveller on bus route 459 starting from Malvani Depot.

            It is observed that the bus is never on time in the morning between 7:45AM to 8:30AM..Sometimes the bus does not turn up for 45 min..& sometimes 2 buses arrive in the span of 10 min. As most o[censored]s are office goers it becomes very difficult to reach our office on time.

            Also twice the bus broke down in between and once met with an accident. It is causing inconveience to lot of people. As it is difficult to get a rickshaw in the peak hours.

            Also please increase the frequency of the bus and publish a time table.

            Hi,

            the earlier complaint was made in oct 09 .. now we are in July... even after 9 months there is no improvement in the bus service. even today at Charkop naka bus stop -- i was waiting for the bus from 7.20 am and the bus arrived at 8.00am -- after 40 mins !!! in 40 mins one cud hv reached seepz easily. that bus's destination was mulund and was very packed so cudn't get into it. another 459 - seepz bus followed it which was little empty. on asking the reason for the delay.. the conductor says " depot officials dont give buses for 459" If there is any issue in the service BEST authorities should either improve their service of 459 or if not affordable STOP the service of 459 -- atleast the public will not spent their valuable time in waiting for the bus.

            i would also suggest to shift the route of 359 ( fm malvani to vikhroli)-- presently it goes by SV road.. instead if it moves via ggn flyover, check naka and then chakala -- some of the crowd will be distributed.

            I had made a complaint regarding 459 bus (From Malwani to Mulund) in Oct 09, there seems to be no signs of improvement with this bus service its becoming worst day by day, there are no proper bus timings for this bus, its always removed late from the bus depot and then the drivers drive as per their mood if they feel they drive roughly and they do not stop the bus at the bus stop or otherwise drive so slowly that all the vehicles behind move ahead...This is become a serious problem for the public who really need to reach office on time..when u ask the driver or conductor anything they speak so rudely...if the buses are packed ladies and children are not even allowed to enter from front due to which the gents take good advantage of this..What service are your'll providing.. for buses where there is lot of crowd the frequency is so bad and the other buses like 273 they have so many buses every two minutes and no passengers..Ask the 459 bus Drives and Conductors every time you will find this bus punctured or not working, as the bus is so packed the bus cannot even move ahead its always stuck on the way...PLS TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THIS BUS ROUTE... Because we as passengers are troubled like anything...Start some more buses from Malwani to Seepz or Powai...
            { 459 bus Malwani to Mulund } Between 7am to 8.15am no proper bus... We cannot afford to wait for 45 mins at the bus stop...KINDLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS BUS SERVICE...
            I Agree that BEST has its own set of rules to conduct the process. But the authority must also give an ear to problems of the commuters. These are the peoples for which this service renders.
            Now, coming to the point my experience with bus No. 459 is so pathetic I don't even feel the need to complain. To say it shortly, it never comes on time and if comes breaks down very frequently.

            Frequency is Yak !!!

            I pray that Mumbaikars get a better alternative.

            Thanks a lot if some one from the authority takes some spare time to through this issue.

            I am regular traveller of bus 459... As all above users i also have the same complaint that its never on time and before that we that we dont know what is the correct time for which bus...


            please publish a time table for 459 and also increase the frequency.. it will really help us
            Very pathetic service of this bus I am standing goregoan hub mall from last 1.50 hr not a single trip ddid this bus why why why????

            Request to start bus from Shivaji Nagar Junction to Malwani. There are lots of peoples who have to take 489 till Puspa Park or 488 till Malad East then they have to change the bus..I am sure that this would be very much convenient for most of the people's if bus start in this route.

              I travel from mira rd to thane every day. from kashimira bus stop I board in AC-700 bus.
              AC-700 bus (MH-01 LA-6950) arriving at 8:10 pm at kashimira bus stop didnot stoped at bus stop on 19th and 20th october 2009 at kashimira bus stop. after this bus I have to wait for another 45 mis to get next bus.

              At this peak hour we dont mind travelling standing in bus instead on waiting on bus stop.

              Yes, even I experienced the same with 525 AC bus many times, that arrives at 'Garam Masala, Airoli' Bus Stop at 2:55 PM. There is a frequency of 45 mins for 525 A.C buses and I waited for nearly 35 mins on Friday 18/12/2009. The bus came but didn't stop at the bus stop and it was not the first time it happened. My precious time was wasted waiting for the bus and I would have crossed half of the distance, if i had taken a ordinary best bus...

              This type of driver's behavior should be strongly counseled. Why do the bus drivers don't stop at bus stops many times.. In such cases there is no point of waiting for the AC buses and the Government's effort to make the comfortable journey of mumbai commutators, is going waste with this unacceptable behavior of the A.C BEST bus driver's..

                Dear Sir,
                From few days 1/1/2010 to 12/1/2010 the morning frequency(7.00a.m. to 7.50a.m.) of Bus No 461 fom Gorai/Charkop To Marol and Mulund has a very dramatic change. Please look into the timings of the bus departure. it becomes very hectic to follow this kind of pattern.
                You have such a good infrastructure to regularize the timings, All your best person are taking care to regularize the departure timings of the morning bus Please select 1 among them. It will help to prevent accidents and maintain a stedy flow of rush hour public.

TODAY I HAVE SEEN THE AC 700 BUS NAME ARE REMOVE. PATLIPADA LOCATION NEAR BY HIRANADANI. THERE SO MANY PUBLIC REQUESTED TO STOP IS VISIBLE THERE.

                  THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT AC BUSES ARE NOT STOPING ON NEW BUS STOP BY THE NAME GONDIVALI. KINDLY INFORM ABOUT IT TO AC BUS DIVERS. I WILL BE REALLY THANKFUL TO YOU.

                  I work at the Taj and stay at Hiranandani Estate Thane. Our official timings are from 9 am to 6.30 pm. We love the a/c buses. A sincere request to start one bus at 7 am to reach Colaba bus depot at 8.45 am in time for work. And a return from Colaba bus depot starting at 6.45 pm to Hiranandani Estate. I have a lot of other colleagues who would also avail of these timings.

                    Sir,

                    I am working as Senior Executive in a Nationalised Bank. Daily I take A/c bus from Puspa Park to Bhandup Station. I would like to highlight my experiece of commuting by B.E.S.T bus and irresponsible behavior of Bus conductor by not stopping the bus.

                    1. Today A/c bus (star bus) no. 6808 arrived at around 9:15 AM at Pushpa park stop. The bus didn't stop at all. This is inspite of fact there was sufficient space to accomodate more 8 to 10 passenger.

                    2. Sir, I would specifically complain against the conductor of the said bus no. because he never put his effort to convince passenger to move back to make space. It has also been obseved that he gives smiling gesture by himself standing at the gate and signalling that there is no space.

                    3. I get down at Bhandup station stop, and it is long distance. Moreover the bus normally gets vancant at SEEPZ and Powai and passengers of Mulund and Bhandup get seat.

                    4. The said bus conductor, whenever arrive at Pushpa park never stop at the Bus stop and passenger like me are being harressed continuously. Sir, this is not true with other A/c buses conductors because they take effort in accomodating new passengers at puspa park stop.

                    This is inspite of fact I am a GO pass holder and commute daily on same route. I would therefore request you to instruct such irresponsible conductors to accomodate passenger at PUSPA PARK stop. I personally feel that this also result in loss of revenue to BEST as long route passenger to Bhandup and Mulund have to look for alternatives for going to their destination station.

                      Today, 29th September, 2009, I found it very much shocking that even after requesting to the bus conductor having licence no. 92264 of Bus. no. 167 on route Elphinston station to Mahindra towers, worli, Mumbai 400018, Vehicle no. 8016, at 9.30 a.m., the Bus conductor refused to give me ticket just because he had already passed away once. Sometimes it takes time to take out money or sometimes we don't have change etc., and most of the time the bus is so crowded that we don't even realise where the conductor is. Being called twice by me, the conductor denied to issue ticket. Later, two ticket checker entered the bus and started harassing me for giving the fine. The cost of ticket is just Rs. 3 for which he started talking in abusive language and threatened to break my spacs, etc. I have seen this happening to people earlier also on same route. This has become their regular practice it seems. I request the Police or some approapriate authorities to take serious action against such bus conductors and ticket checkers. Today we are paying lot of tax for what ? To listent to all these ?

                        Hello,
                        I travel from Bhandup to Malad by 459 bus everyday since last 2yrs.
                        Day by day the frequency of this bus is going down.
                        Now a days i have to wait for 1 hour or sometimes more for this bus.
                        Many a times 2 buses comes in 5 minutes gap and then for 2 hours no bus.
                        The drivers sometimes dont even stop the buses at bus stops though not their fault because no one can enter the jam packed buses.
                        I agree nowadays there is heavy traffic problem in Pawai, but this cannot be an excuse.Many buses like 523,461,396.496 ltd covers a long distances and passes through very crowded places like Pawai, Andheri, Goregoan then also the frequency is maintained.
                        how??
                        Why 459 route is neglected everytime???
                        Please the concerned person look into this matter as soon as possible.
                        Its very frustrating reaching office late everyday!!! It would be a geat help.

                          Hi,

                          I Mr. YOGINDER SINGH RAGHAV a resident of Mumbai, I had used Best Bus services so many times but nothing happen like this ever before, On 5th Sept 2009 today itself in Morning time 9.15 am i was standing at Gandhi Nagar Bus stop. A BEST Bus Route No. 460 which was coming from Mulund & going to Andheri Agarkar Via SEEPZ. It was fully packed with passengers i just tried to board & i had done it.
                          After boarding first thing i have done that is i just gave the fares money & buy the Ticket of Powai Hiranandani.
                          After some moment Conductor was shouting on one Passenger then he saw me He said me to go ahead i request him that i want to get down at Powai after 2 or 3 stops & how i will go ahead coz bus are too much crowded but he refused to my request & against he shouted on me. but I requesting him that I will be getting down after 2 or 3 stops. I was just ignoring him coz I don’t want to create an issue & also I don’t want to waste the time of other Passengers. So I continued the standing position on the backside Gate. Conductor said “Kaha kaha se chale aate hai pocket maar saale”.
                          I replied to his statement Boss mind your language what did you say? You are on Duty & you just note it down that you are providing a services to public only. This much happen & we reached at IIT Market stop BEST Conductor said loudly “Beware of Pick-Pocketers” which is standing Next to the Gate. His actual statement was like this ” Sambhalun chada Bus madhe Packet maar ahhe- daara warubha ahes ” & looked at to me. He said you just come up or just get lost from here then I reply ok just give my money back I will do it, Conductor replied with rudely that “ BEST bus “kya tere Baap ka hai”.

                          So I just want to inform you that this things if happen with a ordinary man what will he do?
                          What will his first step of Action?

                          I request to take a strict action against the Conductor Badge No.10721.
                          & want your help to teach such Conductors having rude behaviors.

                          Same thing was happened with me 2day morning..in Bus no 445 (Bhandup gav to agarkar chauk Andheri) Bus No ( MH01 L9737 )
                          The conductor was so rude and also he was not doing his duty properly...
                          First of all they don't stop at the bus stop if there are 2-3 buses are in line...we have to ran back and catch the bus ...otherwise we have to go from front door...we know the rule but first conductor is not folowing the rules...jari bus khali asali tari thambavayachi nahi..patkan bel marayachi mag passenger kay karanar puthechyach darane chadhanar...
                          ya conductore, driverch kay ho tyana tyanchya duty karayachya asatata...gadi destinationala neun sodayachi bhale passenger nasatiil tar chalatil. but we have to wait for next 1 hr..to catch other bus...

                            I was travelling from Bandra Station to Bandra Kurla Complex on 1st September 2009 @ 12.00 noon via Bus Route No 303 (BEST BUS NO. 6912, RTO Reg.No. MH-01-H-9375), I claim the seat mark with reserve for women some man was seated on it, he refuse to vacate the seat, I complaint to conductor on duty in the BUS , he replied that Women are also not offering seat to the women with child...how this Answer is correct. when I ask the reserve seat for women I should get the seat ...is it? & the conductor also should support me for the same...but he gave me a very different answer than expected...how Are you going to take this matter....

                            There are only 5 buses in the evening from Nehru Planetarium to Cadbury and the last being 19:05 hrs. Looking at the crowd opting for AC buses these days & not travelling by their cars we feel that there's a need to increase more 2 buses after 19:05 hrs. Worli is a commercial place & most of the people stay back late in their offices beyond 19:30hrs.
                            Can you take this request, as we had conducted a signature compaign and submitted it to BEST 3 months back, but there's not action taken as yet. Bus conductors/Dirvers themselves have been witnessing the over crowding in buses and we feel that feedback has to be taken from them also.
                            the best should divert the bus no 303 in new route
                            gavanpada - mulund stn [e] - chainani elders - bhandup pumping station - nahur railway station - bhandup sonapur - gandhi nagar - vikhroli depot - kurla depot - kalanagar - bandra terminus
                            this route will be beneficial bcoz after bhandup this bus mostly goes with 5-6 people

                            BEST Bus — No seats available

                            The last bus starting from marol depot no307 for vaishali nagar , more then 50% of the seats are occupied with the best staff and they come siting before the bus leaves from depot. As 6 seats are reserved for ladies others do not have place to sit , who actualy pays for tickets

                            As ordinary passengers are not allowed to travel the buses which are for staff members.

                            kindly get some solution.
                            Even I experienced the same thing.

                            I was standing outside Wadala Depot on 10th June 2011, Saturday 3.15 pm.
                            I had to travel to Goregaon in bus no 440.

                            After waiting for nearly 40 minutes that too in heavy rains; a bus came out of the depot.
                            I was the first one to get inside the bus when bus came to the stop.
                            However to my bemusement, I realised that there was no seat vacant (except for the ladies seats).
                            All seats wre pre-occupied by the BEST staff.
                            As a result, I had to travel standing till Goregaon.

                            Unfair!!

                              I had Smart card fo best buses on 29th august 2009 i lost my smart card (bus pass).but i was renewed on 17th august 2009 when i m going in marol maroshi bust depot they told me u again purchace new one.
                              u tell me how i can offerd bus pass in one month for two times. my pass was Rs.456/- for mumbai suburbans.pls help me & reply soon...

                              I had taken best bus pass of Rs 1130 for 3 months, due to my sudden posting outside mumbai within 4 to 5 days it will of no use for me. Do i get any money back or can it be transfered to some other name, or any other possibility. Pl give a suggestion for this.

Bus from Retibunder to Parsik Nagar to Mulund But from the 1July when u have changed d route from Checknaka and Mehul Cinema the frequency is very disturbed Can U Help us. We are the group of society travelling in this bus but nowadays we are not getting d bus as per d time table. So please chek and change the route to old route from E.E. Hinghway.

                              Now as per new dicision of BRST commutors can travel with in city limit by paying Rs. 350/- and Suburban Rs. 450/- per month and City and Suburban Rs. 550/- per month. This will result in heavy Loss to BEST. passengers can travel any where in Mumbai round the clock by paying monthly Rs.550/-. and a pssenger have to travel between sion and ghatkopar have to pay Rs. 550/- per month for two stopes i.e. nearly 3to 4 killometers, which is totally unjustic.

                              I am smart card holder (prepaid) which was purchased at Majas wadi Depot smart card no 3301 [protected] Mr Chetan Puthli
                              on several occasion the card is not detected by the conductors machine and if detected excess fare is subtracted but the ticket is issued for Rs. 30 only which is the fare from Dahisar bridge to powai panch kutir Bus no 489Ltd but I get down at ambedkar Udyan On 18.12.2015 I got a ticket by giving smart card Rs. 30.00 ticket was issued but Rs 90 was deducted Rs 60.00 excess.
                              I am sending you the scanned copy of tickets.
                              I want to surrender my smart card and have the refund o[censored]nutilised money

                                Bus No.MH-01L8825, Route No.39.Starting point PK KURNE CHOWK BUS DEPOT, TIME -9.30 A.M, DATE : 28/08/09.The above detailed bus conductor has rung the bell before boarding all the passenger.And at very next stop even though passengers were waiting for the bus he did not stop the bus.Please Kindly take necessary action against the conductor and driver.And please do reply to my email after enquiring the respective conductor and driver,

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  Today morning I left my house for my office as per routine work on my two wheeler bike. From Marine Lines to Grant Road. Near Marine Lines railway station one bus number MH-01 L 9929 2004 COLABA rashed in the middle of the road to jump the signal, as the signal turned to orange. The bus was heading towards Charni Road, the driver not even saw who are on his left and who are on his right he tried to jump the signal before it got red. My bike was on the right hand side and was on the divider of the road. I was shocked to hear a huge noice from my bike and after that i saw my left mirror totally up, I tried to manage myself from the divider. Thanks god, I manage myself from it. I then followed the Bus driver and stop my bike in front of the bus and ask the Bus driver how the way he was driving, he told me, "Kya hua, " As if pretending nothing happened. He did'nt even noticed what happened back. If the force of the bus would have been more then, my bike would have cross the divider of the road and i may have fallen on the other side of the road or any other thing might have been happened. I again asked him that did you not noticed what went behind, he told, "Nothing", and told me that, "OK, I'll see how much power you have to stand on the road, i'll see. Stand there and started shouting" and along with him conducter too started shouting and told me to go or else there will be problem for you if you stand on the road.
                                  In the first image you can see the mirror having red color on the edge. And on the other Image you can see the mirror totally on the upper side. BEST Undertaking officers, please take strict actions against these jungle based bus drivers who do not have importance of human life in this world. He was very rude with me, I don't have any complaint that he was rude with me but, i just want ot say that if anything wrong would have happened at that moment than the bus driver would have run, nobody would have noticed what had happened. There would have been a big loss from our side.
                                  Please, Please do some strict actions with this type of drivers.

                                  I WAS GOING IN MY CAR TO KANDIVILI TO ATTEND THE MARRIAGE
                                  ON 04.01.2010 AT NIGHT AT BHATIA HALL OPP.SHOPERS STOP AT THAT
                                  TIME ONE SINGLE DEKER BUS NUMBER I COULD ONLY SEE AND
                                  NOTE DOWN 8934 BETWEE 9.30 TO 10.00 PM.

                                  THIS BUS DASHED AGAINST MY CAR AND SCRATCHED ON THE LEFT
                                  SIDE WHERE MY WIFE WAS SITTING WITH ME AND I WAS DRIVING.
                                  I REALLY FELT SO EMBRASSED HOW A DRIVER SITTING ON SUCH
                                  HIGHER LEVEL WHERE HE COULD SEE MY CAR VERY CLEARLY
                                  AND HE COULD GET GOOD JUDGEMENT WHETHER TO PASS THROUGH
                                  THE WAY NEAR MY CAR.

                                  HE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO STOP. MANY PEOPLE MUST HAVE
                                  HEARD THE SOUND OF DASHING. BUT SINCE I HAD TO ATTEND THE
                                  WEDDING, HOW COULD I FOLLOW THE BUS OR COMPLAINT TO POLICE
                                  DEPARTMENT.

                                  IS THIS THE DESCENCY AND GOOD CULTURE IN OUR INDIA? NO COURTEOUSY TO STOP THE BUS AND ASK FOR APOLOGY.

                                  SIR, UNLESS THERE IS A VERY SEVER PUNISHMENT CRIME CANT
                                  STOP, SIMPLY PENALTY OF SUSPENSION FOR TEMPORARY TIME DOES NOT WORK.

                                  respected sir/madam i am a frequent traveller in your AS 2 bus so i would like to bring in your notification that today on 07/04/2010 i board the AS 2 bus from santacruz airpot bus depot barring the ticket no[protected] and i was on the last sit of that bus when the bus was about to reach the ismail college bus stop on highway before the stop there is underground subway before the ismail college bus stop the driver didnt bother to slow down the bus and straight away speed up the bus due to that the pessengers sitting along with me had very bad expereince over there and not only that he also had applied very strong brakes due to which the pessangers have not only collied with each other but also get injured i would have understand if he had done on the busy highway but applying this kind of emergency breaks where been done very very near to the bus stand when he know that the bus stop is about to come then he should slow down or just increase his speed and that too when he is very near to it and this he didnt do one time for 5 consecutive time he had done this so i tried to ask the fellow driver that the way he drive the bus is not upto his mark and he should be more responsible for the driving on return he said that he is getting too late for the bus to reach the depot and he said would you like me to dirve the bus according to the norms of bus regulation then dont complaint that i am driving slow i just told him that i dont know what is your norm and regulation i just told him that i want a safe journey which i accept from best bus and that too in AS bus which they claim to be the safest and also claim about there best and clam drivers and conductors i am really sorry that i was not able to take the bus driver batch no nor of conductor but i really accept that the best could take some sort of meassure about this we want the safest journey nor the fastest journey

                                  so pls if you can make understand your best AS bus driver that dont play with the life of the pessenger who are sitting insite or standing insite cause our family trust your driver that they will bring us more safely to our home so its a request from my end to take the appropriate action against this i dont have the details about the bus driver or conductor but i do have the ticket no which i purchased from the conductor its of dated 07/04/2010 wednesday the bus was going to national park and according to my knowledge it might me 3 no bus (backbay to dahisar )the driver name was something mahadeo and the only no which i had about the driver is 9387 idont know anything else i just know that he is the driver of AS 2 that too it might me the 3rd bus going towards borivali and the driver name is mahadeo something

                                  Even before the passengers manage to board the bus and the conductor pulls the cord to the bell, the driver drives off and not noticing if all have boarded the bus or if a senior citizen is in difficulty to board the bus because of its steep first step. And also they are very rash in driving without any value for anyone else on the road, and rude and abusive. Why cannot best undertaking take strict action against the errant staff like dismissal and declare their strike as illegal. the paying public comes first.

                                  Bus No: 422 / MH-01 L 9591 going to Bandra Depo. From Marol Naka to Irla Diver took One and Half Hour to reach. He is too slow in his driving. He was very very & very LAZY & UNTIDY. Full road is empty in front of him Still he is driving very slow. & Just because metro work is going on divers got an excuse & they are driving slow. May be now he is reaching to Bandra Depo.

                                  If Divers are not interested in their works please don't allow them to work. Because we are suffering & we are not reaching our duties on time. & Not reaching our duties on time we have face problems

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I was travelling with my mother in an auto rickshaw from sec-29 Vashi to vashi depot on 26th june 2011, at 7:30 pm Bus No.-501(MH 01 LA 6777). The driver was rash driving and we were almost on d verge of getting killed fractionally. It was done on purpose and that to 3-4 times in such a small route. We also observed that d bus driver wasn't bothered to stop at the bus stop, but was only chasing our auto.

                                  Please take the necessary actions against such people. If fate hadn't been on our side then we would have been killed today. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible.

                                  Today i was waiting for C 42 bus at Pravin Hotel, Vikhroli from 8.45pm to 9.30 pm for going to Dadlani park. At 9.30 pm, i saw bus No. Mh 01 AP 0655 was going too fast from Highway and did't stop at Pravin Hotel even i hv given signal to stop at above said bus stop. Immediately, i took a auto and following the bus . I met bus driver and conductor at Dadlani park and asked, why they have not stoped bus at Pravin Hotel. The Bus Driver Mr. Suresh Kumbhar told me that he is new to this route.

                                  How can the bus driver can drive bus so fast, if he doesn't know the stop ?

                                  On 28th August at around 8:30, we were driving from Bhandup police station road towards Bhandup station. While we were taking a right one Best bus banged its tail end on my car on the left side of the headlight. It was so massive that the whole head light and bonnet was uprooted. Even after hearing the bang the best driver was rushing ahead.

                                  This all happend in front of a traffic police, he asked to stop the bus and we managed to get the bus no. The bus no. is MH 01 -L9383 while the route was of 499 from Thane Mulund. (The conductor no. 4735)

                                  Im really surprised to know that there are no actions taken on such rash drivings by any divisions, like BEST or the traffic police.

                                  I hope this email would be seriously considered and necessary process would be built, inorder to avoid/reduce such accidents.

                                  In the Police station the police also mentioned " that there are atleast 3-4 cases of accident reported against Best Buses every morning"

                                  Car Damage can be repaired but life or physical damage cant be repaired.

                                    From Worli Depot to Colaba and Navy Nagar, there are two bus : 124 and 125. In this route, there is no frequency and sometimes the bus driver never stop the bus on the bus stop from worli to colaba and worli to navy nagar. We have to wait for the bus more than half an hour and so on. There are many bus which is useless frequency like 154, 172, and more. Think about the general public who day by day increasing like a insects. Like this the frequency of a bus some misbehaviour people take some advantage out of it which the BEST has to bear the loss. Please increase the frequency of a bus in the route at 5-10 minutes.

                                      I had boarded BEST Bus No. 167 from Elphinston Station to Mahindra Towers, Worli on 13th August 2009 at around 9.45 am. The Bus was very much crowded and I was seated at the second front seat behind the driver. The conductor had already passed my side and there were lot of standees, so the conductor never came back for ticket. While I was seated, BEST's ticket checker boarded at Kamala Mill Bus Stop and started demanding ticket even while I was seated. I had to get down at Mahindra Towers Bus Stop and was to purchase my ticket once the crowd alighted at Kamla Mill/Gokul Nagar Bus stop. There was one more fellow passenger with similar case. In spite of my repeatedly saying that the conductor never approached for the ticket and while my stop had yet to come, I had every right to buy the ticket before I alighted at Mahindra Towers Bus Stop. However, the ticket checker forcibly collected fine of Rs. 33/- from me for a ticket of Rs. 3/-. I am a qualified C.A. and have never in my life paid any fine to BEST and today take this oath that will never board the said BEST Bus on route 167 for the humiliation caused.

                                        THE SERVICE/FACILITIES BEING PROVIDED FOR A/C BUS 700 ARE PATHETIC.
                                        THE A/C DOES NOT FUNCTION MOST OF THE TIMES, BUT THE FARE IS TAKEN FOR A/C & CONDUCTOR'S ARE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY DEPOT, EVEN IF THE A/C JUST WORKED WHILE LEAVING DEPOT & IMMEDIATELY BECAME NON FUNCTIONAL, ONE IS ASKED TO TRAVEL BY KEEPING FANS ON, WHILE REALITY IS FANS ALSO DO NOT WORK & MANY TIMES FANS ARE NOT THERE.THERE IS NO SHADE AT THE BUS STAND AT BORIVALI EAST STARTING POINT, THUS CAUSING GREAT HARDSHIP'S IN MONSOON.THE BUSES DO NOT RUN ON TIME & THERE IS NOBODY TO ANSWER REASON FOR DELAY. STAFF RUNNING THE BUSES HAVE EXPRESSED HELPLESSNESS, i.e, CONDUCTOR'S SAY THEY ARE FORCED TO MOVE IN BUSES WHICH ARE FAULTY FROM THE START SINCE THEY ARE VERY OLD & ALMOST ON THE VERGE OF BEING WITHDRAWN FROM SERVICE, WHILE DRIVERS SAY THE BUSES DO NOT PICK UP SPEED & IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO CLIMB ON THE GHAT SECTION .EMAIL SENT LAST MONTH HAS NOT EVOKED ANY RESPONSE, THOUGH I HAVE SENT THEM A REMINDER LAST WEEK AS WELL.ONE REPLY TO OTHER PEOPLE WHICH WAS CIRCULATED ON THE NET SAID REPAIRS TO THE BUS ARE NOT POSSIBLE, SINCE IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND NOT GUARANTEED THAT AFTER REPAIR THEY WILL WORK PROPERLY.
                                        . WHILE THIS ROUTE IS SUFFERING, NEW ROUTES ARE BEING ADDED FOR KINGLONG BUSES, FROM HIRANANDANI ESTATE TO MUMBAI & PLANS FOR MUMBAI TO NAVI MUMBAI, BUT ONLY A/C 700 BUS PASSENGER'S ARE SUFFERING. IN MONSOON THE BUSES LEAK FROM ROOFTOP & CONDUCTORS COOLLY SAY THE ONLY OPTION IS TO CHANGE SEATS. SEATS ARE ALMOST OUT OF PLACE & ONE LITERALLY TURNS WITH THESE SEATS AS THE BUS TAKES A TURN, RIGHT OR LEFT. MULUND DEPOT OFFICIALS INTERACTED WITH LAST WEEK SAID IF ONE BUS IS FAULTY CATCH ANOTHER BUS. WHICH BUS IS OK TO TAKE AN ALTERNATIVE ONE? I HAVE TAKEN A QUARTERLY BUS PASS, & AFTER PAYING MORE WHY SHOULD I SUFFER IN SILENCE. RECENTLY THE DOOR'S OF ONE OF THE BUS WAS NOT OPENING & THIS WAS THE CASE WHEN THE BUS ITSELF CAME AFTER A PERIOD OF 45 MINUTES.ANOTHER BUS SIMULTANEOUSLY WAS LYING PUNCTURED & A THIRD JUST PASSED BY EMPTY WITH NO INFORMATION ON IT'S REASON FOR NOT RUNNING.THE DEPOT MANAGER BASED AT MULUND SAYS THERE IS NO PROVISION AT BEST, FOR REFUND OF MONEY IF A/C DOESN'T WORK, THE ONLY THING THEY ARE CONCERNED IS THAT THE SAME SHOULD BE OPERATIONAL WHEN THE BUS START'S FROM THE DEPOT.

                                        The Bus itself is now out of service, hence the problem no longer exists.Nothing happened as far as the problem was on the site.everyone was just silent on the same. PLEASE REMOVE MY COMPLAINT FROM THE SITE.
