NMMT rocks and BEST fails to provide requierd service

Drivers are not stopping bus AC-525 after seepz stop and they are directly stopping at shipping corporation . they are bypassing IES eduction school , Milind nagar and LT powai garden.

The attitude and behaviour of drivers and conductor of BEST drivers are not uptomark and good as compare to NMMT drivers and conductor.

Both NMMT - 123 and BEST AS-525 are AC buses .

From Dindoshi to LT , the fare of NMMT bus 123 is 12 rupees. and they are stopping bus at required stop and getting huge response.

and whereas From Dindoshi to LT, they (BEST) are taking 25 Rs and not stopping bus at IES education society , Milind nagar LT busstop.
and are always argumenting .

I hope that BEST Authorities will look into this matter and will provide good and required services for daily passangers.

yes i totally agree with the above complaint made by Mr. Satish about BEST 525. i m also a regular passenger from airoli to Virvani Estate. i m not satisfy with the service, fair, and attitude of Bus driver and conductor, at office time they did not stop the bus on Airoli circle bus stop. many people are not happy with this rude behaviour. one more thing first 525 bus comes on airoli sector 8 at 8:40 and it took i Hr. to reach at Dindhoshi, due to this i almost got late mark in my office. i think if first bus shuld come at 8:00 to 8:15 am that would be better for us to reach on time.

The NMMT did a very gud job the bus quality, frequancy, timing, are awsome and most important Bus Fair is vry competitve and lower than BEST AC bus.

my request to BEST is please do the job as ur name is "BEST". NOT "WORST".

I would request BEST authorties to extend AS 525 till Nerul in Navi Mumbai and Mindspace Malad instead of Dindoshi. Tjis could be a possible evenue maker
I need to add one more to this. There are 2 more AC buses route no: 512 & 51 both are not covering the MBP (Millanium Bussiness Park, Mahape) stop even though they are just bypassing it from Mahape Naka.
If these buses can visit MBP then BEST can get more passengers from this area.
I believe AS 525 should be extended to Nerul via Vashi Depot and Vashi Sec 14... Also, AS 551 should be routed via Vashi Depot and Vashi Sec 14... right now, If a person from Vashi Depot or Vashi Sec 14 wants to go towards Powai / Dindoshi / Goregaon by an AC bus then he has to take AS 512 till Mulund and then he has to changeover... As the frequency of AS 512 is pathetic ppl have to rely on NMMT 123.. I hope BEST authorities will take this issue seriously and will look into this matter as soon as possible.

Also, BEST website 'Bestundertaking.com' is down... please upgrade it as soon as possible
I am a regular passenger of BEST 525. Now a days the BEST 525 is not at all regular at evening time. The bus which earlier used to reach SEEPZ from dindoshi at 7.30 pm now doesnt come. Moreover the 525 AC buses frequency is not good during peak evening hours which keeps the passengers waiting for long time. I hope the BEST authorities will take a look at this issue and resolve it positively.
The attitude of BEST Conductors are such bad that the way they behave with the passangers as if they are the owners of all BEST buses. They are very rude and arrogant.The BEST authorities should keep track on them and teach them how to behave with the passangers and then also if they are not changing their attitude the authority should punish them accordingly.

Hi,

I request you to take AS-551 bus route from vashi to midc andheri by highway like AS-525.There are many bus services available on LBS route...but only one bus AS-525 which runs from highway saving a lot of time for the commuters travelling from vashi to seepz.
Please look into this matter.

I agree with ppednekar19. The bus AS-551 spends a lot of time on the LBS marg because of the traffic jams on the road. That is why, it always takes more than 2hrs for me to reach Marol from Koparkhairane. If the bus is redirected via eastern expressway, then a lot of time can be saved.

Sub: Misbehavior done by NNMT Driver.

We were traveling with our child from Airoli to Mulund via NNMT bus on 30/07/2011 at around 1.30 p.m. when the bus driver whose batch no was 22416 did not stop the bus at L.T. road bus-stop in between Hanuman chowk & Mulund station, even on requesting him.
Please teach the drivers to talk properly & also keep them updated on the bus-stops put up by their organization.

I agree to all above.

I think we should boycott the BEST Corporation. Their management is useless, rude behavior of drivers as well as conductors, extreme fares (They are looting the public with such a high increase in fares compared to other similar services). And what do we get after spending excessive fares, the AC is leaking, no covering of critical stops, buses have frequent breakdowns, no improvement in services. Compare to this, NMMT charges very fairly and the VOLVO buses takes you places faster then BEST. Moreover they cover almost all stops.They are not customer focused.

The rickshaw union and BEST union always have false demands, they think the inflation is only affecting them and not us. They need to understand that a normal layman's pay packet doesn't increases with this inflation then how these group of people ask for huge demands in fare increase??
This 123 ac bus at nahur station stop never stop, between 6 to 7 pm hrs, so pls help to do so, the bus is really good and maintened well...

    I would like to inform you that all AS 505 & 505 LTD bus should be extended till Jalvayu Vihar Kharghar as lot of people from Jalvayu Vihar till Kharghar Station require a good frequency of Buses as Frequency of 505 LTD is after every 10minutes it will attract more crowd to Best Services as also BEst Bus revenue will also will be increase .As i have seen that when start from CBD Belapur it goes with half load passenger so on trail basis i reqeust you to extended the services of both the Bus to Kharghar as now International Park has also started so there wil be more crowd coming to kharghar.I nce again request you to take this Suggestion on VERY VERY HIGH PRIORITY

    bus — extenssion of rout and others

    in the mornning rout no 241 have short trip upto juhu vilepale bus stanak, should be extended upto Santacaruz bus depot. so mithibai, N M college student can travel by that bus for few stops they have to change the bus and wasting the time also.
    2nd suggestion is the 241 frequecy is not adequet. this very long rout journey so in the mornning and evening extra bus run between the santacruz depot to malvani depot.
    3rd suggestion is there must be bust between malvani mhada (ambojwadi) to oshivara depot. in peak time passanger do not get change to boarding the buses running between andheri to borivali - malvani depot.
    The Suggestion provide is correct all the two bus should start from Kharghar.

    The ticket charged by BEST for students travelling from Mira Bhayandar Muncipal Corporation Bus Stop to Royal College by 710 Ltd. bus is Rs. 6/-. Of late the conductors are charging Rs. 8/-. I have filed written complaint on February 25, 2009 at Anushakti Nagar Bus Depot (Tickets attached).

    The bus service should start from Jalvaayu in Kharghar just as route 504 to wadala. even the purple a/c bus should start from Jalvaayu.

    Sorry to inform you that I am not convinced with your reply. I would like to know how I would reach my destination by purchasing Monthly or Daily passes for Bus nos. 210 or 707 to go to Andheri area. There is no question of facilitating easy changeover of bus routes to reach destinations as mentioned in your letter. And to be frank, most o[censored]s who have signed the letter are already pass holders but unable to board the crowded buses coming to Orlem church bus stop.

    Hope you will reconsider the issue and bring out some solution for the same.

    Former principal of the Vashi-based College BA Patil, who is also president of Pragati Rahivashi Mandal, informed Papalkar that there are no NMMT buses available in Kharghar, which connects to Mumbai directly. Also, there are no NMMT AC buses in Kharghar.

    Another renowned activist from Kharghar Kiran Patil (SEO) and secretary of the association said, "The population of Kharghar is increasing in many folds and there is certainly a need for quality transport in the city. We requested NMMT to provide AC buses from Kharghar's Tata cancer research hospital to Parel, so that residents or patients can travel comfortably."

    In the meeting, there was a discussion over frequency of bus route numbers 52 and 54. "The bus route number 52 is always crowded, especially during peak hours. Also, in sectors 30 and 35, there is some construction work going on, which makes things very difficult for passengers.

    In that stretch, it is difficult to stand inside the bus, " adds Patil. Responding to their request, Papalkar informed them that there are no AC buses available with them to spare for Kharghar. Presently, there are 20 buses and all are routed to Bandra, Borivali and Wadala, from those nodes under NMMC jurisdiction.

    "We have requested for 10 more AC buses, which will take at least two months, as it is in the proposal stage. Once we get these buses, we can plan to start buses from Kharghar or Panvel. In the meantime, due to unavailability of buses, we cannot start AC buses from Kharghar, " said NMMT manager Papalkar.

    On the issue of increasing bus frequency, Papalkar gave the assurance that in 15 days, more buses will be introduced in this route to decongest the crowd during peak hours.

    Pragati Rahivashi Mandal is in touch with BEST buses over the same issue. Over the past one year, they have sent several letters to the BEST organisation to start bus services between Kharghar Tata cancer hospital and Parel.
    "We are doing a follow up with BEST as well, " informed Patil.

    "However, since they have not responded promptly to our issue, we are not requesting NMMT to provide good transport service in the Kharghar region. Although BEST will also respond in a few weeks on the issue of starting new bus route from Kharghar, " informed Patil.

    In the meeting held with Papalkar, advocate Kulkarni, Kharche and Baburao Yebaji were present, along with Kiran Patil and B A Patil.

      Dear All,

      Currently they have mentioned in the BEST officeal site -AC AS 525 ( from dindoshi to MIDC -mahape route that Dr Ambedkar udyan -powai garden ( AC bus 525 AS-525 route is the stoppage but currently they (BEST drivers) are bypassing via LT bridge and we are not geting this facility . Many peoples alight here at powai garden stop and catch another vehicle for chandivali IT park , industrial area and sakinaka .

      This is main stoppage and there is no jam here whereas AC bus 461 and AC 388 always stop here.

      but currently we are not getting this facility at LT stoppage . request you to please forward to concern person in BEST.

      The starting bus of AS 525 is at 8.30am from M.I.D.C. Please provide this bus more early atleast the buses shud start from 7am. With current timing we cannot reach office on time.
      Am sure with this initiative more ppl will be benefited and people can make pass if they travel daily..

      This is about the Bus no AS 525, which starts from Mhape to Dindoshi.
      It doesn't have stoppage at Ghansoli station. It passes that place but goes by flyover.
      I think from Mhape to Ghansoli station is a good distance to make a stop. And it's very much relevant, because if it is passing a particular station, it must have a stop there so that people can easily access the facility. Or else it become expensive & time taking to go to Ghansoli Village from station and then take the bus.
      I expect it to be implemented soon.

      Respected Sir,

      This is about the BUS No AS 461, which start from Mulund to Borivalit.
      It doesnot stop at Seepz as it is already full by Powai.

      All the communters have to wait for 40-45 daily for the bus.
      Incase not than we need to get into AC 525 and get down at Virwani and than wait for AC 461.

      We have BUS from Seepz to Borovli AC 461 but the last BUS is at 5.35 so request you to kindly start the BUS from Seepz Gate no 1 after 6 also.

      Hoping for a positive answer.

        There is no system of online payment of Electricity Bill of BEST Undertaking. BEST should provide a system by which consumer can pay its electricity bill vide net banking or credit card facilites.

        You would always find long ques for payment of electricity bill in south mumbai.
        It is a shame of the part of BEST Undertaking that being a service provider in south mumbai and not having online payment facility. Even Reliance and other service providers have online payment facility.

        It seem BEST Undertaking is living in 19th century and not changing with time.
        Hope my complains does make some ripples.

        This is a best post I have made many times a complaint
        for online payment facility but it is as usual that it must be stuck for getting share with vendor in marathi tuze kiti maze kiti aani sahebache kiti it is part of corruption where they can stake to thousand of peoples for their benefits shame to so called marathi
        netajis I am a marathi and I never found to be a single person who is aware of technology and all they are fit for to run vadapav

        MTNL has the option of paying bill by using credit card and it does not charge any extra for using this option but why does BEST (undertaking) is promoting third party involvement who but obviously charge for providing facility. I think this is un fair to consumers and some one should look into this urgently.
        I agree with the comment, I don't understand why they keep them away from the updated world
        This is done so that top officers in BEST can make some quick money by releasing tenders for 3rd party payment. I work with BEST and many times i have raised this issue but my officers are threatening to transfer me.
        I want to change the language of my bill A/c. No. 1056089 Cons. No.[protected]*6 from 'Marathi' to 'English'.
        I also want to change my bill language from Marathi to English consumer no[protected]*0
        Please provide as much information as possible...

          Everyday there are hundreds of people travelling from Mulund (East) to Powai and ahead. But there are no buses running from Mulund (East) to Andheri. There is only one bus no. 403 which goes to Mulund (east) and that too via Mulund (west). Is it really difficult for the BEST to start buses from Mulund (East) to Powai. Also, the frequency of A/c buses i.e. AS-461 & AS-422 is horrible. Many times we have to wait for 1/2 hour to 45 mins. for the A/c bus to come. And haulting the bus at the stop is like a big task for the driver. Please increase the no. of buses and also make L&T, Powai as the starting point for some of the buses.

          I agree completely although the traffic jam at powai area is purely because of so excessive private buses running on that route.You should plan parallelly and work it out once the Powai road is ready.
          the best should change the bus route of bus no 403ltd
          the new route can be as follows
          gavanpada - mulund stn [east] - chainani elders - bhandup pumping station - bhandup gaon - nahur railway station - bhandup sonapur - bhandup police station - gandhi nagar - seepz - marol depot - chakala - agarkar chowk {andheri stn [E] }
          as this bus goes through mulund west it takes lot of time
          bus no 307 also comes in the same route
          so please divert this bus through this new route
          NON-AVAILBILITY OF BUS
          Everyday there are hundreds of people travelling from Turbhe to Nerul Depo But there are no buses running from Turbhe to Nerul Depo (time morning nerul to turbhe 9.30 to 9.45 and eve turbhe to nerul 7.15 pm to 8.00 pm. Request you to please take it as seriously.

            De-congest the Road. Travel by Best Bus. This is what we read everyday on the hoardings diplayed at the Best Stops. However, we have noticed that there are no buses to carry us from one destination to the other. How Pathetic? We can understand about the crowded buses, but even empty bus doesnt hault to reduce the crowd at the bus stop. Everyday travellers like me have to wait for atleast half hour at the bus stop to get into the bus. After spending Rs.1000/- on monthly pass and min. half hour everyday, we get to board the A/c bus from L&T to Mulund. Some of the bus drivers do not have the courtesy to hault the bus even if the bus can accommodate people. And for Pregnant Ladies & Senior Citizens the things are even worse. As soon as the bus haults, everyone runs behind the bus as if the world is going to end, without caring for the Ladies and Elderly People. But why should we blame the people when everyone is in a hurry to reach home early with this Pathetic Bus service. For God's Sake increase the Bus frequency and arrange for BEST Inspector at the L&T Stop to manage the Buses.
            Bus never on time : I always travel in 328 as i catch the bus from yariroad busdepo at 2:07 as from last 2 days the bus is never on time and apart from that they change the bus route till chakala as its original stop is bamandaya pada due to this we never reach the office on time. as we asked about the bus details in yariroad depo office we didnt got the clear reply as they were talking in arrogant language.
            Kindly take some action about their speech as someday because of their speech the public will loose their patience.

              My Name Rajesh Powle.

              I am the regular traveler from BEST from Andheri to seepz,i have notice many times in morning when ever TC is not there people dont get into the bus in line and when we start to go in the bus thru line people come frm without line and get into the bus and conductor dosent say anything,might be its not his duty,but plase ask TC to satnd from 06:30 morning as it is very diffucult without TC and if we speak abt this with conductor his language is very rude,very very rude just need to train them how to speak with people or fire them from the job and keep well educated people who atleast know how to talk with the people.

              one more concern conductor sometimes never stop the bus on busstop even whn we show our hand (as its there duty to stop the bus in all bus stops) to stop the bus they go like as no one is standing.

              Please take some necessary action.

                I was wating for the BEST bus in mulund east below the flyover where the bus AS1 has a stop and the bus driver took the flyover nad left without taking the stop. Who has given him the authority to do that.

                Yestarday i board a bus from corporation around 9pm route number is 12B and i wanted to get down at teachers college bus stop & that driver was insisting me to get down from running bus .Immediate action must be taken.Thye should be fined .

                I'm daily travelling by bus root no 207 or 707 or 720. from Ketki Pada to Dahisar bridge between 8:30am to 9:30am there is complaint about is that driver don't stop the bus properly even the so much empty places in the bus. why there is driver in so hurry. I'm Just about yeasterday on 6th july2011 at near about 9:15 am in bus no.MH - 01, L 8114. On complaining to conductor he says bus pakadneka nahin. it is not about me only but who are back to me whatever they are ladies or gents they can fall while catching the bus may seriously get injured.
                please take action against these type of driver or some day they will get injured.

                  I stay in Mahavir Nagar, kandivli, mumbai 400067. When i came to stay here 7 years back, there was a double decker bus 285 that used to travel from station to mahavir nagar. It had excellent frequency 1 bus in 5 min & used to go jam packed. but now that bus has been made to single decker & come after half an hour. this causes a lot of troubles to the residents of mahavir nagar finding a vechicle from station takes 20-30 min please see to it that the original bus with the same amount of frequency is replaced...

                  Following is my complaint :

                  In the morning it is observed that only short trip bus / less no. of bus are operated between kurla to seepz ( bus route no. 349) .

                  this causes a big trouble to passengers coming & going from office in the midc area & there are so may poor patient coming to kamgar hospital but are unable to reach the hospital in time.

                  same is the condition repeated in evening from midc to kurla.

                  I request you to look in to matter .

                    I stay in Wadala East near Priyadarshini. In order to travel to vikhroli, Bus no- AS 5 is one of the 2 AC buses which cross Priyadarshini. Inspite of its stop at Priyadarshini, I have noticed couple of times that it does not stop at the Stop for no valid reason. I wait for 20-25min for the bus and it just passes by without even bothering to acknowledge the waiting passengers. Its highly unprofessional on the part of BEST who claims to be running even during flodded roads in Mumbai (which is their punchline on the web-site).

                      AS-13 Express Bus service(A/C Bus) never comes at time on top of it new inexperience drivers are driving these buses in the evening.Which goes by snail speed then why it should be called Express buses when other buses as AS-1/AS-3 goes much faster.Is it not cheating by BEST when they are charging 500/600 Rs.more than other buses pass saying it is express buses can they display time log.

                      In the evening same time other buses reach much faster than AS-13 can customers call back extra money given towards exp.bus pass? Will best look in to the matter else they want to stop this service saying these routes are not profitable.Already people are started going by other buses even they are holding valid exp.bus passes.

                      I will personally appreciate if any feed back comes from BEST.I also want to know Concern authorities E-mails/phone Nos.Etc.

                      Surprisingly morning it is excellent journey WRT time and comfort-within 50/55 minites we reach sion.

                        Bus no.MH01 L9343 Dt: 15/12/09 Time: 6:15pm. Route: 210 dahisar depot. This is when the driver of this bus was talking on cell phone while driving; now I want to know what action will be taken by government against this driver when common man is not spared from breaking such law. It was so irresponsible from his side when he risked the lives of 20-30 people inside it.

                        When government servers only will do such things what can they expect from common man.

                        I am very much interested in knowing what action will be taken

                        rude behavior of driver--best bus no 237 bus no 6856gr on 17th feb morning 10am a senior citizen heart patient boarded in d bus at best colony to borivali stn near chamunda circle he requested driver pl alight me here driver ignord nd block the way angrily danda hit me 3times.
                        It was on sunday, 3rd july 2011. I caught the 461 (Sorry my mistake.. I had earlier mentioned 226 bus) bus from Gorai Depot & asked for the Jaicoch (jogeshwari) for the conductor. Its 12/- But he gave the ticket up to Majas Aagar of 14/- & When I asked him about this. He started arguing on that. I gave him 50/- He never give my remaining money back & when I started asking him about this Majas Aagar ticket he again started arguing with me by saying why didn't you give me change & immediately gave me my remaining money back as well.

                        That conductor was behaving very rudely to the passengers. I have noticed his batch no. It is 41443 (issued from satara). He was behaving very rudely to all. Even for me he said do whatever you want to do.

                        This is my complaint. I only hope you give a proper warning so that they don't repeat this again.

                          RealPlayer Plus — unauthorized charges; product not functional

                          1) I foolishly upgraded to RealPlayer Plus 2 days ago. Never could get the plus version to work. It was a "couldn't get there from here situation." The program requires you to 'sign in" at RealPlayer online; but you can't! The sign-in link takes you to a blank html page on your own system. Total charge $42.49

                          2) Today i find my account double-charged for this software. $42.49 twice! Ihave wasted 2 hours today trying to get the overcharge back AND the software to work. I was hung up on twice. 'Suppport' -in India - will not listen; they keep repeating "Sorry you are having this problem. We can't fix this; you'll have to deal with your bank" - or "please hold" - for a half hour at a time. I told them finally i wanted both charges reversed - immediately.

                          Just now i am told again i have to wait whatever numbers of days it takes for the refund to go thru; "it's automatic, by software; nothing else we can do."

                          This has got to be illegal

                            There are two bus routes - 110 and 172 which have the last stop at Saat Rasta. These buses are parked in a very bad manner and occupy a large portion of the road.

                            Due to this there is a severe traffic jam at the circle (saat rasta)

                            May we request for this last stop to be shifted to Mumbai Central Bus depot so that traffic situation can be eased out at the circle.

                              I am daily using the BEST bus no. 459Ltd to travelling from Kanjurmarg W (Dockyard Colony) to Chincholi Bunder (Malad W) for reching my office from last One year. It is the only direct bus to travel on that rout hence I have no option to use any alternate rout bus.

                              We ( I & the many other commuters who are travelling on same rout ) have some complaints & suggestions are as follows:

                              Complaints:
                              Bus frequency is too less on perticular rout i.e. rout no 459 Ltd. The frequency between two bus is manytimes among 1 to 1.30 hrs.
                              Sometimes conductors are not halt the bus on crowded stops even bus is quite empty.
                              Manytimes the buses are puncture in pick hours.

                              Suggestions:
                              Need to expand the frequency of bus rout number 459 Ltd during pick & non pick hour because this bus is always full with passengers even non pick hours.
                              Bus conductors should have to halt the buses each and every stop where bus stop is available.
                              Most Important is that to start the AC Kinglong bus on this rout.

                              Kindly note the above complaints & suggestions from me & many other passangers and reply ASAP. Please help us.

                              The Best has started a new A/C route (AS 51) from Vashi Station to Ghatkopar Via Airoli which goes empty almost all the time. I wold rerquest the Best authorities to reintroduce this bus from Seawoods or Nerul Rly. Station to Thane via Vashi, Koparkhairane, Thane Belapur Road, Airloi Bridge and Octroi Naka on the E.E.Highway to Cadbury Jn. It will have a good patronage. Will the BEST look into the matter.The present 512 and 511 route takes so much time to reach Mulund as much of the time is wasted in traficjams in Mulund station area.

                              From the last 2 or 3 days all AC buses are not stopping at Green field BusStop JVLR Andheri East. As this area is residential area, many people will get down there. I don't know why they have eliminated this Bus Stop for AC buses.
                              I am daily using the BEST bus no. 459Ltd to travelling from BHANDUP POLICE STN. W to Chincholi Bunder (Malad W). I have no option to use any alternate bus route from Chincholi Bunder to Bhandup. So pls I have request you to send atleast within 15 min. back to back more than buses. because of i have facing the problems last 2, 3 months.
                              I am fully agree with that 1) increas the frequancy of 459 or start new A/c or Non A/c bus in same route

                              At present there is no BEST Bus service from Hiranandani Meadows / Vasanth Vihar area to Mumbai or south Mumbai.

                              Request Best to do some thing urgently about it for the people residing in this area.

                              BEST has done good job by starting new AC route AS-512. It is blessing for the people traveling to Navi Mumbai.. But I have a suggestion about the route.. BEST must divert the route from Mulund West Station- Mulund East Station- Mhada Colony( Eastern Express highway)-Arioli Bridge.. It will be a blessing for Mulund East People.Currently there are 2 non ac buses from Mulund(E) 513 & bus from NMMT which are heavily crowded.. There are hundreads of commuters demanding an AC route from Mulund(E). Also AS-512 route from Nirmal lifestyle is also served by AS-51 route. If they want they can take AS-512 from Jhonson & then via Mulund Depot- Mulund stn- Mulund (E)-Airoli... Please do the needful at the earliest...

                              I travel between chembur and navimumbai and also to chembur and thane.

                              why there is no stop of any of buses routes AS-1, AS-3 & AS-5 at postal colony.after chedda nagar the next stop is at suman nagar.people staying in postal colony, shellcolony and in around chembur station have no option to use the same services as we have to either get down at chedda nagar or suman nagar and take connecting non AC bus.i am regular Diamond Pass holder and i stay in Shellcolony.

                              Also why don, t you start a route to navimumbai maybe from Sion depot which will ply on eastern express highway and take a right turn from cheddanagar junction and then to Navi Mumbai.Currently we have to go to Diamond garden or suman nagar if we need to go to Navi-Mumbai.

                              So please do the needful at the earliest and revert back to me on the same.

                              The Best has started a bus no.502 from Nerul to Wadala. Its good for the people living at sanpada and juinagar.. please start this as A/C bus..
                              Please start a new A/C and Non A/C bus from the same route to Byculla or CST..
                              As there is no HALF TICKET in A/C bus, we has to think twice when we r with kids.. please make a half ticket also..
                              BEST has done good job by starting new AC route AS-551. It is blessing for the people traveling from Nerul/Sanpada to Seepz.. But I have a suggestion about the route.. the bus should not enter Mulund from Mulund Airoli and instead take a Left to eastern express Highway and then turn right to Ghandhi nagar at Kanjurmarg and proceed towards seez. This will save Half an hour in over all journey... presentaly it takes 1 1/2 hour to reeach thus making the journey very difficult

                              It is good to see that BEST undertaking has introduced additional bus routs for Airoli. 514, 522, 525, 509, 545 these new routs had helped a lot to passeners on this routs. It is my request if BEST undertakingmake some moditifications in these routs,
                              1) Bus No 514 should be diverted via Airoli Bus Stand, as 512 is already, there so 514 as it is a short rout will help SECTOR 1, 2, 3, 4, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 20A, 20B commuters to direct access to Bhandup Sonapur, Nirmal Life Style etc. On similar fashion

                              2) Bus No. 522 should be diverted via Airoli Depot, as 523 & 525 are already there, so 522 as it is a short rout will help SECTOR 1, 2, 3, 4, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 20A, 20B commuters to direct access to Bhandup Sonapur, Bhandup Police Station, Kanjur etc.

                              3) Bus No. 513 should be stoped there at Airoli Bus Stand & should be extended there from Gawanpada, Mulund till Teen Hath Naka on 373 bus rout till upto Mulund bus station/ check naka. It will help many commuters on from Teen Hath Naka to Mulund Check naka a directly access to Airoli. As NMMTs 100 No bus already running on the same rout & from Airoli Bus Station to Mahape there are 595, future from above request point 1 & 2 514 & 522 & also Various NMMTs buses are there including 100 No.

                              My name is Ravindra. I am residing in Jijamata Nagar, Worli. I am working in the area of Sangam-nagar wadala (E).My working route is Jijamata Nagar - B.D.D. Chawl - Sangam Nagar. I have a monthly City Pass.

                              Bus no 110, the route is BDD chawl to Sangam Nagar. Sometimes what happens, same number and same description bus comes. But, in bracket there were written PLAZA. If this bus will be going to PLAZA, why they write 110 and Sangam-nagar. People become used to number. If they see number, they are automatically are known where this bus will go.They don't read description.

                              If the above is going to PLAZA, why they write 110 and Sangam-nagar.Commutors get confused in this regards.They get into the bus by back door and get down from front door.Sometimes commutors drawn the tickets, conductor give them ticket, then tell them this bus is only for PLAZA. Then they get down in PLAZA and go for next 110.Then argument start. Somdays conductor keeps shouting PLAZA to avoid the confusion.
                              Why these confusion are happening.
                              My Opinion - if any bus leaving from BDD chawl for PLAZA. They should not write bus number and any other description. They should write "PLAZA" only.or decide any fix number for PLAZA.So commuters would be known that is bus will be heading for PLAZA. Conductors also need not to shout Plaza Plaza Plaza.

                              I hope this suggestion could be very beneficial for BEST buses.

                              Many of the AC buses have stops which are very very long. For example in BEST website, it was mentioned the AS 2 bus stops at Vakola police station, but it does not and goes over the flyover.

                              However, at Bandra there are 2 stops, one at Kherwadi and Kalanagar. So, there should be 1 stop at Vakola Police Station.

                              Many a times, this bus goes empty. If they stop at Vakola on both sides of the route, there will be more people who will take this bus.

I have a request and i have many times put a suggestion regarding this please started one more bus from anushakti ngr to seepz midc via powai. Recently i saw C-60 exp best bus instead of it if you can start a regular one which will help the commuters and also increase the frequency of this route buses during pick hours. we would be greatful if you take up this suggestion.

The new service started by BEST c-72 is really good but the bus is not turning in Dindoshi depot pls start new service Acbus sor the same express bus betn Sion dindoshi. the buses runnung on same route are always very crowded so why BEST is not thinking to icrease the survices. bus no 448 is always heavily crowded we even cannot climb up.

                              Bus conductors should have to halt the buses each and every stop where bus stop is available.
                              Most Important is that to start the AC King long bus on this rout. its very important for us specially in the summer, there is lot o[censored]s coming from Brambhand but also lots are coming from bhyender they specially change their buses for this rout and we all know that just because of seepz gate no 3 and 1 a big amount of passengers using this rout, so please provide us an AC BUS for 491 or 706.

                              Kindly note the above complaints & suggestions from me & many other passengers and reply ASAP. Please help us.
                              yes am also a frequent traveller of 459 from bhandup to Chincholi bunder its very hectic to travel in this bus at evening buses for long route first of all are not in good condition every time at seepz it stops and passengers have to get down so that bus can start and can climb the ghat section. It is very hard to travel would be good if BEST introduce AC bus on this route.

                              We require the AS-524 should be start from kharghar or kalamboli and time interval should be 15 min and it should be highway to highway.Right now its from belapur and take 30 min to reach vashi and we wait for long time.The Interval of bus is around 40 min.

                              Also please start AS-525 from Kharghar that is good bus and running very fast and also request you to cover L&T route for the same.

                              So many commuters are from kharghar to travel for powai...Please look into it.

                                Sub: Request MANDATORY - PROMINENT DISPLAY OF NAME OF BUS STOP.

                                This is to bring to your notice, that newly renovoted bus stops fail to have PROMINENT BOLD DISPLAY OF NAME OF BUS STOP, although these days most of the BEST Bus Stops have bright illumination with host of Commercial Advertisements.

                                Due to this, The passangers are inconvinianced and unable to see the Name of the BUS STOP,

                                It is absolutely necessary for BEST authorities to make it mandatory for Advertisers to Display the BUS STOP's NAME PROMINENTLY. such that it is distinctly visible for Passangers travelling thro' BEST BUSES.

                                Now that the Audio Visual screens are also installed in many BEST BUSES, they should also display / Announce the name of the NEXT BUS STOP as it is done in the Mumbai local trains. This will facilitate and improve BUS TRAVEL making it the "BEST" , Especially for those who are travelling and not aquented with the route.

                                Morevover, some of the drivers do not stop the buses at the bus stop. In some cases, they stop and then abruptly start the buses, some people fall down. They do not allow people to board the buses. In some of the cases, they veer the bus slowly towards the stop as if they are going to halt the buses, then they suddenly speed the bus away! This is insulting to the masses! Action should be taken on this immediately. The drivers and conductors should think ten times whether they would do this in case their mothers, sisters, wife or daughter would be standing at that particular stop.

                                I agree on the above matter. BEST should increase the frequency of all buses. Pepole go wild to reach home in evening. they do anything to board the bus. Sometime some other passenger get injured while boarding into bus by the passengers. In crowded bus people try to alight from back door & poeple do not allow to alight them which causes fight.

                                  On 11th December 2009 @ 5.40 p.m. on Family court BKC Bandra BUS Stop, we have waited for 20 minutes to catch the bus to go to Bandra Station, all the bus 303, 310 & 390 was coming fully loaded & 4 bus passed away & all the passenger at Family Court Bus Stop BKC, Bandra (E) stand idle. then one bus route 310 double Decker RTO No.MH-01-LA-03 (BEST No.4038) came at around 6.01 p.m. the driver was not stopping the bus at Family court stop , we all shouted than he stopped the bus little ahead from the STOP it was very empty BUS, still he was not stopping the bus, some of person climbed the bus...& after that 3 BUS were simultaneously came ....the 4 BUS running together... what is the sense of all these things...to harass the passengers....every day the story is same...we are working hole day at the evening while returning our home we are suffering too much...please do the needful to solve these problems....
                                  please increase the frequency of bus no 421, 419, 426 form chandivali to ghatkopar station .or start new bus for that rout it is industrial area & so many peoples are traveling from that rout there is so many buses are going to andheri but only 3 buses for central line station.please do needfull.
                                  bus no 421 after 6 pm are not stopping at the stop by driver, we know bus are loaded but atleast increase the frequency
                                  In morning time (7.30 to 11.00) bus no 525, 523, 522, 545 are not stop at the airoli diva goan circle stop even the bus was not crouded & the same buses in evening (5.30 to 7.30) are not stop in L & T STOP.

                                    Negligence Driving
                                    I Jaydeep A Tanna Passenger HANDICAPPED PERSON ( right above elbow amputation) was at Chembur Naka bus Stop to journey of Ghatkopar Station Dated 9th Dec 2009 at 5.30 pm. but 1 bus came by 6.15 pm Bus Route No -430 which did not stop at bus stop by making slow at bus stop than immediately raised the speed of bus & not allowed any passenger to board the bus.
                                    Thereafter the other bus came 6.30pm the Bus Route No - 381 ,bus no 7591, MH01 L8742 , Ticket No[protected], Rs 6/- Bus stop before bus stop 50 yard & was avioding to stop the bus Stop at Chenbur Naka Bus Stop but I raised my hand to bus driver but still Bus driver escaped to Stop at the bus Stop but could not escaped.Thereafter I was Boarding from the Front entrance but with the very bad negligence way driver started the bus I have to catch bus in the motion.
                                    This clearly show that Best Bus Driver are Negligence when Handicapped person is boarding the bus & would be liable for the uncertain which would cause such person Accident.
                                    I would further procced legal Step on such Driver & Best Bus.

                                      Hi,
                                      I boarded 507 bus at Gopal Bhavan (ghatkopar) bus stop at about 7.15 pm today (Dec 9, 2009). The bus was crowded so i held the rod in one hand and keeping my balance was trying to pull out the money from my left hand. This conductor who could see what i am doing asks for my ticket. I told him I am removing money to which he rudely said Stop bolo pehla .. stop bol nahi sakte kya... paisa kya something he said....His harsh tone really annoyed me.However I told him last stop (which is santacruz east bus depot) and to his audacity he tells me Santacruz station bolo last stop kya bolthe ho. I told him he need not teach me what to say as last stop means the same.So i asked him if he would give the ticket without money.. He gives me the ticket n 2 rupee coin change n says Dus rupiyaa do... .He was extremely rude as though talking to a cheap stud... When we reached the depot (at 8.00pm) I asked him for his batch no. He refused to give it but said I can come and talk to some people at the depot. I went and did speak to the person sitting at the Santacruz East depot. However I hope that the condcutors and driver are taught some manners of talking & behaving at least to people who are good to them. I havent mentioned the batch no. as I dont want HARSH action against him. However I would appreciate if this is conveyed accordingly.

                                      One more thing needs to be highlighted is about buses not halting at the required stop. If there is traffic and the buses are a little away from the actual stop the drivers n conductors expect people to walk up to it. So those who dont are left stranded at the stop as the bus just zooms by without halting. This happens all the time at Gopal Bhavan & Vikhroli bus depot stop as well.

                                      I dont know if the matter would be taken up but i seriously hope it is.Also hoping for immediate action be taken for the same.

                                      Hi,
                                      I am a daily passenger of BEST buses, everyday i boarding from Thin Hath Naka (Thane) to Nelco (andhari) by any bus which i get earlier. I have diamond pass, so i used to change bus in Chek Naka (Mulund) for AS 422.

                                      But today (18/Feb/2010 at 8.00 A.M) i had a very bad experience. As BEST has no fixed time for leave, so i am just waiting for the bus, which leaves earlier from Thin Hath Naka to Chek Naka, i got a bus 496 at 8.00 A.M, which was so crowded, so i entered in the bus from the 1st gate because i am getting down at Chek Naka, but the bus DRIVER was start shouting on me without knowing anything why i entered from the 1st gate, i politely told him that i have to get down in Chek Naka it is just 1 stop and if i entered from 2nd gate i will not able to get down that's it he got up from his place and star pushing me and asking me to get down, his harsh tone really annoyed me and kept on speaking rubbish. He was sounding like, he is the owner of the bus or may be one of the supreme person in the BEST COMPANY. I asked for his batch no.and again he started abusing me and asked me to get down and complaint to whomsoever. I was very disappointed with his behavior, request you to take necessary action.

                                      I will personally appreciate if any feed back comes from BEST.I also want to know Concern authorities E-mails/phone Nos.Etc.

                                        Respected Sir,

                                        I am regular commuter from mira road to thane. I take a AS-700 bus from Kashimira stop to thane.
                                        It is very much regular that AS-700 bus is not stopping at Kashimira bus stop.
                                        On 3rd December at 8.00 PM AS-700 Bus MH-01 LA 6961 did not stop at Kashi mira stop.
                                        I am repeatedly posting complain on this forum but dont have any idea whether any action has been initiated.
                                        Since frequency of AC bus is very less, we cannot effort to miss any bus. Kindly look in to matter and find some solution so that our life becomes easy.
                                        Every driver conductor should be compelled to stop bus at every stop.
                                        Kindly take necessary action

I would like to bring to your notice that the bus is always late and also makes a hault at borivali station even after coming late . For past month or so i have been noticing that the bus is atleast 10-15 min late. PLEASE kindly look into the matter whosoever concerned...
