Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in regards to a complaint against a bus conductor of a limited bus 479 which left from Goregaon Station West yesterday on Jan25, 2012 at 7.10am.

There are school children who board the bus from a stop in Aarey Colony to their school. To the best of my knowledge the journey costs them Rs. 2 (half ticket).

However this conductor charged them Rs.3 & took the children by suprise as most of them carry limited money for this journey.

This conductor also threatended them to pay him change of Rs.3 failing which he will make them get down fromthe bus. He also physically abused them by hitting them on their head while asking them to take ticket from him.

When a school girl gave him Rs.2 as usual he asked for a rupee extra which she didnt have. He stopped the bus & made her get down from the bus in the middle of the road.

This situation could have been handled in a more better manner. He could have asked her school mates to help her by paying the extra penny.

I request the authorities to check what the exact amount is between the 2 stops.

If the fare is Rs.2 then the conductor needs to be questioned why he charged all the school children extra.

Even if the fare was Rs. 3 he should not have made her get down of the bus for the sake of humanity.

    SUBJECT Best bus driver broke signal, endangered life was abusive very rude rashly driving
    Bus driver trying to kill me and when he was unsuccessful then also he was trying to beat me he left the steering and came down from bus to beat me.
    Before to this I faced many problems with these BEST bus drivers on road guys but this time it was really shocking experience for me.
    I would like to bring it to the notice of BEST dept as their drivers so ruthless, egoistic, manner less, abusive that they do not first obey the lane discipline, break signals & also argues even though when they are at fault with abusive languages.

    Also say that go and do whatsoever you can do I would be the way I am and no one can do anything as I have all contact.
    The driver was rash driving and I was almost on the verge of getting killed fractionally. It was done on purpose and with full intention, that to 3 times in such a small time. i also observed that the bus driver wasn't bothered to stop at the bus stop, but was only trying to vanish the road after hitting my bike.
    I have taken the batch no of the diver and I hope this requires you once action is taken against him
    This complaint is against best bus driver whose badge number is 05474.the conductor was also there his batch# 197996. He was driving bus number MH 01 AP 0320, the depot (Majas) # 1544/MJ at approximately 10:45am down western express highway, road below Andheri fly over Andheri (east) bishleri signal.
    I was riding my bike toward seepz office on Thursday dated :01/19/:2012 ,time 10:45AM , location western express highway road below andheri fly over andheri (east)bishleri signal.,on the centre lane and the driver come when from back and hit me back on the bike from my right site ,although there were plenty of space at right and he don't allow to drive at 1st lane ,
    I waited on bike at the signal at the intersection for about 30 seconds for the light to turn green. There were not many vehicles and not much of traffic. The driver came in rashly and stopped at back of my bike and he starting honking unnecessary, since I was waiting to red signal become green that’s why I can not move ahead, but he drove the bus very rashly and touched my bike inappropriate way and hit my bike due to which my bike’s leg guard broken. This bus dashed against my bike and scratched on the right side where my right leg just missed this happening i managed my leg from accident many people must have heard the sound of dashing. but since i had to attend the office, later i complaint to police department about this incident. I was about to fall down and due to this incident luckily it missed injury to my leg. At that time, the best driver drove past a red light at very high speed, and touched my bike by his bus.

    Really felt so embarrassed how drivers sitting on such higher level where he could see my bike very clearly and he could get good judgment whether to pass through the way near my bike.

    I chased the bus, blocked the driver and demanded an apology for endangering my life. He refused to admit any wrong-doing and instead blamed me for breaking the signal. While a heated argument ensued, he dared me to make the best take any action against him.
    With a kind gesture i requested to stop the bus for a minute to understand why he did it. By that time he put the gear very loudly and that sounded very loud he accelerated the engine at very high the noise was very horrible to make me feel terror and suddenly again brushed my bike , but to my shock the bus driver did not even mind that he brushed my bike but with least humanity accelerated the bus and in a rude way asked me to "go-off" and that he will not stop the bus. This reaction of absolute carelessness could had caused an accident to me
    Before reaching the bus stop there was a car show room(sai service) gate There were vehicles crossing the road and our lane had to stop before the vehicles crossing the road was been cleared, by that time my bike was ahead of the bus. There was enough time to him say sorry to me. I turned down to look at the bus and check why he did this act.

    Immediately I started hearing the worst abuses a best bus official could ever speak while he was on his duty. He was abusing me as if I had my may ahead and there was no vehicles crossing the road. After the vehicles were clear I immediately started my bike and took to the right of the road and stopped as I had to take a u-turn to go seepz my office.
    But the bus driver stopped the bus started howling creating an embarrassment to me as if I had done something wrong. to show off his ego as if he was the driver of best bus and the did not apply to him and has the right to do any thing. He started to curse my family members though he was at wrong. It added to my frustration as he was not allowing me to utter a word, then I though that there was no point to get myself indulged in that absurd conversation which will only ruin my state of mind and will also cause further issues to the public boarded in the bus (as it will delay their commuting time). I chose not to speak to that uncultured man who is not even having a sense of the duty and responsibility he was carrying.
    The driver did not even have the courtesy to get down and say sorry or ask if something happened. The bus drivers and conductors need to be sensitive and they have no right to play with our lives.

    I had complain there to the available traffic police , but no response , even I was asked to leave the road immediateness other wise we will book u in any case, and even police marshal bike was there no body helped me.
    Sir I have seen by own eyes on roads, many people killed by BEST bus driver even in my area also, they have made 3 families helpless. So prevent to this I want teach them a lesson.
    Is this the kind of employees the best officials deploy? What assurance do we have as public letting our family members boarding the bus and people who are on road walking, riding the bike or going in there in pvt vehicle who forget being polite but behaves in as arrogant as possible in order to show his so called "ego"
    We appreciate the best for the untiring help and service to the city, but we can not stand and watch as a few bad apples spoil the whole bunch.
    I expect some disciplinary actions to be taken against that driver to discourage such anti-social IS THIS THE DESCENCY AND GOOD CULTURE IN OUR INDIA? NO COURTEOUSY TO STOP THE BUS AND ASK FOR APOLOGY.

    SIR, UNLESS THERE IS A VERY SEVER PUNISHMENT CRIME CANT
    STOP, SIMPLY PENALTY OF SUSPENSION FOR TEMPORARY TIME DOES NOT WORK.

    IF WE WANT TO IMPROVE THE IMAGE OF OUR INDIA, WE AND YOU
    HAVE CERTAINLY TO THINK ON IT AND IF THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT TOUGH AND SINCERE YOU CAN IMAGINE THE RESULT, IT WILL NOT BE WITH ME BUT IT CAN BE WITH YOU ALSO ANYTIME.behavior and creating nuisances in the public place and road using people.

    Please take the necessary actions against such people. If fate hadn't been on our side then i would have been killed today. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible

    same complain have been launched at Andheri police station rcpt. No of the compl. Is 131(dated 20/1/2012), the available police were non cooperative, saying don't do that because nothing will happen,

    i have already called the[protected] and registered a complain against him. The complaint number is 72(dated 21/1/2012 complain received by Mr. sanjay). I want the BEST to warning him in the best possible way to avoid future repeat incidents.

    BEST — Best driver broke signal, endangered life

    This complaint is against BEST Bus Driver whose badge number is 14245. He was driving bus number MH01 LA 6691 at approximately 10:30 down LBS Marg in Mulund West (on the 21st of December) . My entire family (father, mother, 4 year old son, wife, dog and me) were heading down Madan Mohan Malviya road, towards the signal at LBS Marg, in an i20.

    We waited at the signal at the intersection for about 30 seconds for the light to turn green. When it did, we attempted to cross the signal. At this point, the BEST driver coming in down LBS drove past a red light at very high speed, and missed hitting our car by approximately 6-8 inches. I chased the bus, blocked the driver and demanded an apology for endangering my entire family. He refused to admit any wrong-doing and instead blamed me for breaking the signal. While a heated argument ensued, he dared me to make the BEST take any action against him.

    I have already called the[protected] and registered a complain against him. The complaint number is 20031. I want the BEST to reprimand him in the best possible way to avoid future repeat incidents. We appreciate the BEST for the untiring help and service to the city, but we can not stand and watch as a few bad apples spoil the whole bunch.

      This is with regards to BEST Bus stop loacted at Four Bungalows Market (opp Nand Kripa Hall) for Route no 38 plying from Goroegaon Depot to Jijamata Udyan where the hawkers had encroached the bus stop for storing /selling vegetables and fruits and the worst part is the seating arrangements have been intentionally removed thus depriving senior citizens and handicapped passengers to stand and i am one of the suferring handicapped passenger .

      when we ask them its not the right place to sell they abuse us saying HAFTA deta hain....

      I Kindly request BMC and BEST authorities to take immediate and appropriate action as soon as possible.

        sir i would like to draw your kind attention to the rude n manner less driver in your company (best). i was travelling from Airoli (Navi Mumbai) to ghansoli (navi mumbai). in airoli depot i was restricted by a rude driver from entering his bus which about to go after 15 min . actually i was going from my college to my home and at that time he restricted me from entering the bus and he also gave some bad words to me without any reason . though i had student pass and the bus was empty i couldn`t enter that bus . daily i travell by best bus but never i have faced such a driver . i am providing the details of that bus below. i hope you will personally look after this issue and will do right justice in this case .once again i request you sir to take strict action against such drivers and i hope soon i will get the details of the action taken against that driver .

        BEST UNDERTAKING — Rude and inhuman behavior of their driver and his companion

        On 25/1/2011 i got up into the bus from first door.of bus 525 at MBP stop, mahape...it was first stop and also because i was pregnant ....that driver was so rude he said he wants to make turn so i should get down and i am not allowed to get in from frist door....when i refuse to get down he said he will start bus unless i get down and got out of bus and halted bus for about 15 minutes.....this was in very inhuman and rude manner....later on conductor (91089)of that bus stated i got into running bus which is very wrong i got into the bus when it was halted and started making stupid remarks....later on that driver made everyone get down and when i protested and said preg ladies are allowed to get in from fitst door his other companion who was least bothered what i was saying said i dont look preg,.nor i am disable to get in from first stop....i was feeling so terribly bad that i have no words for it and i want justice for this humiliation. 525 drivers and conductors in general are very rude....when other bus drivers allow us to get in from first door and it is very first stop....what prob these guys have...
        at least on first stop they should allow us to get into the bus...they are just applying their own rules and regulations.....i want something done to this driver very seriously...i want justice

        BEST Drivers and Conductors and Municipal employees are the worst public servants in this world, and we have to put up with them no matter what. It was a great suggestion to abolish Municipal Department all together. Its just waste of money and unnecessary tension in life.

        These drivers and conductor of ac buses are also the same. I had to rush up to my place in thane. I ran and caught AS 5 from slightly ahead of kalanagar at the signal. The driver didnt even open the door, as if they are very regular and ontime. This bus has no time, you cant predict if it ever comes on the said time plus it is always crowded in the evening. Such inhuman and rude driver, he didnt have the courtesy to tell me that there would be a bus coming after that bus. He just kept on saying "no i wont open the door". There is no alternative, people have go by this bus, everyone cant afford an auto.

        I want the complaint dept of BEST buses to follow certain rules but also they should consider such cases bcoz these buses travel long distance and people have to ensure to take these buses on time.
        Ohh yes!! I also travel in this AS5 ac bus from Cadbury jnc to BKC, it is usual not on time. Every second day this is an issue in the evening time. If at all it comes on time, the buses are damn slow. The drivers work hard to drive at a higher speed, but the Chinese buses are useless. On top of this these drivers never co-operate. They dont mind if the passengers come standing or sitting or whether they reach on time or not, they drive as per their convience. Sometimes they drive so slow that it takes nearly 2hrs to reach thane and sometimes they drive so fast that if at all they need to take a break, they dont care if the standing passengers fall down.

        These drivers take an undue advantage of the people who have to travel through this bus.

        The service in all is very poor. BEST buses need to work on this.

          I have paid the electricity bill for month Sept. on time and I have the receipt/bill as acknowledgement vide cheque. My account was debited by Best Undertaking before the last date to pay the bill. However, in the bill of October, this payment is not accounted and the previous months bill is added with late fine to the October's bill. Therefore, I would request to please look into this at the earliest.

            Dear SIr, Madam

            It is really irritaing of your service. BUS No 57 which comes from sewri bus depot- till walkeshwar... dat bus sucks...... with full of crowd, and mostly in that bus, people who are working travel, it is full of crowded, and more over that bus does not comes on time at all. Its frequency is so less, that it comes fatre half an hour. It should come within evry 15 minutes, at least in morning hours..
            ANd the most most iritating part is that, even if after coming early, we have to wait almost half an hour every day and we get late for our offices.

            It would be really better if you all do something for your public...

              I have been travelling through AC -461 (Borivali- Mulund Route via JVLR) and AC- 24 (Vashi route) but the AC is not working most of the times! When the driver & conductor are told about it, they simply say that there are too many passengers or the AC stopped working suddenly.

              I dont understand if we are paying for AC service, we should get it!

                This is w.r.t Bus No 382 which starts from Anushaktinagar and the destination is Sahara Cargo.
                Please note that in the morning peak hours (between 8:00 am and 9:00 am),there is hardly one bus provided for this route.There is a lot of rush in the bus.Even though ample ladies seats are available in the bus,it is found that 50% more ladies are standing.
                The sight is just pathetic since most of the passengers are struggling to find some space to stand and some are literally on each other.

                I am also one of the passengers commuting every day (boarding from Punjabwadi,Deonar)) in the same bus.I have to actually walk through others to make it to my bus stop.

                My sincere appeal to the BEST Bus department on behalf of my fellow passengers is that

                1.Kindly provide one AC bus in this route between 8: 15 and 8: 30 am(Presently not available).
                2.Increase the frequency of buses in this route(at least in the morning peak hours.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I would like to bring to your notice that Bus No. 83 – MH 0076 plying from Santacruz Depot to Pandit Paluskar Marg reached Khar SV Road Station Bus-stop at 8:40 am this morning. However the driver did not stop the bus at the stop. He went another 50 metres further and stopped the bus. All o[censored]s, around 7-8 persons, ran to catch the bus. As we reached near the door, he started the bus and sped off.

                  This is really horrid behavior on his part. I would like you to kindly investigate the matter and speak to the driver and conductor on this misbehavior and revert to me at your earliest. I have written an email to '[protected]@bestundertaking.com' and '[protected]@bestundertaking.com' on 26th September and there is still no response from their end.

                  I hope you respect the problems we commuters face and will resolve this matter.

                  BEST , Mumbai — RUDE BEHAVIOR OF THE CONDUCTOR

                  I am 55 year old woman.On 09/10/2011 I was travelling B E S T bus no. 289 to Anita Nagar from Kandivali east between 16.45. I tried to catch the bus from Growel co, bus stop.Bus no. M H 01 H9352. I was about to get in the bus before that the conductor gave the bell and the bus started moving. When tapped the bus the driver stopped the bus. I got in and asked the conductor why you are not letting people get inside the bus, (which was almost empty) he started shouting and said if you want to catch the bus stand on the road! I would like to know the meaning of it and I asked him thenwhat is purpose of the bus stand, he said" Go and ask the government". He was so arrogant and rude and an insult to the legendary BEST service. When I asked the his badge no he said to get lost. Still I managed to get badge no. which was 42615. I would like to know the reason for this rude behavior.

                  BEST, MUMBAI — RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF DRIVER AND CONDUCTOR

                  Respected Sir,
                  I was travelling in a bus no.38 (MH-01 AP 0264) which I boarded at 8.29 pm at Bandra station to go to 4 Bunglows, Andheri West on May 9, 2011. The driver's behaviour was so rude that he stopped the bus after Arya Samaj stop for 5 minutes at
                  8.42 pm because he felt my comments were not in favour. He allowed to board on passenger from front door when he said "STAFF". But he did not allowed others to board because they were young or ladies. Conductor also supported him. Driver's batch no. was 14108 ( one of the co-passenger provided me this number). All co-passegeners in the bus were irritated with the behave of bus driver. Is it a thumb rule that driver and conductor will allow to board/alight staff at any point wherever they feel like? Why such discriminatin between staff and passengers. I would like to know the legal provision behind this. Conductor said they are going to work. What about us?Are we roam without any work? Do not we pay for the tickets?
                  Kindly provide me satisfactory reply with stern action against such employees. Else I will report the matter to consumer grievences cell for further action. Kindly forward the copy of this mail to Managing Director and Chairman of the BEST. Despite my repeated mail since May 10, 2011, neither action or enquiry has been initiated yet nor my mail has been replied.

                    Yesterday (5/10/2011) My son and I were waiting for Bus 545 at the Bhandup (E)/Crompton gate datar cly stop. At 11.15 a.m. bus no 545 (MH01 AP1669 & Conductor's Badge No. 16691) processing towards Airoli which had the digital display board on it which was not working and further it didn't stop at the above mentioned stop, and despite our repeated signaling to the conductor for it to come to a halt, sped off without halting at the mentioned stop. However, I did try to chase the bus by an auto but couldn’t catch it as driver was running speedily. Ultimately I had to drop my son at his school in Airoli by rick. But I had noted the bus no so I managed to catch the same bus at Garam Masala Stop at Airoli when it was returning to Andheri. I then asked the conductor the reason for not stopping the bus even after my several signals to him he was rude to me and asked me the proofs for the same bus and asked me to fight with the driver as he didn't stop the bus at the mentioned Bus Stop. Hope someone or somebody can take action against such conductors and drivers for purposely choosing to not stop at their scheduled stop. Thanks.

                      I travel from Hiranandani Garden bus stop to SEEPZ main gate regularly in the morning around 9 AM. Even though we have multiple buses, always gents are holding door as if the bus is full. However the buses have space in the front; we are not allowed to board from front!

                      Problem:

                      All L&T bus stop people are standing in the door. Conductors also do not insist on people alighting only from front. This causes us ladies so much inconvenience.

                      1. We have to wait for almost 30-45 mins at times to get inside a bus
                      2. Getting in is the most troublesome task
                      3. Never have I heard conductor asking people to move away from back door or to get out only from front
                      4. Ladies getting inconvenienced does not bother anyone (BEST employees or traveler gents)

                      The solution:
                      1. Compulsory alighting of bus from front only
                      2. Conductors to enforce it

                      Hope to see BEST taking some action and relieve us from this 45 mins delay and hardship.

                        Theres been constantly poor service of C-71 and C-72 buses. When the same was introduced the frequency of these buses were in between 10 minutes but from the last on year the frequency is very very poor. After leaving the office premises we are in on the bus stop exactly at 6.03 and after that we have to wait for half an hour or 45 mins. It has been observed by many commuters that there are two buses one behind the other when its 5.55pm and after that directly the bus comes by 6.35 & 6.45, we all have to wait for more than half an hour.

                        What service the BEST is providing for Aam Jaanta.. ??

                        Bus Route 164 has the poorest and erratic frequency. My son uses this bus to travel from Saat Rasta to St. Mary's High School Mazgaon. Since his school begins at 8.45 am he stands at the Jacob Circle stop at 7.50 am (it takes 10 min travel time). However, many times there is no bus from 7.50am until 8.40am (50 minutes). Due to this there is a lot of inconvenince and he has to rush to school by taxi (costing 25 rupees). He also reaches late to school because of this erratic frequency.

                        One cannot complain of traffic because it is early morning and instances of jams are very rare.

                        Can you please correct frequecy and let me know the exact timings for the bus to reach Jacob circle(Saat Rasta).

                        Very Poor Service of Bus Route 395 (Route from Santacruz East Depot to Bamandayapada)

                        Bus Route 395 has the poorest and erratic frequency. I travel by this bus from Santacruz East Depot to Marol Maroshi, Andheri East. I have to reach my office by 9.15 am I catch the 8.20 am bus leaving from Santacruz east depot but this bus is never on time and the frequency is very poor. However, many times there is no bus and I am always late to office and alongwith me there are many other people who also travels. It is really frustrating standing so long for the bus and there is no sign of the bus on time. Due to this there is a lot of inconvenience reaching to office in time and hence reaches late to office because of this erratic frequency.

                        One cannot complain of traffic because it is early morning and instances of jams are very rare.

                        Please correct the frequency and let me know the exact timings for the bus to reach my office on time.

                        I traveled to new mumbai from borivali via bus route number 524 a/c bus and came back by same bus at evening time. I noticed that when bus crossed VASHI bridge and reached GHATKOPAR driver of the buses was driving bus around 5/10 kms per hour on highway and as it was a/c bus i was expecting it to take limited stops on route but it almost took each and every stop. 2nd thing i noticed that such KINGLONG buses dosent have pick up due to CNG. when these buses are struck in traffic driver drives it as slow as tortoise. One can understand traffic problems but in traffic they drive in such a way that any cycle can overtake these buses and on bridge it feels like these buses will go back in reverse direction due to poor pick up. a/c arrangements are poor on last row where u can get engine smell and no comfort of a/c for passengers on back row and limited people should be allowed to board in bus according to vacant seats as there were double lines of people who were standing in gandgway in bus. i felt like my money was wasted and comfort lost in BEST KINGLONG bus where as VOLVO bus model will be an substitute for such buses. NMMT which operates to vashi route has better service offering water and chips and their fares are less compared to BEST and frequency is much better. I can suggest that authorities can take notes of points given below to improve its service.
                        1) Minimum stoppages
                        2) dedicated lanes or point to point services like halting on each station that each stop.. eg from Borivali it should stop to kandivali station or from origin point in should stop on few stops at starting suburb and then in ending at final suburb.
                        3) Limited passengers
                        4)A/c system should be improved.

                        5) Should improve pick up of buses
                        I am totally agree with what I have mentioned in my complaint as a/c buses are made for comfort and faster transportation and whatever i have experienced is exact contrast .

                        BEST — Poor Services

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        This is with regard to BEST Bus No 450, which travels via Goregaon Stn (E) - Jarimari - Goregaon Stn (E). When the Bus initially started it used to arrive by 8:00 am in the morning at Jarimari and the second bus used to come at 8:30. But in recent months we the commuters have been facing lot of issues with regard to timings of the bus. It is one of the most unpunctual bus, the bus never arrives at 8:00 am most of the time it arrives after 9:00 am. The other day it arrived at 9:30 am. The drivers and conductors are also pretty harsh. This unpunctuality is affecting our day to day travel we are unable to reach our office in time. It's pretty frustrating to stand there for almost one hour to catch the bus.

                        Its a humble request from commuters that this route be taken seriously and BUS no 450 should start plying at 8:00 am like before. We hope that you would take some action to ensure that the bus adheres to the time and is punctual in its services.

                          On oct 30th , 2011, I stopped at ared signal near Evershine nagar , malad (w). Suddenly a best Driver , Bus no. 1515, route no. 210, MH 01 0289 , Driver badge No. 65534 hit my car (honda city) from Behind.
                          I was shocked that I was hit since I had stopped at a red signal. These drivers are in such a hurry that they do not care for anything. What surprised me more was the care less attitude of the BEst bus driver. He just did not care and told me do anything you want , take down any n. you want.

                          I do not know what to say.
                          I am shocked and surprised at this attitiude.

                            I stay in kandivali Charkop area. For daily transport till Kandivali Station, we take Bus no: 277. This is to bring in the BEST's notice that every day the bus no: 277 comes within the 5 minutes interval. but in the morning between 7: 20 am to 7: 40 am none of the bus comes on the stop. & there is a gap of almost 20 mins. & with a huge queue. But to my surprise at 7:40 .. after preety good 20 mins. 4 buses comes back to back.. which is of no use by than as you are already late for the office...

                            It becomes very inconvinient for the people to travel like this....

                            please ensure that bus comes without fail witin 5 mins.. after all it is public transportation.. so they have to take care of public....

                              I am living in chandivali which is Andheri(E). I am a third year engineering student, my college is in kandivali.therefore i have to go there daily. but the major problem is of travelling .
                              BUS NOS.498 goes from my place to borivali. but the frequency of this bus is very very poor.I have to stand for minimum 2 hrs to catch this bus also the route is also long it will be convenient to have a route from powai.

                                We do not have BEST service in Sector-34C (beyond Central park) and depend on only NMMT buses which comes almost at a gap of 15-20 min; bad frequency.

                                People at 34C are finding it difficult to travel as the buses (No. 52 & 54) do not go via connecting route of Taloja-Central Park road and goes via CRF-> Owegaon route. There are no buses near Keystone / Gokuldham and areas connecting to central park. People in 34C either have to go to Owegaon (20 min walk) or Kutumb Bandhan (Taloja Road) which is again 10-15 min from 34C.

                                We request you to kindly start the BEST bus service via sector-34C (Keystone areas) for Kharghar station and other localities, with good frequency, at the earliest.

                                  This is a clear case of cheating and over charging the consumer as per best tarriff.
                                  The conductor said the new system is to be loaded and there is a software issue.

                                  As a consumer when the actual tariff is Rs.4 as per best tarriff why the best is charging excess rs 3 because their ticket printer is not programmed properly.

                                  Thus we request to stop this cheating of consumers and if the software or hardware is faulty please issue this complaint against the software and hardware vendor who has suuplied this equipment.

                                  Or this is the excuse by best authority to take more money from the consumers.

                                  Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                                    Sir, We residents of Jankalyan Nagar are facing lot of problems with regard to Bus route No.243 comuting from Malad Rly station to Janakalyan Nagar during peak hours due to less frequency. Previously, the bus used to depart from Natraj Market where we had other options of 272 or 273. We spend nearly half an hour waiting for the bus at starting point which takes minimum 35 to 45 minutes to reach the destination. Moreover, Malad West residents do not have proper Bus depot which should be looked into. Most of the time the scheduled bus doesnt come on time failing which we lose our connecting trains in the mornings. I, on behalf of all request you to find some remedy of introducing more mini buses every 10 minutes during peak hours i.e. morning 7 to 10 and evening 6 to 9 and for schoold children, during 12 to 2. OR you may find a better remedy which will help to comuters to travel hassle free.

                                      This is my concern regarding frequency of BEST Bus No 456, which plies between Malvani and Shivshahi Prakalp.(Dindhosi IT Park). The bus frequecy is too pathetic, we have been waiting for more than hour to catch the bus. Always these buses will be running full, what can't the BEST management is improving the
                                      frequency. Whereas I have seen buses like 346 and 344, whose frequency is really good. Sometimes nearly 4-5 buses will come at the same time one behind the other, most of the times these buses are only 5 % occupied. Why can't u ppl put more buses on route 456. It has become a big problem travelling to office daily due to this.

                                      Kindly look into this matter and provide a solution at the earliest.

                                      Yes. This bus is very important for people working near Dindoshi IT park but the frequency is very bad. Please improve.
                                      More over there is no fixed time table for this bus. And it would be very helpful if you can increase the frequecy of this bus.
                                      I can also see that concerned was first raied in july here. Still no response received???????????????

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        It has been known that the bus (4 limited) that routes from Oshiwara to Hutatma Chowk is using the Laulbaug flyover and the J.J. Flyover with effect from 1st July, 2011.

                                        Well its a good effort that by using the flyovers it will reduce the time taken to travel. The major issue is as follows:
                                        In the west this is the only bus that travel upto fountain, i.e. captures a long distance of travel and place as well......so its been quite comfortable for people to travel by bus, but its just not right for this bus to use the flyover because there are many commutters who travel specially upto these places (Laulbaug, JJ Hospital, Bhendi Bazar, Mohammad Ali Road etc), if this bus uses the flyover it wont b able to capture all these stops which creates a lot of inconvenience to the commuters who want to travel upto these place.
                                        It should be very well thought that people who start travelling from oshiwara upto these places dont have ample of bus options that can avail to go to these places, plus majority of the people travelling by this bus i.e. (4 limited) destine upto the places mentioned above, and I am one of them.
                                        Hence I opted to put up a complain on behalf of myself and all the other commuters who have started facing the very same problem as i do as the route prior wasen't causing any problem to the travellers as it does now.

                                        You are requested to please consider the situation o[censored]s commuters who would find it problemmatic now and in near future who travel by the bus 4 limited going from Oshiwara Depot to Hutatma Chowk. If not other number of busses can be alloted to capture all dese places from a far away distance rather than just dis one bus i.e. 4 limited.

                                        Kindly try doing the needful in this matter
