The Bus route no79 and regt no. MH01a-5027, conductor badge no.194484 or 198444. I was sitting behind the bus when i get down at juhu circle i tried to get down from behind because there was 2 or 3 persons standing and was huge rush in front side. Suddenly he started shouting and misbehaviour. I requested him that no one is behind and i can easily get down but he wanted to do what he wished for this he didnot care if passangers facing any problem. In the last he crosse all limits and harrassed me very much and start to abusing me rudely. He spoke very rudely I found myself very insulted infront of all passengers. I asked him for complaint book. He told that he will not give the compliant book and said' " JO UKHADNA HAI UKHAD LE". So please teach him lesson how to speak with the passenger.

    BEST Bus No: 244, which travels from Kandivali (W) Station - Borivali (W) Station. I found that this specific bus comes in gap of 40-45 minutes. So, passengers mostly, working people finds it most difficult as it is the only bus travels to Borivali Station, while Bus Route: 237 goes from Charkop Sector-8 - Borivali (W) Station, this bus even takes a hour to reach my bus stop. We, the people of Charkop are facing lots of problem regarding this matter.

    I also requested to Meter Jam website regarding new bus service, they submitted my complaint but still I have not got the expected feedback from them. So, I thoroughly request BEST from your medium that please allot a new bus which can travel from Charkop Village - Borivali (W), which will help the flow to bus to be maintain as lot of rush in this route persists.

      THERE IS ONLY ONE DIRECT BUS FOR MANTRALAYA IN THE MAZGAON AREA WHICH INCLUDES MUSTAFA BAZAR, ANJIRWADI , LOVELANE, SALES TAX CIRCLE AND THAT IS BUS ROUTE NO. 134.
      THE OTHER BUS NO. 126 TAKES A VERY LONG ROUTE TO MANTRALAYA AND THUS NOT FEASIBLE.
      THE FREQUENCY OF THIS BUS IS EVERY 23 MINS BUT THE THE BUS IS NEVER ON TIME. BUSES ARE CANCEELED ANY TIME AND NEVER ARE REGULAR DURING PEAK HOURS. WORKING PEOPLE WHO HAVE STRICT MUSTERS LIKE OURS LOSE HALF DAY LEAVE BECAUSE OF THE IRREGULARITY OF THIS BUS.FORGET , OUR HORROR IN THE EVENINGS. PEOPLE TRAVELLING TO BORIVALI RACH HOME WHILE WE LIKE FOOLS ARE STILL WAITING FOR THIS BUS SINCE WE DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION.
      WE HAVE TRIED CHANGING BUS FROM NAGPADA BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO GET BUS NO. 3 RGULARLY IN THE EVENINGS FROM THERE.
      WE FEEL TOTALLY STRANDED.

      The frequency should be increased of 502ltd and 508ltd in morning hours towards navi mumbai and towards mumbai in evening or check why the bus comes late and when comes it comes 2-3 buses in same time.

        This is to bring to the kind notice of the BEST authority that Bus No. 396 and 398, which reaches Mangatram around 7.45 AM - 7.50 AM does not halt at Mangatram during the peak hours even though both the buses be comparatively empty.
        The concerned authority should take strict action.

        Such a negligence in providing service to the public during the peak hours, when they are on way to office college etc is really disgusting.

        I hope the drivers of BEST know the meaning of the Organization, which they are working. They should give BEST service to the public and not to harass them.

        Shall appreciate, if the concerned authority could take action against the Drivers on duty on both these buses and ask them to halt the buses on the stipulated stops.

        B.E.S.T — Non-stoppage at bus stops

        The conductor for Bus No 202 to Gorai Bus depot ( MH 01 H 9267 ) did not allow all passengers to board the bus inspite of requesting him. This was inspite of the bus being comparatively empty in the morning at 9:25 a.m at the Vile Parle west bus stop.

        BEST buses in Mumbai — Non stopping at stop

        i was standing at bus stop near center hotel, ville parle East, just opposite domestic airport. AS-2 , AC bus passed through the bus stop without stopping at bus stop around 7.30 pm on 23.4.10. There are two traffic signals just ahead of the stop, 1st of whih was open and other one was closed. Just to cross the first signal he didnot stop and stopped at seconfd signal. i rushed to the second signal and knocked the door, but he refused to open the door and asked me to come to the next stop which is almost 1.5 km ahead of the signal. This is the misuse of the power and not in accordance with prudence of Public Service. Stict action aginst the persons involved is required.
        in the morning time after 8.30 buses running from Kurla West to Santacruz E are not stopping at Kurla Depot and Kapadia Nagar bus stop which is on CST Road, Kurla though there is sufficient space and but the conductor are doing dadagiri and giving the bell so i request the authority to look in the matter as soon as possible
        This is to bring to the kind notice of the BEST authority that Bus No. 399 which reaches ghatkopar pantnagar around 10.30pm does not halt even though the bus is empty the conductor dosent even gets up from his seat and the driver completely ignores the standing passengers its really disgusting. Such a negligence in providing service to the public is really disgusting. I Shall appreciate, if the concerned authority could take action against the Drivers on duty on these buses and ask them to halt the buses on the stipulated stops.Dated 25.05.12

          I am one of regular traveller of Best Bus. I used bus no 289 in Kandivali east. The problem is that in the Evening there is so much pressure but still bus are not sent people hve 2 wait in line for 1/2 hrs not only that every day v hve to fight for bus. They say there is a traffic but at the same time Bus no 288 is sent frequently it has almost same route so y only this bus has traffice problem Ratio of bus is 5 of 288 & 1 of 289 y ? not only that 289 bus route is also similar to other bus 282. So people of that bus also go in this bus where they have there own bus to go but v cant go in there bus not only that our bus stop is also one in the depo so i[censored] have to go in 289 u hve 2 stand with 282 people who has choice of 2 bus and v have only 1 bus. On one is looking after this.

            There are so many complaints and it has become a routine to see the conductors into a quarrel with passengers, mostly because they are in a haste to ring the bell before everyone waiting at the stop can even climb into the bus. This is to inform you with a lot of regret that certain Government bodies like BEST transport that does not care about human life earn a bad name not only for themselves but also for the Nation as a whole. It is because of them that people of the country have taken a dislike towards these so called “Government Services” and target them as and when they get a chance.
            I received a call from my dad who was on his way to Dadar when he said he had been in an accident with a bus, on hearing this all my family members were worried and we made a mad dash for the spot. On arriving we saw that he was badly bruised with his clothes torn and had scratch marks all over his body and blood oozing from the scratches, by the grace of god there were no serious injuries, however it was still a very troubling sight and on inquiring no one had noted down the bus licence plate. All that we know about it is that it was BUS No.1 and had arrived at Mahim Causeway at exactly 1:10 which was going to Colaba.
            My dad who is 74 years of age was dragged along with a bus while he was trying to board. This unfortunate incident took place while he was waiting for the bus at Mahim Causeway going to Dadar. After a long wait in this October heat he sought a sigh of relief when he spoted bus number 1 at a distance at 1:10. Little did he know that he was about to be dragged along with it while trying to get in. The driver of this bus halted the bus which was almost empty a little further from the bus stop and as people were trying to get in the conductor rang the bell, the bus took off so as to say there were some terrorists trying to board it. Not only my dad but also a couple of others fell. Since my dad was among the last ones to climb he was holding on to the door handle, but the conductor did not heed to their cries. Unfortunately there were not many people in the bus or else I am sure they would not have gotten away so easily.
            Can anyone please guide me how to get these BEST employees punished for their inhumane attitude.

              Dear Sir,
              It is to bring into your notice the pathetic condition of Bus no 209 which is the only bus from Sudhindra Nagar, Dahisar (east) to Samta Nagar, Kandivali (east). Travellers have to wait for hour for this bus and when bus arrives the drivers do not take pain to stop the bus for even a minute. People wait for hours and they dont get a chance to get in. This is pathetic. This happens specially in during the pick hours of morning and evening.

              Plz do something abt this as this is the only bus going to Sudhindra nagar. Let the system be disciplined and regularised. If cannot be improved, please stop the service so that peopl will not watse their time and be hopeful to take 209 to reach their destination.

                This is regarding BEST bus route no. C-43 which plys from Kurla (e) stn to Mumbra police stn, sir we are the residents of Kausa and we are unable to enjoy this facilities.
                It is our honble request to kindly extend this route atleast upto Kalsekar College, it would benefit both the BEST and the residents of Kausa, besides there should be some more routes to be added as BEST has a very large network hence we hope for the best help from your end.

                BEST SHOULD SHOULD SHOULD increase the limit of rout no C43 and 494 upto Kalyanphata or Shilphata or altleast Bharatgears (Kalsekar College)...because Kausa residents are unable to enjoy the service of these routes...Kausa Mumbra residents cant travell beyond Thane Municipal limit in TMT buses...because TMT buses are not allowed beyond Thane or Mulund...so Kausa Mumbra resident are having only one option (Train)...So plz. I request to BEST officials to do NOT something...every thing in this.

                I cant understand why BEST officials are ignoring Kausa residents...recently BEST has extended the limit of few routes including C42...so why NOT C43 and 494...is BEST official are thinking extending the route will make any loss to BEST...if yes..plz.                 i also agree with Nadeem Shaikh that why BEST Official not giving attention to the problem of Kausa residence.as per times of India news dt. 3/3/2011 "BEST to increase service at Thane - Kalwa - Retibundar route" i say what Mumbra kausa people are done why not they give attention towards us.
                Why they not worry that C-43 bus running empty all time this is only because It is run upto Mumbra Police station. and it is having limited stops on the other hand when NMMT bus 81 started Mumbra - Vashi It was only upto Retibundar then after it will move upto Thane Station which is now benified both Mumbra-kalwa people and it is right decision of NMMT. TMT buses are also running full.this is showing how much we required BEST Services.
                BEST member to think abt. problems of Kausa residence seriously and take necessary steps.
                As I surely agree to the comments, Surely Mumbra-Kausa is being neglected as compare to Thane and Kalwa, wherein BEST is looking forward to increase its services in this areas and even after demanding constantly to extend its exsisting route is seen impossible for BEST, I kindly request BEST officials to come in action as Mumbra is now highly devloping, s and our demands need to be fufilled, Sir route C-43 should be extended upto Shil or Kalyan Phata atleast and not only C-43 even route 494 should be extended upto the same, Sir we assure you this routes will surely gain profits to BEST and commuters both, I hope well organised BEST will surely consider our proposal and do us the needfull.

                Please increase bus frequency for bus 494 or provide more buses for Kalwa Mumbra to Mumbai route, as now Parsik Nagar had developed very much & the
                bus frequency is not proper & even time table is also not followed properly, as a result most of the time there is a gape of almost one hour between two buses of 494, so please please increase the frequency & reduce the time gape, as passengers fed up of waiting for the buses especially in afternoon time
                I agree with u all...Why the best buses have been started upto mumbra police station why not upto Khalsekar college or Bharat gears...It is really very difficult to lend your money twice first on rickshaw then on bus...Is the politians dont know about this and if they know why they are just keeping quiet and watching empty buses plying with serving none...Anyone (who has a power) should take up a stand to serve people and start best buses plying till Khalsekar College or Bharat Gears...
                Nice to know Mumbraites intrest in getting BEST buses started for Kausa, will the BEST too show its intrest in the same path, Sir its a long time we are demanding for the extension of the exsisting service, Sir there are many Kausa residents who often travel through BEST and many senior citizens who can't board train during peak hours like to go by BEST as its the only bus transport connectivity to Mumbai. Sir we all residents of kausa would request you again to please consider our issue at the earliest.
                Why BEST officials are sleeping...y cant u understand the problems of Mumbraties...they dont have any other option except Local trains...Please increase the limit of BEST bus (C43) service up to Kalsekar college

                  Dear Sir,

                  This is in regards to the misbehaviour of the Best Bus Conductor - Batch No : 53744, Bus No.57, Bus No : MH-01 LA-5244. Route from Sewri to Walkeshwar, Dated : 27/09/2010. Timing 10.35 a.m.
                  As usual after waiting for half an hour I boarded on 10.35 a.m bus for work and found a seat to sit, it was a gents seat I was sitting on. As the bus was on his route the crowd gathered on and as there are 5 seats which are reserved for womens, out of which some seats were occupied by mans which left some womens standing on their way. The womens were supposed to get the seats reserved for them but the bus-conductor inspite of asking mens to evacuate the seats reserved for womens started scolding me. When asked why he is asking me to leave the seat his temper went up like a hot balloon. He started bad comments on me, when informed will make a complaint against him, he went off crazy screaming on me. I ask you what was my fault ? Why did the Bus Conductor misbehaved? Is it the way the passengers are treated for no reason...
                  I want some immediate action to be taken against the Bus-Conductor Batch No : 53744, Bus No.57... I hope some necessary steps will be taken against such Bad Behaved Conductor so that they will be polite to their passengers..
                  Hoping to get some reply from you.. A common man awaiting for justice..

                    Dear Sir,

                    The BEST buses are running for the passengers and many good drivers and conductors do run it nicely, however, Bus No 205 runs regularly irregular. When we ask them they give any rubbish answer.

                    In the morning it runs always 20 minutes late. We cannot judge the timing. I am picking the bus from Dahisar Station to go to my office at Malad. In the morning I with many passengers wait for the bus from 7:45. Some time it comes at 7:40 and some time it comes at 8:15 or 8:20. due to which we always reach late in the office.

                    Today(27/09/10) also Passengers were waiting from 10.15 Am for Bus no 205. and it came at 10.55. It was jam packed and we were unable to get into it. After that next bus came at 11.10. Kindly do something for us so that at least we can reach office in time.

                      BEST Route AS 461 - First bus leaves from Borivali West at 07.30 hrs and reaches Mulund bus terminus not earlier than 08.45 - 09.00hrs , sometimes even later due to heavy traffic. It is requested to prepone the timing of this bus to 07.15 hrs or add one additional bus at this time by diverting a bus leaving from Magathane so that commuters can reach their offices on time.

                      It is also requested that if possible to avoid taking Mulund Rly Station route on way to final destination which only increases the travel time and does not help office goers or other commuters much.

                      please make non-ac route from mulund to borivili via ghodbunder road since there is no bus from mulund to borivili.
                      In the evenings AS-461 does not halt at Shipping Corporation for passengers who wants to go to Mulund Checknaka. It is very much hard for people who is having pass of AC has to travel in non ac bus. The give an excuse of saying that the bus is full but for 2 people to board in the buss at Shipping Corporation will not make any difference to them. From last one month i am facing this problem. Who is going to solve our daily problem in the evening.
                      461 Bus route is very confusing, recently they have added "Asian Paints" as a new stop. some driver stops at this stop and some drivers doesn't stop.

                      Yesterday i was waiting for 461 at the same stop 10:15 AC bus didn't stop and next bus also so i took the auto and some how chased the bus.

                      Driver has given me the excuse that he was in hurry so he didn't stop and also saying that this is not the stop and in the morning i came by same bus.

                      I can BEST is very bad in terms of information sharing in public and among his own staff also.

                      i don't know what is the right medium to communicate our problem to BEST.
                      My complaint is fairly simple... The AS 461 bus operators, starters and persons involved with this transportation route are all care -less. None of them care about passengers, about their travel or anything.

                      Case 1 - Monday 11th August 2014. I was waiting for the bus since 8.05 pm at the Borivali Bus Station (West) bust stop near the BMC hospital... I watched six AS 461 buses turn into the lane towards Gorai Depot, but not one returned. I waited at the bus stop until 9.05 pm.
                      I called the BEST traffice control dept.[protected] at around 8.45 pm and the concerned person there didn't even know where the bus started from. I complained about no bus being there, to which he responds rudely saying i will find out. He NEVER called. I called him back 15 mins after waiting for his call and the bus at 9.05pm, During this call he screamed at me calling me a LIAR! Saying that 2 buses have left the Gorai Depot. whereas not even one reached the bus stop. THIS IS LOGICALLY NOT POSSIBLE!!

                      Case 2 - Monday 18th August 2014 I had been waiting for 45 mins for a bus... Since 9 am at the Nirmal Lifestyle Bus Stop.. NO BUS! When the bus Arrives... it has no seats.. With atleast 30 people in standing.. WHY??? what is the purpose of such a bus???


                      My only request is - START THE BUSES ON TIME!!
                      No bus from Borivali West station to balbharati very bad service .I was waiting till half an hour but no bus atall .you shld see customers even I told 2 AC bus came one after the other I told them pls drop at the balbharati signal they denied when will u understand cmon public problem .I was waiting there for more then half an hour that's y I told them whichever bus was coming coming for poisar, Gorai, Mulund why u r not helping ...pls look into the matter seriously

                        Respected Sir,

                        After the tremendous price increase, the B E S T Undertaking is not at their BEST to maintain the bus service in whole of Mumbai. I have reason to put on here as I travel the whole of Mumbai city because of the nature of my job. The busconductors are so ruthless one cannot describe. About 2-3 days ago, I were travelling towards Asalfa in Bus No.340, when the bus halted at Marol Pipeline, a man tried to board the bus and the conductor rang the bell just then. The bus dragged the commuter who was holding the catching-rod of the bus on the foot-board. One of the commuter alerted the bus conductor so this prevented the commuter's loss of life. But onece the commuter got in, instead of apologising, the conductor started yelling at the commuter as if it was not the bus conductor's mistake. This shows clear negligance on his part.

                        I have been complaining to the B E S T, that the Buses 340, 334, 321, 226, 359 etc., which are coming from Ghatkopar towards Andheri, Seepz, and other destinations via Andheri Ghatkopar Link Road not stopping at Mohili Village and Tilak Nagar Stops. The administration of the B E S T is not paying any heed to our woes. A couple of years ago I had been in touch with one person called Mr. Lal who was the-then G.M.,and heading the B E S T., never let the B E S T down. We need a man like him who is a man of action but not people who are superflous. Today if we look at every nook and corner of Mumbai, the B E S T service is very bad and pathetic. They are only concerned about the fare hike but not service for the worth of money paid by commuters. Hope from this complaint, the B E S T will put their conciousness into action and streamline their seervice.

                        BEST — BEST Service for Whom

                        The BEST have permitted physically and mentally handicapped persons, senior citizens, and expectant mothers to board the bus from the front door except at starting point.
                        I am very much thankful for the above. I would like to inform you that in western Suburb from Kandivali to Mahim West Side most of the Bus Stop you have kept Board informing that Place for Handicapped to Climb and Get Down. in Marathi that is also fine, But the Board is kept at the place where Bus Back-Door/Ordinarily from where general public Climb. You understand that if Handicapped person stand there how much it is difficult for him/her to climb the Bus, either from front door or back door. I will request you to check the same and take necessary action and oblige
                        Free Travel Facility: Presently, the BEST provides free travel facility to the freedom fighters. One person accompanying the freedom fighter is also permitted to travel free. Municipal Councilors and Non-Councilor Members of the BEST Committee are also permitted to travel free on BEST buses. Adhoc Members of Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council, accompanied by his wife and Female Members accompanied by any one viz. husband, son, daughter, father, mother, brother or sister are allowed to travel free on BEST buses. Police personnel are allowed to travel free on BEST buses against an ad-hoc payment of compensation towards free travel facility by the Government of Maharashtra. This facility of free travel however is not available on Luxury and Air-Conditioned services.
                        Front Door Entry: The BEST have permitted physically and mentally handicapped persons, senior citizens, and expectant mothers to board the bus from the front door except at starting point.
                        As mentioned above front door entry is permitted to physically and mentally handicapped persons, senior citizens, and expectant mothers, but no where it is mentioned that BEST Staff and police personal are permitted for front door entry even though they are allowed Free Travel Facility.
                        But it is my observation that in most of the Bus route both Best staff and police personal are boarding from front door and standing there only and creating problem for the people who want to get down and even to the Handicapped person. can you look into the matter and clarify the facts. even as per my knowledge BEST staff is not suppose to Occupy the reserved seat still they are doing the same and never offer seat to ladies, old person or to Handicapped even though they are seating on reserved seat
                        As RTO had made compulsory Seat Belt for all 4 Wheelers Driver, why you are not making compulsory to use Rod to be used between two stop
                        Kindly take up matter with concerned authority and solve the problem of general public and particularly of the Handicapped people
                        IN ALL BEST BUSES THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE ASCERTAINED BY ALL CO-PASSENGERS ALERTLY AS WELL AS BY THE CONDUCTORS :- 1. PASSENGERS (BE IT - MEN, WOMEN, CHILDREN) SHOULD BE STOPPED FROM USING THE SPEAKER-PHONES AND SPEAKERS OF I-PODS AS IT OFFENDS OTHERS, CAUSES EMBARRASSMENT AND IRRITATION TO WOMEN, ADDS TO NOISE POLUTION, ENCOURAGES ROWDINESS. 2. PLAYING CHEAP KIOSKs, TVs(MUSIC, CDs OR ADS), OR ANY OTHER MODE OF SPEAKERS, SHOULD IMMEDIATELY BE SCRAPPED FOREVER. SUCH MUSIC ALSO INDIGNIFIES / INSULTS / BRINGS SHAME TO THE MUSIC COMPOSERS, SINGERS AND ARTISTS. MUSIC SHOULD ALWAYS BE ENJOYED ON HEAD-PHONES OR IN PRIVATE BY ALL HUMANS. 3.                           I would like to birng to your kind notice that we are facing lot of problem in the morning and also in the evening after 6 PM there are no bus serivce (Bus No.391) for nealry half an hour, once the bus reaches Khindipada all the buses are stucks there only, then simultaneously 5 buses come together in a line, first two buses are full and last 3 buses empty only handful of people. Ah what a way to serve the people.

                          Same thing in the morning no buses at all from 8.30 on wards, Vashinagar every 2 minutes one bus passes only 2 to 3 passengers are there, i am just wondering what is so special in Vashali nagar.

                          Please look into the matter and help the poor people like us who have to work whole day and then wait for half an hour at the bus stop in the evening.

                          I would like to birng to your kind notice that we are facing lot of problem in the morning and also in evening. There are no bus from Ghansoli to Sonapur after 8.30 AM. Similarly in the evening there are no bus from Nirmal Life Style to Ghansloi and even if a bus turns up it is over packed. The time duration is very poor. Pl look into the matter and help us.

                              As there are several offices coming up in Bandra Kurla Complex the number of commuters is increasing day by day. To bring to your attention from Andheri (E) Sahar Road, Cigarette factory there are no direct buses to BKC. One has to go to W.E. Highway for buses. The buses which pass thru the highway are overcrowded and its difficult for the women to get in to these buses such as 181, 449 etc. I would request BEST authorities to start a normal bus from Sahar Road, Cigarette Factory to BKC.                                 I am from bandra (E) kherwadi junction.I always trvel by bus no. 255/455 to goto SNDT college.But each and everyday these buses are coming late rather I have to wait minimum 1 hour for these buses.But yesterday (date: 08/09/2010) it has crossed its all limit bcoz I have weighted for 2 hrs i.e.,
                                3-5pm at JUHU KOLIWADA STOP (santacruz).As I am a college student I can't waste my valuable time .Infact all passengers for these buses are complaining to conductor,frequently . But he doesn't give any responce. So,I take the initiative to make this situation to aware to the authority.Plz try to understand our problem take necessary steps to overcome the problem.

                                Dear Sir,
                                it will be highly appreciated if the route 255 will pass through Bandra kurla complex NABARD ICICI RBI etc enroute from yari road and enroute to sion. this will help us commuters who have to travel from versova daily. It will also be kind if 255 comes through versova link road instead of the Indian oil / D N Nagar as it could cater to those who live there. the frequency of thes buses sould also be increased.

                                  I would like to bring to notice that BEST AC Buses running between Thane to Borivali ( Route No. 700 and 458 ) are not stopping at Bus Stop defined for them .
                                  For Example there are number of ocassion when these two Buses do not Stop At Vijay Garden Bus Stop.
                                  But they do stop at Next Stop At Muchalal College/ Rutu Enclave.
                                  If asked to conductor next day or some time later they say it was to crowded , and if that is the case why do they stop at next stop .
                                  And if , Vijay Garden is that small or insignificant for them/ Best then better do not Keep Halt there at Lease we commuter walk to Next Stop and will not waste our time in waiting and missing them.
                                  As these buses freequency are already vey less .
                                  I hope BEST will take some needful action on the same , and if not atleast will revert on the same .

                                  I second Mr. Yadav's complaint. I am a regular commuter in the AC buses that ply from Chembur to New Bombay. I live near the Indian Oil nagar on the Ghatkopar-Mankhurd Link road and the most convenient bus route for me to travel to New Bombay is AS-524. But until recently, there was no halt for this bus at the said bus stop.
                                  However, after several complaints by commuters, the BEST has introduced a stop for the AS-524. Despite this, the drivers continually flout their obligation to stop at the bus stop. This causes great inconvenience for me and other AC bus pass holders as we then have to travel to the Sion-Trombay road to catch an alternate AC bus plying on the same route.
                                  It is certainly not fair if a commuter, who pays Rs.1000/- for a monthly AC pass, has to travel by non-AC buses.
                                  I sincerely request the BEST to look into the matter and take needful action.

                                    I am a live in MAHIM (W). For Office I am taking BEST BUS No:-35 its from Warli Depot. to Marol Depot.
                                    Actual Frequnce of the bus is at every 20 min.& I obsered from past one month the bus doesn't arrive for atleat 45 min it can be understood that due to traffic it might delay for some day but not for countinous one month. For this reason bus be overcrowded & doesn't stop at Mahim Bus stop most of the time. Kindly look into the matter & improve the service atleat the bus arrives at 20 min. & maintain its actual frequncy. kindly resolve my problem as i will be very thankful to you.

                                      I hereby want to request you to please carry on these matter to State Government and BEST itself regarding Bus No: 244, which arrives at a gap of 1 Hour, and commuters are daily facing problems and many such other routes are pretending to such delays where active co-operation is expected from the said authorities. If such action is not taken as soon as possible, we will launch a campaign and entire Charkop Residents will follow a strike and will not allow the said bus to run on this route in future.

                                      AS - 505 CBD - Santacruz did not stop at RK Studio (Chembur) today, Otherwise it does. What should be done with such drivers/conductors.
                                      We are paying huge fares but are not getting the service.
                                      Why don't you guys train them first before giving the seat. Concerned authorities need to take action. I had several times intimated at the Vashi bus terminus about BUS 505 not stopping at Vashi Highway i was been told that you need to complain at wadala depot.
                                      This is increasing day by day something has to be done.
                                      Is there any customer service contact no, then one can give the driver/ conductor no & the Bus no.
                                      Hope things will change for good.

                                      This has reference to your above service No. C61 Express from Meera Road to Mulund Check Naka Depot via Godbunder (Maharana Pratap Depot) which was started from 1st August 2010. In the beginning the bus route was from Meera Road to Mulund Check Naka. From 1st October the route was changed & it now goes to Deen Dayal Agar via Mulund Station. All the Godbunder people are very happy for this bus service because they don’t want to get down at Teen Hath Naka and take another bus for Mulund.

                                      Please note that of late we are facing lot of problems on this bus route. Your service will be half an hour or 20 minutes. But in evening there is no bus service between 5.15 PM to 7.00 PM. Where as in the bus time table there are three buses listed. When we enquired from the conductors they told us that at depot (Deen Dayal) only few passengers are there, so the Depot Incharge does not want to start the bus. We also came to know that the route is very long and so the drivers are not ready to take the job. They say that for such a long route the BEST is giving them only 4000/- salary per month & that’s why they are not interested for this long route.
                                      We came to know that after 12.00 PM at Deen Dayal Agar, Incharge, transfer all the drivers and conductors (C61) to other route, so that the staff will not be there. Initially similar problem was at the Maharana Pratap Agar also, but the problem was resolved and the buses were running regularly.

                                      Now we are facing a lot of problems on this bus route again since it has started running from Deen Dayal Agar. Please note that at Check Naka many peoples are waiting for this bus because this is a direct bus. They don’t want to travel via Teen Hath Naka so they just keep waiting in anticipation of this bus for hrs. & hrs. together

                                      You are kindly requested to look into the matter and provide a solution at the earliest.

                                        Complaint against BEST Conductor for Harassment and Cheating




                                        On 23rd August 2010, around 8.20 pm, I boarded bus no. 311, from Santacruz East Railway Station my destination being Vakola Pipe Line. My fare for the journey was Rs.3/-

                                        I offered the conductor a Rs.10 note (my fare was Rs.3 for the journey), To my surprise he refused to return the remaining money Rs.7 and told me to collect the balance money at Wadala Bus depot. This is inspite of having adequate change with him. Moreover during the entire journey he was screaming and misbehaving. Also note the Bus route is from Santacruz East Station to Air India Colony. I fail to understand why was he insisting the balance money should be collected at Wadala Bus depot. The conductor outright refused to allow me to collect the balance at Santacruz Depot and even gave me in writing behind the ticket that the balance Rs.7 should be collected at Wadala. Before this happened the conductor had given the other passengers change without any issues, however he told me that he did not have change at all, when I pointed out to the amount of change he had in his black pouch (the pouch that they wear), to this he said that he wont give change to everyone around. (By the time my stop had come) , I asked the conductor why he didn’t want to pay me when he had so much of change in his pouch, to which he nastily said that he cannot give change to anyone and everyone around. When I asked for his batch number he started abusing in Marathi.

                                        I expect action to be taken against this conductor and hope to receive my balance amount back (Rs.7).

                                        On 14th April, around 5.50pm, I boarded bus no. 69, i boarded it from clare road byculla, my destination being byculla station. My fare for the journey was 3rs.
                                        I boarded the bus with a few people from clare road, among them were a female with children. I offered the conductor a 10rs note (my fare was 3rs for the journey) , he gave me back only 5 rs. When i asked about the remaing 2rs, he said that he did not have change.                                         It was on Sunday, 3rd July 2011. I caught the 461 bus from Gorai Depot & asked for the Jaicoch (jogeshwari) for the conductor. Its 12/- But he gave the ticket up to Majas Aagar of 14/- & When I asked him about this. He started arguing on that. I gave him 50/- He never give my remaining money back & when I started asking him about this Majas Aagar ticket he again started arguing with me by saying why didn't you give me change & immediately gave me my remaining money back as well.

                                        That conductor was behaving very rudely to the passengers. I have noticed his batch no. It is 41443 (issued from satara). He was behaving very rudely to all. Even for me he said do whatever you want to do.

                                        This is my complaint. I only hope you give a proper warning so that they don't repeat this again.

                                        I m also facing problem. I was traveled by 461 non AC bus from Gorai to Mulund. that conductor is behaving like a street tapori. he is abusing the word to all the passanger. even he behaving very badly with ladies as well as old people, he is standing at the back door and visuling to people who r walking on the road and irrited them as well. his licence number is 7787
                                        my name is Anil Wadekar i am catch the bus no 398 from IIT Market for Huma cenema (Kanjurmarg) on 30-July-11 at 11:30 pm this is only 2 stop distance fare is 4 ruppes i give the change 4 ruppes to cunductor but he asking for more 2 rupees when i ask him why he saying thats the rigth fare( whenever i am deaily up down form there it'only 4 rupees) after that my stop was came near that why i give him another 2 rupees and ask him to give me tiket he given me tiket from Panchkutir to Kanjurmarg then i ask him why so he useing bad word & argive

                                        Please take this complint seriously don't ignore i don't no daily how mucth passenger having lot off problem with BEST cunductor need to teach him first how to cordinate & comunation with people then give him other trening

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        It was on Saturday 15th of October very miserable day due to a bus conductor of bus route no.33 and conductor badge number 98241.
                                        I boarded from bandra station at 9.30am. The bus was packed by passengers. It was all ok till 10am. Suddenly a man and woman started quarrelling each other. The said conductor came behind of me and pulled my shoulder very rudely and said WATS the matter. I told him it was not my metter and please dont pull my shoulder. Suddenly he told me " itna agar apne shoulder ka khyal hai to taxi ya rickshaw me aao." He continues to pull my shoulder. Then i pulled his hand off from my shoulder down. And he started to speak rudely and started to abuse me. And two or three times he tried to hit me but due to some passenger he could not success in his intention. I took his photo to give in BEST. When he knew that i took his snap he began to abuse me more. I tried to get down at my destination at juhu shoping enter but he did not allow me. He just hold my collar and said i will take to police station. Some passenger told him to leave the metter but he was just fulfill his wish as he wanted. He didnt listened to the passengers and at last i would prefer to go police station. he stooped bus in front of DN Nagar police station and gave complaint. He told me that if complaint against him he will admit in hospital and told that I distempered his mind.

                                        But all about the conductor wanted to do his DADAGIRI to satisfy himself.

                                        So please help me to learn him a lesson of speaking to passengers.

                                        On 26th Sep 2014, around 5.15 pm, I boarded bus no. 214, from Mehboob Studio Bandra (W) my destination being Bandra Station my fare for the journey was Rs.6/-

                                        I offered the conductor a Rs.100 note (my fare was Rs.6 for the journey), To my surprise he refused to give the ticket and said to get down from the bus I refused as I am paying him but did not had the change, I know 100 Rs. is a big amount but he was having adequate change with him. He started screaming and misbehaving and saying "bus mein se utar ja nahi toh bus agey nahi jayegi aur mein duty par hoon nahi toh mein batata tereko" I got change from a lady in the bus, now I told him to give the ticket but he refused and said to get down. The passengers were in my support as he was behaving very badly so a fellow passenger said to take the bus to the police station then he gave the ticket but started fighting with him too. I heard from a passenger he behaves the same every day. Then I went to Bandra Bus Depot but there for my surprise he came a behaved as if nothing had happended and the people there were also not supportive.
                                        I expect action to be taken against this conductor please do the needful.

                                        Moving towards sakinaka this bus driver of bus no 396 was driving rash and the bus conductor was very rude was talking in very bad manner with the passanger and was mummering curse words
