I ordered the product on 1 March and near about 10th march i got an email that my product has been delivered. It wasn't delivered to me. I checked everywhere in my neighborhood. And ever since that day I am texting them constantly but they are doing nothing regarding this matter. I am tired of it
They are not even refunding my money back. And are just asking me to be patient. It has been a long time since I am trying to be patient
I want you to look into this matter seriously

    On 1st march i received my product and it was long in size for me so on the same day i put it for return. As i was busy in. Some stuffs i told delivery boy to pick the delivery later so in next 2 days the delivery boy received the product.

    Now it's being 10 days i still didn't received my refund when will i get.. What's the issue.

    This the first time i returned any product and such a disappointment was not expected.

      Its showing tht the delivery has been done but I haven't gotten anything . Order number 23360902, aren't even responding to my email. This is disgusting. Please tell them to resolve the issue. My phone number is [protected]. Iam waiting to get the parcel and delete the app. I will surely tell whoever I can about this incident. I'm trying to contact you guys for soo long . Is this the service you provide . By cheating others. Look at the number of people having same complaints here. Clearly no one trusts you guys and now I can see why. You guys are underdogs and still you have such a poor attitude.

        From past 2 days the xpressbees are updated that i am not available at home but the i have not received any call and i no one showed up at my residence. I mailed many times to bewakoof.com but no one is replying.
        I request you to please solve my problem as i really disappointed with the service and i have to think in future if i should order from this site or not.

            Estimated delivery date of my order was 8th February 2019 but till now i didn't received it and the order was prepaid and they are not replying back for the complain. I paid for the order from paytm and even got the order confirmation. Their is no contact number in their app to contact them directly. This is the first time I'm facing this problem and I'm very disappointed for bewakoof. Com.

              I ordered one of the bewakoof products on 26th jan 2019. The estimated delivery of the product was 4th feb, still i haven't received the delivery of the product. I had made the payment for the product online through paytm. And now neither i am able to track my order nor i getting refund. Even not getting replies of my mails sent to bewakoof!                 My order status reads delivered, but i have not yet received it. Regarding my previous order with order id 21649447 and 21649463, the status of these order is shown delivered but i didn't received any order not my neighbour. And the delivery person didn't called me either and i don't have any number so that i can contact him. I have already paid rs 848 for the order through net banking.
                On 23 jan, 2019 i received a message from bewakoof.com that my order has been delivered.

                Apart from messages i also checked xpressbees site and tracked my order with order no[protected] and[protected]. It says the order was received by me at 11:49.
                But at that time i was in my college. My parents were at home but no one came to deliver the order. And also the city mentioned is pithampur but i live in mhow.
                So to whom does the delivery person gave the order.

                I also tried to contact bewakoof.com through their email as they have no contact no. But still no response from them

                  I ordered 2 cases for my samsung s9 mobile but two of them are not fitting properly... They have bend in the middile of the case for which when i press at the bottom top side is opening and when i press at the top bottom side is opening. Now i returned those products and i thought i would get my money credited to my bank account but it is credited in the wallet. I want my money to be credited im my bank account because i don't want to buy any product from you guys... Please get back as soon as possible

                    I had placed an order on 22nd dec and received it on 25th dec 2018, since the size was 1 size large i requested a return and refund. Today its 2nd jan 2019 and still bewakoof dint pick up the order, neither dint update me on anything of date n time of pickup. I have ordered returned and brought stuffs before also but never this incident has happened. Can u tell me how long will it take to pick up the order? This is not accepted

                    in fact when i send a complain mail for same for there customer care. They updated telling lies that order dint clear the return criteria. When did u come for pick up?to claim that it dint meet the criteria. After 25th no bewakoof guy called me and came for pick up only. Im still waiting for an update. customer relations have been worts in bewakoof now

                      I ordered one tshirt on 16th april’18 costing 450/- of (L) i returned the product and dint receive refund(order no[protected]..again on 7th nov’18 i ordered one t-shirt and one sliders(order no[protected],[protected]and cancelled it as i wanted to pay through another mode..no money was refunded..i’ve ordered again sliders(order no[protected]and returned it and no refund again. Total amount to be refunded-1422/-

                        My status is showing delivered but no one has received any parcel yet.

                        I have called delivery team twice regarding this and got no response.

                          My order no. #17817521 by bewakoof was to be delivered on 22nd october 2018. As the product was not delivered, i tried to contact the customer service but there was no response from the team. The app doesn't show the tracking properly.
                          I tried thrice to contact through their chatbot service and in response i only got computer generated response. The website is slow. I wanted to gift the product but due to delayed delivery it was a huge disappointment. I have had a better experience earlier with them but this time i kept wait for the product to arrive but no one showed up.
                          It would have been a kind gesture if they could have informed that they will be late to deliver but this is such a shame. Neither could they informed about the delay or could reply back to my email.
                          I would like to know when will i receive the product.

                            I hv ordered a grey tshirt on 26/09/18. I found the size xl is slightly larger than the usual xl size. So returned it with a reason that i need l size. The payment method was cod. On 4/10/18 the delivery boy took it. As it was cod so he didnot return me the money back and said your tshirt wil be exchanged with size l. Thats i want.                               I was not receive my parcel but your company message me that i was not accept the parcel on the other hand the delivery boy gave us any other parcel that belongs to some other person. The wrong parcel that we receive gave to the right person because they known to us. I want my parcel because i was not cancel it so please deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

                              Return requested on 7th October 18… 1st they told my address and mobile number was not correct on 12th! Then when i replied it with correct address and mobile number they mailed that the product will be picked up within 3 days. It was on 19th oct. They have not sent any communication till now.                               I ordered a T -Shirt from Bewakoof.com and done online payment from Phonepe but it cross 4 days no update about my product it look in the app that order approved but after 4 days it is not packed. So please take action with that type of bad experience.

I am not getting any information about its packaging, shipping and delivery.. Till now it is not delivered at the desired address... I am unable to know that if it is canceled or not..                                   I ordered a tshirt on 29 aug 2018.
                                  It is delivered to someone else. The courier parnter is xpressbees when i call them they say that they are investigating the problem and they will contact me. But they do not give any response after that.
                                  Also i have written a lot of mails to bewakoof but they do not reply. I want to get my refund as i did not receive the order. Worst experience ever.

                                      I placed an order on bewakoof.com, a T-Shirt. They delayed the order by 10 days. Also they cancelled my order and hasn't refunded my money yet. It's been over two month period of time. Their app dont have the query listed which i had. So I complained to their customer care email but there wasn't any proper response. They said we don't reply to any direct e-mail.

                                        Hey i ordered 2 shirts and got my second shirt after 5 days after the est delivery date. That too got a different design and a different size too.

                                        This was about the product
                                        Now the app
                                        When i open the my orders page my shirt shows the tracking till shipped only.
                                        But when i open it it shows delivered so there is not even a option of returning this thing now.
