Hi,
I have placed an order for pack of 2 bottles of "good vibes" sanitizer at bewakoof.com app on dated 04 may 2020. And for which i have paid an amount of inr 300 (Each bottle of inr 150).
However, they have delivered only a single bottle of sanitizer on 05th may 2020.

I have already raised this issue to there customer care (Which can be done only by writing a mail at [protected]@bewakoof.com). They were supposed to resolve this issue by 48 hours on same. But it's being almost 3 days, there is no response from their side.

This is my first order with them and i will say they have made "bewakoof".

My only request is to deliver that another bottle of sanitizer also for which i have already paid an amount.

I want your intervention in this regards to close this matter asap.

    As i placed 2 tshirts order on march 20, 2020. I didn't receive the order.. Due to lockdown the order get bck to thm itself aftr that i asked hm to cancel d order and process with refund.. Now till today i didn't receive refund of rs 748.
    And even they are nit responding our mail. I request u to take some strict action against thm...

      I had purchased a printed small backpack on 12 feb 2020 and got a oversized bewakoof t-shirt in the parcel. The parcel shows all details of bag and contains a t-shirt within it. I never expected such irresponsible behavior from such a well known site. I have paid 349 rs for the same as cash on delivery. Also it was delayed from the expected date.

        It's been 2month i have returned the product. There is no response nor refund from them
        It's a fraud company. As the of the company they are making customers bewakoof. Don't buy anything from then. I have lost the hope that they will refund. The collected the product within 3days from the date of return request. But the money is not been refunded still.

          My order status reads delivered, but i have not yet received it. Regarding my previous order with order id 33765443 and 33765438, the status of these order is shown delivered but i didn't received any order not my neighbour. And the delivery person didn't called me either and i don't have any number so that i can contact him. I have already paid rs 1794 the order through debit card.
          On 8th january 2020 i received a message from bewakoof.com that my order has been delivered.

          I also tried to contact bewakoof.com through their email as they have no contact no. But still no response from them

            On november i placed an order but i never received the order rather an rto was initiated. The order was paid online therefore the money was not refunded either. Tried to contact bewakoof several times but got no response. Everytime a bot assured that i would be contacted within 24hrs but i was not. I ordered a single item for rs 259 which was deducted which i never received back.

              problem to return the product

              I ordered the destination full sleeve t-shirt on 13th dec 2019 (Order id:[protected] and it was delivered on 18th dec 2019. I placed a request to pick up the product as i was not satisfied with the quality of the product. But no one came to pick up the item after 3-4 days of the request. Then i mailed them and there was no response. Then i used their chatbot to contact them. And then they mailed me that there is no reverse pickup facility...

              Order no : 31196452 & 31196437 email : [protected]@gmail.com.I ordered 2 t-shirts but had to return it due to bad fitting.Bewakoof.com collected the tshirts two months ago but never refunded the money, its been more than two months now.I am not able to contact them and emails I am writing are not getting any response. They said the amount will be refunded in bank account within 7 working days but I didn't get yet.Please help me out

                I have ruturned the t-shirts, but didnt get the refund back after 10 days was over please solve my problem.

                So bad product
                I returned the product in 17 December
                I got the wallet money and when I used the wallet money to buy the larger size, my Money got deducted and I didn't recimy product since 10 day its service provider is very casual and very disturbing and irritating

                  I ordered 2 tshirts due to fittimg issues had to return the parcel got picked up but not trace of initiation of refund it's been more than 5 days. Kept on emailing them but no proper response! Amount 598 is on hold. I want them to perosnally an email containing all the details and initiate the refund as soon as possible as wallet refund takes max of 24 hrs.

                    I had ordered 2 product from bewakoff, i track the status of the shipment from the status the product reached the final courier on 30th october 2019 one of the product was delivered on 2th november and the other product is still now the other product is not yet delivered, i have done the payment with prepaid, i have waited the other product to be delivered till now it was not delivered. If you can solve my problem i will be thankful

                      I have ruturned 4 tshirts but dont get the refund back after 1 month was over please solve my problem my return id are 31007678, 31007680, 31202240, 31202304 this are my bewakoof tshirts id which i returned and 1 or 1half month is over but i dont get my refund back i make so many complaint but dont get any respond please solve this problem whenever i go to my return order it always be like request placed and no respond of it

                        I purchased tshirt from bewakoof.com and the print faded after 1st machine wash. I raised a complaint to bewakoof.com but i did not got any satisfactory response. The pickup executive arrived for pickup but denied for pickup. Later i mailed the bewakoof team regarding this and got a revert that pickup will done once again and refund will be initiated in bewakoof wallet. But i don't want refund in bewakoof wallet as i won't be shopping from bewakoof again. I want refund in cash and they are denying for the same.

                        If this issue is not resolved in 24 hrs then i want compensation for the trouble which is been caused to me. Such a ### service.
                        Sir I placed an order from bewakoof brands, order get failed and money is deducted from my account.

                        As this is related to bewkoof, i have ordered something and it was not delivered in time so I cancelled that product and mailed them about my refund and its been more than a week and i haven't received my refund and neither they are replying to my mails now.

                          I've ordered a t shirt online and haven't received it yet. The order status shows delivered but it's not delivered till date. And i've done online payment... Also my tracking id is showing someone else's name. Please place my order or return my money. Don't confuse me with designed mails or else call me. I've also sent many mails. It's been 72 hours till you've sent me a mail that you will call me. But i haven't got any call yet

No one contacted me, no message from any delivery partner nothing, after that I have written many emails to them but I got no response from their side, they don’t have any customer care number in which we can talk as well.                                   I had placed an order on 18th september 2019 which was expected to be delivered on 23rd september. The same has not yet been delivered. I have mailed them more than 5 times but their customer care team is not responding at all.

                                  Since the customer care does not have any phone number, we cannot call and ask them about the status also. They have failed several times on their promise of responding within 24 hours.

                                  It's been two weeks since I have returned my product and been emailing more than 5-6 times on a daily basis for the refund.
                                  I had given my bank account details. Completely disgusted by this site.

                                    So on 16th of september 2019 i ordered a phone cover with floral print for poco f1. The order id is : 30430994
                                    The guy came and picked it up shortly after since i wasn't satisfied with my product on 24th of september. According to the policies i should be refunded within 24hrs in my bewakoof wallet but i wasn't. I need a refund as soon as possible of rupees 299. I am already very frustrated with how your service is.

                                    I have not been refunded for an order with order id:29821286 and order id:30002761 which i had returned due to fitting issues.Pls resolve this asap its been 2 months already due to such an unprofessional approach towards ur customer I don't want to ever order again from bewakoof.
                                    I ordered around 20 days back and order is still not been delivered.Also there is no updation in the tracking section. This is so annoying, i need my order ASAP or my money back.

                                      I ordered two t - shirts from bewakoof on 16th september2019 and the estimated delivery date was 23re september2019. The items have not been delivered yet and they are also not providing any update regarding this. I have mailed them thrice but they are not replying properly. There is also no option to cancel the orders after the items are shipped. They are not taking any action to solve this issue. I want my money back as soon as possible. The orders ids are 30458054 and 30458015.

                                      They picked up my t-shirt 10 days ago but did not refund my money. Infact, I did not see any updates information about the project. I have placed so many queries through email still not get any reply about that.
                                      I did not get my product and the status showing that the product is delivered to me my order number is #39597445 plz help me
