I am Surya Vamsi. I ordered a T shirt from bewakoof.com on 16th Nov 2020 And the payment of 245 rs (after using discount coupon) has been done through my UPI Id.
The website shows that it has been Shipped at my near area of my adress on 21st Nov 2020 But it hasnt reached me yet if today 25 Nov 2020. I requested them on website but there is no proper future response from them...

So I ordered a pair of sliders from bewakoof but got the wrong product so the customer care guys told me to return it and I'll be getting a refund, but when I requested a return the delivery guy who came to pick up the product says he can't accept it because the product doesn't matches the image shown in the app. I received a wrong product and on top of that you guys don't accept my return request. My order no. 38994508. The status shows...

My order got delivered today. And because of the size issues i raised return request and by today afternoon itself my return order was picked by the concerned person. But it has not been updated in the app. Will i get the refund?...

I put a tshirt on return bt after 2 days it is showing that return cancelled bt i didnt cancel it.
I want to return that product...

I ordered a phone cover and it returned after reaching my area without any notification. I haven't got any notification regarding this. I am very much disappointed. Not gonna buy anything from here....

I did not get a refund for my product after the return. It has been more than 15 days. I have raised the request for the same by Bewkoof Bot. they have not responded yet.

I have not received refund for Rs. 269 for one tshirt out of 4 tshirts bearing order no. 38442561, 38442594, 38442593, 38442595. I had cancelled the order in 15th October...

I have ordered two boyfriend T-shirt from bewakoof.com.And i had already updated my address before placing my order bt it didn't get updated and went to my previous address where I don't stay.Now when I'm trying to reach out to them to either cancel or update my address there aren't replying me on mail also same mails they are sending me again and again but not giving me a notifications of canceling my order.Still the status of my ordered...

The return request of Jet black boyfriend T-shirt, Order ID[protected] was placed on 10/10/2020.
I also received a message from xpressbee regarding the pickup. But it wasn't proceeded.
Since it is 9 days from the product delivery which is close to return deadline, you are asked to hurry up!
Kindly send your xpressbee for pickup as soon as possible....

I ordered flip flops from bewakoof but i dint flip flops after it come i returned first time returned i entred bank account number i want to know which bank account i entred...

My product show arrived at destination but not yet out for delivery
The estimate delivery date is 20 sep and till now i didn't recieve my parcel

I recently ordered a pack of two shirts from Bewakoof app and made the full online payment. I received only one t shirt and the other t shirt was missing. I took up the query with the customer support team. I only received assurances but till now haven't received my product nor a refund....

I have orderd 2 products which cost me 1230. I have requested for the refund which is not done also my a/c shows delived a product but i have not received it. Even they are not giving me proper support regarding my issue. I need my money back....

Product has not been delivered to me although it shows that it has reached my city's center of delivery on 23/03/2020 but i haven't received the parcel yet.

I have placed an order for pack of 2 bottles of "good vibes" sanitizer at bewakoof.com app on dated 04 may 2020. And for which i have paid an amount of inr 300 (Each bottle of inr 150).
However, they have delivered only a single bottle of sanitizer on 05th may 2020.

I have already raised this issue to there customer care (Which can be done only by writing a mail at [protected]@bewakoof.com). They were supposed...

As i placed 2 tshirts order on march 20, 2020. I didn't receive the order.. Due to lockdown the order get bck to thm itself aftr that i asked hm to cancel d order and process with refund.. Now till today i didn't receive refund of rs 748.
And even they are nit responding our mail. I request u to take some strict action against thm...

I had purchased a printed small backpack on 12 feb 2020 and got a oversized bewakoof t-shirt in the parcel. The parcel shows all details of bag and contains a t-shirt within it. I never expected such irresponsible behavior from such a well known site. I have paid 349 rs for the same as cash on delivery. Also it was delayed from the expected date....

It's been 2month i have returned the product. There is no response nor refund from them
It's a fraud company. As the of the company they are making customers bewakoof. Don't buy anything from then. I have lost the hope that they will refund. The collected the product within 3days from the date of return request. But the money is not been refunded still....
