Hi, i had placed an order for an t-shirt from bewakoof.com (On 12th sept 2019) and i had received the order on time (On 17th sept). T-shirt didn't fit to me. I had to return the product (On 18th october).
My money has not been refunded yet. I have sent several mails to their customer care, but receiver not response. Order no : 30313910
They have a very poor customer service. Please help.

      My complaint is regarding five orders which are classified below according to the issues:

      Late refund:
      1) order id: 30525239
      2) order id :30525238
      3) order id :30525220

      The above three orders were ordered on 19th september. The delivery was recieved by me on 21st september and due to a size issue i returned them on 22nd september and chose the option to refund the amount to my bewakoof wallet so that i can order the same items of the suitable size for me asap. However, it has been 4 days that the refund has not been recieved. A mail was dropped previously for the same issue and the reply i recieved was that it takes 12-15 days for the refund. The purpose for which the clothes were purchased was the festive season that is coming up. 12-15 days later, the festive days are getting over. This timeline given by bewakoof is highly inefficient and illogical for a customer to be be retained by bewakoof. How can it take 12-15 days for a refund especially when further purchases of a customer depend on it? Extremely disappointed.

      Late delivery:
      1) order id :30525031
      2) order id :30525010

      The above two orders were supposed to be delivered by 24th september but no notification has yet come regarding the order. When tracked, it says the order is in manifest. There is no notification regarding the order nor is the tracking saying where the order currently is.

      Overall, an extremely disappointing experience from bewakoof.com. There is no customer care phone number and there are automated chatbots to answer queries for a customer who needs support.
      Bewakoof could have been an amazing initiative but unfortunately is one of the worst customer relationships management examples in this country. Bewakoof.com will not be suggested by me to any colleague, friend or relative. Being in one of the most premier business schools of the country, i will make sure bewakoof.com gets highlighted as a bad example in the arena of business. It is highly shameful that indian startups are not customer oriented.

        I ordered a t-shirt for my brother on 01 september from bewakoof.com through app and completed payment through debit card, but till now i didn't get that product and when tracking it showing delivered. I complained so many times to them through chatbox and mail but they aren't responding... My order i'd is 29760998... Please help to get my money back.

        Notified but still I didn't get my product ... If they don't want to deliver then at least give my money back... This was my last order from Bewakoof...I'll never gonna buy any thing from this site...

          I ordered a t-shirt on 4th of september and got the parcel on 6th of september, and when i opened the parcel the t-shirt was totally different from what i ordered, i raised a complain on bewakoof application and they accepted my complaint and arranged a pickup of the parcel, on 7th of september they picked the parcel and on the application they are giving a date of 12 to 15 days from the date of pickup for processing the refund, now its been 17 days and i have not got any response from them, i keep on mailing them everyday but not get reply of any of my mails.

            I ordered two t shirt worth 259 each. After payment I received the product. Thn I proceed it for return. Order no.s are

            Dress has been picked up. It has been more than 20 days of return. I have not received my refund. It is in transit state since 19 days. Main thing is that there response is nil. Same messages are forwarded to everyone. U don't have costumer care no. Also . We can't contact you. Nice game. I will never buy anything from this app.
            Please refund my money.

              I have ordered a t-shirt from bewakoof but the due to oversized size of it, i have returned it but after that he took the order from my place but not yet credited the amount in my account nor he has given it to me as in hard cash. I have checked my bewakoof wallet a number of times but they have not credited the money and even if i order now there is no such thing that you have paid earlier you don’t have to pay now thing. This results to dissatisfaction amd disgust amongst us.

              I placed a order on bewakoof.com but I cancelled it because it was taking long than expected. Money i paid then is not yet refund and its been two weeks now. I don’t no what to do so I’m filing this complaint.

The app shows my order has reached Chennai but everyday they say they are out for delivery and within 2 hours they say it is an educational institution . I do not understand the issue. I have mailed many times, no reply. I can even pick-up my order if it is somewhere... Please help

                Hi team, there were 3 orders returned by me in the month of August and now its been a month and I haven't recieved the refund.
                I have been following up on the bewakoof support email id as they do not have contact number to call them directly, and they aren't responding me.
                This is being very pathetic situation and now i feel helpless that why did i even shop from them.

                  I ordered and returned 2 t-shirts. Bewakoof.com got it collected on sep 11, 2019. I have not heard from them since then. I do have the pick up receipts with me.

                  Despite enormous chasing and emails, there is no response. They seem to be bug time frauds and theives. They should be immediately shutdown.

                  I need my money refunded.

                      I ordered a phone case with order id 29344704 on 20th august, and i paid online for it worth rs 276. Later i cancelled it, i received a mail that i will get the refund but i didn't receive it yet it has been 17 days and i email them and message them on facebook, they don't respond to it. They are not refunding my money back. Also they don't provide any contact no., just email id.

                        They stated that product has been delivered to me and provided one proof it says product delivered to me but i was not there to receive the product neither anyone of my colleagues. Moreover i informed them that delivery status is incorrect. Neither they responded nor their courier services. Atleast respond should be provided. And no number is also provided to call them and their courier service department. This is so much incorrect.

                        I still haven't received any response from Bewakoof. They asked me to keep a patience and they will respond. But it has been a month since I received any proper update. All time they say they're investigating but this is not an FBI case to investigate it for a month. I don't understand why there is no response. If their intern is big why can't they have a proper customer services. Why is there no direct complaint number and there is only one email id which never responds. I will certainly not recommend this application to anybody. And their courier services is also not proper. Really disappointed with their services. My product was said to be delivered on 14 August and today is 17 September. More than a month has been crossed. This is really a BEWAKOOF app.
                        So I ordered a bag from bewakoof.com which due to unapt size, I had to return and followed the procedure as directed but despite the return status say received I haven't got the refund and it has been more than a month.

                          I am a regular customer of the bewakoof brand and order many products,
                          Recently i ordered a trouser of rs 1000 and the order was prepaid and i paid the amount through upi, after few days of placing order i got a confirmation of its delivery but i checked it was not deliver to my address and i check with my family members none of them taken the order.

                          After filing a complaint on there website they ere not replying to the complaint. Please take some strict action regarding them.

                            Its almost more than two weeks my amount has not been refunded yet. This brand does not have any customer care contact no. Instead of sending so much email they are not responding to my quries. Kindly, take action and refund the amount soon. None of the executives have the audacity to revert or update or respond on this matter despite of me constantly writing to them in emails.                                     Ridiculous customer corporation for responses & refunds.
                                    I returned my last two products bcz of size issues... On 6th and 7th sept they were picked up bt till now I hvnt got my refund even after mailing several times...no ohn number nthng jz dos auto generated mails...I need my refund to order further!                                       Product deliver address was office they tried to deliver on weekends, later on after few days, i got an update the product is delivered successfully but i haven't received any product. I've dropped more than 10 emails and ticket is generated thrice. Still there is no response. Later on, i selected the status as return so that to inform a delivery person that product has not received. Since days i am getting message that delivered couldn't be done. And my office address is very much traceable. I have ordered earlier too which i had received. I dont know what is going on that product. I need my money back.

                                        I have returned a men joggers and it was recieved by the seller but i didn't get my refund of ₹654. I have complained many times but they are not responding. They don't even provide customer care numbers. I have mailed them several times but got no response. Order id[protected]. Registered no - [protected]. It's been more than a month that this whole process has taken and these issues should be resolved quickly. Please look into it.
