and told them thrice that no one came to pick up the order, everytime I get an email back telling someone will follow up but no one followed up.
If I contact the 3rd party who is supposed to pick up the order, they ask for the reverse id, which is not provided to me by this site.

Worst Experience Ever.

Bewakoof.com — Pathetic customer service

I have ordered a product on 13/09 and till date there is no response and delivery done of the product. They do not have call centres as well. And via mail they are not even bothered to respond. Refund my money back ASAP.

Recently ordered a cover for my mobile for worth 600/- but the cover quality was cheap and also the whole cover was faded and scrubbed out. There were patches all over it. One could simply found a better product at very low price with good quality at any street than this.
The brand as the name says "bewakoof" so they are making fool of everyone.
Totally wastage of time and money !!!

I have order 1 product of 375 Rs and replaced that product with another product of 534 Rs they took Rupees of both the products instead they have to take only 534 Rs from me but they took total 909 Rs I want my 375 Rs back from them of the first product as i have replaced second product with first one as soon as possible pllzzzz...

This is for your kind information that the product which I had ordered order no 3818609 moto g cover with wolf printed has been delivered to me today 11.03.2016 when I opened the packet I was shocked it was just rediculus from your side, I mean how could you guys manage to do dis the product was dull and old broken from earphone side, it was disgusting .not a pinch of the product was worth for me if you guys won't have the product don't deliver the dull and old product, we people r so much searching for the best and this is what happen ...its a humble and a kind request return my product refund my money back in my account, kindly please look into the issue as early as possible,

I ordered a moto g phone cover from bewakoof.com about a week ago from its app.But first it wasn't taking my order i don't know for what reason...but it had been 5-6 days me trying to oder it, i could had easily ordered a cover from another site but i liked the cover which was on their website. Now it has been almost five days since my oder was approved but i have received no msg or email about my order, when it is going to come or whether it has been aprooved or not!!!. This is ridiculous, i[censored] don't do anything about it fast, then i have to take serios action!!!

I ordered a t-shirt on 1/1/16 from bewakoof.com. It was delivered on 4/1/16. I had some size issues with the t-shirt. I filled up the return product form on their site. After that, I clicked the 'Submit' button and they are showing the message "Something is not right" always. I want to return the product but they are not accepting the return request.
