I have order 1 product of 375 Rs and replaced that product with another product of 534 Rs they took Rupees of both the products instead they have to take only 534 Rs from me but they took total 909 Rs I want my 375 Rs back from them of the first product as i have replaced second product with first one as soon as possible pllzzzz...
I want my money back. The site is very much bad and not possible to contact with them so plllzz help...

I ordered a shirt of size xs i have payed for it through cash on delivery but the size doesnt fits me.. I have submited the return form and they have sent an email but i havent got any responses.. I would appreciate if my complaints get your hearings.. I wanna get the product refunded as soon as possible.. Thanks and hope u get it acknowledeged...

This is for your kind information that the product which I had ordered order no 3818609 moto g cover with wolf printed has been delivered to me today 11.03.2016 when I opened the packet I was shocked it was just rediculus from your side, I mean how could you guys manage to do dis the product was dull and old broken from earphone side, it was disgusting .not a pinch of the product was worth for me if you guys won't have the product don't deliver...

I ordered a t-shirt on 1/1/16 from bewakoof.com. It was delivered on 4/1/16. I had some size issues with the t-shirt. I filled up the return product form on their site. After that, I clicked the 'Submit' button and they are showing the message "Something is not right" always. I want to return the product but they are not accepting the return request. I recieved damaged product and then dropped a mail for dmaaged product
I rasied request for return a product but no body turned up for pick up for product and on site its appearing as returned no body is responding to emails also, the process is very slow.

Still my order is not returned its been 25 days...

I ordered 2 tees and a lower and haven't yet received it. The tracking status says returned to shipper and then shipped again, then returned to shipper. Worst website ever....

Why i have not recieved my product the courier company says the seller has taken the prodict back.. What the hell is going on i had made the payement online but now i have not recieved my mobile bacl cover till now.. No reply to the complaint i fed up.....

Firstly till 4 5 days they have not given any status of delivery when I asked for the status they have mentioned that we have cancelled your request. though I have not cancelled it. I have asked for refund then firstly they have sent me refund form and now they are telling my request was a cash on delivery. Now they are not replying to my emails....

Hi, I had placed an order for an Iphone cover from bewakoof.com (on 8th oct 2015) and had received the order on time (on 12th october). My phone didn't fit in the cover due to a possible manufacturing defect. I had to return the product (on 14th october).
