I placed an order for a t-shirt with order no.28764342. And it was over-sized so i've requested for return of order so that i can re-order for another size. But iam highly disappointed with the service you are providing to your customer. Its beeb 8 days i have requested for return and there is no response. One of your customer care executive told us before that the person assigned to pick the order was not able to contact us and told that our given phone no, is wrong, when it is proper working condition and there was another alternative phone no. Mentioned on our behalf at the same time but the person didnt try to contact on that number. Its highly disappointing that because you are not working properly, cannot manage things and above all this you lie to the customer so many times that we will contact you in 24 hrs and its 8 days now. The worst service i have ever seen till date.
Hoping for a better response from your end this time atleast.

I tried to order a t shirt on 23rd july and paid through google pay. The amount got debited but the order was failed. The chat bot said the refund will be done within 7-9 days but not done yet. I contacted google pay also they said the transaction was successful. I wrote my query almost 4 times but there was no reply. I have no idea how to contact bewakoof customer support person. My order id is 28384082.

I have already paid the money through online it self, if you people not interested to deliver the product, why you are accepted the order, one of the worst service i have never seen, your not interested to deliver refund my back, just you people playing with customer's. Hello, sir I have made a order return on bewkoof.com of Rs.299 of a T-shirt. It's been more than 10 days, neither i am getting any reply of my complaint nor the refund back. It appears the company is not in mood to give back my money. I tried by different ways to contact the company's authority but failed as it's not responding any of my query.

On 3rd april, i booked a backcase (Pika pika for redmi note 5 pro) and was expected to deliver by 23rd april and was delayed to 3rd may. Its been may 5 now and i still havent received the backcase. I request speedy delivery or my money to be refunded. As i will be staying here only for 3 more days, either it has to be delivered within or my money has to be refunded. It says it has been shipped.

I placed an order for a t-shirt on 8/4/19 with order no. 24562378. Due to problems regarding the address i was unable to receive the parcel. The order was prepaid so i approached their customer care support system but i am very much disappointed by their lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers. After repeated mails i finally got a mail from an executive on 20/4/19 who said i would receive my refund once the product was received by them. Its been almost 10 days since that mail and i have not received my refund nor any mail regarding this issue. They are really ridiculous and these companies should be shut down since they like cheating people. Strict action should be taken against such companies

I placed the order on 9th april and the tracking is not showing any from 10th april, i'm still waiting for my delivery to arrive i needed for a special occasion but it has not yet arrived myntra is way better than this.
I placed order for 5 products but received only 2 till now they are really not bothered to answer you query chat service is bad.
Hope i get my product soon.

I am [censored]al salve, i received my product and it was long in size for me so on the same day i put it for return. As i was busy in. Some stuffs i told delivery boy to pick the delivery later so in next 2 days the delivery boy received the product.

Now i am trying to mail them even alot of time messaged but there is no response..
It's been 10 days i am trying to return it but the service is so ridiculous and time taking..
Everything i have done from my side but its totally waste of time..

I strongly recommend don't buy anything from this site..

On 1st april 2019 my order was failed on bewakoof.com but money deducted from my bank account. At the time of transaction money is debited from my bank account and order show as failed.

I ordered color of the month (Grey) t-shirt from bewakoof on 1st april, 2019. I paid the amount of rs 275 via debit card. On 3rd april i got a text message stating "your order from bewakoof has been delivered by shadowfax" but i haven't yet received my order. I even asked my neighbors and watchman about the same but they have no idea about it. According to me they must have delivered the order to wrong person/ address without asking them for id proof. I complained about this to bewakoof executive on 1st april itself but it's been 5 days and i got no response from their side. I hope you look into the matter and resolve this. Either bewakoof pays me back my money rs 275 or they deliver the product to me. Thank you. - zaid bahuddin

I returned the product 20 days ago but till now i haven't received my refund of rs.1596. They send me email telling that money will be refunded within 72 hrs but till now no money have been refunded. I tried to send many email asking about when money will be refunded but there is no response from their side.

Hello, my name is sachin, and since a long time i have been complaining that the delivery person names sudhir alkunte mainly, he is negligent to the core, he never delivers the order unless i call many times and complain many times, this was happening a lot of times, too much to tolerate. Once 17days delay for medicine from netmeds, once more than 30 days, 7 days fro firstcry order, and now its happening again with bewakoof.com order id: 23802965. And they shamlessly lie when company calls them, that the the customer has given wrong address, or the customer is out of station.

So last time contacted cyber crime department and notified them about this fraudulent logistics service, they took it as a prior intimation, and asked me to register complaint if this happens again, now this is happening again. About awb no:[protected], so this is a last notification and a warning as well, that hereafter if your delivery person delays, denies to deliver order on time, i'm bound to register a strong fraud fir against your company itself, and i will make sure it goes in news as well. Apka creadit card m balance kitna h... He os my ca or... Who is he... He is asking me.. And why he want my creadit card detal and all.. Who the hell he is... I will pray to god... Ya app kabhe na chala... Agr asa cistomer care h to... He told me apsa acha to humlog h... Hamara acc m 2 lakh hamasa hota h... Hum 20 hazar kamata h... Tum h kon... Or m kya karu tum kya karta ho... Hi, i had placed an order for a t-shirt from bewakoof.com (on 2nd march 2019) and had received the order on time (on 13march). My t-shirt didn't fit in my body due to large size. I had to return the product (on 13march).
My money has not been refunded. I have sent several mails to their customer care, but received no response. Order no #23129258.
They have a very poor customer service.

I had canceled two orders with ids 22164344 and 22164331. I had chosen the refund money to transfer into my bank account but i didn't get the money. I got the mail and it says that i have to do something from bank because the issue is from there but i'm now moved to another city so it's not possible for me to go to the branch and settle this issue. So i mailed them to transfer this money to my bewkoof wallet but they didn't do it either and they have only mails as customer care so it makes hard to contact them with their late mails. I have attached the pics of the orders.
