I have ordered a pair of Pyjamas from Bewakoof.com on 12 dec, 2014 with order no: 1607311.. I haven't received my product yet, , while checking the order status from their site, , It is showing order completed, , , but prdoct not yet shipped, , Poor Customer care service.. That number is not working

    Extreme delay in shipping product

    I ordered a t-shirt from www.bewakoof.com for my sister on the occasion of bhaiya dooj, The order was place a week before the festival which was well in time. It has been 14 days now and the product is still not shipped even. There was no information/update from company on why the product has been delayed.     account debited but order not placed - TXN FAILURE

    hi, this is raghav ahuja, i made a payment through your gateway to bewakoof.com to buy a sweatshirt by using SBI Internet Banking, it went into processing and the amount got deducted from my account i.e. Rs 899/- but i didnt got my order number, nor i recd a confirmation mail from bewakoof.com, my transaction reference no for my account is IGF20997030 txn was made on 5/1/2013 at 16.09 p.m, txn details in a/c are as follows - CCA13AMZG464IGF2097030 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE, plz check out whether my order is placed, if not , plz refund the amount in my account i.e. Rs. 899/-

    Flaw in material.

    I just received a track pant of which the material of pocket contradicts with the material of track and it's of different colour.

      Sir i ordered a t-shirt on a website www.bewakoof.com on 3rd September 2012 my Order ID is 12379.
      My payment method was PayU Checkout, the amount of the t-shirt was 399Rs., i paid it by my debit card my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com they said i will receive my order in 8-10 days but it is 20 day gone i did not receive my order yet, they charges cut from my account, now i am feeling cheated, kindly help me plesase.

      bewakoof.com — Didn't get the product

      I ordered a tshirt from bewakoof.com..The order id is 110283 but i havent got the parcel..i also had a call from bluedart but they didnt gave a good response so i kindly request to look over the matter as soon as possible..
      Its in indore branch..
