I accidentally paid for an order twice because the payment portal didn’t process the payment and it automatically placed the order twice. I requested them to cancel the order as soon as I placed it but they rejected my request to cancel my request even though I just placed it because its a custom t shirt. So I said okay atleast deliver the double order, I’ve paid for 2 shirts and received only one and it’s been a month. They refuse...

I have ordered a over size doodi from bewakoof of rupees 819 but I got delivered the completely different product as mentioned in the website I have delivered the wrong item but when I try to return it the delivery partner rejected the return and when I try to contact the bewakoof customer support they are saying they cannot do anything regarding this issue and their also not refunding my money or neither creating the return of this product...

I had order 3Ts from bewakoof on 25 th but hasn't yet been delivered. It was supposed to be delivered by today itself but it didn't. If I don't recieve prompt reply, I'll have to cancel the order against my want. My order id is 52717164....

Heys guys it has been 10 days from the date of return of the product that I have ordered but still I haven't received money in my bank account. Whenever I send a email to them they always say that it will be processed in 3 to 4 days but they don't do it, they are fraud. Just don't trust them and never ever order anything from that site. The name is also Bewakoof and also they make you Bewakoof....

I wrote first mail to the bewakoof on 16 th January and they replied that they have processed my refund and it will get CREDited into my source account in 7 days (23 January) today is 25th of January and I am writing this complaint because they don't have any logical reply, they all 10th failed employes copy pasting same reply everytime and sending male to give them feedback to their ### resolution. They refunded against my order into their wallet without asking me. Bewakoof wallet shows that the Bewakoof cash can be transferred to bank account anytime but there is no option for transferring the money..im in an emergency situation right now and i need the money asap..so pls check my issue...

I had placed an ordered for customised t-shirt more than a week ago.
Estimated delivery time was 1 week, but it's already more than a week now and the product didn't yet shipped. I had made complaint 2-3 times via mail. But the product didn't shipped after that also. Every time I got a different reason for the shipping.
This is very frustrating. I want my order as soon as possible....

They picked the cancled order and won't get my money back to my bank account...

I have ordered one sleeper and one T-shirt the delivery date was showing as 12th sept 2022 and its status is also showing as delivered but its now 16th sept and I didn't receive them as now I am continuously mailing bewakoof customer support but I am not getting any reply from them...

I had some money in my bewakoof account. my account was hacked by hyder from kudapa, andhra pradesh. i asked both bewakoof and xpressbees to cancel the order on the same day when it was shipped. instead, they blocked my account. i lost all my money.

With this email i am documenting that before i file a legal complaint against you for my issue which is pending for resolution now from more than one month now .

I have returned the item and it shows refund processed but no money is received in last 2 months...

I cancelled one of my order, i got the refund in my bewakoof wallet.. Now i am unable to transfer the wallet balance to my bank account...

Got an email from Bewakoof that the order has been shipped but we have not placed any order. On checking the account some person from another state has placed an order from my account and it is already shipped. There is no customer care number mentioned and it is not allowing to cancel the order stating that it is already shipped...

It's been 7 days my order has been picked up on 25 April but still my money is not refund.

I have bought few cloths from bewakoof.com with the size M on 27th June it was supposed to be delivered on 5th July first it was late for the delivery than the size of the clothes were XL I have filled replacement many but no response from their side. I hope this platform will help me....
