My order status is showing failed delivery attempt and it's prepaid order am unable to contact them and they didn't contact me or try to reach me without making any efforts they are showing undelivered status and am unable to cancel or get refund what should I do now?

      I had ordered a Men's blue graphic printed oversized full sleeves tshirt Having Order ID 53220030 . It was supposed to be delivered by 9th April but it has yet not been delivered and i haven't even received and update regarding the product delivery. I have already paid the amount for the product though UPI.

        Account is hacked and prder placed using wallet money . Despite several complaints the account was not locked and order was being placed .

          I have Rs. 584 in Bewakoof wallet which needs to be transfered to my bank account. Even though I have contacted their customer service about this several times, and even though they have told that the refund has been initiated, the amount has still not been refunded properly and now they are saying that it is not possible to do so! I want my money back!

            I accidentally paid for an order twice because the payment portal didn’t process the payment and it automatically placed the order twice. I requested them to cancel the order as soon as I placed it but they rejected my request to cancel my request even though I just placed it because its a custom t shirt. So I said okay atleast deliver the double order, I’ve paid for 2 shirts and received only one and it’s been a month. They refuse to return my money or send the t shirt.

              I have ordered a over size doodi from bewakoof of rupees 819 but I got delivered the completely different product as mentioned in the website I have delivered the wrong item but when I try to return it the delivery partner rejected the return and when I try to contact the bewakoof customer support they are saying they cannot do anything regarding this issue and their also not refunding my money or neither creating the return of this product I need a proper refund regarding this product

                I had order 3Ts from bewakoof on 25 th but hasn't yet been delivered. It was supposed to be delivered by today itself but it didn't. If I don't recieve prompt reply, I'll have to cancel the order against my want. My order id is 52717164.

                  Heys guys it has been 10 days from the date of return of the product that I have ordered but still I haven't received money in my bank account. Whenever I send a email to them they always say that it will be processed in 3 to 4 days but they don't do it, they are fraud. Just don't trust them and never ever order anything from that site. The name is also Bewakoof and also they make you Bewakoof.

                    I wrote first mail to the bewakoof on 16 th January and they replied that they have processed my refund and it will get CREDited into my source account in 7 days (23 January) today is 25th of January and I am writing this complaint because they don't have any logical reply, they all 10th failed employes copy pasting same reply everytime and sending male to give them feedback to their ### resolution. I will move to court if I don't get my money back in next 24 hrs and they will regret it. Stop justifing your company name with your actions and replies.

                      They refunded against my order into their wallet without asking me. I wrote first mail on 16 January and they replied and said they have processed my refund and it will get credited into my account in 7 days (23-24 January) today is 25th of January and still waiting for refund. They reply with the same copy paste answer Everytime with every mail without reading what consumer is saying. These fools don't know how to read

                        Bewakoof wallet shows that the Bewakoof cash can be transferred to bank account anytime but there is no option for transferring the money..im in an emergency situation right now and i need the money asap..so pls check my issue

                          Delay in shipping/delivery

                          I had placed an ordered for customised t-shirt more than a week ago.
                          Estimated delivery time was 1 week, but it's already more than a week now and the product didn't yet shipped. I had made complaint 2-3 times via mail. But the product didn't shipped after that also. Every time I got a different reason for the shipping.
                          This is very frustrating. I want my order as soon as possible....

                              I booked 2 flip flop in an order 50789636. I received only one item inside the package. I have sent emails to support I’d but no proper response. I am unable to return to refund as the person who wants to collect want both items.

                                    Stop FOOLING CUSTOMERS .

                                    With this email i am documenting that before i file a legal complaint against you for my issue which is pending for resolution now from more than one month now .
