I ordered a product on December 23rd firstly delivery was delayed, i didn't like the product i requested for return, i was waiting for weeks for return pickup and no one arrived, and when contacted they said return pickup was already attempted, i was in my house the whole time, then they told me to self ship the product and i spent my personal money and shipped, the product already reached them and it's been weeks and i still didn't get my refund

The balance has been expired cos of you guys blocking my account. If you can't give me my back in my account add the expired promotinal balance so that i can purchase anything with all credits and end this once and for all cos now i am really tortured cos of this services.
First you guys say that i have returned you a non bewakoof product so you have blocked my account, later on you guys say that i have returned 61 order and cancelled 14 order, so you have blocked my account and that my account couldn't be unblocked, so i have to create new account. And now you are saying that my account is unblocked and i have to use the balance of rs 382 or else it is going to expire as rs. 434 has expired.
So KINDLY RETURN ME MONEY IN MY WALLET OF RS. 434 AND ALSO EXTENTED THE EXPIRE OF WALLET RS. 382. SO THAT I CAN USE IT ALL AND END THIS CHARDE OF FOLLOWING UP.
ITS CLEARLY YOUR FAULT DUE TO WHICH THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN EXPIRED
