I had placed an order on Bewakoof and cancelled it on 31.3.2022 and the refund amount was Rs.666/- . later an email came saying that the amount will be credited to my bank account within 10-14 working days and now they have credited that amount to my Bewakoof wallet. I emailed them asking to transfer that amount to my Bank account. The reply that I got was they have already transferred it to the wallet and the closed my ticket. They are not even providing a customer care number to call and talk to.

    I have returned sweatshirt order #47976965 the refund amount still not credited i my account.. bewakoof is really bad and gives poor service. Can anybody help me to get my refund Rs 1149/- i regret why i ordered from bewakoof. i want to lodge a complaint against them .

      Like I've given up man they don't send the refund it's 864 ruppes and like I didn't get the refund I'm waiting since 3 weeks now
      I am gonna wait for one more week and talk with authorities and complain in cyber security caz they don't even have any contact number...

        The issue that I have experienced was: For order no.[protected] bewakoof guys gave me a wrong product, for which i have created the service ticket immediately on the same day. Where I have got the response that they have confirmed that the warehouse has dispatched the right product. Where I have already provided them the photo of the product with the tag that they haven't given me the right product. At the same day when i raised a complaint, I have selected for the return of the product but it was not picked up from my house even after multiple attempt of sending them the emails. During this I have received another order no. 47973196 which I have ordered from them, that was not as per my likings so I have created a return request for the same. Which they picked up on the same day and was supposed to return my money to the wallet which they haven't. Further on the next day 47835971 was picked up but they haven't given me my money back in the bewakoof wallet and after sometime they blocked my account stating that there is suspicious activity from my side and I have given them the non bewakoof product. Due to which they have blocked my account. Since then I am creating multiple service tickets with them and they have been giving me different answer for why the account was blocked, where they stated it has been blocked cos i have return 59 products and 14 cancellation due to which it has been blocked. Further there is nothing return on their site that after 59 returned products they will block my account. After which i have replied to them that i don't want the account, but return me my money i.e. 463 + 500 + 65 rupees for the order return and the balance amount in the wallet. But that is all in vain cos they aren't returning my money back. So i require your help in getting my hard earn money i.e. 1065 rupees back in my bank account.

        I have attached the pics of the wrong product they delivered and the amount they have to credit in my bewakoof account with the balance amount of 75 .

        That is not the promotional credits that was my hard earn money which you guys converted into bewakoof wallet and the same amount has been expired cos you guys blocked my account so i was not able to use the wallet balance rs.434. so you have to give my money back or add the 434 in my account along with the rs. 382 the expiry of that needs to be extended so that i can use it.

        The balance has been expired cos of you guys blocking my account. If you can't give me my back in my account add the expired promotinal balance so that i can purchase anything with all credits and end this once and for all cos now i am really tortured cos of this services.
        First you guys say that i have returned you a non bewakoof product so you have blocked my account, later on you guys say that i have returned 61 order and cancelled 14 order, so you have blocked my account and that my account couldn't be unblocked, so i have to create new account. And now you are saying that my account is unblocked and i have to use the balance of rs 382 or else it is going to expire as rs. 434 has expired.

        So KINDLY RETURN ME MONEY IN MY WALLET OF RS. 434 AND ALSO EXTENTED THE EXPIRE OF WALLET RS. 382. SO THAT I CAN USE IT ALL AND END THIS CHARDE OF FOLLOWING UP.

        ITS CLEARLY YOUR FAULT DUE TO WHICH THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN EXPIRED

          I ordered a tshirt and i have paid for it by online banking next i recieved my tshirt and it was over sized so i i decided to return it i returned it and the amount 499 added to my wallet on bewakoof so i decided to mail bewakoof and i did it i said can you please transfer my wallet balance to my bank account they said yes they told me it will take some days 5 to 6 days i waited the amount was not credited to my account and i again mailed bewakoof they did the same and same . I waited and for 1 month now i am tired of texting and mailing you guys this is how you do with a customer i rated bewakoof for 5 star but i am feeling now i did wrong everytime they are sending me the same and same answer that it will be transferred within 5 days but its not happening if you can help me please do something about this i cant loose 499 ..

            I have ordered two t shirts and one mobile cover. Order no: #47654786, #47639203, #47639197. I have returned it on 28th feb, 2022. It has been 14 days since pickup of the order. I have raised the complaint many times before bewakoof customer care through mail. Still no money is refunded to me neither in my bank account nor in the bewakoof wallet. I will never shop on this ever. Please help me. I want to go to court against them, please help me with the procedure. Bewakoof.com is biggest e-commerce fraud.

              I ordered a product on December 23rd firstly delivery was delayed, i didn't like the product i requested for return, i was waiting for weeks for return pickup and no one arrived, and when contacted they said return pickup was already attempted, i was in my house the whole time, then they told me to self ship the product and i spent my personal money and shipped, the product already reached them and it's been weeks and i still didn't get my refund

                  I had ordered a Qrioh OnePlus 7 jet black glass case cover, it was delivered with a manufacturing defect. After returning the product back to the company, my refund has not been initiated. It has been more than 15 days. Even after raising this issue to their customer service team, there is no response from there side.

                    Dear sir/ma'am

                    As you write the price on the outside the packing what happens is that delivery person knows the value as we use the bewakoof wallet amount some time we get it in very less price so in those cases they either don't let reach that product to us or either they open the packing and take out one product.

                    I ordered three things from you it was sell time so I got those in cheaper price but they were not delivering it so I called them but they said it's only two product inside if you want we will deliver why I would accept the two product when I have paid for three.
                    So I denied and they returned. So after waiting for such long time I didn't got products I ordered and addition to that I am not receiving the full amount of refund.

                    Please process my full refund and it's humble request that if possible please change practice of writing net amount paid on outside. As they think it's their right to take out the things if someone is getting it in cheaper price.

                      I ordered a jacket the website and received it on 25th December but due to ill fitting I return date on 26 December according to them the refund has been processed on 27 December but since then I didn't receive the refund today is 4th of January and still there is no refund and I am attaching all the documents which clearly states that they were supposed to give me the refund by 31st December

                        I was received an email that my money will be refunded withing 7-10 days..
                        It's more than 15 days now .I didn't get the refund..

                            These guys are harrassing people in the name of buisness. first of all they have sent a wrong product. then they refunded the money to bewakoof cash. now i cant get it back to my bank account. they have no simple process to get it back. i have mailed them. raised a ticket. and they asked me to send a Screenshot. a screenshot of what?? when i need my money back . now its been more than 24 hours and no reply. now i have raised another ticket. still no response. they don't have a customer care number. they don't have a whatsapp assistance. neither they give reply in Instagram. and now my money is stuck. they are forcing me to use that money on their app indirectly. and only use a percentage of that money as a discount to purchase s different item. that means to get my money back i have to spend more. i just want my money back.

                            [Update] after two tickets got positive reply from them and got my money back before 12 hours of the final mail which i got from them

                              Hi, i ordered a pair of jeans from bewakoof on 13/12/21 and still the order hasn't reached. I tried contacting them so many times but they are taking so much time to resolve my issue.I had already paid for the product and i can't even cancel it because it hasn't been shipped yet

                                  I ordered a hoodie from bewakoof nd the product didnot came as expectec so i had to return the product. The bewakoof assigned a pickup guy for my product but the guy didn't even reach me so far i got a call from courier office that they didn't even recieve a return mail from the company and the bewakoof is showing something else

                                    Company gave a notification on 4th December that two orders ORDER# 46463150 & ORDER# 46462792 were delivered but actually that did not reach me. I immediately contacted them but it is been 8-9 days since and customer care is not really helping. Also I pre purchased a membership with them which I want to cancel seeing their business practice. They are not willing to return that too. So it seems to me to be fully cheat company.

                                        My prepaid order was supposed to be delivered on 19th November 2021. But the delivery executive got my order on 18th of November 2021. I was not at home on 18th and my phone was switched off because I was in college, and we are not supposed to use phones. They have returned my product to the warehouse, and there is no customer helpline number. I have submitted a query but have received no answer. What do I do? Can they refund my money? Or send the product, home?
