After booking my cylinder on 5th November 2022 through Amazon pay the distributor cannot provide my cylinder to my home in addition distributor is demanding extra home delivery charge of 20 Rs otherwise Gas would not delivered.. Today it is 10th November.

        On 17th Oct. around 8:55 pm I visited Vaishnavi Petrol Pump, Vaishali Nagar, Indore to refill fuel in my vehicle. First they denied to refill and told this is only for car while counter was empty.Then I moved to next counter but Mr. Sumair (Delivery Boy) and his manager Mr. Satish Yadav behaviour was very unprofessional and they allowed the person to refill first who was came after me and when I came first. When I asked for a complaint book then Mr. Satish Yadav denied and told "Andar jaakar baat kar lo complaint book nahi milegi." How anyone can denied when customer ask for complaint book. I was with my family and it's really very bad experience because of petrol pump's employees.

          I had booked my cylinder on 11 oct 22. The total amount of 1061 rs. Deducted from my bank account for the same. But delivery of gas cylinder is still not completed on 16 Oct 22. Thing is not not regarding amount but for urgency. This is totally not accepted at all. Complaint no. Registered with BPCL service provider is 05085009 dated 15 Oct 22

              Sir, I am a native of Kottayam Pampady, when i approached bpcl pump situated at pampady on 13/10/2022 at 9.12 am, I filled my bike with petrol for 600 rupees and then gave the card to the employee to make digital payment (credit card). At this time, the person who seems to be the assistant manager (looking about 50 years old with a shirt, and glasses) said that the card payment will make the process slow and if it is cash payment, it will be possible to leave soon. At this time when central and state governments are encouraging digital monetization transactions, it is requested that necessary awareness should be created from bpcl authority for such staff who are reluctant to do digital monetization transactions. While the other staff at the pump, including the manager, showed maturity, only the above-mentioned employee caused me mental distress through such actions, so I request that there should be no more delay in taking the necessary steps to promote digital money from the bpcl company side.

                I m from Ahmedabad. Distributor is Jay Jyoti gas agency. I booked cylinder on 03 October 2022 with booking Id 356805 and it shows delivered on 05 October 2022. Actually cylinder is not delivered yet till now today i.e. 15 October 2022.
                My registered mobile number is [protected].
                And often it happens this way without delivering cylinder, status is updated as delivered when it is checked online.

                    मेरा भारत गैस में कोई कनेक्शन नहीं हैं
                    मेरा गैस कनेक्शन हिंदुस्तान गैस मे हैं जब में अपने हिंदुस्तान गैस एजेंसी पर सब्सिडी के लिए आधार लिंक के लिए आधार और बैंक पासबुक का फोटो कॉपी दिया तो वहा से बताया गया की आप का आधार भारत गैस एजेंसी (मां काली भारत गैस एजेंसी )जो ये ग्राम नींबू तहसील रसड़ा में पड़ता है वहा पर लिंक हैं जब वहा गए तो हमे बताया गया की आप का आधार न से केवाईसी किया गया है जो की वहा पर हमारा कोई कनेक्शन नहीं हैं !
                    तब मैंने उनसे आधार रिमूव करने के लिया कहा तो उन्होंने बताया कि 2 दिन में हो जायेगा। 2 दिन बाद भी आधार रिमूव न होने पर मैं फिर से भारत गैस पर गया तो फिर से हमे कहा गया की 7 दिन बाद हो जायेगा।हमने 7 दिन तक इंतजार किया फिर भी आधार रिमूव नही हुआ और जब हमने पूछा की इतना देर क्यों लग रहा हैं आधार रिमूव करने में तो उन्होंने बताया की आप का आवेदन ईमेल कर दिया गया हैं और सही तरीके से बात तक नही की कहा की जब होगा तो आप को बता दिया जाएगा।
                    भारत गैस में हमारा आधार लिंक से हमे हिंदुस्तान गैस में सब्सिडी का लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा हैं।
                    अतः आप से निवेदन है कि आप हमारे भारत गैस एजेंसी नींबू से आधार लिंक रिमूव कराने की कृपा करे।

                        My request is :83851185 i have applied for new gas connection. When i going to check my status. Or anything. Otp not generating why now what is the next process to me. How. Please slove my issue sir/madam. I want to make my payment in online only slove my problem. As soon as soon possible. I'm not getting this problem so many people are getting this problem.                           Hi, This is the 2nd time there is false refill booking done from my user ID without my consent by distributer Sai Vinay Bharat Gas gas agency (Greater Noida). I had not raised any requirement of new cylinder after 6/9/2022 but I received message yesterday for refill delivered to me.But in actual no cylinder is delivered. PFA screenshot

                            Have filled fuel to my bike on 2th night for 10 liters i have used my debit card to pay and money got debited but again they asked to pay via gpay as money got stucked on there end and they promised that it will get credited to my account back on monday but still i am yet to receive my money back of rs 1025.80

                            I have rasied an complaint on my bank.end also but they said money has been debited and was successfully credited at receiver end .

                            Please help to check on this and assist

                              I went to this said CNG/Petrol Pump, and asked for pressure before they started filling CNG, he said 220.
                              Then he did now show me 0 and started filling the cng and upon asking where the pressure meter is, he showed me a meter which wasn’t working and wasn’t even synced. (In CNG it kind stops and starts automatically in one go for a couple of times and whenever it kind of stops even the pressure goes down, and you can also hear gas pressure going down) but here none of it happened and the person started and stopped it multiple times manually as well.
                              And, even the meter showed a different rate (76₹/kG) where as meter beside in another machine showed the current rate (80₹/kg) upon asking he said yes calculation you can do manually and cross check, we will charge accordingly.
                              I had a completely empty tank, and had took my car to pump on petrol, but according to very high pressure shown on the meter, I should’ve had at least 9KG’s if not 9.5kg in the tank but meter stopped at 8.
                              And upon seeing the MID in the car; it showed 3-4 points less (fluctuating) than full.
                              Upon asking the person he said the pressure is 170-180, I’ve never heard such low pressure on any petrol pump ever.
                              As I started asking questions and doubting them, they asked me to move my vehicle aside and they will call the ‘manager’
                              Till the time I decided to give my car and my bill was 641.60 and they were billing it for 642 (rounded) but I was frustrated hence I asked him to not round it up, and told him he can put exact value in card machine without a problem, he said it’s extra charge for using card at the petrol pump, hence they round it up to a ruppee. He also explained how he was being generous by not charging 2.5% extra on transactions that they usually do on their CNG machine. He said they charge 2.5% extra for cng payments via card and rounded to nearest ruppee for other fuel payments at the pump, well that’s a first, maybe they don’t know the concept of fuel surcharges.
                              I declined to pay and I told them if they charge me more I will report it to credit card company, he then said ‘kya sir 1₹ humko bhi per car milta hai voh bhi aapko lena hai humse’ that clearly meant they take some unofficial money. There was also a car which didn’t have a valid cng plate; he said he will be charging ₹20 extra to fill that car.

                              Now; after driving a few kms on the car after filling cng I can confirm it’s burning much more than the usual burn rate. Maybe it was mix and I wasn’t informed about it being mixed.

                              Rules that are being flaunted to be noted-
                              1- Possible meter tampering.
                              2-Incorrect meter still operating.
                              3- Wrong price displayed.
                              4-Charging more for card.
                              5- Not giving proper explanation for mishaps, it is violation of customers right at petrol pump.
                              6- No clean drinking water available at pump.
                              7- No clean washroom available at pump for customers.
                              8- No free air facility, he said ‘ladka gaav Gaya hai’ or wasn’t ready to let me know the procedure to get air.

                              Extra point-
                              Upon checking the pump is known for meter tampering and bad service in the city. As per enquiry with local cars who were near the area and auto people. Many don’t trust this pump.
                              Also, the Google reviews of multiple people also suggest there is something wrong with pump and a sure shot meter tampering case.

                                Sir /madam .. I am a resident of Kurnool ( dist) Kurnool, ANDHRA PRADESH.. The dealer " Bhagyalakshmi Gas agency" (, Near nandyal checkpost) delivery boys are demanding extra money of 60-100rs for past 5 years.. we made several complaints to the agency but they just laughed and brushed it off.. Delivery charges are added in the bill.. but those delivery boys harassed my mother (68yrs) threatening her verbally, taking pictures of her and my home..This kind of behaviour is encouraged by the agency itself..Please resolve this issue with your dealer.. Thanks in advance

                                  I had booked refill gas cylinder on. 08/09/2022 and until they didn't deliver the cylinder. I was raised complaint on toll free number. Ref. No. 04981898.

                                      Hi team,
                                      We had availed bpcl connection on 24/07/2022 at theni district, after surrendering iocl lpg connection at Coimbatore on 21/07/2022.
                                      We had submitted all the necessary documents from our side both at the time of surrendering and availing new connection.
                                      At the time of availing new cylinder we were nit informed about any aadhar issue
                                      While booking refill lpg cylinder our online profile was blocked when we contacted our agency he informed aadhar already provided at iocl has not yet been removed. When we contacted the customer support there has been no response and we are out of lpg gas.
                                      I'm father of a newborn and we are facing difficulty in arranging home cooked meals and hot water.
                                      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful on priority as we are facing lot of difficulties.
