Today I received the cylinder from bharat gas, when I asked the delivery guy to check the weight he said the weight machine is not working after insisting he asked to call the driver which I dialed from my phone and he came with the weighting mechanic, in the cylinder body the cylinder weight mentioned was 15.9 although earlier I received cylinder that was 15.8 and the gas weight was 14.2 so the total weight should be came at 30.1kg but it came hardly 30kg
Now I asked them to weight the empty cylinder, for which they again agreeing but after insisting they did and the empty cylinder weight came around 16.130 grms.
Now my question is how an empty cylinder which weight is mentioned as 15.8 came out 300 gms extra in that case my filled cylinder is not fully filled they must did adjustments in the weight machine itself. Kindly provide me an explanation, I can clearly see I messed almost 300grms of gas if a still consider the +-150 for the weight still 300 is too much.My consumer no. I have tried many times but the Bharat gas company in Vizag is denying the connection surrender . I have to travel to different state due to job transfer please help me to surrender the connection...

Is there any rules for same or any other interest

When i visit bharat petrolpump, density is showing 0 and when i asked they say rudely petrol is going to your bike tank then what is the problem...i said density is not showing...they again say ...then why are you come here...go another petrol pump...

Mention in slip but not credited refund amount till now

I have made the upi payment for gas cylinder booking but after the payment confirmation error message occurred and booking was not confirmed. But payment was made. Consumer no[protected]

We are an authorized dealer of BPCL in the name of M/s Hariom Energy Station, Chittorgarh (Raj.). BPCL company's provided email ID: [protected]@bpclretail.in is not working due to password forgotten.
By trying "Forget PW", a new window is saying that "HINT QUESTION" was not set by us, so recovery of PW is not possible & advised us to contact customer care.
Therefore, we request you to please do the needful to recover it.

On 27 May23 at 6:09 AM, full tank to Santro Zing car showed 38.08 litres, while max capacity of Santro car is only 35 litres.
Have raised this issue but attendant did not agree . Have the reciept details of payment for the same

Dear Sir,
This to bring to your notice the inconvenience and damage caused to us due to inefficient workers running the Bharat Petroleum, petrol pump at wanjari nagar, owned by police wellfare .
On Saturday 20th May 2023, around 2:30 pm we reached the petrol pump to fill diesel, the incompetent worker after reminding him its a diesel car filled around 500 rs petrol in the tank, it was our driver who notice it and stopped him immediately, after which the workers assure they will remove all the fuel and refill it again, the workers didn't had the instruments and required equipment to do so, it took around 45 min for them to arrange for proper equipment for the same, to this one of the unskilled worker skipped the jacke which in result damaged the petrol tank, till then it was almost 4 pm the manager incharge didn't even bother to come out and give a look to what was happening in space around, after he looked into the matter he was totally unprofessional as he was appointed on temporary basis as told by him, also the person in charge was on leave and made no attempts in cooperating with the matter and also denied to pay any charges for the damage caused to vehicle .
I want to bring this to everyone's notice so that this doesn't happens with anyone again, because I had a emergency and couldn't make for it due to inefficiency of the workers at petrol pump to handle the situation, also on name of welfare its totally unethical to keep incompenent and unskilled labors to run such places .

I have taken 2 ltrs of Petrol today at Ishaan Rudra Petroleum at Lalbegiya Bandh, East Champaran, Bihar. But Mr. Amod Kumar, Pump manager there forcely deducted extra amount through my card. He threatened me to do this .
Amount was Rs. 217.64 for 2 ltrs but he deducted Rs. 218. I have made payment through my card. Am attaching bill and receipt for kind concern. Please help he is doing wrong and very unprofessional behaviour with customers.

I am using SBI BPCL Credit Card to earn some reward points by using it on BPCL petrol pumps. But, above mentioned petrol pump many times deny to accept payment through my credit card or use a different machine; therefore, I am denied reward points.
I have asked them many a times but no help from them.
Please look into the issue and do the needful.

I said him to put petrol of 2 liter. He computted the 2 liter in machine and everything was done. When I was leaving the pump then I checked my vehicle meter then it was less then half liter. I called the manager and made him to check the how much petrol that really is and he removed petrol in bottle, the petrol was nearly only 300 to 400 ml. I started the camera to record the incident then he said don't do that I am here to talk to you you can talk to me. He said the worker to put rs200 petrol in my vehicle and he was doing as he done favour on me. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

I made a transaction of Rs1106 towards refill of LPG on 4-4-2023 through the transaction ID[[protected]] through gpay UPI.Money got deducted and the receipt also shows that money has been debited and credited to the bpcl bill desk.But at the bpcl bill desk they told money is not credited.So they delivered refill through COD
.My consumer no 57820644 .

I contacted gpay several times but they couldn’t resolve...

ON[protected] I(consumer ID[protected] have booked lpg through bharat petroleum apps transection id LPG00000000JQNA1 for which the amount Rs 1129 has been made through Google pay but the gas has not been delivered and amount has not been refunded.

I had booked gas cylinders on 17 may, which I paid through UPI.
Payment was successful but cylinder not booked on Hello BPCL app.
Till now my amount is not refunded.

Please refund my amount ASAP.

I have booked Cylinder on 5th May 2022 with Ref no of 29430.
I have paid amount 1110/- at time of booking.

On 8th May I received message from Bharat Gas that your cylinder is delivered.
Till today I didn't received cylinder. I called 2-3 times to my distributor they told me that they will check and delivered but till today I didn't get my cylinder.

Also I can not complaint regarding this from Bharat Gas app or anywhere else.

I used to use Bharatgas mobile app to book our gas cylinder but suddenly it's not allowing me to log in and when I am using the online website it's showing me consumer data is invalid.

I tried to connect with my agency (Ashish Agencies BHARAT GAS) but no help....
