Sir, I am a native of Kottayam Pampady, when i approached bpcl pump situated at pampady on 13/10/2022 at 9.12 am, I filled my bike with petrol for 600 rupees and then gave the card to the employee to make digital payment (credit card). At this time, the person who seems to be the assistant manager (looking about 50 years old with a shirt, and glasses) said that the card payment will make the process slow and if it is cash payment, it will be possible to leave soon. At this time when central and state governments are encouraging digital monetization transactions, it is requested that necessary awareness should be created from bpcl authority for such staff who are reluctant to do digital monetization transactions. While the other staff at the pump, including the manager, showed maturity, only the above-mentioned employee caused me mental distress through such actions, so I request that there should be no more delay in taking the necessary steps to promote digital money from the bpcl company side.
