Payment for mandatory checking of conection

I was applied for the mechanic post for mandatory inspection of connection, they told me they will be paid me RS 12/customer (who will be paid RS 75) but from a source I was known that other distributers are given 50℅ to his mechanics. I just want to know what is the realty?

Refill cylinder cannot be used as the regulator is not fitting easily as it should be.

This is a regular incident whenever my wife wants to replace the empty gas cylinder with our second cylinder, the regulator does not fit properly in to the slot. We have to contact the agency and the delivery boy replaces the cylinder or some times start filing or applying emery paper on the part of the cylinder where the regulator fits till it can be fitted.
