sir i am a customer of shivam gas service agra road sadabad district (hathras[protected] UP)
i m not satisfied with its service he is not giving home diliveris of the cylinders atall,
we have submitted complaints to SDM, DSO, DM BUT NO ACTION HASBEEN TAKEN AGAINST
him till now, we hope after complaining to you the matter will be resolved ?

Dear Sir,

Varsha Enterprise.
Saheed Nagar, Phone[protected], 2547239, Bhubaneshwar, is delaying (Every Month) the delivery of LPG Home Gas Supply which is as per rule - 21 days but they says 30 to 35 days. They supply after 30 days with a post dated bill of 21 days.

Hence my family face problems & we are forced to purchase gas at higher cost from the market in Black.
Consumer No- 33088....

I am customer of Bharat Gas - Shree Raksha Gas Agency, Hebbagodi, Bangalore. My consumer id is 32530 and SV No.[protected]. I have shifted from Valsad, Gujarat to Bangalore. myself Mr.mahajan a. b. is consumer of bharat gas petroleum since 1996.
I require double cylinder .I've also requested to my agency number of times, but they dont listen.
so, i request you to please look into the matter&oblige.

As per BPCL Petrbonus scheme consumer gets reward points aginst purchase of fuel, lubricants etc. I am holding such petrocard. As per Petrobonus scheme consumer can reddem the points accumulated against the showcase dipalyed by BPCL. Accordingly I have reddeemed 88712 points for want of Jaipan Vacuum cleaner on 9th Oct 2008. Shweta gas agency in Jaripatka Nagpur gives a pathetic service.Following are the hurdles faced by the consumers:
1) telephone line [protected] always engage.It takes sometimes the entire day trying to connect, but could not get connected.

2)15 days criteria for next booking.i.e. one cannot book next cylinder before 15 days of receipt of the fresh cylinder.

3)Delivery takes 8 to 10 days after booking that...

I am a Bharat Gas user. I have a bharat gas connection from Bharat Gas Mira Road (East) Dist Thane (Maharashtra). My service no. 152049. I have issued only one cylinder, as per my family requirement I have many times requested the agency to issue 2nd Cylinder, but they refused to issue 2nd cylinder to me. This provision for control of misuse is not practical. On the contrary, it is posing problem for bonafied users. Dealer do not even book refill before 21 days of lst delivery date. About week is taken in delivery after booking. Exact delivery date/time is not known and if consumers premises is closed at the time of delivery, this priod may more than week. Phone booking is also difficult due to constant phone busy. One has to go on constasnt...

I have cancelled my Bharat Gas connection in Chennai two years ago as I went to overseas on job duty. I dont remember my consumber number. Can I get my old Bharat Gas connection using my old consumer number?
For applying new gas connection, ration card is needed which would take at least 60 days to get....

One of your distributor named Sree Balaji Gas Agencies, Mathikere Extn., HMT Road, Bangalore service person came to our house on 24-July-2008, when no male members were in the house and asking to get insurance done for Gas. Suddenly my father came, who is working as a manager in one of the nationalized enquired about the insurance. That guy started using threatning language and said we need to face the dire consequence....
