We have been facing issues regarding the delivery of LPG gas at our house despite booking.As per the rules the gas should be delivered at the consumer house after being booked but while that is not the case they have been responding to it in rather lucrative way

    With due respect I request you to pls have a look of bharat petroleum petrol pump situated besides St. George orthodox Church, paliarakara, Pathanamthitta district, Thiruvalla sub district, paliarakara, kerala.
    The people working there are not nice to the customers needs.
    This is not the first time, many times I go to the petrol station but they never use the lock to deliver the petrol, if we say they won't listen and never give the free air.
    Today also when I go to the petrol pump I had a petrol of 450/-Rs and asked them to fill the air. The petrol man told me to go and stand near the air station but for 15 minutes no one came there to fill the air in between one man told to the other to fill the air but he told that after sometimes he will go no need to respond.
    Then simply I take my mobile and make it rotate seeming like I am taking the pictures then 2 peoples came running and open the air station and put a switch and told that there is no current.
    I asked him if there is no current then how peoples are filling the petrol. Then he gives a reason that petrol is working thru electricity and air filling is working thru solar.
    Again I taken the mobile and started rotating seems like I am making the videos. Suddenly solar system started working and I got the air filled then a threatening came from the petrol pump peoples that if our face come outside then we will give a case against you in the court.
    Then a body builder came to me asking what is the problem (may be the incharge or manager) he told that we think you are standing here to do the call or making a call to someone that is why we were not coming

    The petrol filling man atfirst told to go and stand person will come and fill air
    Then one person told donot respond which I heard
    Then person came and told no current
    Then told that it is solar based air station
    Then suddenly came the current
    Then they thought I was making a call

    Pls. Correct me if I am wrong that in petrol pump air and bathrooms are free and in petrol pump mobile phones are restricted.

    Lots of peoples are facing problems in that petrol pump

    If you think sir I am right and people get the sufficient service then I request you to pls have a look in it

      I have been checking gas cylinders from past 4 months and have found all gas cylinders received at home are 3 to 4 kg less in weight as shown on cylinder. All cylinders are sealed but weight is less.This seems to be a big scam .If you could do something please do so or I will escalate it to the PMO office.

          The BPCL Gas Distributor ASHA DEEP in 852 M.B.ROAD BIRATI KOLKATA 700051, Distributor Contact [protected], is deliberately making late in delivery of Domestic LPG Gas Cylinder to customers.

          Sometimes, these distributors charge extra money (about Rs.200/-) to give same day delivery. The Distributor is very corrupt and they were wrongfully forcing the customers buy Gas Lighter, Cylinder stand, Hose pipe and Gaskit even though I had these.

          This time I had warned them that I am going to record his telephonic conversation and from then the Distributor is not receiving my Call.

          These Distributors are also taking tips of Rs.50 for delivering the Gas as extra and beyond the Govt price.

              After multiple complaint lodged with Bharat petrolium through customer care and e-mail for initiating refund for cancellation of LPG Cylinder, no mail revert is received from your end. Kindly look into the matter and initiate refund at the earliest.

                I had booked LPG Cylinder on 8th December 2022, which got automatically cancelled without intimation on 17th December 2022.
                No refund initiated for the same till date as I had lodged complaints multiple times through customer helpline number.

                I'm requesting to kindly refund the paid amount for cancelled LPG delivery schedule.

                  On Dt 6th Dec 2022 again I have received this message

                  Ref. your booking 61660, LPG cylinder was delivered on[protected]. Click https://bit.ly/1BPCL to install new Hello BPCL app for booking your next refill & more

                  and I would like to mention one more thing that I have also received the Subsidy amount of 40.71 without delivering the cylinder.

                  they have not even call also.

                  If I have not received the cylinder and how the delivered and Subsidy has come.

                  this is A FRADULANT activity the agency is doing.

                  Request you to take strict action against bharat gas.

                    Delay in Refill delivery, order booked on 20th November. order No. 201527 but even after 20 days refill is not delivered.
                    complaint raised at call center on 8th Dec Complaint No. 05275539 but even they are not able to get cylinder delivered.
                    They have the same answer we are escalating to concerned department, no team leader available to give satisfactory reply and arrange for delivery, spoke to various persons Mr. Fiazan, Shibansh, Miraj but nobody is able to provide solution

                      I am from Ramlu, from Bhiwandi. Bharat gas delivery guys always demand extra money from consumers. When we question them regarding this extortion the reply is that they are not paid a single penny. I then tried to reject them for extra money, but they do not leave the door, they keep asking until we pay them, this happens every single time of the delivery. I started to book my refill via PhonePe(online booking platform) and even completed the payment. However, today while making the delivery, the delivery guy was demanding 20-30 rupees. I refused to pay stating that the delivery charges are paid by us while booking which reflects in the bill. But still he was not leaving the door, so I had to pay him forcefully. This is totally a kind of exploitation of ignorance. Members of most household in our neighbourhood complain about this.
                      Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                        I tried to book gas cylinder on 23/11/2022 from Bharat petroleum app payed the amount(1053) via debit card
                        Amount got deducted after it shows unable to process the booking .
                        It also mentioned that amount will be automatically refunded after 3 days but still it's not refunded

                          Sir i booked gas on 21/11/2022 through hellobpcl app .booking failed but amount thousand seventy seven rupees(rs 1077) deducted from my account.it shows within three days it will automatically refund to your account so i waited still now i cant get refund.

                            As per the representative, it will go after 24 hours. But the 24 hours have crossed, still I am facing the same issue.

                            I have filled up petrol from Bharat Petroleum outlet having address, DJ/15 RAJARHAT, West Bengal, https://indiapl.com/west-bengal/bharat-petroleum-56802. on 14th Nov in the morning while i was going to office. I drove down to office and while coming back i saw my car was creating problem and its giving jerk. The next day i called Toyota to check my vehicle. They did a thorough checkup and didnt find any problem. They highlighted petrol quality is not good for which it is happening. I have filled up petrol almost worth 4500/-. Toyota is asking me to throw the petrol however i am stuck as what to do in this case. Kindly suggest. My phone no is [protected].

                                      On 17th Oct. around 8:55 pm I visited Vaishnavi Petrol Pump, Vaishali Nagar, Indore to refill fuel in my vehicle. First they denied to refill and told this is only for car while counter was empty.Then I moved to next counter but Mr. Sumair (Delivery Boy) and his manager Mr. Satish Yadav behaviour was very unprofessional and they allowed the person to refill first who was came after me and when I came first. When I asked for a complaint book then Mr. Satish Yadav denied and told "Andar jaakar baat kar lo complaint book nahi milegi." How anyone can denied when customer ask for complaint book. I was with my family and it's really very bad experience because of petrol pump's employees.
