Address: 46/1 Girdharnagar Society,

I have booked Cylinder on 5th May 2022 with Ref no of 29430.
I have paid amount 1110/- at time of booking.

On 8th May I received message from Bharat Gas that your cylinder is delivered.
Till today I didn't received cylinder. I called 2-3 times to my distributor they told me that they will check and delivered but till today I didn't get my cylinder.

Also I can not complaint regarding this from Bharat Gas app or anywhere else.

    Unable to login to request a cylinder

    Hello,

    I used to use Bharatgas mobile app to book our gas cylinder but suddenly it's not allowing me to log in and when I am using the online website it's showing me consumer data is invalid.

    I tried to connect with my agency (Ashish Agencies BHARAT GAS) but no help....

    The pump was showing a density of 0.05 for diesel. And the guys were also not wearing any uniform. So I don't even know of this BP is official or fake?.

      The pumps display was show a density of 0.05 density for diesel. Please check the same for this branch just on the outskirts of Hyderabad towards Bangalore

        Almost every petrol pump have started a scam where in rhey pretend to hear the wrong amount. Suppose I ask for petrol of 1000rs, they fill it up for 200. When i ask for the rest, they pretend to start it from 0 while they continue it from 200 itself, thereby scamming me of 200rs. There will always be an other person there who will come inbetween and distract you from watching the meter

          I visited Bharat petrol punk, near Valayapatti village,
          M/S. MITHUN FILLING STATION
          S.No.89/14B1, Valayapatty Village, Ring Road, Tirupparankundram Taluk, MADURAI-625 022.
          asked for a toilet that toilet is far from petrol punk toilet look like a horror place with no electricity it looks like a forest. The punk staff is not responding properly.I attached proof I visited that petrol punk take immediate action
          Please take any action about this I ve this experience very bad and scary toilet place I have never seen. please take immediate action.

              I have paid 1102.50 to bharat gas on the online website the payment portal shows pending wherein it has cleared my mothers bank
              Also I haven’t received any confirmation that the gas has been booked successful or such

                My name is Harish Venigalla taken Bharat gas connection during the month of Nov 22 from MARUTI BHARATH GAS DISTRIBUTORS, Bowenpally, Secunderabad.
                My Consumer Num:[protected]
                Since we are only 2 members, not even one cylinder has not completed yet.
                But suddenly yesterday evening i.e.; on 03rd May 2023 stating cylinder has been delivered vide booking reference num.5928.
                When we tried calling yesterday to office noone is answered.
                Today i.e; 04th May 2023 morning we tried calling at 10.40 they answered and told that due to low consumption they themselves had done dummy booking on behalf o[censored]s.
                How come they book on behalf o[censored]s without our notice. We have now a doubt they misutilized by booking with our consumer ID.
                Kindly help how to take action against the dealer.

                  Refusing to ask for MobiKwik bar code from petrol pump employee. Due to which it took me more than half an hour to fill fuel and make payment. Due to heavy rains, many problems had to be faced.

                    I have tried book a refill on[protected] from BPCL app as usual I do, I have paid multiple times by credit card but the refill didn't confirmed, after that, I had to book it cash on delivery and received refill on[protected], I have reached to the credit card marchant for refund and they said payment was received by BPCL successfully, i would request to BPCL to refund my payments 1116×2= 2232 rupees. I have attached screenshot for the reference please let me know if you need any further details.

                      My consumer no. 31628530. My distributer is jai hind gas services code 112360. My subscription is for double cylinders, but still i am facing such a bad service from bharat gas. I booked for refill supply on 24/03/2023 and cash memo prepared on 7/04/2023. But still not delivered dated 27/04/2023. Gas distributer is also not picking up the phone call. While once they picked on enquiring for gas not delivered they refused to deliver and ask to transfer to some other gas services. Disappointed of their behaviors and BPCL.

                        The density of petrol in 0.005 . i am telling him to improve his petrol density again and again. he told me that to do your work.

                                I came to Tirumala Filling Station Pragnapur Medak district Telangana, to fill petrol in my tata Nexon petrol car but the attendant filled the tank with diesel, after going some distance my car broke down I got the car towed and brought it to garage. When I asked the bunk manager he verified it in Cc tv an confirmed their mistake.
                                After i informed him about the mechanic charges he refused to pay the full amount saying that it's too much and started to bargain with me, i even offered to pay half of the amount of towing and mechanic charges. A friend of bunk manager threatened me saying that take the amount they are offering or do whatever I can and they will not give any more money.
                                I had to shed amount from my pocket as they were threatening me.
