My name is Sachin S Verma and I lived in Delhi 110096. I am registered customer of BPCl and my Consumer ID is 58470340. Today i.e. 06/04/2023 I am trying to book my LPG Cylinder via BPCL app and I have done my payment via UPI ID [protected]@axisb. Now the amount of Rs 1103 has been deducted from my bank account but booking has been failed on to the BPCL app. Transaction ID is UPIAR/[protected]/DR/BPCL BIL/HDFC/bpcl.[protected]@ dated 06/04/2023. Kindly get back my amount deducted from my bank account.

    I was using BPCL Petro card- FA[protected]. Unfortunately, I lost the same. It was having balance amount with it. Requesting you for issuance of a new card to my address: 903, Tower-4, Crescent Bay, Bhoiwada, Parel, Mumbai-400012. For any further information, I can be contacted over my registered mobile number.

      I ordered lpg on 24/03/2023 and till 27/03/2023 i didnt get my cylinder.. its very difficult to manage. i called the distributor so he is telling me to take it by myself from godown, which is not possible for a single girl.

        I had a cylinder leakage today(26-Mar-2023) around 6.30PM. The cylinder was leaking without regulator and even after closing with the cap. So I called the distributor "RSR Bharatgas agency Distributor code: 179404" provided emergency contact number [protected].
        The person who attended the call casually responded that he cant come now(duty over) and will come next day morning even after I explained the emergency situation. I called the other number [protected] and the person assured that he'll be arriving in an hour but he neither visited my home nor responded to my calls after two hours.
        I was really scared with a leaky cylinder at home having kids around. This kind of rude behaviour and lack of support during emergency is really shocking and unbelievable.
        Kindly look into this safety issue and help us to get the faulty cylinder replaced at the earliest.

          I fill petrol in HP Petrolium authorised dealer of you which is located at Nihal Singh Market, Ashok Nagar, Harsh Nagar, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh 208012
          it's been a year since I've seen any free air machine fixed at this petrol pump even this pump is have cng and petrol after that they are running away from responsibilities please get it fixed asap.

                  I have applied for new gas connection.
                  My request id is 84717092.
                  I checked for two weeks and all that time it showed "documents verification is under process". So i kept checking every day.
                  Now whenever i put my details to check the status "maximum otp limit exceeded" message show up. I know documents are verified but am not able to order now because of this. I want to pay online but due to this error i can't.

                  Please help.

                    LPG cylinder Regulator not fitting; No response from technician helpline

                    Water inside the fitment hole. (Please see attached image). Gas leakage is also probable. Regulator is not fitting. Nobody answered the call on technician help number. One number worked but the technician asked to contact the office, on dialing the office number 4-5 times, one person answered, and the nearest technician was hours away and said he will visit next day, this is not how emergency help works and is not at all acceptable.                           Asked the petrol pump employee to fill petrol amounting to ₹250/-, for which I gave him ₹500/- note. He instead of giving back ₹250/- only gave ₹150/- . This petrol pump in warje always does so. This is not the first time this has happened. Even when we ask them to fill petrol of ₹300/- they will first fill of ₹100/- then they will act as if they heard us say ₹100/- they they will fill till ₹200/- and say first I filled petrol amounting ₹100/- and then ₹200/-, even though they have filled petrol of only ₹200/-, they take ₹300/- form you. This has happened many times. They have many ways to trick you everytime.

                                We have been raising complaint to bpcl since more than a month that our cylinder was not delivered booked on 6th Feb and the distributor is not even refunding my payment done online. Customer care team keeps closing the ticket saying unable to contact customer in 1 day while we never even received calls on both phone numbers. I even went through Twitter and all they could respond till 3 days was that they are working on it.
                                Its been more than a month and I am still waiting for a gas cylinder for my home along with the refund for previous undelivered item.
                                I need some suggestion on what can be done here now.

                                  Hi,
                                  we are located in Bangalore and have a LPG connection with bharat gas (M.S.D Enterprises). We are being asked to pay 50/- for every delivery of cylinder since 10-13 years.

                                  Approximately, if we bought 1 cylinder per 2 months,
                                  6 * 50 = 300 per year
                                  300 * 13 = 3600 per year

                                  consider the same with around 500-750 LPG connection in my locality and imagine about the whole Bangalore. Please take necessary action to avoid this bribing.

                                    I booked refill for my consumer no 53135403 on[protected] and paid through my gpay upi . The booking was aborted but the payment was debited in my bank account. Attaching the proof here.

                                    Later I rebooked on[protected] and paid cash this time during delivery.

                                    My aborted booking refund is yet to come and I am requesting to please send the refund ASAP for the aborted transactions done on[protected]. Thanks

                                      There are several times Bharat petroleum pump not accepted credit or debit card. The pump situated near chaibasar munnar mattupetty road. Staff are so arrogant and they are not willing to fill decimal numbers like 3.5 litters.
