Dear Sir/Madam, My Consumer No. 55312 @ Natrajgas, Pune, India has been blocked by the system as i was not refilling the connection since Feb 2012 as I was out of the country. I have filled up the unblocking form for on 02 July 2014, but still as on date of 24 July 2014, it is not unblocked. My Bharat Gas Customer id is 60914189 and i book my first cylinder, first it was not delivered and fouth day i visit to the gas agency, then the delivery man said that he returned the delivery slip to the agency as he doesnt know the address then, any how he agree to deliver the cylinder and reach to my home he get money 1080/- Rs. for delivery i assume that subsidy is included, after about a month nothing received in my account and again...

I am a customer of Sree Lakshmi Gas Agency(Bharath Gas) with Customer number 20165. I would say that this agency need to learn few things about customer service. It is an uphill task to get a refill cylinder what with repeated reminders and mails falling in deaf ears. Worst thing is that they are always not reachable when we try to contact through phone. The staff is rude and unwilling to pick customer calls;not sure for what work are they...

I BOOKED ONLINE LPG ON DATED 31/08/2013 VIDE REFERENCE NO.65597374 BUT GAS CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TILL DATE.

FURTHER I AGAIN BOOKED GAS ON DATED 11.09.2013 VIDE REFERENCE NO.70077647. I HAVE VISITED MANY TIMES TO THE OFFICE OF THE GAS DITRIBUTED I.E CHANDER GAS SERVICE GUMAN MARKET, BSTI SHEIKH JALANDHAR CITY PUNJAB FOR THE SUPPLY OF GAS.

THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE DEALER HAS NOT ATTENDED...

Saraswati gas services is providing a gas cylinder refilling service in our area.
They have a following rule that you can book the cyliner for refiling only 20 days after the delivery of the previous cylinder.
Once we book the cylinder, then we will receive the new one only after 12-15 days & after that 20 days again they expect you to book new cylinder ( by the time the cylinder which we are using already being half of...

I am consumer of Bharat Gas I stay in juinagar,I Transfred my gas conetion from parel to juainagar that time they told me whenever you submit all docunmets.They will give you the conection immegiatlly. I submit all documet (7th Dec 2011) that time they give me one Reciept and Regulator.

I have got my gas refill booked on[protected], but i haven't got it till now. My refill no 20901,n book no-5591785 our dealer doesn't deliver refill on time. He gets late every time n behave rudely. I have asked him many times delay for late delivery , he always say "its delay by company.

Krishana gas agency the gas cylinder is not supply for the consumer. Because he is supply for more amount paid peoples.i have booked my gas cylender on 7/02/2011,and boking no.is 2BXWEX.till complaind date i did not recieve the cylender,(20/02/2011)

After booking, no delivery SINCE 27 DAYS

We have booked the gas on 08.11.210 but till today we have not receive, & when ever we call to the agency, they say today we will send, & if we call next day they say they is no stock it's takes another 2-3 days, & sometimes they say we have sent. they keep on telling the reason, this happnes for everytime dont know why, I request if you take some action, that will help...
