The correct format of my name is : Jawahar Sen

Jawahar (given/first name); Sen (surname)

Kindly let me know the process by which this can be rectified and my connection be known as Jawahar Sen instead of Sen Jawahar.

I booked the Bharat gas cylinder yesterday night, The payment for the Bharat gas cylinder was done yesterday via CC avenue. The money was deducted from my account, but it wasn't reflected on the Bharat gas dashboard, and the payment page showed failed error. I am attaching the SS of the payment details.

I have booked my cylinder dated on 05/08/2022 and received the billing message on 8/08/2022, it's been almost 10 days since i have booked the cylinder, but the cylinder haven't delivered yet. I have been calling the delivery boy since last 2 days but he denied my calls, and today (17/08/2022) he answered the call and he was so rude and he said that the cylinder is not available he won't deliver the cylinder. therefore we tried to lodge a complaint at Siddhartha Bharatgas agency but unfortunately i have encountered the same situation no one is responding my calls since the morning. and there is no proper response from the agency.

we did no.of calls but no response from the agency and especially the delivery boy was very rude. therefore i would like to lodge a compliant at consumer forum against "Siddhartha Bharatgas agency" and their delivery boys for not providing appropriate services to consumers.

Domestic LPG gas cylinder are being used instead of commercial gas cylinder at heavy cost by black marketing agent.

Misbehavior of staff while asking for a bottle water

मैंने केसरवानी पेट्रोल पंप जो गोरखपुर-देवरिया रोड पर कुसुमी जंगल में स्थित है से ₹490 का पेट्रोल भरवाया और जब बिल माँगा तो वहाँ का स्टाफ़ बिल देने से मना कर दिया, कारण पूछने पर बदतमीज़ी करने लगा, कहने लगा मैं बिल नही दूँगा मेरे पास समय नही है जहाँ शिकायत करना हो जाकर कर दो मेरा कोई कुछ बिगाड़ नही लेगा और मुझसे मेरा मोबाइल छीन लिया, धमकी देने लगा कहने लगा तुम्हारे जैसे रोज़ 50 लोग आते हैं और आज तक कोई मेरा बाल भी बांका नही कर पाया।

I have booked a refill cylinder being refill id- [protected] & paid online on 19.07.22. Then i talked to the cylinder supplier van driver & he assured me to deliver on 21.07.22. But, full day i waited for him, he neither came for delivery nor received my call. Later he switched off the phone, rather he had confirmed me on the very morning on 21.07.22 to deliver me the cylinder. He is harassing the customers, just playing with our times & emotions. They are knowingly not delivering me the refill cylinder by keeping malafide intention to me. I have lodged a complain on toll free on 22.07.22 being complain no[protected], and again I have given written mail complain to "[protected]@bharatpetroleum.In" on 03.08.22 being case no 04806990 . But, still no any resolution provided from their end. This type of harassment they are giving to the customers.

This Cheating has Being Happening To Me 3-4 Times. When I Went To The Bunk, I Asked The Worker To Fill Rs90. First He Filled Rs30 Then I asked Him To fill Again Rs60. He Didn't Reseted The Amount To 0, But He Add Plus Rs30 To That Rs30 Which He Had Already Filled. Totally He Filled Rs60. And Cheated Rs30. So I Request You To Take Action As Soon As Possible. Because Many People Have Being Become Cheated. So I Request You To Take Immediate Action Against Them. THANK YOU.

I made a transaction of Rs. 1053/- towards refill of LPG on through the transaction ID through BHIM UPI. Money got deducted and the receipt also shows that money has been debited and credited to the bpcl bill Desk. But at the end of the bpcl bill desk, they told money is not Credited. Therefore I had booked refill again through COD. My Booking no 112106.

I booked my gas refill as 21st July 2022 but its not delivered yet (7th AUG 2022)
I contact their customer care, they do not have a satisfactory answer

I tried to pay 710/- with my PhonePe App but it showed pending, then i paid with my Paytm App it was successful, Now the pending Payment also got deducted from my account but the Manager is not giving my money back please help!!

Hi I went to a petrol pump in Hyderabad Shaikpet area BPCL branch on 3rd August 2022 around 6 pm. A dishonest petrol pump operator cheated me with 400₹ petrol fraud. I asked for 2000₹ petrol for my car. But the operator stops at 200₹ and didn’t reset the meter. meanwhile another person distracted me for cash and card payment he even asked me to stop the car engine to ensure i didnt read the meter real time. I felt completely cheated by these Goons looting people in the broad day light. please take action against the dishonest petrol pump operator
