      This is to inform you that I am Bharat gas customer since last 10 years and now got frustrated due to poor service from your end. Every time I book gas refill and it is delivered to some one else. Three time I already have given my updated correspondence address still no luck so assist me to lodge a complaint

          Sir,
          With due and humble respect, I beg to state to inform you that today 16/7/22 around 7:00 pm I went to BELUR SERVICE STATION, Howrah for fueling of my bike and on payment they denied for UPI payment and i forced to pay Cash Or with card and the behaviour of the staff is very rude when I asked for UPI payment of the petrol they denied to accept and asked me to pay in cash or card and said that upi payment are fraud and we not accepting at all.
          Sir pls look into this matter and request you to revert me on the same as what step was taken on my complaint regarding UPI payment acceptance and rude behavior of staffs there.
          I will be highly obliged to you.

                My name is Syed Taj Baba iam working in Sbi bank I have taken gas connection In karnataka davangere district Pawan gas distributor in 2017 with consumer number 70274435 and transferred to telangana my gas connection
                Now I transferred to telangana jagitial district so I went to padmashree bharat gas raikal
                Here they are telling my gas connection not transfered I have contacted pawan gas they are not helping me regarding this
                Please help me regarding this

                  Greetings…!!

                  This is with the reference to our Petro Card Numbers CU[protected] & CU[protected].

                  We inform you that these cards are not working from last 20days and I called to your customer care team somany times and as per them these cards have been migrated and we will get our new cards shortly.

                  However, till yet we did not get any response or cards from your side. We are going to Petrol Pumps and they are not accepting these cards and as per them these cards have been migrated.

                  We are using BPCL cards from last 6-7years in our company for staff petrol usage and we have more than 3 cards of BPCL and we usually do more than Rs. 1Lac recharge in a month in our BPCL and Smartfleet cards.

                  Now we are facing lots of challenges because we have only 1 smart fleet card left and it is very tough for our service and field staff to use 1 card in 30 members and this is the only reason we were having 3different cards for our separate offices.

                  We request you to please look into this matter and please let us know by when we will get our new cards or else please let us know the process for apply new cards.

                  We are using BPCL cards from very long time and this is the reason we don’t want to go with any other vendor for Petrol Cards.

                  Please have this issue resolve on priority.

                    Hi Team,

                    I had paid 5259.82 Rupees on 14-July 2022 for my Bharat Gas Connection with Request ID : 83086353.

                    My money got deducted from my bank account, but it is showing my payment status as Failed on the website.

                    Kindly process a refund on my bank account as soon as possible or change my payment status to completed for this Request ID.

                    Attaching the screenshots for the transaction made to bharat gas (BPCL) as well as the bharat gas website payment status in this complaint.

                      We are regular customer since last 20 years, we never expected this to happen. This time when gas cylinder was delivered to us, we checked the weight as we left the gas was getting over too fast last few years. We found out that there was a deficit of 8kg in the cylinder given to. The original cylinder with is supposed to weigh 32kgs but the brand new cylinder delivered to us weighs 25kgs only.

                        Today morning I m visited at bppcl store at lko hazarataganj petrol pump code is 123611 after so many person I reached for my number to fill the fuel … filling person give me a statement that in our petrol pump you not redeemed bppcl voucher nd talk to manager regarding this issue …… manager behaviour is very bad nd she given me a answer that company not provided that particular machine to redeemed this type of voucher ….so my issue is that i[censored]r all bppcl outlet not having authority to redeemed voucher so why r u providing nd your bppcl staff & manger very bad attitude to talk with customer .

                          I have filled petrol from UMA PETROL PUMP On 1st of July.
                          and the staff did not fill proper petrol quantity
                          . I have filled petrol 240 rs i have attached the screenshot also . I am the regular customer of BPCL. I have used to fill petrol from Uma petrol pump last 7-8 years.
                          When i have filled petrol every time my bike run around 90+ km but this time only 76 km run my bike and there is no more petrol. And this is the second time i am registering the complaint please take this complaint on serious note .I AM VERY THANKFUL TO YOU.

                                  I have booked a domestic Bharat Gas cylinder on 08/07/2022 through IVRS today 11/07/2022 the delivery boy came to my house for delivered Gas cylinder I paid as per Bill amount Rs.1067. But he asked more Rs.40/- & he rude behaviour with me and my family so I phone called to distributor office the office staff also says yes sir you will pay delivery charges more he asking amount the delivery boy say's rudely go complaint anybody...

                                    I have booked a domestic Bharat Gas cylinder 8th July 2022 through Amazon Pay online . But on 9th July my distributor is saying that you have to pay extra 20 rupees for delivery charge otherwise he is not able to deliver my gas cylinder. He was repeatedly saying with rude behaviour that gas will not be provided if you do not pay extra delivery charge. Till today they have no provided gas cylinder.

                                      Hi,

                                      On July 10th 2022, morning 9.50AM I went to this fuel station to fill petrol for my car. I asked the person to fill petrol for 1000 rupees. At the beginning he asked me to check the 0 reading and i did check. Then another person came and asking details about cash or card. Meantime i saw that petrol was filled only for 300 and he took out the gun. I don't know how 1000 rupees was heard as 300 rupees to him. When i said its for 1000 rupees he again inserted the gun. In this time the other person distracted me by getting the card machine and asking for pin. Later at the end the meter reading showed 700 rupees. I didn't realize at that point of time that he never reset the meter to 0 and filled the petrol. He actually continued from 300 rupees and filled the petrol. After traveling a few kms i realized that by seeing the petrol indication, that petrol was really not filled for 1000 rupees and it was filled only for 700 rupees.

                                      The same scenario has happened for many people which i realized after checking the google reviews for the bunk.

                                      Now, i have the evidence of paying 1000 rupees for my petrol at the correct time and i would prove that only 700 rupees petrol was filled.

                                      Could you please take necessary action at this kind of cheap behavior from bharat petroleum employees.
