Hi there,

I visited one of BPCL pump in MBP Mahpe. There is a free air filling station at the pump and pressure buttons are not working. The staff is filling the air as per the air pressure mentioned on the machine. The buttons on the machine are not working which is why the pressure can not be reduced. There is an alternate air pressure machine but they refused to use that. The staff is very rude and said to complaint whome every you want.

This is the voice of a society concerned person.

Noticed a clear cheating case in a Bharat Petroleum Petrol Bunk station situated at the mentioned locality (village). The incident was observed me on 6th June-2022 at 1 PM.

I asked to top-up my two stroke moped for 120 INR.(Clearly stating that 50mL of Oil and petrol for the remining price). Petrol cost: 103.59 INR/L and 2 stroke oil cost: 15.75 INR for 50 mL.

The Sales person topped-up 50mL Oil at the rate of 15.75 INR then topped up 1 Litre petrol instead of 104.25 INR (Supposed to fill) and collected 120 INR from myself.

Irrespective of this particular incidence, I noticed the same instance is followed with another customer (An old man), who gave 120 INR and asked to top-up 50 mL oil and petrol for the remaining price. Again, the sales person topped up 50mL Oil (15.75 INR) and 1 Liter of Petrol instead of petrol cost 104.25 and collected 120 INR.
Noticed these instances in just 2 mins. And probably, it will be a big money scam in big numbers from several customers when accounted. All of our hard earned money goes like this in vain.

Without ignoring this message, Please take an immediate action against the dealer/Sales Person and provide an update to the mentioned e-mail address as soon as possible or reach me out on the mobile number, mentioned. I'm ready to support at any time.

This incidence would have been recorded in the camera in petrol station. If not, I could top-up the petrol once more in the same petrol station and record the instance, if needed.

I would like to bring into your kind consideration that on 04/06/2022 I visited Bharat Petroleum, Petrol Pump -Subash Automobiles OPP. LAXMAN SYLVENIA, GREAT, GAUTAM BUDH NAGAR, Uttar Pradesh 201306 for the refilling of fuel around 15:40 Hrs and I asked for a refill of Rs204 and But, the staff didn't filled the fuel and talking very rudely and said "pehle payment kar baad me bharunga" when I asked him to talk politely he said "nikal yaha se tere jese bahut aate hai" when I approached to the manager for the same he also replied in the same manner and instead of counselling his staff he is taking his side and when I asked his name he denied then I asked for complaint book he said complaint book is not available.
I believe you would consider this as a genuine issue and you would take some appropriate action as this may lately affect the reputation of your renowned fueling station. You may contact me at [protected].

Not provided free air and complaint book for writing the complaint

My new connection request id for LPG gas in Bharat petroleum is 82611114.So, I have made a payment of rupees 3653 through CCAVENUE & also in banking status showing as payment successful but my complain is that is BPCL payment history it is showing as payment failed.So, Kindly update the payment status.My UPI reference ID[protected].Also I have attached the payment screenshot

At petrol pump no drinking water and there is no Dome on pump

I told the petrol pump owner to fill 120 Rs Petrol he cheated by saying lights were off and filled 320 Rs petrol.I have him 520 and he gave me only 100 back saying 100 was already filled before

I am from thimlalura village, m. Hanumanahalli post, honnali TQ, davanagere dist, Karnataka 577219.

I am Bharat gas subscriber to Shri shastha Bharat gas, Honnnali.

The vendor is not giving door delivery service, weekly only one day Tuesday gas van will come 3 km far distance and my village people's have to walk 3 kms to collect the sylinder gas and we have to wait for it from morning to evening. It's totally irresponsible behaviour from your management.

Please take necessary action on it and do the needful ASAP.

At the Bharat Petrol Pump located at Dehra Mod NH21, the employee was misbehaved and abused as well. Refused to give petrol. How is the name of the company getting maligned? remove it immediately

Sir,
There is no petrol at the pump and this happens 15 days in 1 months.
Everybody facing located in this area have difficulties due to deficiency of petrol.
Please solve this problem in effective way otherwise close this pump.

Your petrol pump I had get oil filled in Bolero BS6 car. He put petrol instead of diesel. Such incident has happened to me twice in Bharat Petroleum. Why do you keep labour without training?

I here by write-down point wise complaint against the above mentioned gas agency.
1. The agency didn’t respond several times on phone.
2 They always supplied under weight cylinder.
3. Several times I physically meet the agency and complaint the above matter but they didn’t take any action in this regard.
4. Yesterday I got a cylinder under weight approximately 4 Kg.

So kindly request you to take necessary action against the, *NIRMAL GAS AGENCY*. As early as possible.
